纱线是由纺线机将棉、麻、丝等纤维加捻聚合而成,一般流程均是对纱线先在染色桶里浸染,再放到轧车上轧干,而染色过程中因浸染不充分容易造成纱线局部颜色分段,染色不均匀,在影响了纱线的品质、需要二次染色,造成浪费时间的同时,纱线本身也极易相互缠绕而导致卡线的问题,而要杜绝这些问题,目前的实用的浸染设备结构也都较为复杂。

本实用新型针对背景技术中存在的问题,提出一种纱线浸染装置,切实地解决了相关技术缺陷,具体方案如下:
一种纱线浸染装置,包括浸染箱以及设于浸染箱两端的导线辊,所述导线辊之间设有一对导线梳板,所述导线梳板之间设有理线梳板,所述理线梳板底面设有平行且间隔相等的隔板,顶面连接有竖直旋转机构,所述隔板的一侧从上往下均设有若干个导线挂钩,所述竖直旋转机构侧边连接有移动板,所述移动板与设于浸染箱侧边的导轨配合相连。
作为本实用新型进一步的技术方案,所述导线梳板包括框体,所述框体内竖直平行地设有致密的柔性丝线排列而成的梳状,所述柔性丝线以单线或者不少于8根线1股排列。
作为本实用新型进一步的技术方案,所述理线梳板的数量不少于1组,均线性地排列于导线辊之间的连线上。

所述导线辊2将纱线引导至浸染箱1之中进行浸染,浸染箱1内容置有染液,而所述导线梳板3则是保证纱线在进入浸染箱1以及离开浸染箱1的时候都能够保证相互之间间隔开的状态,而理线梳板4在竖直旋转机构6的作用下,以垂直于走线方向的平面进行转动,使得纱线能够以多个角度全方位地进行多次浸染,直至完成浸染操作,并且还能得到一定程度拉伸从而改善物理性能,促进浸染率的提高,此外,理线梳板4的隔板5以及导线挂钩7可以保证纱线在旋转浸染操作的时候不会发生打结的现象,并依照导轨9的作用调节的前后位置,从而改变浸染时纱线张力的大小,其中,该移动板8实质上为轨道移动电机驱动的移动平台,可电控可手控。
结合图1和图2所示,一种优选实施例,所述导线梳板3包括框体10,所述框体10内竖直平行地设有致密的柔性丝线11排列而成的梳状,所述柔性丝 线11以单线或者不少于8根线1股排列,这样能够确保纱线在走线的时候不会发生打结的现象,并且与纱线之间的接触为柔性接触,不损伤纱线。
参照图1所示,一种优选实施例,所述理线梳板4的数量不少于1组,均线性地排列于导线辊2之间的连线上,这样能够同时进行不同维度的旋转浸染操作,提高浸染的效率。
结合图1和图3所示,一种优选实施例,所述竖直旋转机构6包括架设在移动板8上的旋转电机12,所述旋转电机12的输出端设有摆臂13,所述摆臂13与理线梳板4之间通过反向旋转的旋转电机12连接,从而可以利用旋转电机12以及反向的旋转电机12保证理线梳板4在旋转过程中始终水平平行。
参照图4所示,一种优选实施例,所述竖直旋转机构6包括根部铰接在移动板8上的摆臂13,所述摆臂13的端部与理线梳板4的中部铰接,所述摆臂13的根部设有旋转电机12,这种结构下是利用理线梳板4的自重以及中心平衡来实现水平平行,结构较上一个实施例简单。
参照图1所示,一种优选实施例,所述浸染箱1设有进液口14以及排液口15,所述导线辊2的一侧设有张力调整辊16,所述进液口14以及排液口15可以用来填充染液以及排放废液,而张力调整辊16可以辅助理线梳板4调节浸染过程中的纱线拉力,该张力调整辊16为常用结构,因此可控性较好。
采用上述方案的有益效果为:整体结构简单实用,利用理线梳板的带动作用可以充分提高纱线的浸染效率,并且使得纱线在浸染的过程中可以改善纱线的物理性能,保证纱线在走线的时候能够顺利而不打结,保证纱线的浸染质量。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纱线浸染装置,其特征在于,所述导线梳板包括框体,所述框体内竖直平行地设有致密的柔性丝线排列而成的梳状,所述柔性丝线以单线或者不少于8根线1股排列。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纱线浸染装置,其特征在于,所述理线梳板的数量不少于1组,均线性地排列于导线辊之间的连线上。
