本实用新型的工作原理:使用时,可以将过滤网架2插入到送风通道1内部,然后正向转动手柄5,利用手柄5转动带动转动轴6转动,利用转动轴6转动带动驱动锥齿轮17转动,利用驱动锥齿轮17转动啮合四组从动锥齿轮14转动,从而使得四组传动丝杆10同步转动,四组传动丝杆10转动的同时带动丝杆螺母15同步移动,丝杆螺母15移动的同时带动定位套管12同步移动,使得定位套管12向传动丝杆10一端移动,并使得定位套管12通过防滑橡胶垫13与送风通道1内壁抵接,实现进行定位,从而将过滤网架2固定在送风通道1内部,操作简单,且安装时不需要借助工作,安装稳定,可以利用过滤网架2上的过滤网和活性炭过滤层18对送风通道1内部的气流进行除尘净化过滤,保证过滤净化效果好,同时可以利用紫外线消毒灯8对送风通道1内部的气流进行消毒杀菌,保证杀菌好,可以提高中央空调排风口的杀菌效果,且通过将过滤架利用定位机构与送风通道1连接,安装方式简单,且便于拆卸更换,灵活 性好,便于使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种中央空调用消毒处理装置,包括送风通道(1)和开设在所述送风管道(1)上的出风口(3),其特征在于,所述送风通道(1)内安装有过滤网架(2),所述过滤网架(2)一端设有定位机构,所述过滤网架(2)通过定位机构与送风通道(1)固定连接,所述过滤网架(2)内安装有消毒机构,所述过滤网架(2)上贯穿设有转动轴(6),所述转动轴(6)与过滤网架(2)转动连接,所述转动轴(6)位于过滤网架(2)内部的部分上设有固定套管(7),所述固定套管(7)固定套设在转动轴(6)上,所述转动轴(6)延伸至送风通道(1)内部的一端与定位机构连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种中央空调用消毒处理装置,其特征在于:所述消毒机构包括紫外线消毒灯(8),所述紫外线消毒灯(8)设有多组,多组所述紫外线消毒灯(8)呈周向分布在固定套管(7)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种中央空调用消毒处理装置,其特征在于:所述定位机构包括固定箱(9)和四组传动丝杆(10),所述固定箱(9)通过安装块(11)与过滤网架(2)固定连接,四组所述传动丝杆(10)分别位于顶端、底端和两侧,且四组所述传动丝杆(10)均与固定箱(9)转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种中央空调用消毒处理装置,其特征在于:四组所述传动丝杆(10)上均安装有是丝杆螺母(15),所述丝杆螺母(15)上设有定位套管(12),所述定位套管(12)固定套设在丝杆螺母(15)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种中央空调用消毒处理装置,其特征在于:所述定位套管(12)一端固定连接有防滑橡胶垫(13),所述定位套管(12)通过防滑橡胶垫(13)与送风通道(1)内壁抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种中央空调用消毒处理装置,其特征在于:所述传动丝杆(10)一端固定连接有限位块(16),所述限位块(16) 的长度大于丝杆螺母(15)的内径,且限位块(16)的长度小于定位套管(12)的内径。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种中央空调用消毒处理装置,其特征在于:四组所述传动丝杆(10)延伸至固定箱(9)内部的一端固定连接有从动锥齿轮(14),四组所述从动锥齿轮(14)一侧均啮合连接有驱动锥齿轮(17)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种中央空调用消毒处理装置,其特征在于:所述驱动锥齿轮(17)与延伸至固定箱(9)内部的转动轴(6)一端固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种中央空调用消毒处理装置,其特征在于:所述转动轴(6)位于送风通道(1)外部的一端设有手柄(5),所述手柄(5)与转动轴(6)固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种中央空调用消毒处理装置,其特征在于:所述过滤网架(2)内壁上环设有活性炭过滤层(18),所述过滤网架(2)位于送风通道(1)外部的一端固定连接有出风网板(4),所述出风网板(4)位于出风口(3)一侧。
