一种粉碎刀具装置及其磨豆咖啡机、初始位的定位方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉碎刀具装置,具体是一种粉碎刀具装置及其磨豆咖啡机、初始位的定位方法。
背景技术
中国专利文献号CN200710069570于2009年1月21日公开一种咖啡机研磨器,其包括有研磨头、刀头、刀套、传动机构,研磨头安装固定在研磨器中垂直转动轴上端,下面设置是刀头,刀头与设置在研磨器中的刀套是间隙配合,垂直转动轴中还固定有咖啡转盘,垂直转动轴下端与传动机构是驱动连接,刀头、刀套采用陶瓷材料做成,而且,刀头通过定位销与咖啡转盘插接连接起来,刀头与咖啡转盘相对面之间支撑有弹性元件。该结构中若应用在生产中难以确保生产的每部机器的初始磨粉间隙一致。因此有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种结构设置合理,安装角度可调,操作灵活快捷,有效保证生产的每部机器的初始磨粉间隙一致的粉碎刀具装置及其磨豆咖啡机、初始位的定位方法,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种粉碎刀具装置,包括部分设置在豆仓内的粉碎刀组件,豆仓设有开口部,粉碎刀组件转动设置在开口部内、且二者之间设有转动定位构件,转动定位构件至少设有伸缩滑动的定位部件,开口部内对应定位部件设有固定部件,转动定位构件随粉碎刀组件转动,且转动定位构件的定位部件通过伸缩滑动接触、扣合在固定部件上或脱离固定部件,以使粉碎刀组件转动在开口部内并通过转动定位构件停止转动,以调节粉碎刀组件的转动初始安装角度。粉碎刀组件的锥磨上刀位于锥磨主刀外围,粉碎刀组件在豆仓开口部转动时,粉碎刀组件的上刀盘主体通过螺纹旋转上下移动在豆仓内,以带动锥磨上刀上下移动在锥磨主刀外围,从而控制粉碎刀组件的锥 磨上刀与锥磨主刀之间的最小磨粉间隙,即初始间隙,保证生产的每部机器的初始磨粉间隙一致。
粉碎刀组件包括旋钮、定位舌、定位板、上刀盘主体和锥磨上刀,转动定位构件包括设置在定位舌外侧的定位舌尖,以及设置在开口部内壁上的若干个定位齿;其中,定位舌往复滑动式安装在定位板上,旋钮和定位舌之间配合连接,定位板位于上刀盘主体上方,锥磨上刀设置在上刀盘主体内;粉碎刀组件在豆仓的开口部转动时,旋钮在转动下依次带动定位舌、定位板转动,且定位舌伸缩滑动在定位板上,以在转动状态下定位舌尖缩进定位板内并脱离定位齿;或者,在停止转动状态下定位舌尖伸出定位板外并接触、扣合在定位齿上;实现粉碎刀组件定位和控制粉碎刀组件转动角度,进而使定位舌随定位板一起转动配合并将定位板定位在上刀盘主体上的最小磨粉间隙角度。
定位板内设有滑槽,定位舌安装在滑槽内,定位舌设有驱动头,驱动头和滑槽一内壁接触,定位舌一端设有弹性件,弹性件和滑槽另一内壁接触,定位舌通过驱动头和旋钮配合连接,旋钮在转动下通过驱动头依次带动定位舌、定位板转动,且定位舌在转动下往滑槽内壁挤压弹性件,定位舌尖缩进定位板内并脱离定位齿;在停止转动状态下,被压缩的弹性件复位并弹开定位舌,定位舌沿滑槽往定位板外侧移动,定位舌尖伸出定位板外并接触、扣合在定位齿上;
或者,驱动头外露在定位舌、按钮外侧,通过按压并转动驱动头,定位舌在滑槽内挤压弹性件;此外,定位舌、定位板跟随驱动头转动。定位舌通过弹性件伸缩移动在滑槽内。弹性件至少为压缩弹簧。
定位板设有若干个不同位置角度的定位调节孔,上刀盘主体设有一个以上的定位柱;或者,定位板设有一个以上的定位柱,上刀盘主体设有若干个不同位置角度的定位调节孔,以使定位板和上刀盘主体进行任意角度配合连接。
豆仓在开口部底部设有上刀盘定位件,上刀盘定位件内设有定位螺纹,上刀盘主体的下部外围设有螺纹,上刀盘主体的螺纹和定位螺纹螺纹连接,以使上刀盘主体在粉碎刀组件转动下,上刀盘主体沿上刀盘定位件上下移动。
豆仓底部设有粉碎刀具支架,上刀盘定位件安装在粉碎刀具支架内,粉碎刀具支架内设有锥磨主刀,上刀盘主体内设有锥磨上刀,且锥磨上刀位于锥磨主刀外侧,锥磨上刀和锥磨主刀之间设有倾斜式的间隙配合,上刀盘主 体沿上刀盘定位件上下移动并带动锥磨上刀上下移动在锥磨主刀外围,以通过粉碎刀组件的转动,进而调节锥磨上刀的高低位置,实现控制锥磨上刀和锥磨主刀之间的间隙,该间隙至少包括锥磨上刀和锥磨主刀原安装的初始间隙。
粉碎刀具支架内还设有甩粉盘,甩粉盘位于锥磨主刀底部,甩粉盘底部设有轴承,粉碎刀具支架底部设有电机,电机设有电机轴,电机轴贯穿粉碎刀具支架底部、轴承、甩粉盘和锥磨主刀。
轴承至少为平面轴承,电机轴转动时,轴承、甩粉盘和锥磨主刀跟随电机轴转动,而采用平面轴承,则能承受锥磨主刀的旋转和下压磨粉受力,保证锥磨主刀平衡转动,从而控制锥磨主刀与锥磨上刀的间隙均匀转动,以使锥磨主刀与锥磨上刀之间的间隙在转动后也能均匀,防止发生一边大、一边小的现象。
上刀盘定位件独立设置或一体设置在粉碎刀具支架上,或者,上刀盘定位件独立设置或一体设置在豆仓上;上刀盘主体底部对应锥磨上刀设有刀定位件,以使锥磨上刀固定在上刀盘主体内。
上刀盘定位件还设有出料口、甩粉口。
一种磨豆咖啡机,包括机体,机体内设有上述的粉碎刀具装置。
一种粉碎刀具装置初始位的定位方法,其中,所述一种粉碎刀具包括豆仓内的粉碎刀组件,豆仓的开口部,粉碎刀组件包括旋钮、定位舌、定位板、上刀盘主体和锥磨上刀,
所述定位方法,包括:
让粉碎刀组件初始对位步骤:定位板与上刀盘主体之间设置若干个不同位置角度的定位调节孔和一个以上的定位柱相适应对位固定连接,以使定位板和上刀盘主体进行任意角度配合连接;
产生初始位的调节步骤:
将上刀盘主体与锥磨上刀固定连接一起,上刀盘主体通过螺纹、定位螺纹和上刀盘定位件旋转配合,并定位旋转在上刀盘定位件内,上刀盘主体旋转到不能旋转时停止后倒退旋转一度以上,将定位板和定位舌与上刀盘主体定位连接,定位舌的定位舌尖指向定位齿的起始的位置,打螺钉将定位板与上刀盘主体固定连接,定位舌尾部与旋钮内壁之间设有弹性件将定位舌尖弹出与定位齿前端定位成初始位即细粉位(最小磨粉间隙角度),定位齿末端为粗粉位(最大磨粉间隙角度);
粉碎刀组件的分离步骤:
将旋钮与定位板或上刀盘主体固定连接形成独立的粉碎刀组件,反向旋转退出定位螺纹,可清扫锥磨上刀和锥磨主刀上的残留物;
所述粉碎刀组件的初始对位步骤、初始位的调节步骤、分离步骤依次进行。
本发明的有益效果如下:
a、粉碎刀组件转动设置在豆仓的开口部内、且粉碎刀组件和开口部之间设有转动定位构件,开口部内对应定位部件设有固定部件,转动定位构件随粉碎刀组件转动,且转动定位构件的定位部件通过伸缩滑动接触、扣合在固定部件上或脱离固定部件,以使粉碎刀组件转动在开口部内并通过转动定位构件停止转动,以调节粉碎刀组件的转动安装角度;
b、粉碎刀组件的锥磨上刀位于锥磨主刀外围,粉碎刀组件在豆仓开口部转动时,粉碎刀组件的上刀盘主体通过螺纹旋转上下移动在豆仓内,以带动锥磨上刀上下移动在锥磨主刀外围,从而控制粉碎刀组件的锥磨上刀与锥磨主刀之间的最小磨粉间隙,即初始间隙,保证生产的每部机器的初始磨粉间隙一致;
c、电机轴转动时,轴承、甩粉盘和锥磨主刀跟随电机轴转动,而采用平面轴承,则能承受锥磨主刀的旋转和下压磨粉受力,保证锥磨主刀平衡转动,从而控制锥磨主刀与锥磨上刀的间隙均匀转动,以使锥磨主刀与锥磨上刀之间的间隙在转动后也能均匀,防止发生一边大、一边小的现象。
e、定位板设有若干个不同位置角度的定位调节孔,上刀盘主体设有一个以上的定位柱;或者,定位板设有一个以上的定位柱,上刀盘主体设有若干个不同位置角度的定位调节孔,以使定位板和上刀盘主体进行任意角度配合连接。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
第一实施例
参见图1,一种粉碎刀具装置,包括部分设置在豆仓8内的粉碎刀组件11,豆仓8设有开口部8.1,粉碎刀组件11转动设置在开口部8.1内、且二者之间设有转动定位构件,转动定位构件至少设有伸缩滑动的定位部件,开口部8.1内对应定位部件设有固定部件,转动定位构件随粉碎刀组件11转动,且转动定位构件的定位部件通过伸缩滑动接触、扣合在固定部件上或脱离固定部件,以使粉碎刀组件11转动在开口部8.1内并通过转动定位构件停止转动,以调节粉碎刀组件11转动初始安装角度。
参见图2、图4和图5,粉碎刀组件11包括旋钮1、定位舌2、定位板3、上刀盘主体4和锥磨上刀6,转动定位构件包括设置在定位舌2外侧的定位舌尖2.1,以及设置在开口部8.1内壁上的若干个定位齿9;其中,定位舌2往复滑动式安装在定位板3上,旋钮1和定位舌2之间配合连接,定位板3位于上刀盘主体4上方,锥磨上刀6设置在上刀盘主体4内;粉碎刀组件11在豆仓8的开口部8.1转动时,旋钮1在转动下依次带动定位舌2、定位板3转动,且定位舌2伸缩滑动在定位板3上,以在转动状态下定位舌尖2.1缩进定位板3内并脱离定位齿9;或者,在停止转动状态下定位舌尖2.1伸出定位板3外并接触、扣合在定位齿9上;实现粉碎刀组件11定位和控制粉碎刀组件11转动角度,进而使定位舌2随定位板3一起转动配合并将定位板3 定位在上刀盘主体4上的最小磨粉间隙角度。
参见图1,定位齿9设有若干个并纵向设置,开口部8.1内壁上设有弧形排列的若干个定位齿9,定位齿9呈圆弧形排列设置在定位舌2的外围,粉碎刀组件11通过定位舌2的定位舌尖2.1和定位齿9的扣合或分离,以使粉碎刀组件11设置在豆仓8的开口部8.1内并进行旋转定位,锥磨上刀6套接在锥磨主刀14外围下部、且而知之间设置有间隙,通过粉碎刀组件11的旋转定位,调节锥磨上刀6的高低位置,进而控制锥磨上刀6和锥磨主刀14侧部的初始间隙。
参见图3、图7,旋钮1设有连接柱,定位板3设有连接孔,连接柱插入连接孔内,并用螺钉18连接,螺钉18将旋钮1和定位板3活动定位在一起。将上刀盘主体4与锥磨上刀6固定连接一起,上刀盘主体4的下部外围设有螺纹5,上刀盘定位件10内设有定位螺纹10.1,上刀盘主体4通过螺纹5、定位螺纹10.1和上刀盘定位件10旋转配合,并定位旋转在上刀盘定位件10内,上刀盘主体4旋转到不能旋转时停止,再将定位板3和定位舌2与上刀盘主体4定位连接,定位舌2的定位舌尖2.1指向定位齿9的起始的位置,打螺钉将定位板3与上刀盘主体4固定连接,定位舌2尾部设有套接柱,弹性件19套设在套接柱表面上,弹性件19位于定位板3的滑槽3.1内,旋钮1盖合包覆定位板3,且旋钮1和定位板3连接。
上刀盘主体4底部对应锥磨上刀6设有刀定位件7以使锥磨上刀6固定在上刀盘主体4内。锥磨上刀6底部贯穿刀定位件7,且锥磨上刀6顶部设有限位环6.1,上刀盘主体4内对应锥磨上刀6的限位环6.1设有限位台阶,锥磨上刀6位于上刀盘主体4内、且限位台阶、刀定位件7顶部分别接触并相夹持限位环6.1,以使刀定位件7将锥磨上刀6封装在上刀盘主体4内,防止锥磨上刀6脱离上刀盘主体4。
定位板3内设有滑槽3.1,定位舌2安装在滑槽3.1内,定位舌2设有驱动头2.2,驱动头2.2和滑槽3.1一内壁接触,定位舌2一端设有弹性件19,弹性件19和滑槽3.1另一内壁接触,定位舌2通过驱动头2.2和旋钮1配合连接,旋钮1在转动下通过驱动头2.2依次带动定位舌2、定位板3转动,且定位舌2在转动下往滑槽3.1内壁挤压弹性件19,定位舌尖2.1缩进定位板3内并脱离定位齿9;在停止转动状态下,被压缩的弹性件19复位并弹开定位舌2,定位舌2沿滑槽3.1往定位板3外侧移动,定位舌尖2.1伸出定位板3外并接触、扣合在定位齿9上。
定位舌2设置在定位板3上定位滑动,定位舌2上的定位舌尖2.1外露在定位板3的一侧,并往定位板3的边缘向外伸出,定位舌2另一端设置弹性件19推动定位舌2外移,定位舌2上设有驱动头2.2,驱动头2.2与旋钮1上的驱动位驱动连接,定位舌2沿着定位板3的直径方向来回移动,实现定位和控制转动角度,定位舌尖2.1与豆仓8中的定位齿9相适应定位扣合。
滑槽3.1设有滑槽口,定位舌尖2.1伸出滑槽口外。
定位板3设有若干个不同位置角度的定位调节孔3.2,上刀盘主体4设有一个以上的定位柱4.1,以使定位板3和上刀盘主体4进行任意角度配合连接,且定位板3和上刀盘主体4通过螺钉拆卸式连接。定位柱4.1设有柱孔,柱孔和定位调节孔3.2在转动中对齐。
豆仓8在开口部8.1底部设有上刀盘定位件10,上刀盘定位件10内设有定位螺纹10.1,上刀盘主体4的下部外围设有螺纹5,上刀盘主体4的螺纹5和定位螺纹10.1螺纹连接,以使上刀盘主体4在粉碎刀组件11转动下,上刀盘主体4沿上刀盘定位件10上下移动。
参见图3,豆仓8底部设有粉碎刀具支架17,上刀盘定位件10安装在粉碎刀具支架17内,粉碎刀具支架17内设有锥磨主刀14,上刀盘主体4内设有锥磨上刀6,且锥磨上刀6位于锥磨主刀14外侧,锥磨上刀6和锥磨主刀14之间设有倾斜式的间隙配合,上刀盘主体4沿上刀盘定位件10上下移动并带动锥磨上刀6上下移动在锥磨主刀14外围,以通过粉碎刀组件11的转动,进而调节锥磨上刀6的高低位置,实现控制锥磨上刀6和锥磨主刀14之间的间隙,该间隙至少包括锥磨上刀6和锥磨主刀14原安装的初始间隙。
粉碎刀具支架17内还设有甩粉盘20,甩粉盘20位于锥磨主刀14底部,甩粉盘20底部设有轴承12,粉碎刀具支架17底部设有电机13,电机13设有电机轴13.1,电机轴13.1贯穿粉碎刀具支架17底部、轴承12、甩粉盘20和锥磨主刀14。锥磨主刀14和甩粉盘20之间设有弹簧,以使锥磨主刀14和甩粉盘20之间具有弹性调节。
上刀盘定位件10独立设置或一体设置在粉碎刀具支架17上,或者,上刀盘定位件10独立设置或一体设置在豆仓8上。
上刀盘定位件10还设有出料口15、甩粉口16。
一种磨豆咖啡机,包括机体,机体内设有上述粉碎刀具装置。
一种粉碎刀具装置初始位的定位方法,其中,所述一种粉碎刀具包括豆仓8内的粉碎刀组件11,豆仓8的开口部8.1,粉碎刀组件11包括旋钮1、 定位舌2、定位板3、上刀盘主体4和锥磨上刀6,
所述定位方法,包括:
让粉碎刀组件11初始对位步骤:定位板3与上刀盘主体4之间设置若干个不同位置角度的定位调节孔3.2和一个以上的定位柱4.1相适应对位固定连接,以使定位板3和上刀盘主体4进行任意角度配合连接;
产生初始位的调节步骤:
将上刀盘主体4与锥磨上刀6固定连接一起,上刀盘主体4通过螺纹5、定位螺纹10.1和上刀盘定位件10旋转配合,并定位旋转在上刀盘定位件10内,上刀盘主体4旋转到不能旋转时停止后倒退旋转一度以上,将定位板3和定位舌2与上刀盘主体4定位连接,定位舌2的定位舌尖2.1指向定位齿9的起始的位置,打螺钉将定位板3与上刀盘主体4固定连接,定位舌2尾部与旋钮1内壁之间设有弹性件19将定位舌尖2.1弹出与定位齿9前端定位成初始位即细粉位(最小磨粉间隙角度),定位齿9末端为粗粉位(最大磨粉间隙角度);
粉碎刀组件11的分离步骤:

第二实施例
参见图6-图8,一种粉碎刀具装置不同于第一实施例之处在于:驱动头2.2外露在定位舌2、按钮1外侧,通过按压并转动驱动头2.2,定位舌2在滑槽3.1内挤压弹性件19;此外,定位舌2、定位板3跟随驱动头2.2转动。驱动头2.2外露在旋钮1把手的一侧,按压驱动头2.2驱动定位舌2往滑槽3.1内移,弹性件19至少部分压缩,松开驱动头2.2,弹性件19复位并弹开定位舌2,弹性件19驱动定位舌2往滑槽3.1外移,弹性件19采用压缩弹簧。
其它未述部分均同于第一实施例,这里不再详述。
第三实施例
一种具粉碎刀具装置不同于第一实施例之处在于:定位板3设有一个以 上的定位柱4.1,上刀盘主体4设有若干个不同位置角度的定位调节孔3.2,以使定位板3和上刀盘主体4进行任意角度配合连接

  2. 根据权利要求1所述粉碎刀具装置,其特征在于:粉碎刀组件(11)包括旋钮(1)、定位舌(2)、定位板(3)、上刀盘主体(4)和锥磨上刀(6),转动定位构件包括设置在定位舌(2)外侧的定位舌尖(2.1),以及设置在开口部(8.1)内壁上的若干个定位齿(9);其中,定位舌(2)往复滑动式安装在定位板(3)上,旋钮(1)和定位舌(2)之间配合连接,定位板(3)位于上刀盘主体(4)上方,锥磨上刀(6)设置在上刀盘主体(4)内;定位板(3)设有若干个不同位置角度的定位调节孔(3.2),上刀盘主体(4)设有一个以上的定位柱(4.1);或者,定位板(3)设有一个以上的定位柱(4.1),上刀盘主体(4)设有若干个不同位置角度的定位调节孔(3.2),以使定位板(3)和上刀盘主体(4)进行任意初始角度配合连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述粉碎刀具装置,其特征在于:粉碎刀组件(11)在豆仓(8)的开口部(8.1)转动时,旋钮(1)在转动下依次带动定位舌(2)、定位板(3)转动,且定位舌(2)伸缩滑动在定位板(3)上,以在转动状态下定位舌尖(2.1)缩进定位板(3)内并脱离定位齿(9);或者,在停止转动状态下定位舌尖(2.1)伸出定位板(3)外并接触、扣合在定位齿(9)上;实现粉碎刀组件(11)定位和控制粉碎刀组件(11)转动角度,进而使定位舌(2)随定位板(3)一起转动配合并将定位板(3)定位在上刀盘主体(4)上的最小磨粉间隙角度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述粉碎刀具装置,其特征在于:定位板(3)内设有滑槽(3.1),定位舌(2)安装在滑槽(3.1)内,定位舌(2)设有驱动头(2.2),驱动头(2.2)和滑槽(3.1)一内壁接触,定位舌(2)一端设有弹 性件(19),弹性件(19)和滑槽(3.1)另一内壁接触,定位舌(2)通过驱动头(2.2)和旋钮(1)配合连接,旋钮(1)在转动下通过驱动头(2.2)依次带动定位舌(2)、定位板(3)转动,且定位舌(2)在转动下往滑槽(3.1)内壁挤压弹性件(19),定位舌尖(2.1)缩进定位板(3)内并脱离定位齿(9);在停止转动状态下,被压缩的弹性件(19)复位并弹开定位舌(2),定位舌(2)沿滑槽(3.1)往定位板(3)外侧移动,定位舌尖(2.1)伸出定位板(3)外并接触、扣合在定位齿(9)上;
    或者,驱动头(2.2)外露在定位舌(2)、按钮(1)外侧,通过按压并转动驱动头(2.2),定位舌(2)在滑槽(3.1)内挤压弹性件(19);此外,定位舌(2)、定位板(3)跟随驱动头(2.2)转动。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述粉碎刀具装置,其特征在于:豆仓(8)在开口部(8.1)底部设有上刀盘定位件(10),上刀盘定位件(10)内设有定位螺纹(10.1),上刀盘主体(4)的下部外围设有螺纹(5),上刀盘主体(4)的螺纹(5)和定位螺纹(10.1)螺纹连接,以使上刀盘主体(4)在粉碎刀组件(11)转动下,上刀盘主体(4)沿上刀盘定位件(10)上下移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述粉碎刀具装置,其特征在于:豆仓(8)底部设有粉碎刀具支架(17),上刀盘定位件(10)安装在粉碎刀具支架(17)内,粉碎刀具支架(17)内设有锥磨主刀(14),上刀盘主体(4)内设有锥磨上刀(6),且锥磨上刀(6)位于锥磨主刀(14)外侧,锥磨上刀(6)和锥磨主刀(14)之间设有倾斜式的间隙配合,上刀盘主体(4)沿上刀盘定位件(10)上下移动并带动锥磨上刀(6)上下移动在锥磨主刀(14)外围,以通过粉碎刀组件(11)的转动,进而调节锥磨上刀(6)的高低位置,实现控制锥磨上刀(6)和锥磨主刀(14)之间的间隙,该间隙至少包括锥磨上刀(6)和锥磨主刀(14)原安装的初始间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述粉碎刀具装置,其特征在于:粉碎刀具支架(17)内还设有甩粉盘(20),甩粉盘(20)位于锥磨主刀(14)底部,甩粉盘(20)底部设有轴承(12),粉碎刀具支架(17)底部设有电机(13),电机(13)设有电机轴(13.1),电机轴(13.1)贯穿粉碎刀具支架(17)底部、轴承(12)、甩粉盘(20)和锥磨主刀(14)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述粉碎刀具装置,其特征在于:上刀盘定位件(10)独立设置或一体设置在粉碎刀具支架(17)上;或者,上刀盘定位件(10)独立设置或一体设置在豆仓(8)上;上刀盘主体(4)底部对应锥磨上刀(6) 设有刀定位件(7),以使锥磨上刀(6)固定在上刀盘主体(4)内;上刀盘定位件(10)还设有出料口(15)、甩粉口(16)。
  9. 一种磨豆咖啡机,包括机体,其特征在于:机体内设有权利要求1-9任一项所述粉碎刀具装置。
  10. 一种粉碎刀具装置初始位的定位方法,其中,所述一种粉碎刀具包括豆仓(8)内的粉碎刀组件(11),豆仓(8)的开口部(8.1),粉碎刀组件(11)包括旋钮(1)、定位舌(2)、定位板(3)、上刀盘主体(4)和锥磨上刀(6),
    所述定位方法,包括:
    让粉碎刀组件(11)初始对位步骤:定位板(3)与上刀盘主体(4)之间设置若干个不同位置角度的定位调节孔(3.2)和一个以上的定位柱(4.1)相适应对位固定连接,以使定位板(3)和上刀盘主体(4)进行任意角度配合连接;
    产生初始位的调节步骤:
    将上刀盘主体(4)与锥磨上刀(6)固定连接一起,上刀盘主体(4)通过螺纹(5)、定位螺纹(10.1)和上刀盘定位件(10)旋转配合,并定位旋转在上刀盘定位件(10)内,上刀盘主体(4)旋转到不能旋转时停止后倒退旋转一度以上,将定位板(3)和定位舌(2)与上刀盘主体(4)定位连接,定位舌(2)的定位舌尖(2.1)指向定位齿(9)的起始的位置,打螺钉将定位板(3)与上刀盘主体(4)固定连接,定位舌(2)尾部与旋钮(1)内壁之间设有弹性件(19)将定位舌尖(2.1)弹出与定位齿(9)前端定位成初始位即细粉位(最小磨粉间隙角度),定位齿(9)末端为粗粉位(最大磨粉间隙角度);
    粉碎刀组件(11)的分离步骤:
    将旋钮(1)与定位板(3)或上刀盘主体(4)固定连接形成独立的粉碎刀组件(11),反向旋转退出定位螺纹(10.1),可清扫锥磨上刀(6)和锥磨主刀(14)上的残留物;
    所述粉碎刀组件(11)的初始对位步骤、初始位的调节步骤、分离步骤依次进行。
