Un dispositif de traitement de recyclage de plastique pour distribution express comprend une plate-forme de traitement (1), des pieds de support (2) étant fixés à la partie inférieure de la plate-forme de traitement (1) ; une chaîne de transport (3) est disposée sur une surface supérieure de la plate-forme de traitement (1) ; une plaque de couverture de montage (4) est montée sur la surface supérieure de la plate-forme de traitement (1) ; la plaque de couverture de montage (4) s'étend transversalement au-dessus de la chaîne de transport (3) ; un mécanisme d'enlèvement et de déblayage de cendres et un mécanisme de séchage à air chaud sont montés de manière séquentielle sur la partie supérieure de la plaque de couverture de montage (4) ; un réservoir d'eaux usées (18) est disposé au-dessous du mécanisme d'enlèvement et de déblayage de cendres et du mécanisme de séchage à air chaud ; un mécanisme de guidage de matériau bidirectionnel est disposé sur une extrémité de queue de la chaîne de transport (3) ; une cavité de broyage (24) et une cavité de stockage (25) sont disposées respectivement, sur deux côtés du mécanisme de guidage de matériau bidirectionnel ; de multiples étages de mécanismes d'écrasement sont disposés à l'intérieur de la cavité de broyage (24) ; un orifice d'alimentation est ménagé sur une paroi latérale de la cavité de stockage (25) ; un mécanisme de pression est disposé à l'intérieur de la cavité de stockage (25). Dans le dispositif, différents processus de traitement peuvent être sélectionnés pour l'intégralité de différents sacs en plastique au moyen d'un mécanisme de guidage de matériau bidirectionnel, et le but d'un recyclage raisonnable est ainsi obtenu.
