杯盖 技术领域
本发明有关于一种杯盖。
背景技术
一般饮品的容器多以一塑料杯盖卡扣于该容器的开口或以塑料封膜封口,以避免该容器内的饮品洒漏。然而,习知的塑料杯盖与该杯口的密合度不足,于使用时饮品极易从接口处流出,造成使用者的不便;以塑料封膜封口的容器,于该塑料封膜被撕开或戳破后则无法再回复至封闭状态,无法有效防止饮品渗漏或异物进入该容器内。因此,市面上发展出一种组合式杯盖,其包括一盖件及一套件,该套件可套设于该容器的外周面,该盖件可与该套件相组接而封闭该容器的开口,可重复开阖使用。然而,已知的组合式杯盖设计不良,该容器的开口易与该盖件相错位而导致密封性不佳,进而使内容物渗漏。
因此,有必要提供一种新颖且具有进步性的杯盖,以解决上述的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种杯盖,可稳定组接且密封性佳。
为达成上述目的,本发明提供一种杯盖,包括:一套体,供套设于一杯体且可抵接于该杯体的一杯唇;及一盖体,可拆卸地组接于该套体,包括一第一周壁、一直径小于该第一周壁的第二周壁及一连接于该第一及第二周壁之间的转折连接部,该转折连接部包括一面向该套体的环面及一位于该杯唇的外侧上方的抵接部,该环面与该抵接部供抵接于该杯唇。
可选地,该抵接部包括至少一个周设于该第一周壁的抵凸,该至少一个抵凸供与该杯唇径向抵接。
可选地,该抵接部为一体凸设于该第一周壁与该环面之间的一环阶。
可选地,该抵接部远离该环面的一侧设有一可供抵接该杯唇的弧导角。
可选地,当该杯唇轴向抵接于该套体及该环面且径向抵接于该抵接部时,该抵接部与该套体之间于该杯盖的一轴向上保持一间隙。
可选地,该第一周壁设有一第一螺接部,该套体设有一可与该第一螺接部相螺锁的第二螺接部,该第一螺接部与该抵接部相间隔。
可选地,该第一螺接部与该第二螺接部分别包括数个凸纹段,该抵接部径向突出于该第一周壁的距离不小于至少其中一该凸纹段径向突出于该第一周壁或该套体的距离。
可选地,该套体的外周面包括数个呈阶状排列的环周面,该数个环周面的径向尺寸朝该盖体渐 增。
可选地,该抵接部包括至少一个周设于该第一周壁的抵凸,该至少一个抵凸供与该杯唇径向抵接;该环面轴向面对该套体,该抵接部为一体凸设于该第一周壁与该环面之间的一环阶;该抵接部远离该环面的一侧设有一可供抵接该杯唇的弧导角;当该杯唇轴向抵接于该套体及该环面且径向抵接于该抵接部时,该抵接部与该套体之间于该杯盖的一轴向上保持一间隙;该抵接部与该第二周壁的一内面的最大径向距离不大于该杯体的内周面与该杯唇的外周缘之间的最大径向距离;该套体的外周面包括数个呈阶状排列的环周面,该数个环周面的径向尺寸朝该盖体渐增;该套体的厚度朝该盖体渐增;该套体另包括数个朝远离该盖体的一侧开放的扣凹,该数个扣凹可供与一提把的扣凸相扣接;该盖体另包括一贯孔及一可分离地盖设于该贯孔的封闭件,该封闭件借由一挠性带一体连接于该盖体。
可选地,于该杯盖的一轴向上,该抵接部相对该环面的最大距离大于该杯唇的径向尺寸的1/2。
通过上述结构,本发明的杯盖稳定组接且密封性佳,不易渗漏,易于生产且便于使用。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
请参考图1至5,其显示本发明的一较佳实施例,本发明的杯盖1包括一套体10及一盖体20。
该套体10供套设于一杯体30且可抵接于该杯体30的一杯唇31;该盖体20可拆卸地组接于该套体10且包括一第一周壁21、一直径小于该第一周壁21的第二周壁22及一连接于该第一及第二周壁21,22之间的转折连接部23,该转折连接部23包括一面向该套体10的环面231及一位于该杯唇31的外侧上方的抵接部232,该环面231与该抵接部232供抵接于该杯唇31。其中该转折 连接部23可包括该第一周壁21邻近于该环面231的一部分。借此,该杯盖1与该杯体30可稳定组接且密封性佳,不易渗漏。
该抵接部232包括至少一个周设于该第一周壁21的抵凸,该至少一个抵凸供与该杯唇31径向抵接。配合参考图4及图5,于本实施例中,该环面231轴向面对该套体10,该抵接部232为一体凸设于该第一周壁21与该环面231之间的一环阶,该环面231与该环阶分别可供轴向及径向抵接该杯唇31,稳定性佳。于其他实施例中,该环面亦可斜向面对该套体;该至少一个抵凸亦可包括数个间隔周设于该环面或该第一周壁的凸肋,该数个凸肋可供径向抵接该杯唇,同样可避免该杯唇与该盖体相错位。较佳地,该抵接部232远离该环面231的一侧设有一可供抵接该杯唇31的弧导角233,当该盖体20与该套体10相组接时,该弧导角233可供导接该杯唇31以避免该杯唇31受力压损。
详细说,该抵接部232围构的一内径尺寸略等于该杯唇31的一外径尺寸,借此该抵接部232可径向限位并抵靠于该杯唇31,防止渗漏。配合参考图4,该抵接部232与该第二周壁22的一内面的最大径向距离D1较佳不大于该杯体30的内周面与该杯唇31的外周缘之间的最大径向距离D2,可确保该杯唇31全面地与该环面231轴向抵接,密封效果佳。于该杯盖1的一轴向A上,该抵接部232相对该环面231的最大距离D3大于该杯唇31的径向尺寸的1/2,借此该杯唇31与该抵接部232可稳定地径向抵接。配合参考图5,当该杯唇31轴向抵接于该套体10及该环面231且径向抵接于该抵接部232时,该抵接部232与该套体10之间于该轴向A上保持一间隙G,借此该杯唇31可受力挤压而略变形,并同时与该套体10、该环面231及该抵接部232紧密地相抵靠,防渗漏的效果佳且适用范围广。
该第一周壁21设有一第一螺接部211,该套体10设有一可与该第一螺接部211相螺锁的第二螺接部11,该第一螺接部211与该抵接部232相间隔以供容置该杯唇31。于本实施例中,该第一螺接部211与该第二螺接部11分别包括数个凸纹段111,212,该抵接部232径向突出于该第一周壁21的距离不小于至少其中一该凸纹段111,212径向突出于该第一周壁21或该套体10的距离,可确保该抵接部232可径向抵接该杯唇31且稳定性佳。然而,该第一周壁与该套体亦可借由一扣接机构相卡扣。
该套体10的外周面包括数个呈阶状排列的环周面12,该数个环周面12的径向尺寸朝该盖体20渐增,该套体10的厚度朝该盖体20渐增,结构强度佳且可与该杯唇31稳定抵接。该套体10另包括数个朝远离该盖体20的一侧开放的扣凹13,该数个扣凹13可供与一提把的扣凸相扣接而可供提拿,使用便利性佳。较佳地,该盖体20另包括一贯孔24及一可分离地盖设于该贯孔24的封闭件25,该封闭件25借由一挠性带26一体连接于该盖体20,易于生产且便于使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种杯盖,包括:
    一套体,供套设于一杯体且可抵接于该杯体的一杯唇;及
    一盖体,可拆卸地组接于该套体,包括一第一周壁、一直径小于该第一周壁的第二周壁及一连接于该第一周壁及第二周壁之间的转折连接部,该转折连接部包括一面向该套体的环面及一位于该杯唇的外侧上方的抵接部,该环面与该抵接部供抵接于该杯唇。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的杯盖,其中该抵接部包括至少一个周设于该第一周壁的抵凸,该至少一个抵凸供与该杯唇径向抵接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的杯盖,其中该环面轴向面对该套体,该抵接部为一体凸设于该第一周壁与该环面之间的一环阶。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的杯盖,其中该抵接部远离该环面的一侧设有一可供抵接该杯唇的弧导角。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的杯盖,其中当该杯唇轴向抵接于该套体及该环面且径向抵接于该抵接部时,该抵接部与该套体之间于该杯盖的一轴向上保持一间隙。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的杯盖,其中该第一周壁设有一第一螺接部,该套体设有一可与该第一螺接部相螺锁的第二螺接部,该第一螺接部与该抵接部相间隔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的杯盖,其中该第一螺接部与该第二螺接部分别包括数个凸纹段,该抵接部径向突出于该第一周壁的距离不小于至少其中一该凸纹段径向突出于该第一周壁或该套体的距离。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的杯盖,其中该套体的外周面包括数个呈阶状排列的环周面,该数个环周面的径向尺寸朝该盖体渐增。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的杯盖,其中该抵接部包括至少一个周设于该第一周壁的抵凸,该至少一个抵凸供与该杯唇径向抵接;该环面轴向面对该套体,该抵接部为一体凸设于该第一周壁与该环面之间的一环阶;该抵接部远离该环面的一侧设有一可供抵接该杯唇的弧导角;当该杯唇轴向抵接于该套体及该环面且径向抵接于该抵接部时,该抵接部与该套体之间于该杯盖的一轴向上保持一间隙;该抵接部与该第二周壁的一内面的最大径向距离不大于该杯体的内周面与该杯唇的外周缘之间的最大径向距离;该套体的外周面包括数个呈阶状排列的环周面,该数个环周面的径向尺寸朝该盖体渐增;该套体的厚度朝该盖体渐增;该套体另包括数个朝远离该盖体的一侧开放的扣凹,该数个扣凹可供与一提把的扣凸相扣接;该盖体另包括一贯孔及一可分离地盖设于该贯孔的封闭件,该封闭件借由一挠性带一体连接于该盖体。
  10. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的杯盖,其中于该杯盖的一轴向上,该抵接部相对该环面的最大距离大于该杯唇的径向尺寸的1/2。
