Abstract

本发明涉及一种中央空调出风口的消毒结构,中央空调出风口的结构设计技术领域,包括送风管道和开设在所述送风管道上的出风口,所述出风口连接有容纳在所述送风管道内的消毒箱体,所述消毒箱体上设置与所述送风管道连通的进风口,所述消毒箱体内设置有至少一个紫外线灯。采用上述方案提供将中央空调内进入房间内的空气杀菌消毒处理。

技术领域
本发明属于中央空调出风口的结构设计技术领域,特别是一种中央空调出风口的消毒结构。
背景技术
现有技术的中央空调出风口设计都是直接设置一块盖板,这种盖板只是简单的控制出气口的风向,并不能防止中央空调管道中带有细菌和有害物质的空气进入出风口所在的房间内。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了将中央空调内进入房间内的空气杀菌消毒处理。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的: 一种中央空调出风口的消毒结构,包括送风管道和开设在所述送风管道上的出风口,其特征在于,所述出风口连接有容纳在所述送风管道内的消毒箱体,所述消毒箱体上设置与所述送风管道连通的进风口,所述消毒箱体内设置有至少一个紫外线灯。将进入消毒箱体内的空气进行消毒后在排入室内。
作为优选,所述出风口和所述进风口上设置有除尘棉层。对进入室内的空气进行除尘处理。
作为优选,所述除尘棉层上均匀放置有消毒剂颗粒。出了紫外线消毒以外还通过消毒剂消毒。
作为优选,所述出风口包括一个延伸到所述进风口的移动支架,所述移动支架上容纳所述除尘棉层。整体移动支架能方便除尘棉层的更换。
作为优选,所述进风口投影在所述出风口上,所述移动支架沿所述投影方向移动且从所述出风口移出所述消毒箱体。
综上所述,本发明实现了中央空调出风口能对空气进行杀菌消毒处理,而且还能使得进入房间的空气不含有灰尘。而且保证了出风口的出风均匀稳定。通过两次过滤能对灰尘过滤的更加彻底。而且整个结构出气顺畅。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示的一种中央空调出风口的消毒结构,包括送风管道1和开设在送风管道1上的出风口2,出风口2连接有容纳在送风管道1内的消毒箱体3,消毒箱体3上设置与送风管道1连通的进风口4,消毒箱体3内设置有一个紫外线灯4。消毒箱体3为一个长方体,两端横截送风管道1,在该长方体的侧面上设置有进风口4,在消毒箱体3的中间处设置紫外线灯4。
出风口2和进风口4上设置有除尘棉层,除尘棉层上均匀放置有消毒剂颗粒。
出风口2包括一个延伸到进风口4的移动支架5,移动支架5上容纳除尘棉层。进风口4投影在出风口2上,移动支架5沿所述投影方向移动且从出风口2移出消毒箱体3。
紫外线灯4设置在移动支架5上,在移动支架5的两端分别是用于覆盖出风口2的除尘棉层和用于覆盖进风口4的除尘棉层。移动支架5在出风口2内移动。当紫外线灯4坏掉的时候可以取出移动支架5然后进行对紫外线灯4的更换;当除尘棉层吸附有太多的灰尘的时候,可以取出移动支架5然后进行对除尘棉层进行更换;当消毒剂颗粒失效的时候,可以取出移动支架5然后进行对除尘棉层进行更换。

1. 一种中央空调出风口的消毒结构,包括送风管道(1)和开设在所述送风管道(1)上的出风口(2),其特征在于, 所述出风口(2)连接有容纳在所述送风管道(1)内的消毒箱体(3),所述消毒箱体(3)上设置与所述送风管道(1)连通的进风口(4),所述消毒箱体(3)内设置有至少一个紫外线灯(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中央空调出风口的消毒结构,其特征在于,所述出风口(2)和所述进风口(4)上设置有除尘棉层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种中央空调出风口的消毒结构,其特征在于,所述除尘棉层上均匀放置有消毒剂颗粒。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种中央空调出风口的消毒结构,其特征在于,所述出风口(2)包括一个延伸到所述进风口(4)的移动支架(5),所述移动支架(5)上容纳所述除尘棉层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种中央空调出风口的消毒结构,其特征在于,所述进风口(4)投影在所述出风口(2)上,所述移动支架(5)沿所述投影方向移动且从所述出风口(2)移出所述消毒箱体(3)。
