Description

一种汽车除雪工具及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车洁具领域,更具体的说,涉及一种汽车除雪工具及其使用方法。
背景技术
由于冬天气温低,停在户外的汽车挡风玻璃上会出现结冰的现象,如果遇上雨雪天气,整个车身都会覆盖有比较厚的冰雪层,挡风玻璃上的冰雪如果不清理干净的话,行车中遮挡视线,容易造成危险。
现在对前挡风玻璃的除霜除雪方法,为了方便,基本都是就地取材,采用放在车上的干毛巾擦拭。但是采用这种方式的话,干毛巾上容易积累冰雪,积累冰雪之后的毛巾继续对挡风玻璃擦拭不容易将挡风玻璃上的积雪擦下来。
技术问题
本发明的第一目的是提供一种能够至少解决上述问题的除雪工具。
技术解决方案
本发明的上述第一目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种汽车除雪工具,包括擦拭部和加长部,所述擦拭部包括一擦拭布,所述加长部包括用于擦拭布固定的施压板以及与施压板一体固定的加长杆,所述擦拭布固定于施压板的底面,且通过擦拭布的周缘四边与施压板的周缘四边相固定,在施压板与擦拭布相对的一面设置有硅胶阀,施压板的内部空心形成有加压腔,在施压板相对擦拭布的另一侧设置有所述加长杆,所述加长杆设置有给加压腔充气的充气结构,当加压腔内的气压值大于硅胶阀的阀口开启压力值时,所述硅胶阀的阀口开启并且使得加压腔内的气体瞬间冲向擦拭布,直到加强腔内的气压小于硅胶阀的阀口关闭压力值时,硅胶阀的阀口关闭。
作为优选地,所述充气结构包括设置在加长杆内部的通气流道,通气流道的一端与加压腔连通,在加长杆的末端设置有一气囊,被气囊包覆住的加长杆部位设置有导通方向为气囊向通气流道单向导通的第一单向阀,在气囊上设置有导通方向为外界向气囊单向导通的第二单向阀。
作为优选地,所述加长杆由橡胶材料制成,且在管壁内沿加长杆的杆体方向设置有螺旋的钢丝加强筋。
作为优选地,所述硅胶阀于施压板相对擦拭布的一面均匀间隔分布有多个。
作为优选地,在擦拭布与施压板之间还设置有用于提高擦拭布对擦拭物的压强的提压结构,所述提压结构包括多个设置在擦拭布相对施压板一面或施压板相对擦拭布一面的加压柱,且所述加压柱避开所述硅胶阀所在部位。
作为优选地,擦拭布由透气型布料制作。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种使用上述除雪工具的方法。
本发明的上述第二目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种使用上述技术方案中的除雪工具的方法,包括如下步骤。
S1、擦拭,手握住除雪工具的加长杆,用除雪工具的擦拭布对着车身进行擦拭除雪。
S2、充气,当擦拭布上累积大量的雪块和冰霜时,控制加长杆将除雪工具的擦拭布和施压板转移到远离汽车的部位,另一只手重复挤压气囊,使得加压腔内的气压增大,直到加压腔内的气压大于硅胶阀的阀口开启压力。
S3、除雪,硅胶阀的阀口开启,加压腔内的大量气体瞬间冲向擦拭布,将累积在擦拭布上的雪块和冰霜冲离擦拭布。
S4、重复步骤S1-S3。
有益效果
相比于现有技术,通过加长杆配合擦拭布的方式,增加了用除雪工具擦拭汽车的定点距离,操作范围更大,同时,加长杆由橡胶结合螺旋钢丝加强筋制作,其具有了一定的强度和形变能力,能够使得擦拭布对汽车表面多角度的贴合擦拭,提高擦拭效果;当擦拭布上累积了雪块和冰霜之后,通过按压气囊,就能使得施压板内的加压腔气压变大,当气压达到某一值时,硅胶阀会突然打开,同时大量气体将冲加压腔内冲出吹向擦拭布,由于擦拭布采用的是透气布料,能够将累积在布料上的雪块和冰霜瞬间吹离布料,方便继续使用未粘附上雪块的除雪工具对汽车的除雪作业。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的本发明的保护范围。
实施例
一种汽车除雪工具,参见附图1-5,包括擦拭部和加长部,其中的擦拭部包括擦拭布1,加长部包括施压板2以及与施压板2一体设置的加长杆4,其中的擦拭布1固定在施压板2相对加长杆4的另一面。通过擦拭布1的四边固定在施压板2的四周外缘,形成包边固定。
施压板2的内部中空形成有加压腔21,在施压板2的底面设置有多个均匀间隔分布的硅胶阀6,当加压腔21内的压强达到一定时,硅胶阀6的阀口将打开,当压强降到一定值时,硅胶阀6的阀口将闭合,此硅胶阀6的功能与尖叫饮料瓶盖的硅胶阀6原理一致,均为十字开口的阀口结构,其启闭原理再此不做赘述。
在加长杆4上设置有对加压腔21充气的充气结构,包括设置在加长杆4末端的气囊5,在加长杆4的内部设置有通气流道41,通气流道41的一端与加压腔21连通,另一端处于加长杆4内部且未穿通加长杆4。被气囊5包覆住的加长杆4部位设置有导通方向为气囊5向通气流道41单向导通的第一单向阀72,在气囊5上设置有导通方向为外界向气囊5单向导通的第二单向阀71。从而,当捏动气囊5时,气囊5内的气体将通过第一单向阀72进入加压腔21,当松开气囊5时,气体将通过第二单向阀71补入气囊5,气囊5恢复原状,在不断挤压松开气囊5的过程中,加压腔21内的气压将不断上升。
为了提高在使用除雪工具时擦拭布1对不规则车身的贴合效果,加长杆4由橡胶材料制成,且在管壁内沿加长杆4的杆体方向设置有螺旋的钢丝加强筋8,从而加长杆4的形变能力强,并且通过钢丝加强筋8能够具有一定的刚性和回复能力,防止出现变形之后恢复不了原状的问题。
使用时,按照如下步骤进行。
S1、擦拭,手握住除雪工具的加长杆4,用除雪工具的擦拭布1对着车身进行擦拭除雪。
S2、充气,当擦拭布1上累积大量的雪块和冰霜时,控制加长杆4将除雪工具的擦拭布1和施压板2转移到远离汽车的部位,另一只手重复挤压气囊5,使得加压腔21内的气压增大,直到加压腔21内的气压大于硅胶阀6的阀口开启压力。
S3、除雪,硅胶阀6的阀口开启,加压腔21内的大量气体瞬间冲向擦拭布1,将累积在擦拭布1上的雪块和冰霜冲离擦拭布1。
S4、重复步骤S1-S3。
为了进一步的提高对车前挡风玻璃的擦拭效果,在擦拭布与施压板之间还设置有用于提高擦拭布对擦拭物的压强的提压结构,提压结构包括多个设置在擦拭布相对施压板一面或施压板相对擦拭布一面的加压柱,且加压柱避开所述硅胶阀所在部位。从而当力作用在施压板上之后,将直接传递到加压柱上,由于加压柱的设置,减小了受力面积,提高了擦拭布对车身的压强,提高了对积雪和霜的刮除效果。

  1. 一种汽车除雪工具,其特征在于,包括擦拭部和加长部,所述擦拭部包括一擦拭布,所述加长部包括用于擦拭布固定的施压板以及与施压板一体固定的加长杆,所述擦拭布固定于施压板的底面,且通过擦拭布的周缘四边与施压板的周缘四边相固定,在施压板与擦拭布相对的一面设置有硅胶阀,施压板的内部空心形成有加压腔,在施压板相对擦拭布的另一侧设置有所述加长杆,所述加长杆设置有给加压腔充气的充气结构,当加压腔内的气压值大于硅胶阀的阀口开启压力值时,所述硅胶阀的阀口开启并且使得加压腔内的气体瞬间冲向擦拭布,直到加强腔内的气压小于硅胶阀的阀口关闭压力值时,硅胶阀的阀口关闭。

  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种汽车除雪工具,其特征在于,在擦拭布与施压板之间还设置有用于提高擦拭布对擦拭物的压强的提压结构,所述提压结构包括多个设置在擦拭布相对施压板一面或施压板相对擦拭布一面的加压柱,且所述加压柱避开所述硅胶阀所在部位。
  6. 一种使用如权利要求1-5任一项所述的除雪工具的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    S1、擦拭,手握住除雪工具的加长杆,用除雪工具的擦拭布对着车身进行擦拭除雪;
    S2、充气,当擦拭布上累积大量的雪块和冰霜时,控制加长杆将除雪工具的擦拭布和施压板转移到远离汽车的部位,另一只手重复挤压气囊,使得加压腔内的气压增大,直到加压腔内的气压大于硅胶阀的阀口开启压力;
    S3、除雪,硅胶阀的阀口开启,加压腔内的大量气体瞬间冲向擦拭布,将累积在擦拭布上的雪块和冰霜冲离擦拭布;
    S4、重复步骤S1-S3。
