本实用新型公开了一种空调出风口,包括空调外壳,所述空调外壳内部设置出风管和出风口,且出风管位于出风口一侧,所述出风口内部设置有活性炭过滤层、紫外杀菌灯管和高效滤网,且紫外杀菌灯管位于活性炭过滤层和高效滤网之间,所述出风口外部一侧设置有出风板,所述出风板内部之间活动连接有转轴,所述转轴一侧固定连接有调节扇叶,所述出风板外侧铰链连接有防尘板。本实用新型结构简单,可以对吹出的冷风进行有效的过滤杀菌消毒,使人们获得高品质空气,同时可以有效防止出风口内部产生水珠,保证出风口内部的干燥整洁,拆卸方便,简单方便,简化操作工序,省时省力,适合广泛推广和使用。

本实用新型涉及一种出风口,特别涉及一种空调出风口。
背景技术
空调即空气调节器,是指用人工手段,对建筑、构筑物内环境空气的温度、湿度、洁净度、流速等参数进行调节和控制的设备。随着人们生活水平的提高,空调的使用率也越来越高,空调出风口是空调系统中用于送风的末端设备,是一种空气分配设备,出风口将制冷或者加热后的空气送到室内或车内。
目前空气污染越来越严重,从空调出风口吹出的风含有很多的污染物质和细菌不利于人们的身体健康,另外空调在制冷过程中,在空调出风口面板上形成冷凝水,冷凝水滴落还会弄湿地板,不方便日常生活。为此,我们提出一种空调出风口。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种空调出风口,可以对吹出的冷风进行有效的过滤杀菌消毒,使人们获得高品质空气,同时可以有效防止出风口内部产生水珠,保证出风口内部的干燥整洁,拆卸方便,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:
一种空调出风口,包括空调外壳,所述空调外壳内部设置出风管和出风口,且出风管位于出风口一侧,所述出风口内部设置有活性炭过滤层、紫外杀菌灯管和高效滤网,且紫外杀菌灯管位于活性炭过滤层和高效滤网之间,所述出风口外部一侧设置有出风板,所述出风板内部之间活动连接有转轴,所述转轴一侧固定连接有调节扇叶,所述出风板外侧铰链连接有防尘板。
进一步地,所述出风口内部下方设置有排水通道,所述排水通道上方设置有通孔,所述排水通道一端下方设置有漏水盒,且漏水盒位于出风口外部下方。
进一步地,所述防尘板内部卡扣连接有防尘网,所述防尘板一侧固定连接有卡块,所述出风口下方一侧设置有卡槽。
进一步地,所述出风口具体为梯形结构制成的出风口。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
1、该种一种空调出风口,在使用时通过在空调外壳内部安装的梯形结构制成的出风口,同时通过在出风口内部设置的活性炭过滤层、紫外杀菌灯管和高效滤网,可以对空气进行灰尘的过滤处理,防止进入房间的空气含有很多的污染物质和细菌不利于人们的身体健康,同时可以对吹出的冷风进行有效的过滤杀菌,使人们获得高品质空气。
2、通过在出风口内部下方设置有排水通道,同时通过在排水通道上方设置有通孔,并在排水通道一端下方设置有漏水盒,在使用空调进行出风时内部更容易产生水珠,并滴落到下方的地板上,造成地板湿滑,通过在设置的出风口内部下方设置的通孔,使得水珠通过通孔进入到排水通道内部,并设置梯形结构制成的出风口,可以使得进入排水通道内部的水珠进入到漏水盒内部,保证出风口内部的干燥整洁。
3、通过在出风口外部一侧设置有出风板,同时通过出风板内部之间活动连接有转轴和调节扇叶,可以极大的方便调节出风风向,同时出风板外侧铰链连接有防尘板和防尘板内部的防尘网,可以有效防止外部灰层进入到出风口内部,同时通过在防尘板一侧固定连接有卡块和出风口下方一侧设置有卡槽,可以使得防尘板与出风口卡口连接,方便清洗和更换。

如图1-2所示,一种空调出风口,包括空调外壳1,所述空调外壳1内部设置出风管2和出风口3,且出风管2位于出风口3一侧,所述出风口3内部设置有活性炭过滤层4、紫外杀菌灯管5和高效滤网16,且紫外杀菌灯管5位于活性炭过滤层4和高效滤网16之间,所述出风口3外部一侧设置有出风板6,所述出风板6内部之间活动连接有转轴7,所述转轴7一侧固定连接有调节扇叶8,所述出风板6外侧铰链连接有防尘板9。
本实施例中如图1所示,通过在出风口内部设置的活性炭过滤层4、紫外杀菌灯管5和高效滤网16,可以对空气进行灰尘的过滤处理,使得进入房间的空气不含有灰尘,同时可以对吹出的冷风进行有效的过滤杀菌,使人们获得高品质空气。
其中,所述出风口3内部下方设置有排水通道10,所述排水通道10上方设置有通孔11,所述排水通道10一端下方设置有漏水盒12,且漏水盒12位于出风口3外部下方。
本实施例中如图1所示,通过设置的排水通道10、通孔11和漏水盒12可以有效防止出风口内部产生水珠,保证出风口内部的干燥整洁。
其中,所述防尘板9内部卡扣连接有防尘网13,所述防尘板9一侧固定连接有卡块14,所述出风口3下方一侧设置有卡槽15。
本实施例中如图2所示,通过设置的防尘板9和防尘网13可以有效防止外界灰层进入到出风口内部,同时通过设置的卡块14和卡槽15可以方便防尘板的清洗和更换。
其中,所述出风口3具体为梯形结构制成的出风口。
本实施例中如图1所示,通过设置梯形结构制成的出风口3可以方便排水。
需要说明的是,本实用新型为一种空调出风口,空调外壳1、出风管2、出风口3、活性炭过滤层4、紫外杀菌灯管5、出风板6、转轴7、调节扇叶8、防尘板9、排水通道10、通孔11、漏水盒12、防尘网13、卡块14、卡槽15、高效滤网16,部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,工作时通过在空调外壳1内部安装的梯形结构制成的出风口3,同时通过在出风口3内部安装有活性炭过滤层4、紫外杀菌灯管5和高效滤网16,可以对空气进行灰尘的过滤处理,使得进入房间的空气不含有灰尘,同时可以对吹出的冷风进行有效的杀菌消毒,提升出风口的空气质量,通过利用在出风口3一侧的出风板5,同时通过出风板5内部之间活动连接有转轴7和调节扇叶8,可以方便进行调节出风风向,同时利用出风板5外侧铰链连接有防尘板9和防尘板9内部的防尘网13,可以有效防止外部灰层进入到出风口内部,同时通过利用防尘板9一侧固定连接有卡块14和出风口3下方一侧设置有卡槽15,可以使得防尘板9与出风口3卡口连接,方便清洗和更换,通过利用在出风口3内部下方开设的排水通道10,同时通过在排水通道10上方设置有通孔11,使得水珠通过通孔11进入到排水通道10内部,并设置梯形结构制成的出风口3,可以使得进入排水通道10内部的水珠完全进入到漏水盒12内部,保证出风口内部的干燥整洁,提升出风口的出风质量。

1.一种空调出风口,包括空调外壳(1),其特征在于:所述空调外壳(1)内部设置出风管(2)和出风口(3),且出风管(2)位于出风口(3)一侧,所述出风口(3)内部设置有活性炭过滤层(4)、紫外杀菌灯管(5)和高效滤网(16),且紫外杀菌灯管(5)位于活性炭过滤层(4)和高效滤网(16)之间,所述出风口(3)外部一侧设置有出风板(6),所述出风板(6)内部之间活动连接有转轴(7),所述转轴(7)一侧固定连接有调节扇叶(8),所述出风板(6)外侧铰链连接有防尘板(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调出风口,其特征在于:所述出风口(3)内部下方设置有排水通道(10),所述排水通道(10)上方设置有通孔(11),所述排水通道(10)一端下方设置有漏水盒(12),且漏水盒(12)位于出风口(3)外部下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调出风口,其特征在于:所述防尘板(9)内部卡扣连接有防尘网(13),所述防尘板(9)一侧固定连接有卡块(14),所述出风口(3)下方一侧设置有卡槽(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空调出风口,其特征在于:所述出风口(3)具体为梯形结构制成的出风口。
