空调室内机 技术领域
本发明属于空调技术领域,具体提供一种空调室内机。
背景技术
随着空调技术的不断发展,用户对空调器的综合性能也提出了越来越高的要求,特别是对于室内机的送风体验和送风质量,都是用户十分关注的问题。具体地,现有很多空调器依然存在容易直吹用户的问题,特别是在空调器运行制冷工况时,室内机吹出的冷风直吹人体很容易引起用户不适;同时,现有很多空调器的进风口都设置在机壳的顶部且没有采取任何防护措施,这也就导致进风口处很容易积聚灰尘,进而导致室内机送风的洁净度受到严重影响。
为了有效缓解以上问题,近年来,技术人员也对空调器的控制逻辑和结构进行了各种改进。针对空调器直吹问题,现有技术中主要存在以下两种改善方式:1、部分空调器通过调整送风逻辑来避免直吹引起不适的问题,但这种调整送风逻辑的方式很容易影响空调器的换热速度,进而导致室内温度改变缓慢的问题;2、还有部分空调器通过改变导风板的结构来避免直吹问题,但这种改变导风板结构的方式就彻底改变了室内机的送风方式,少部分不介意直吹甚至喜欢直吹的用户也无法进行选择。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的空调室内机来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有室内机的结构设计不佳因而容易影响送风体验和送风洁净度的问题,本发明提供了一种空调室内机,所述空调室内机包括机壳,所述机壳的顶部形成有进风口且前下部形成有出风口,所述空调室内机还包括导风板和多功能板件,所述导风板设置在所述出风口处,所述多功能板件包括连接板以及与所述连接板相连的散风板和挡风板,所述连接板枢转 连接于所述机壳的左端盖和/或右端盖,所述散风板上设置有多个散风孔,所述散风板和所述挡风板能够择一移动至所述出风口附近,所述散风板设置为当移动至所述出风口附近时能够打散出风气流,所述挡风板设置为当移动至所述出风口附近时能够与所述导风板配合来进行出风引流以避免直吹以及当移动至所述进风口处时能够进行防尘。
在上述空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述散风板和所述挡风板中的一个固定连接至所述连接板,所述散风板和所述挡风板中的另一个以可移动的方式连接至所述连接板,以使所述散风板和所述挡风板能够择一移动至所述出风口附近。
在上述空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述连接板包括第一连接板和第二连接板,所述第一连接板和所述第二连接板分别连接至所述散风板和所述挡风板的两端,并且所述第一连接板枢转连接至所述机壳的左端盖,所述第二连接板枢转连接至所述机壳的右端盖。
在上述空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述散风板和所述挡风板呈平行设置。
在上述空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述挡风板位于靠近所述出风口的一侧。
在上述空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述连接板包括第一连接板和第二连接板,所述散风板和所述挡风板中的一个与所述第一连接板相连,所述散风板和所述挡风板中的另一个与所述第二连接板相连,并且所述第一连接板枢转连接至所述机壳的左端盖,所述第二连接板枢转连接至所述机壳的右端盖。
在上述空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述多功能板件设置成当所述挡风板移动至引流位置时所述挡风板所在的平面与竖直平面之间的夹角为30°。
在上述空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述挡风板沿周向设置成中间高两边低的板状结构;并且/或者所述散风板沿周向设置成中间高两边低的板状结构。
在上述空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述空调室内机还包括设置在所述机壳上的限位组件,所述限位组件设置为能够允许所 述多功能板件在引流位置和防尘位置之间转动,并且还能够使所述多功能板件维持在引流位置和防尘位置。
在上述空调室内机的优选技术方案中,所述限位组件包括设置在所述机壳上的引流限位块和防尘限位块,所述引流限位块设置成能够在所述多功能板件转动至引流位置时与所述多功能板件接合以使所述散风板和/或所述挡风板维持在引流位置,所述防尘限位块设置成能够在所述多功能板件转动至防尘位置时与所述多功能板件接合以使所述挡风板维持在防尘位置。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的技术方案中,本发明的空调室内机包括机壳,所述机壳的顶部形成有进风口且前下部形成有出风口,所述空调室内机还包括导风板和多功能板件,所述导风板设置在所述出风口处,所述多功能板件包括连接板以及与所述连接板相连的散风板和挡风板,所述连接板枢转连接于所述机壳的左端盖和/或右端盖,所述散风板上设置有多个散风孔,所述散风板和所述挡风板能够择一移动至所述出风口附近,所述散风板设置为当移动至所述出风口附近时能够打散出风气流,所述挡风板设置为当转动至所述出风口附近时能够与所述导风板配合来进行出风引流以避免直吹以及当转动至所述进风口处时能够进行防尘。本发明通过增设所述多功能板件来同时解决直吹问题和出风口容易积灰的问题,当所述空调器正常运行时:如果所述散风板和所述挡风板均没有位于所述出风口附近,所述室内机就能够通过所述导风板正常实现远距离送风,以便有效满足部分用户的直吹需求以及远距离送风需求;如果所述散风板移动至所述出风口附近,所述散风板就能够与所述导风板配合以打散出风气流,从而有效避免直吹问题,进而有效提升送风舒适度;如果所述挡风板移动至所述出风口附近就能够与所述导风板配合以共同进行出风引流,从而以另一种方式来有效避免直吹问题,进而有效提升所述空调室内机的送风体验;另外,当所述空调器无需使用时,所述挡风板能够移动至所述进风口处而将所述进风口遮蔽起来,从而有效防止所述进风口处容易积聚灰尘的问题,进而有效保证所述空调室内机的送风洁净度。

首先参阅图1至3,其中,图1是本优选实施例的空调室内机的正视图;图2是本优选实施例的多功能板件的整体结构示意图;图3是本优选实施例的机壳的整体结构示意图。如图1至3所示,本发明的空调室内机包括机壳11,机壳11的主体呈长方体状,机壳11的顶部形成有进风口111,并且进风口111处还设置有进风栏栅,其前下方形成有出风口112,进风口111和出风口112的形状均设置成长方形,以便增大所述空调室内机的送风量;所述空调室内机的换热器设置在机壳11中,换热空间内的空气通过进风口111进入机壳11,并在机壳11中与换热器进行换热后,再在室内风机的作用下通过出风口112吹出,从而改变换热空间内的温度。此外,出风口112处还设置有导风板12,导风板12的形状与出风口112的形状相匹配,在本优选实施例中,导风板12枢转连接至机壳11以实现转动,从而有效改变导风角度。此外,还需要说明的是,本发明不对机壳11、进风口111和出风口112的具体形状和尺寸作任何限制,技术人员可以根据实际使用需求自行设定;并且本发明也不对导风板12的具体结构以及导风板12与机壳11的连接方式作任何限制,技术人员可以根据实际使用需求自行设定,例如,导风板12还可以通过可移动的方式连接至机壳11,这并不是限制性的。
进一步地,本发明的空调室内机还包括多功能板件13,多功能板件13包括散风板131、挡风板132以及位于其两侧的第一连接板133和第二连接板134,其中,第一连接板133枢转连接至机壳11的左端,第二连接板134枢转连接至机壳11的右端,散风板131上设置有多个散风孔1311(如图2中所示),挡风板132上则为板状结构 且其上没有设置任何用于通风的通孔结构,散风板131和挡风板132能够择一移动至出风口112附近,散风板131设置为当移动至出风口112附近时能够打散出风气流,从而有效避免直吹问题,进而有效提升送风舒适度;挡风板132设置为当移动至出风口112附近时能够与导风板12配合来进行出风引流以避免直吹以及当移动至进风口111处时能够进行防尘,即通过增设多功能板件13就可以同时避免直吹问题和出风口112容易积尘的问题。优选地,散风孔1311为圆形通孔,以便在保证散风效果的同时还能够尽量减小风阻,并且多个散风孔1311在散风板131上呈阵列分布,以便有效保证散风强度,进而最大程度地保证散风效果。需要说明的是,虽然本优选实施例中所述的连接板的设置数量为两个,但这并不是限制性的,技术人员可以根据实际使用需求自行设定。
在本优选实施例中,机壳11的左端盖和右端盖上分别设置有一个安装筒113,相应地,第一连接板133的安装端(即远离散风板131的一端)设置有第一安装轴1331,第二连接板134的安装端(即远离散风板131的一端)设置有第二安装轴1341,第一安装轴1331和第二安装轴1341的形状与安装筒113的形状相匹配,以使第一连接板133能够通过第一安装轴1331套设于设置在左端盖上的安装筒113上且第二连接板134能够通过第二安装轴1341套设于设置在右端盖上的安装筒113上。优选地,机壳11上还设置有连接板驱动电机,连接板驱动电机的转轴与至少一个连接板相连,以便控制转动角度。需要说明的是,本发明不对第一连接板133和第二连接板134与机壳11之间的具体连接方式作任何限制,只要多功能板件13能够通过连接板枢转连接至机壳11即可。
继续参阅图2,如图2所示,第一连接板133的主体呈长方形,其上端设置为圆弧状,以便第一连接板133在转动过程中能够更好地保持平衡,并且第一安装轴1331设置在圆弧段,以便进一步提升转动的稳定性;第一连接板133的下端设置为平直状,以便更好地实现连接。需要说明的是,本发明不对第一连接板133的具体形状作任何限制,技术人员可以根据实际使用需求自行设定。同时,第二连接板134的主体也呈长方形,其上端设置为圆弧状,以便第二连接板 134在转动过程中能够更好地保持平衡,并且第二安装轴1341设置在圆弧段,以便进一步提升转动的稳定性;第二连接板134的下端设置为平直状,以便更好地实现连接。此外,还需要说明的是,本发明不对第二连接板134的具体形状作任何限制,技术人员可以根据实际使用需求自行设定。
作为一种优选实施例,散风板131的左右两端分别固定连接至第一连接板133和第二连接板134的连接端(即远离安装端的一端),第一连接板133、散风板131和第二连接板134共同形成U形板状结构;挡风板132的左右两端以可移动的方式连接至第一连接板133和第二连接板134,以使挡风板132能够移动至与散风板131正对的位置,也可以从该位置移出。具体而言,第一连接板133、散风板131和第二连接板134一体注塑成形,以便有效保证其使用强度;挡风板132的左端通过直线电机与第一连接板133相连,其右端通过直线导轨结构与第二连接板134相连,以便所述直线电机能够驱动挡风板132在其所在的平面上平移,以使散风板131和挡风板132能够选择性错开,进而有效保证控制的精准性。当散风板131和挡风板132未错开时,挡风板132位于出风口112附近;当散风板131和挡风板132错开时,挡风板132从出风口112附近移开,散风板131位于出风口112附近。当然,需要说明的是,上述连接方式仅是优选连接方式,技术人员也可以根据实际使用需求自行调整;例如,第一连接板133、散风板131和第二连接板134还可以设置为单独的元件,然后再通过紧固件连接为一体;又例如,挡风板132还可以通过齿轮齿条驱动装置与第一连接板133相连以实现平移,只要挡风板132能够相对于第一连接板133和第二连接板134平移即可。
继续参阅图4和5,其中,图4是本优选实施例的多功能板件位于防尘位置时室内机的侧视图,图5是本优选实施例的多功能板件位于引流位置时室内机的侧视图。如图4和5所示,基于上述设置,当多功能板件13转动至防尘位置(如图4中所示的位置)时,散风板131和挡风板132在竖直方向上正对,此时,散风板131和挡风板132均位于进风口111的上方,以便有效实现防尘效果;当多功能板件13转动至引流位置(如图5中所示的位置)时,如果散风板131 和挡风板132处于正对状态(如图5中所示的状态),则挡风板132起作用,属于挡风板132移动至出风口112附近的情况,此时,挡风板132能够与导风板12配合来进行出风引流以避免直吹问题;而如果散风板131和挡风板132处于错开状态,挡风板132从出风口112附近移开,散风板131起作用,属于散风板131移动至出风口112附近的情况,此时,散风板131能够打散出风气流以避免直吹问题。需要说明的是,虽然本优选实施例通过将散风板131和挡风板132均移动至进风口111的上方来实现防尘效果,但是,也可以仅将挡风板132移动至进风口111的上方来实现防尘效果。
此外,作为另一种优选实施例,散风板131与第一连接板133连接为一体,挡风板132与第二连接板134连接为一体,以便分别实现转动。具体地,参阅图2中的方位,散风板131的左端固定连接至第一连接板133的连接端(即远离安装端的一端),第一连接板133和散风板131共同形成L形板状结构,以使散风板131能够通过第一连接板133相对于机壳11转动;并且,挡风板132的右端固定连接至第二连接板134的连接端(即远离安装端的一端),第二连接板134和挡风板132共同形成反L形板状结构,以使挡风板132能够通过第二连接板134相对于机壳11转动,进而使得散风板131和挡风板132能够择一移动至出风口112附近,并且还能够移动至进风口111的上方。进一步地,第一连接板133和散风板131一体注塑成形,第二连接板134和挡风板132一体注塑成形,以便有效保证其使用强度;并且,第一连接板133和机壳11通过第一连接板驱动电机相连,以使散风板131能够通过所述第一连接板驱动电机实现枢转,第二连接板134和机壳11通过第二连接板驱动电机相连,以使挡风板132能够通过所述第二连接板驱动电机实现枢转,进而有效保证控制的精准性。需要说明的是,上述连接方式仅是优选的连接方式,技术人员也可以根据实际使用需求自行调整;例如,第一连接板133和散风板131还可以设置为单独的元件,然后再通过紧固件连接为一体;又例如,还可以是第一连接板133与挡风板132相连且第二连接板134与散风板131相连。
继续参阅图4和5,如图4和5所示,基于上述设置,当第一连接板133和第二连接板134均转动至防尘位置(如图4中所示的位置)时,散风板131和挡风板132在竖直方向上正对,此时,散风板131和挡风板132均位于进风口111的上方,以便有效实现防尘效果;当第一连接板133和第二连接板134均转动至引流位置(如图5中所示的位置)时,挡风板132位于靠近出风口112的一侧(如图5中所示),此时,挡风板132起作用,属于挡风板132移动至出风口112附近的情况,其能够与导风板12配合来进行出风引流以避免直吹问题;而如果仅有第一连接板133转动至引流位置,则散风板131起作用,属于散风板131移动至出风口112附近的情况,此时,散风板131能够打散出风气流以避免直吹问题。需要说明的是,虽然本优选实施例通过将散风板131和挡风板132均移动至进风口111的上方来实现防尘效果,但是,也可以仅将挡风板132移动至进风口111的上方来实现防尘效果。
进一步地,作为一种优选实施例,当散风板131和挡风板132均移动至出风口112附近时,即如图5所示的位置时,散风板131和挡风板132呈平行设置,并且在挡风板132相对于第一连接板133和第二连接板134移动时也能够始终保持平行,即挡风板132的移动路径位于挡风板132所在的平面内,以便有效保证挡风板132的引流效果。另外,在挡风板132的移动过程中,挡风板132始终位于靠近出风口112的一侧,从而有效避免气流先经过散风板131时出现分散现象而影响挡风板132的引流效果,进而最大程度地保证挡风板132的引流效果。
继续参阅图5和6,如图5和6所示,更进一步地,当挡风板132移动至引流位置时,挡风板132所在的平面与竖直平面之间的夹角为30°,以便有效保证出风口112向上出风的比例较大,从而有效实现引流导向作用,进而有效避免直吹问题,提升用户体验。当然,技术人员也可以根据实际使用需求对其转动角度进行调整,这并不是限制性的。同时,当散风板131移动至引流位置,即如图5中所示的位置,并且挡风板132从散风板131的内侧移出时,散风板131所在的平面与出风方向正好垂直,以便最大程度地保证散风效果。进 一步优选地,还可以使散风板131的端部以可转动的方式连接至连接板,随着出风方向的改变,散风板131能够相对于连接板转动,以使散风板131所在的平面始终与出风方向垂直,从而使得散风板131能够更好地适应不同出风方向,进而大幅提升散风效果。
另外,作为一种优选设置方式,如图6所示,散风板131沿周向设置成中间高两边低的板状结构,并且挡风板132沿周向设置成中间高两边低的板状结构。具体地,散风板131和挡风板132整体呈长方形板,并且该长方形板沿宽度方向弯折,以使其沿周向形成中间高两边低的板状结构,并且中间较高的部分向外突出,以便在其内部形成一个截面形状为弓形的柱状凹槽,进而更好地进行引流,从而有效提升引流效果。
此外,在一种优选实施例中,所述空调室内机还包括设置在机壳11上的限位组件(图中未示出),所述限位组件设置为能够允许多功能板件13在引流位置和防尘位置之间转动,并且还能够使多功能板件13维持在引流位置和防尘位置。需要说明的是,本发明不对多功能板件13能够维持在引流位置和防尘位置所采取的具体手段作任何限制,技术人员可以根据实际使用需求自行设定;例如,可以通过设置限位组件来实现,也可以通过设置驱动电机并控制驱动电机的转动角度来实现,这并不是限制性的。
进一步地,继续参阅图1至3,以散风板131的左右两端分别固定连接至第一连接板133和第二连接板134的连接端,挡风板132的左右两端以可移动的方式连接至第一连接板133和第二连接板134的情形为例,在此情形下,所述限位组件包括设置在机壳11的左端盖上的引流限位块和防尘限位块,其中,所述引流限位块上设置有引流限位缺口,所述引流限位缺口的形状与第一连接板133的下边缘的形状相匹配,当多功能板件13转动至引流位置时,第一连接板133的下边缘能够卡接至所述引流限位缺口中,以使多功能板件13维持在引流位置不再继续向下转动;同时,所述防尘限位块上也设置有防尘限位缺口,所述防尘限位缺口的形状与第一连接板133的上边缘形状相匹配,当多功能板件13转动至防尘位置时,第一连接板133的上边缘能够卡接至所述防尘限位缺口中,以使多功能板件13维持在防尘位 置不再继续向后转动。通过上述结构来实现限位不仅能够保证限位的可靠性,而且还能够有效节省成本。
此外,需要说明的是,技术人员可以根据多功能板件13的具体结构自行调整所述限位组件的具体结构,只要能够实现相应的限位作用即可;例如,当散风板131的左端固定连接至第一连接板133的连接端而使散风板131通过第一连接板133相对于机壳11转动,并且挡风板132的右端固定连接至第二连接板134的连接端而使挡风板132通过第二连接板134相对于机壳11转动时,还可以分别在机壳11的左端盖和右端盖上设置相应的引流限位块和防尘限位块,以便通过设置在所述左端盖上的引流限位块和防尘限位块来限制第一连接板133的转动位置,进而限制散风板131的转动位置,并且通过设置在所述右端盖上的引流限位块和防尘限位块来限制第二连接板134的转动位置,进而限制挡风板132的转动位置,以便有效保证散风板131和挡风板132的固定效果;又例如,虽然本优选实施例中所使用的接合方式为卡接,但这并不是限制性的,技术人员可以根据实际使用需求自行设定,例如,还可以通过磁吸附的方式实现接合。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不仅局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种空调室内机,所述空调室内机包括机壳,所述机壳的顶部形成有进风口且前下部形成有出风口,
    其特征在于,所述空调室内机还包括导风板和多功能板件,
    所述导风板设置在所述出风口处,
    所述多功能板件包括连接板以及与所述连接板相连的散风板和挡风板,所述连接板枢转连接于所述机壳的左端盖和/或右端盖,所述散风板上设置有多个散风孔,
    所述散风板和所述挡风板能够择一移动至所述出风口附近,所述散风板设置为当移动至所述出风口附近时能够打散出风气流,所述挡风板设置为当移动至所述出风口附近时能够与所述导风板配合来进行出风引流以避免直吹以及当移动至所述进风口处时能够进行防尘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述散风板和所述挡风板中的一个固定连接至所述连接板,所述散风板和所述挡风板中的另一个以可移动的方式连接至所述连接板,以使所述散风板和所述挡风板能够择一移动至所述出风口附近。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述连接板包括第一连接板和第二连接板,
    所述第一连接板和所述第二连接板分别连接至所述散风板和所述挡风板的两端,
    并且所述第一连接板枢转连接至所述机壳的左端盖,所述第二连接板枢转连接至所述机壳的右端盖。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述散风板和所述挡风板呈平行设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述挡风板位于靠近所述出风口的一侧。

    所述限位组件设置为能够允许所述多功能板件在引流位置和防尘位置之间转动,并且还能够使所述多功能板件维持在引流位置和防尘位置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述限位组件包括设置在所述机壳上的引流限位块和防尘限位块,
    所述引流限位块设置成能够在所述多功能板件转动至引流位置时与所述多功能板件接合以使所述散风板和/或所述挡风板维持在引流位置,
    所述防尘限位块设置成能够在所述多功能板件转动至防尘位置时与所述多功能板件接合以使所述挡风板维持在防尘位置。
