Abstract

本申请提供了一种扬声器模组以及电子设备,扬声器模组包括盆架组件、磁路组件以及振动组件,振动组件包括音圈以及第一振膜,柔性连接件、骨架以及第二振膜,第二固定板上开设有安装槽;骨架连接于音圈,第二振膜包括第一连接部、第一固定部以及分别连接于第一连接部和第一固定部的第一折环部,且第一连接部至少部分固定于安装槽内,并连接于第二支撑部,第一固定部连接于盆架组件。本实施例的扬声器模组通过在柔性连接件上开设有安装槽以安装第二振膜,第二振膜可以通过安装槽与柔性连接件固定连接,在保证扬声器模组具有紧凑结构的前提下,进一步提高第一连接部的结合面积,从而提高第二振膜的牢固程度,扬声器模组的可靠性得以提高。

扬声器模组及电子设备 技术领域
本申请涉及扬声器技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器模组及电子设备。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,市面上已经出现内置有多个振膜的扬声器,在设置有多个振膜的扬声器中,通常使用骨架与多个振膜分别胶合并将多个振膜分隔开。
技术问题
而骨架一般采用冲压加工制成,但是冲压加工会使骨架在弯折部位形成一定的折弯角,骨架在其弯折部位便无法与振膜有效地接合,从而导致振膜无法与骨架紧密贴合,进而影响振膜的安装牢固程度,扬声器的可靠性随之受到影响。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本申请提供了一种扬声器模组及电子设备,用于解决在具有多个振膜的扬声器中,振膜与骨架之间结合效果不佳的问题。
本申请提出一种扬声器模组,包括盆架组件、磁路组件以及振动组件,所述磁路组件固定于所述盆架组件上,所述磁路组件至少部分穿设于所述振动组件内;所述振动组件包括音圈以及第一振膜,所述第一振膜分别固定于所述盆架组件和所述磁路组件,所述音圈相对于所述磁路组件是可活动的,所述磁路组件用于驱动所述音圈移动以使所述第一振膜振动发声,所述振动组件还包括:
柔性连接件,所述柔性连接件与所述第一振膜沿所述音圈的移动方向依次间隔设置,所述柔性连接件包括第一固定板、第二固定板以及分别连接于所述第一固定板和所述第二固定板的柔性部;所述第一固定板连接于所述盆架组件,所述第二固定板相对于所述第一固定板是可活动的,且所述第二固定板上开设有安装槽;
骨架,连接于所述音圈,且所述磁路组件至少部分插设于所述骨架内;所述骨架包括第一支撑部、第二支撑部以及分别连接于所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的弯折部,所述第一支撑部连接于所述第一振膜,所述第二支撑部连接于所述第二固定板;以及
第二振膜,包括第一连接部、第一固定部以及分别连接于所述第一连接部和所述第一固定部的第一折环部,且所述第一连接部至少部分固定于所述安装槽内,并连接于所述第二支撑部,所述第一固定部连接于所述盆架组件。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一连接部与所述安装槽的内壁粘接固定。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第二固定板具有第一连接面、第二连接面以及分别连接于所述第一连接面和所述第二连接面的中间面,所述第一连接面与所述第二支撑部粘接固定,所述安装槽设于所述第二连接面上并贯穿所述中间面。
在本申请的一些实施例中,在所述音圈的移动方向上,所述第一连接部与所述第一连接面的间距为0.03mm。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第二固定板具有第一连接面、第二连接面以及分别连接于所述第一连接面和所述第二连接面的中间面,所述第一连接面与所述第二支撑部胶合固定,所述安装槽设于所述第一连接面上并贯穿所述中间面,所述第一连接部与所述第二支撑部粘接固定。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第二固定板具有第一连接面、第二连接面以及分别连接于所述第一连接面和所述第二连接面的中间面,所述第一连接面与所述第二支撑部粘接固定,所述安装槽开设于所述中间面上,所述第一连接部插设于所述安装槽内。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一振膜包括第一膜体、第二膜体以及分别连接于所述第一膜体以及所述第二膜体的球顶,所述球顶连接于所述第一支撑部,所述第一膜体远离所述球顶的一侧与所述磁路组件固定连接,所述第二膜体远离所述球顶的一侧与所述盆架组件固定连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述球顶上开设有第一连接槽和第二连接槽,所述第一膜体至少部分设于所述第一连接槽内,所述第二膜体至少部分设于所述第二连接槽内。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述盆架组件包括底板、支板以及外盆架,所述底板与所述外盆架围合形成用于容纳所述磁路组件和所述振动组件的安装腔,所述磁路组件固定于所述底板上,所述支板连接于所述外盆架并位于所述安装腔内;所述第一振膜和所述柔性连接件分别设于所述支板的相对两侧,所述第一固定板以及所述第一固定部均连接于所述支板,所述第二膜体远离所述球顶的一侧连接于所述外盆架。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述第一支撑部平行于所述第二支撑部,且所述弯折部垂直于所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述弯折部环绕所述磁路组件设置,沿所述弯折部的轮廓路径间隔且均匀开设有多个通孔。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述柔性连接件还包括连接于所述第二固定板的焊盘部,所述第二支撑部上开设有对应于所述焊盘部的连接孔,所述音圈具有引线,所述引线穿设于所述连接孔并与所述焊盘部焊接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述柔性连接件的数目为两组,且两组所述柔性连接件以所述磁路组件为中心对称设置,每一组的所述柔性连接件的所述第一固定板均连接于所述盆架组件,每一组的所述柔性连接件的所述第二固定板均连接于第二支撑部。
本申请还提供了一种电子设备,包括壳体以及上述任意一项所述的扬声器模组,所述扬声器模组设于所述壳体内。
有益效果
实施本申请实施例,具有如下有益效果:
在本实施例的扬声器模组中,柔性连接件的第二固定板连接于骨架,第二固定板上开设有用于连接第二振膜的安装槽;在组装本实施例的扬声器模组时,第二振膜的第一连接部与安装槽固定连接,并将第二振膜的第一固定部与盆架组件固定连接,之后再将第二固定板固定于骨架上。相较于现有扬声器模组的结构,本实施例的扬声器模组通过在柔性连接件上开设有安装槽以安装第二振膜,第二振膜可以通过安装槽与柔性连接件固定连接,在保证扬声器模组具有紧凑结构的前提下,进一步提高第一连接部的结合面积,从而提高第二振膜的牢固程度,扬声器模组的可靠性得以提高。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本申请作进一步说明。
参阅图1所示,本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备1,包括壳体20以及设于壳体20内的扬声器模组10。具体参阅图2所示,扬声器模组10包括盆架组件100、磁路组件200以及振动组件300,磁路组件200固定于盆架组件100上,磁路组件200至少部分穿设于振动组件300内;参阅图3所示,振动组件300包括音圈310以及第一振膜320,音圈310相对于磁路组件200是可活动的,磁路组件200用于驱动音圈310移动以使第一振膜320振动发声。
进一步地,振动组件300还包括柔性连接件330、骨架340以及第二振膜350:柔性连接件330与第一振膜320沿音圈310的移动方向依次间隔设置;请继续参阅图4和图5,柔性连接件330包括第一固定板331、第二固定板333以及分别连接于第一固定板331和第二固定板333的柔性部332;第一固定板331连接于盆架组件100,第二固定板333相对于第一固定板331是可活动的,且第二固定板333上开设有安装槽3331;骨架340连接于音圈310,且磁路组件200至少部分插设于骨架340内;请继续参阅图6,骨架340包括第一支撑部341、第二支撑部343以及分别连接于第一支撑部341和第二支撑部343的弯折部342,第一支撑部341连接于第一振膜320,第二支撑部343连接于第二固定板333;第二振膜350包括第一连接部351、第一固定部353以及分别连接于第一连接部351和第一固定部353的第一折环部352,且第一连接部351至少部分固定于安装槽3331内,并连接于第二支撑部343,第一固定部353连接于盆架组件100。
在本实施例的扬声器模组10中,柔性连接件330的第二固定板333连接于骨架340,第二固定板333上开设有用于连接第二振膜350的安装槽3331;在组装本实施例的扬声器模组10时,第二振膜350的第一连接部351与安装槽3331固定连接,并将第二振膜350的第一固定部353与盆架组件100固定连接,之后再将第二固定板333固定于骨架340上。相较于现有扬声器模组10的结构,本实施例的扬声器模组10通过在柔性连接件330上开设有安装槽3331以安装第二振膜350,第二振膜350可以通过安装槽3331与柔性连接件330固定连接,在保证扬声器模组10具有紧凑结构的前提下,进一步提高第一连接部351的结合面积,从而提高第二振膜350的牢固程度,扬声器模组10的可靠性得以提高。参阅图3所示,定义X方向为音圈310的移动方向。
在一实施例中,第一连接部351与安装槽3331的内壁粘接固定。组装本实施例的扬声器模组10时,可以在第一连接部351的外壁或安装槽3331的内壁涂布粘合胶,之后将第一连接部351与安装槽3331的内壁贴合,以使第二振膜350与柔性连接件330固定连接,再将柔性连接件330的第二固定板333与骨架340的第二支撑部343固定,从而保证第二振膜350与柔性连接件330之间的接合牢固度;相较于传统的扬声器模组,第二振膜350在与柔性连接件330连接之后再与骨架340接合,可以避免由于第二振膜350对应于骨架340在冲压加工中形成的弯折结构而导致第二振膜350与骨架340的重合程度降低,从而影响第二振膜350的牢固程度,使用效果好。
请继续参阅图7和图8,在一实施例中,第二固定板333具有第一连接面3332、第二连接面3334以及分别连接于第一连接面3332和第二连接面3334的中间面3333,第一连接面3332与第二支撑部343粘接固定,安装槽3331设于第二连接面3334上并贯穿中间面3333。
可以理解地是,组装本实施例的扬声器模组10时,参阅图8所示的摆放状态,将第二振膜350的第一连接部351自下而上与安装槽3331贴合,此时第一连接部351的顶面抵接于安装槽3331的内壁,并将第一连接部351固定于安装槽3331内,之后将第二固定板333的第一连接面3332与骨架340的第二支撑部343贴合,即可将第二振膜350的第一连接部351固定。
参阅图8中所示,在传统的扬声器模组中,第一连接部351设置的宽度尺寸有限,当第一连接部351直接与骨架340的第二支撑部343贴合时,弯折部342与第二支撑部343之间形成的弯折结构不能与第一连接部351紧密贴合,而在本实施例中的扬声器模组10中,通过在柔性连接件330的第二固定板333上开设安装槽3331,在不影响第二固定板333与骨架340之间的接合效果以及柔性连接件330外部尺寸的前提下,尽可能提高第一连接部351与第二固定板333之间的接触面积,从而提高第二振膜350与柔性连接件330之间的连接牢固程度。
具体在一实施例中,在音圈310的移动方向上,第一连接部351与第一连接面3332的间距为0.03mm。请继续参阅图9,定义L为第一连接部351与第一连接面3332之间的间距。由此设置,以使本扬声器模组10中的第二振膜350与柔性连接件330具有良好的连接牢固度的前提下,可以使柔性连接件330的第二固定板333具有紧凑的结构。在其他实施例中,L也可以根据实际情况设置对应的尺寸,在此不做唯一限定。
参阅图10所示的另一实施例,第二固定板333具有第一连接面3332、第二连接面3334以及分别连接于第一连接面3332和第二连接面3334的中间面3333,第一连接面3332与第二支撑部343胶合固定,安装槽3331设于第一连接面3332上并贯穿中间面3333,第一连接部351与第二支撑部343粘接固定。
参阅图10所示的摆放状态,在本实施例中,第一连接部351的下侧面以及第一连接部351远离第一折环部352一端的外侧面与安装槽3331的内壁贴合并固定连接,第二振膜350的上侧面可以与第二支撑部343贴合,并可以通过粘接固定连接,由此设置,可以进一步提高第二振膜350的连接牢固程度。
参阅图11所示,在又一实施例中,第二固定板333具有第一连接面3332、第二连接面3334以及分别连接于第一连接面3332和第二连接面3334的中间面3333,第一连接面3332与第二支撑部343粘接固定,安装槽3331开设于中间面3333上,第一连接部351插设于安装槽3331内。
可以理解地是,相较于上述实施例,本实施例中第二振膜350的第一连接部351插设于安装槽3331内,第一连接部351远离第一折环部352一侧的外侧面均与安装槽3331的内侧壁相贴合,从而使第二振膜350与第二固定板333之间具有更高的连接牢固度。
具体在一实施例中,第一振膜320包括第一膜体321、第二膜体323以及分别连接于第一膜体321以及第二膜体323的球顶322,球顶322连接于第一支撑部341,第一膜体321远离球顶322的一侧连接于磁路组件200,第二膜体323远离球顶322的一侧连接于盆架组件100。
参阅图3、图7和图8所示,磁路组件200驱动音圈310移动时,音圈310可以带动骨架340一同移动并进而带动球顶322振动,球顶322振动之后带动与其连接的第一振膜320和第二膜体323振动,从而实现扬声器模组10的发声。在其他实施例中,也可以取消设置的球顶322,并将第一膜体321、第二膜体323与第一支撑部341连接,从而实现第一振膜320的振动功能。
进一步地,参阅图12所示,球顶322上开设有第一连接槽3221和第二连接槽3222,第一膜体321至少部分设于第一连接槽3221内,第二膜体323至少部分设于第二连接槽3222内。
组装本实施例的第一振膜320时,第一膜体321通过第一连接槽3221于球顶322进行定位,第二膜体323通过第二连接槽3222与球顶322进行定位。
具体参阅图12所示的实施例,第一膜体321包括第二折环部3212以及分别连接于第二折环部3212的第二连接部3211以及第二固定部3213,第二连接部3211至少部分设于第一连接槽3221内,第二固定部3213与盆架组件100固定连接,第二连接部3211可相对于第二固定部3213活动;第二膜体323包括第三折环部3232以及分别连接于第三折环部3232的第三连接部3231以及第三固定部3233,第三连接部3231至少部分设于第二连接槽3222内,第三固定部3233与磁路组件200固定连接,第三连接部3231可相对于第三固定部3233活动。
参阅图2、图7和图8所示,具体在一实施例中,盆架组件100包括底板110、支板120以及外盆架130,底板110与外盆架130围合形成用于容纳磁路组件200和振动组件300的安装腔111,磁路组件200固定于底板110上,支板120连接于外盆架130并位于安装腔111内;第一振膜320和柔性连接件330分别设于支板120的相对两侧,第一固定板331以及第一固定部353均连接于支板120,第二膜体323远离球顶322的一侧连接于外盆架130。
参阅图6和图8所示,在一实施例中,第一支撑部341平行于第二支撑部343,且弯折部342垂直于第一支撑部341和第二支撑部343。参阅图8所示,骨架340的截面大致为“之”字型,由此设置,可以降低骨架340在支撑第一振膜320和第二振膜350时,在弯折部342与第一支撑部341和第二支撑部343连接部位的应力,从而提高骨架340的耐用性。
进一步地,参阅图6,弯折部342环绕磁路组件200设置,沿弯折部342的轮廓路径间隔且均匀开设有多个通孔3421。由此设置,在不改变骨架340整体结构的前提下,可以减轻骨架340的质量。
请继续参阅图4,在一实施例中,柔性连接件330还包括连接于第二固定板333的焊盘部334,第二支撑部343上开设有对应于焊盘部334的连接孔3432,音圈310具有引线(图中未标识),引线穿设于连接孔3432并与焊盘部334焊接。由此设置,可以实现音圈310的电路连接,从而实现扬声器模组10的发声作用。
具体在一实施例中,柔性连接件330的数目为两组,且两组柔性连接件330以磁路组件200为中心对称设置,每一组的柔性连接件330的第一固定板331均连接于盆架组件100,每一组的柔性连接件330的第二固定板333均连接于第二支撑部343。通过设置两组柔性连接件330,可以为骨架340和第二振膜350提供更为平衡的支撑效果。在其他实施例中,柔性连接件330也可以设置为四组,且四组柔性连接件330分别设于磁路组件200在水平面的四个方向上。
进一步地,参阅图3所示,骨架340内开设有容纳空间3431,磁路组件200包括磁部组、极芯组以及上磁轭250,磁部组固定于底板110上,极芯组沿X方向的相对两端分别连接于磁部组以及上磁轭250;磁部组包括主磁部210以及环绕主磁部210设置的外磁部,主磁部与外磁部之间形成磁部间隙,极芯组包括主极芯230以及环绕主极芯230设置的外极芯,主极芯与外极芯之间形成连通于磁部间隙的极芯间隙,音圈310可动地设于磁部间隙和/或极芯间隙内。
参阅图3所示,具体在一实施例中,主磁部210大致为矩形,外磁部包括两组第一外磁部221以及两组第二外磁部222,两组第一外磁部221分别设于主磁部210的相对两侧,两组第二外磁部222设于主磁部210另外的两侧。在其他实施例中,外磁部也可以设置为环形磁体。
在本实施例中,主极芯230大致为矩形,外极芯包括两组第一外极芯241以及两组第二外极芯242,两组第一外极芯241分别设于主极芯230的相对两侧,两组第二外极芯242设于主极芯230另外的两侧。在其他实施例中,外极芯也可以设置为环形磁体。
参阅图3所示的实施例中,第一外磁部221和第一外极芯241分别插设于骨架340内,主磁部210、第二外磁部222、主极芯230以及第二外极芯242设于容纳空间3431内。由此设置,可以使本扬声器模组10具有紧凑的结构,便于扬声器模组10在壳体20内的安装布置。
进一步地,磁路组件200还包括副磁部270,副磁部270设于主极芯230远离主磁部210的一侧;外磁部组还包括两组第三外磁部223和两组第四外磁部224,第三外磁部223设于第二外极芯242远离第二外磁部222的一侧,第四外磁部224设于第二外极芯242远离第一外磁部221的一侧。
在本实施例中,主磁部210、第一外磁部221以及第二外磁部222形成主磁部组,副磁部270、第三外磁部223以及第四外磁部224形成副磁部组,并且在X方向上,主磁部组和副磁部组分别设于主极芯230的两侧,通过主磁部组和副磁部组的配合,可以提升磁路组件200的磁场强度,从而提高扬声器模组10的性能。
进一步地,参阅图3和图12所示,磁路组件200还包括垫圈260,第二固定部3213、垫圈260以及上磁轭250沿X方向依次设置,且垫圈260分别抵接于第二固定部3213和上磁轭250。
由此设置,在本实施例的扬声器模组10中,垫圈260分别支撑上磁轭250和第二折环部3212,从而避免上磁轭250直接接触第二固定部3213而对第二固定部3213造成损伤。在一些实施例中,垫圈260可以选用橡胶、硅胶等柔性材料制成。在其他实施例中,垫圈260可以采用硬度低于第二固定部3213的材料制成,也可以避免损伤垫圈260。以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种扬声器模组,包括盆架组件、磁路组件以及振动组件,所述磁路组件固定于所述盆架组件上,所述磁路组件至少部分穿设于所述振动组件内;所述振动组件包括音圈以及第一振膜,所述第一振膜分别固定于所述盆架组件和所述磁路组件,所述音圈相对于所述磁路组件是可活动的,所述磁路组件用于驱动所述音圈移动以使所述第一振膜振动发声,其特征在于,所述振动组件还包括:
    柔性连接件,所述柔性连接件与所述第一振膜沿所述音圈的移动方向依次间隔设置,所述柔性连接件包括第一固定板、第二固定板以及分别连接于所述第一固定板和所述第二固定板的柔性部;所述第一固定板连接于所述盆架组件,所述第二固定板相对于所述第一固定板是可活动的,且所述第二固定板上开设有安装槽;
    骨架,连接于所述音圈,且所述磁路组件至少部分插设于所述骨架内;所述骨架包括第一支撑部、第二支撑部以及分别连接于所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的弯折部,所述第一支撑部连接于所述第一振膜,所述第二支撑部连接于所述第二固定板;以及
    第二振膜,包括第一连接部、第一固定部以及分别连接于所述第一连接部和所述第一固定部的第一折环部,且所述第一连接部至少部分固定于所述安装槽内,并连接于所述第二支撑部,所述第一固定部连接于所述盆架组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述第一连接部与所述安装槽的内壁粘接固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述第二固定板具有第一连接面、第二连接面以及分别连接于所述第一连接面和所述第二连接面的中间面,所述第一连接面与所述第二支撑部粘接固定,所述安装槽设于所述第二连接面上并贯穿所述中间面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,在所述音圈的移动方向上,所述第一连接部与所述第一连接面的间距为0.03mm。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述第二固定板具有第一连接面、第二连接面以及分别连接于所述第一连接面和所述第二连接面的中间面,所述第一连接面与所述第二支撑部胶合固定,所述安装槽设于所述第一连接面上并贯穿所述中间面,所述第一连接部与所述第二支撑部粘接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述第二固定板具有第一连接面、第二连接面以及分别连接于所述第一连接面和所述第二连接面的中间面,所述第一连接面与所述第二支撑部粘接固定,所述安装槽开设于所述中间面上,所述第一连接部插设于所述安装槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述第一振膜包括第一膜体、第二膜体以及分别连接于所述第一膜体以及所述第二膜体的球顶,所述球顶连接于所述第一支撑部,所述第一膜体远离所述球顶的一侧与所述磁路组件固定连接,所述第二膜体远离所述球顶的一侧与所述盆架组件固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述球顶上开设有第一连接槽和第二连接槽,所述第一膜体至少部分设于所述第一连接槽内,所述第二膜体至少部分设于所述第二连接槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述盆架组件包括底板、支板以及外盆架,所述底板与所述外盆架围合形成用于容纳所述磁路组件和所述振动组件的安装腔,所述磁路组件固定于所述底板上,所述支板连接于所述外盆架并位于所述安装腔内;所述第一振膜和所述柔性连接件分别设于所述支板的相对两侧,所述第一固定板以及所述第一固定部均连接于所述支板,所述第二膜体远离所述球顶的一侧连接于所述外盆架。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部平行于所述第二支撑部,且所述弯折部垂直于所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述弯折部环绕所述磁路组件设置,沿所述弯折部的轮廓路径间隔且均匀开设有多个通孔。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述柔性连接件还包括连接于所述第二固定板的焊盘部,所述第二支撑部上开设有对应于所述焊盘部的连接孔,所述音圈具有引线,所述引线穿设于所述连接孔并与所述焊盘部焊接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述柔性连接件的数目为两组,且两组所述柔性连接件以所述磁路组件为中心对称设置,每一组的所述柔性连接件的所述第一固定板均连接于所述盆架组件,每一组的所述柔性连接件的所述第二固定板均连接于第二支撑部。
  14. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括壳体以及权利要求1-13任意一项所述的扬声器模组,所述扬声器模组设于所述壳体内。
