背景技术
随着国民经济的逐渐发展,人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,咖啡作为一种日常饮品已经进入了诸多普通家庭当中。咖啡的品质好坏关键在于咖啡豆的质量,但其实咖啡的口感还是取决于咖啡粉的新鲜程度。因为即使是品质上佳的咖啡豆,若磨成咖啡粉后放置一定时间,其质量也会出现一定的下降。基于此,越来越多的咖啡忠实爱好者更愿意自备咖啡豆研磨机,通过自行磨制咖啡豆以获取更加新鲜的咖啡粉。
中国专利申请(名称为:一种磨豆机构及磨豆装置;申请号:201720938653.3)公开了磨豆机构,其具有上磨轮和下磨轮,下磨轮安装在电机轴上,上磨轮通过螺纹安装在支架座上,上磨轮可以通过该螺纹来上下调整其与下磨轮之间的间隙,从而调整咖啡研磨的粗细程度。
但是发明人研究发现,这种设置方式虽然能够调整研磨时的粗细程度,但是在实际的生产装配中,由于装配误差的存在,电机轴安装后其往下伸出长度可能是不一致的,也就是说不同的磨豆机构将上磨轮调整至相同位置时研磨的间隙实际上可能是不相等的,这样会导致用户获得的使用体验差别较大,其可能认为生产厂家的品控出了问题,从而影响产品评价。但是,若是在生产时将每一台磨豆机构的装配进行调整至统一,则需要消耗较大的人力,大大增加了生产成本,降低了生产效率。
因此,需要一种新的技术以解决现有技术中研磨装置的研磨间隙调整不统一、影响产品评价的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的上述问题,本发明提供了一种研磨装置,其能够方便地将研磨装置的研磨间隙调整统一。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种研磨装置,包括:
第一磨头;
驱动机构,具有与所述第一磨头可拆卸连接的输出轴,以用于驱动所述第一磨头绕旋转轴线旋转;
座体,与所述驱动机构固定连接,所述座体上设有第一阻挡部;
移动调节件,装设在所述座体上并可沿所述旋转轴线的方向调整位置;
第二磨头,与所述第一磨头之间形成研磨间隙;所述第二磨头可拆卸地固定在所述移动调节件上,以使所述第二磨头可随所述移动调节件一起调整位置而对所述研磨间隙的大小进行调整;
调节限位件,设有与所述第一阻挡部配合限位的限位部;所述调节限位件与所述移动调节件可拆卸地固定连接以使得二者可以同时调整位置,从而带动所述限位部靠近或远离所述第一阻挡部;所述限位部向所述第一阻挡部靠近时,所述研磨间隙缩小;当所述限位部被所述第一阻挡部阻挡时,所述研磨间隙为最小值。

所述弧形活动槽303的另一端设有第二阻挡部309,所述限位部601向所述第二阻挡部309靠近时,所述研磨间隙扩大,以使得所述限位部601被所述第二阻挡部309阻挡时所述研磨间隙为最大值。即限位部601在弧形活动槽303内移动时会调整研磨间隙,向第一阻挡部308靠近时研磨间隙缩小,向第二阻挡部309靠近时,研磨间隙增大。基于此,本发明所述的研磨装置的研磨间隙的调节范围得以限定且明确。
具体地,参照图7和图8,所述座体30包括设有所述圆周面302的圆柱端304;所述调节限位件60包括环围所述圆周面302以与所述圆柱端304转动连接的侧环部602、与所述侧环部602远离所述座体30的一端固定连接的端板部603,所述限位部601位于所述侧环部602与所述圆周面302相对的一面上;所述端板部603与所述移动调节件40可拆卸地固定连接。即调节限位件60是呈环状的,套装在座体30的圆柱端304上,通过整体转动调节限位件60即可实现限位部601相对于第一阻挡部308的移动,从而带动移动调节件40、第二磨头50来调整研磨间隙。
为了实现移动调节件40与调节限位件60的可拆卸连接,参照图7和图8,本发明的研磨装置还包括限位固定件70,所述移动调节件40还包括设于所述第一外螺纹段401远离所述座体30一端的限位凸边402,所述限位固定件70与所述端板部603固定连接并将所述限位凸边402夹紧固定在所述限位固定件70与所述端板部603之间。采用夹紧固定的方式,可以使得在一开始装配需调整移动调节件40在座体30上的位置来改变研磨间隙时,不影响将来移动调节件40与调节限位件60的连接,即无论移动调节件40转动到哪一个位置,此时调节限位件60无需与其一起移动,当调整好研磨间隙到了预定的最小间隙时,将调节限位件60转动到限位部601与第一阻挡部308抵接,再用限位固定件70配合调节限位件60将移动调节件40的限位凸边402夹紧固定(限位凸边402是一圈,无论其转到哪个角度,都可以夹紧),实现最小研磨间隙的确定。
为了保证夹紧后移动调节件40与调节限位件60之间不相对转动而影响研磨间隙,所述限位凸边402与所述限位固定件70周向固定连接。具体地,参照图7和图8,所述限位凸边402远离所述座体30的一面上设有与所述第一螺纹孔301同轴的第一环形齿4021;所述限位固定件70朝向所述限位凸边402的一面上设有与所述第一环形齿4021配合的第二环形齿701。即通过第一环形齿4021和第二环形齿701的咬合限位来实现周向固定,避免移动调节件40与调节限位件60相对转动。采用第一环形齿4021和第二环形齿701进行配合限位,可使得移动调节件40与调节限位件60可在任意错开角度时进行固定,从而保证在一开始装配时可以随意调整移动调节件40的位置,调整好后可与调节限位件60进行限位固定,无需考虑固定的对位。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,参照图3,所述座体30环设有一圈调节刻度305,参照图7,所述调节限位件60上设有与所述调节刻度305相对应的指示标识604,即用户在进行研磨间隙调节时可以通过指示标识604和调节刻度305来进行判断,确定自己的调节量。优选地,座体30是透明的,调节刻度305也可以设置在驱动机构20上,透过座体30便可看到调节刻度305。
在调整研磨间隙达到需要的大小时,研磨的过程中,需要将该研磨间隙保持不变,避免研磨的过程中由于研磨产生的作用力带动第二磨头50、移动调节件40移动而改变研磨间隙,从而导致研磨的颗粒粗细不均匀。基于此,本发明的研磨装置还包括锁定机构80,参照图6和图8,所述锁定机构80包括设置在所述座体30和所述调节限位件60中的一个上的若干定位凹槽801,各所述定位凹槽801绕所述第一螺纹孔301的轴线环向布置;还包括可伸缩地插设在所述座体30和所述调节限位件60中的另一个上的顶杆802,所述顶杆802可伸缩以插入或脱离所述定位凹槽801。
在其中的一个实施例中,顶杆802设置在座体30上,座体30上设有供顶杆802插入并伸缩的安装孔306,各定位凹槽801设置在调节限位件60上,当需要进行研磨间隙的调节时,先将顶杆802缩回安装孔306使顶杆802脱出定位凹槽801,此时调节限位件60可以进行转动,并带动移动调节件40、第二磨头50一起转动,当研磨间隙达到需求的大小时,再将顶杆802伸出,插入当前与其对应的定位凹槽801内。插入后,调节限位件60与座体30相对固定,无法继续转动,从而实现了研磨间隙的稳定,不再变化。再次需要调节时,需再一次将顶杆802脱出定位凹槽801。
在另外的一个实施例中,顶杆802设置在调节限位件60上,调节限位件60上设有供顶杆802插入并伸缩的安装孔306,各定位凹槽801设置在座体30上,当需要进行研磨间隙的调节时,先将顶杆802缩回安装孔306使顶杆802脱出定位凹槽801,此时调节限位件60可 以进行转动,并带动移动调节件40、第二磨头50一起转动,当研磨间隙达到需求的大小时,再将顶杆802伸出,插入当前与其对应的定位凹槽801内,插入后,调节限位件60与座体30相对固定,无法继续转动,从而实现了研磨间隙的稳定,不再变化。再次需要调节时,需再一次将顶杆802脱出定位凹槽801。
优选地,参照图6和图8,锁定机构80还包括将所述顶杆802往所述定位凹槽801所在的方向推抵的弹性件803,所述定位凹槽801为球面凹槽,所述顶杆802的插入所述定位凹槽801的一端为与所述球面凹槽相适配的圆滑端部8021。弹性件803具体位于上述供顶杆802伸缩的安装孔306内,一端抵着安装孔306的底部,顶杆802上设有一圈凸起的环,弹性件803的另一端抵在该凸起的环上,保持将顶杆802外推的趋势。其中,所述弹性件803为套装在所述顶杆802上的弹簧,也可以是在该安装孔306内的弹性胶垫。顶杆802的圆滑端部8021和球面凹槽的设置,可使得当调节限位件60受到转动的扭力时,球面凹槽通过球面可以更加容易克服弹性件803的弹力将顶杆802下压使顶杆802的圆滑端部8021脱出球面凹槽,脱出后即可转动调节限位件60改变研磨间隙;当调节限位件60转动到了另一个球面凹槽时,顶杆802在弹性件803弹力的作用下又插入该球面凹槽内以实现固定,若此时研磨间隙还未达到要求时,可继续转动,使顶杆802再次脱出球面凹槽,继续调节研磨间隙。在这种设计下,用户只需要扭动调节限位件60,即可很容易地对研磨间隙进行调节,而调节后顶杆802在弹性件803的作用下可自动对调节限位件60进行固定,确保研磨间隙不会再改变,更加方便。
以下对第二磨头50与移动调节件40的连接方式进行讲解:参照图7和图9,所述移动调节件40设有容置槽403,所述第二磨头50固定在所述容置槽403内。第二磨头50固定在容置槽403内后,就可以与移动调节件40一起移动来改变其与第一磨头10之间的间隙,从而改变研磨间隙。具体地,移动调节件40也设有通孔以供驱动机构20的输出轴201穿过,第二磨头50同样设有通孔以供该输出轴201穿过。
在其中的一个实施例中,参照图9,所述容置槽403的侧壁上设有凸出的旋转限位凸条4031,所述第二磨头50上设有供所述限位凸条嵌入的旋转限位卡槽501;
该研磨装置还包括有螺纹限位件404,螺纹限位件404与所述容置槽403的槽口通过螺纹连接固定,以将所述第二磨头50夹紧固定于所述容置槽内。通过旋转限位凸条4031与旋转限位卡槽501的配合来实现第二磨头50与移动调节件40之间的周向固定,使得移动调节件40转动时,第二磨头50随移动调节件40一起旋转;再通过螺纹限位件404与容置槽403的槽底将第二磨头50与移动调节件40沿轴线的方向进行限位,使第二磨头50与移动调节件40在轴向上得以固定。具体地,容置槽403的内壁在远离槽底的一端设有内螺纹,螺纹限位 件404呈环形,其外周面上设有外螺纹,通过内螺纹和外螺纹配合固定,将第二磨头50固定在容置槽403内。
优选地,参照图1、图2和图9至图11,本发明的研磨装置还包括将所述第一磨头10、所述第二磨头50包络以使所述第一磨头10、所述第二磨头50与外界分隔的罩体90,以防止在研磨过程中造成人员受伤的情形。其中,所述罩体90可以与座体30固定连接,也可以与所述螺纹限位件404固定连接。优先地,罩体90与所述螺纹限位件404固定连接。更优选地,所述罩体90与所述螺纹限位件404一体成型,这样的话,当将第二磨头50夹固好时,罩体90也已安装完成。
参照图1、图2和图9至图11,在本发明中,第一磨头10和第二磨头50在进行研磨时都位于座体30的下方,因此,罩体90也位于座体30的下方以将两个磨头罩住,所述罩体90远离所述座体30的一端设有出粉口901,即罩体90的底部有出粉口901,研磨后产生的粉末在重力的作用下掉落,最终从出粉口901内排出,用户可以在出粉口901的下方放置一个杯子以接收掉落的粉末。换言之,罩体90除了保护作用以外,还能够起到收集粉末的作用,避免粉末飞扬。
更进一步地,参照图1、图2和图9至图11,所述罩体90远离所述座体30的一端设有导粉斜面902,所述出粉口901位于所述导粉斜面902的下端。导粉斜面902是倾斜的,当粉末落下在导粉斜面902上,会顺着导粉斜面902下滑,最终由导粉斜面902下方的出粉口901排出。即导粉斜面902进一步起到了收集粉末的效果,便于粉末的排出,避免粉末积累在罩体90内,难以清洗。
此外,本发明的研磨装置还包括用于容置研磨原料的储料仓100,参照图1、图6、图8和图10,所述储料仓100设置在所述座体30上,在研磨过程中,储料仓100位于所述研磨间隙的上方,所述座体30设有将所述储料仓100与所述研磨间隙连通的送料通道307。研磨原料可以是咖啡豆或者其它需要研磨的材料。研磨原料装在储料仓100内,在进行研磨时,研磨原料在重力的作用下顺着送料通道307进入研磨间隙中,无需人为送进。
具体地,参照图1、图6、图8和图10,所述储料仓100的上端为入料口1001,储料仓100还包括用于封闭所述入料口1001的仓盖1002,避免外界的异物进入储料仓100内。在本发明中,储料仓100和座体30固定在一起,优选为两者连接形成一体。
第一磨头10和第二磨头50一上一下设置,第一磨头10可位于第二磨头50的上方,也可以设置在第二磨头50的下方,具体根据第一磨头10和第二磨头50的具体形式来设置。在本发明中,参照图1、图2、图9至图11,优选地,所述第一磨头10为锥形研磨齿盘,所述第二磨头50为与所述锥形研磨齿盘匹配的圆环形齿盘,驱动机构20的输出轴201穿过第二 磨头50,第一磨头10位于输出轴201的末端,在进行研磨时,第一磨头10位于第二磨头50的下方。
在其中一个实施例中,所述驱动机构20为电机,本研磨装置还包括用于控制所述电机启动和停止的控制装置、用于给所述电机和所述控制装置供电的供电部。通过控制装置来控制电机的工作状态进而控制研磨的启动和停止。具体地,所述供电部包括蓄电池203和用于给所述蓄电池203充电的充电接口2031,蓄电池203可以为可充电的锂电池。设置了蓄电池203可以方便便携本研磨装置,无需考虑使用的地方是否有电源,通过充电接口2031可以给蓄电池203充电。所述控制装置包括控制电路板204和控制开关205,控制开关205可以设置在储料仓100的外表面上,其设置成按钮式,用户通过按压该按钮来启动电机或关闭电机。此外,设有一个内壳209以将驱动机构20、控制电路板204和蓄电池203整体包覆,然后安装在储料仓100内,内壳209的上端为斜面,便于储料仓100内的咖啡豆滑落。
本发明的第一磨头10、第二磨头50都是独立可拆卸的,由于本发明的电机是通过按钮控制的,因此在拆卸的过程中存在按压到该按钮启动研磨而造成用户受伤的可能性。为了避免这一情况,参照图4和图10,驱动机构还包括纵向设置的导管206、毗邻所述导管206的下端设置的触发开关207以及可上下活动地设置在所述导管206内的触发元件208;所述触发开关207与所述控制电路板204电连接,用于控制所述控制电路板204的电路连通或断开;所述触发元件208位于所述导管206的毗邻所述触发开关207的一端时,触发所述触发开关207连通所述电路。
本发明中,研磨时是储料仓100在上,第一磨头10、第二磨头50在下进行研磨,通过设置这个触发开关207,正常研磨时,触发元件208在重力的作用下位于导管206的下端(此时的下端与触发开关207相毗邻),此时触发元件208使得触发开关207连通电路,驱动机构20能够正常转动。当用户对第一磨头10或第二磨头50进行拆卸时,为了方便拆卸,会将整个研磨装置翻过来,此时第一磨头10、第二磨头50在上,储料仓100在下,自然地,导管206、触发开关207也都倒了过来,即此时触发开关207在上,而触发元件208在重力的作用下依然在下,此时无法触发到触发开关207,电路不连通,因此,即使用户这个时候误触到按钮,也不会启动驱动机构20,避免造成用户受伤。具体地,所述触发开关207为霍尔开关,所述触发元件208为磁体,具体是小磁铁。
本发明所述的研磨装置的其它内容参见现有技术,在此不再赘述。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,故凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (27)

  1. 一种研磨装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一磨头;
    驱动机构,具有与所述第一磨头可拆卸连接的输出轴,以用于驱动所述第一磨头绕旋转轴线旋转;
    座体,与所述驱动机构固定连接,所述座体上设有第一阻挡部;
    移动调节件,装设在所述座体上并可沿所述旋转轴线的方向调整位置;
    第二磨头,与所述第一磨头之间形成研磨间隙;所述第二磨头可拆卸地固定在所述移动调节件上,以使所述第二磨头可随所述移动调节件一起调整位置而对所述研磨间隙的大小进行调整;
    调节限位件,设有与所述第一阻挡部配合限位的限位部;所述调节限位件与所述移动调节件可拆卸地固定连接以使得二者可以同时调整位置,从而带动所述限位部靠近或远离所述第一阻挡部;所述限位部向所述第一阻挡部靠近时,所述研磨间隙缩小;当所述限位部被所述第一阻挡部阻挡时,所述研磨间隙为最小值。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述座体沿所述旋转轴线的方向设有第一螺纹孔,所述移动调节件的一端为与所述第一螺纹孔相匹配的第一外螺纹段。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述座体靠近所述研磨间隙的一端设有与所述第一螺纹孔同轴的圆周面,所述圆周面上设有供所述限位部移动的弧形活动槽,所述第一阻挡部位于所述弧形活动槽靠近所述研磨间隙的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述弧形活动槽的另一端设有第二阻挡部,所述限位部向所述第二阻挡部靠近时,所述研磨间隙扩大,以使得所述限位部被所述第二阻挡部阻挡时所述研磨间隙为最大值。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述座体包括设有所述圆周面的圆柱端;
    所述调节限位件包括环围所述圆周面以与所述圆柱端转动连接的侧环部、与所述侧环部远离所述座体的一端固定连接的端板部,所述限位部位于所述侧环部的与所述圆周面相对的一面上;所述端板部与所述移动调节件可拆卸地固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:还包括限位固定件;
    所述移动调节件还包括设于所述第一外螺纹段远离所述座体一端的限位凸边,所述限位固定件与所述端板部固定连接并将所述限位凸边夹紧固定在所述限位固定件与所述端板部之 间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述限位凸边与所述限位固定件周向固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述限位凸边远离所述座体的一面上设有与所述第一螺纹孔同轴的第一环形齿;所述限位固定件朝向所述限位凸边的一面上设有与所述第一环形齿配合的第二环形齿。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述座体上环设有一圈调节刻度,所述调节限位件上设有与所述调节刻度相对应的指示标识。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:还包括锁定机构,所述锁定机构包括:
    设置在所述座体和所述调节限位件中的一个上的若干定位凹槽,各所述定位凹槽绕所述第一螺纹孔的轴线环向布置;
    可伸缩地插设在所述座体和所述调节限位件中的另一个上的顶杆,所述顶杆可伸缩以插入或者脱离所述定位凹槽。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述锁定机构还包括将所述顶杆往所述定位凹槽所在的方向推抵的弹性件,所述定位凹槽为球面凹槽,所述顶杆的插入所述定位凹槽的一端为与所述球面凹槽相适配的圆滑端部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述弹性件为套装在所述顶杆上的弹簧。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述移动调节件设有容置槽,所述第二磨头固定在所述容置槽内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述容置槽的侧壁上设有凸出的旋转限位凸条,所述第二磨头上设有供所述限位凸条嵌入的旋转限位卡槽;
    还包括有螺纹限位件,所述螺纹限位件与所述容置槽的槽口通过螺纹连接固定,以将所述第二磨头夹紧固定于所述容置槽内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:还包括将所述第一磨头、所述第二磨头包络以使所述第一磨头、所述第二磨头与外界分隔的罩体,所述罩体与所述螺纹限位件固定连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述罩体与所述螺纹限位件一体成型。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述罩体远离所述座体的一端设有出粉口。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述罩体远离所述座体的一端设有导粉斜面,所述出粉口位于所述导粉斜面的下端。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:还包括用于容置研磨原料的储料仓,所述储料仓设置在所述座体上,所述座体设有将所述储料仓与所述研磨间隙连通的送料通道。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述储料仓的上端为入料口。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:还包括用于封闭所述入料口的仓盖。
  22. 根据权利要求1所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述第一磨头为锥形研磨齿盘,所述第二磨头为与所述锥形研磨齿盘匹配的圆环形齿盘。
  23. 根据权利要求1-22中任一项所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述驱动机构为电机,所述研磨装置还包括用于控制所述电机启动和停止的控制装置、用于给所述电机和所述控制装置供电的供电部。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述供电部包括蓄电池和用于给所述蓄电池充电的充电接口。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述控制装置包括控制电路板和控制开关。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:还包括纵向设置的导管、毗邻所述导管的下端设置的触发开关以及可上下活动地设置在所述导管内的触发元件;所述触发开关与所述控制电路板电连接,用于控制所述控制电路板的电路连通或断开;所述触发元件位于所述导管的毗邻所述触发开关的一端时,触发所述触发开关连通所述电路。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的研磨装置,其特征在于:所述触发开关为霍尔开关,所述触发元件为磁体。
