Description

一种电动磨豆机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及咖啡磨豆技术领域,具体是一种电动磨豆机。
背景技术
目前,市场上大多数的咖啡磨豆机结构相似,都是由豆仓、刀盘、电机组成,其结构形式可分为两种,一种是将豆仓、刀盘、电机安装在一个筒状壳体内,电机竖直安装在豆仓的下侧,并在豆仓下侧的磨豆筒的底部设置一个斜向外伸出筒状壳体的排料槽,将粉杯置于筒状壳体的外侧接咖啡粉(如附图3所示);另外一种是将电机水平安装在一个壳体内,将豆仓安装在壳体的顶部,与刀盘相对应,在壳体的下侧设置一个支架,将粉杯置于壳体的下侧接咖啡粉(如附图4所示)。以上两种形式都是采用豆仓、电机相互分离的方式,导致咖啡磨豆机的整体体积较大,占有空间较大,不便于携带。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种体积小、便于携带的电动磨豆机,将电机安装与豆仓内侧,节约了纵向的空间,减小了电动磨豆机的整体体积,便于携带。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种电动磨豆机,包括筒状壳体,所述筒状壳体内的下部设有漏斗,所述漏斗上侧设有电机,所述电机固定在筒状壳体内,且在所述电机的外壁与筒状壳体的内壁之间留有环状空间作为豆仓,所述电机的电机轴朝下,且在电机的电机轴上安装有刀盘,所述漏斗的底部设有与刀盘相适应的磨豆筒。
优选的,所述电机的外壁与筒状壳体的内壁之间设有连接杆,所述连接杆 的一端与电机的外壁连接,另一端与筒状壳体的内壁连接。
优选的,所述刀盘呈上小下大的圆台状。
优选的,所述筒状壳体的底部设有粉杯,所述粉杯与筒状壳体可拆卸连接。
对比现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
本实用新型将豆仓和电机的空间相互结合起来,电机安装在豆仓的中心位置,这样电机的四周都可以放咖啡豆,节约了纵向的空间,咖啡豆在电机的下部通过漏斗落到刀盘上,通过刀盘磨碎后向外排出,能够节省纵向的空间,减小了电动磨豆机的整体体积,便于携带,节约空间。

实施例:如附图1-2所示,本实用新型所述是一种电动磨豆机,包括筒状壳体1,所述筒状壳体1内的下部设有漏斗2,漏斗2的最大外径与筒状壳体1的内径相适应,漏斗2可焊接在筒状壳体1内,漏斗2与筒状壳体1之间也可采 用一体式结构,一体成型。所述漏斗2的上侧设有电机3,所述电机3竖直固定在筒状壳体1内,且在所述电机3的外壁与筒状壳体1的内壁之间留有环状空间作为豆仓4,筒状壳体1的内径大于电机3的外径,优选的,为便于电机的安装,所述电机3的外壁与筒状壳体1的内壁之间设有连接杆7,连接杆7的数量为3个,以筒状壳体1的轴心线上的一个点为中心,环形阵列布置在电机3的周围,所述连接杆7的一端与电机3的外壁连接,另一端与筒状壳体1的内壁连接,连接杆7与电机3、筒状壳体1之间可通过螺丝连接,也可采用焊接的方式。所述电机3的电机轴朝下,且在电机3的电机轴上安装有刀盘5,所述漏斗2的底部设有与刀盘5相适应的磨豆筒6,磨豆筒6与漏斗2之间采用一体式结构,磨豆筒6的内径大于刀盘5的外径,优选的,所述刀盘5呈上小下大的圆台状,能够提高研磨效率。进一步的,所述筒状壳体1的底部设有粉杯8,所述粉杯8与筒状壳体1之间可采用插接或螺纹连接等可拆卸连接的方式,既便于携带,也方便咖啡粉的收集与使用。
本实用新型将豆仓4和电机3所占用的空间相互结合起来,电机3安装在豆仓4的中心位置,豆仓4为环状腔体,电机3的四周都可以放咖啡豆,节约了纵向的空间,咖啡豆在电机3的下部通过漏斗2落到刀盘5上,通过刀盘5磨碎后向外排出至粉杯8中,能够节省纵向的空间,减小了电动磨豆机的整体体积,便于携带,节约空间。

  1. 一种电动磨豆机,包括筒状壳体(1),其特征在于:所述筒状壳体(1)内的下部设有漏斗(2),所述漏斗(2)上侧设有电机(3),所述电机(3)固定在筒状壳体(1)内,且在所述电机(3)的外壁与筒状壳体(1)的内壁之间留有环状空间作为豆仓(4),所述电机(3)的电机轴朝下,且在电机(3)的电机轴上安装有刀盘(5),所述漏斗(2)的底部设有与刀盘(5)相适应的磨豆筒(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动磨豆机,其特征在于:所述电机(3)的外壁与筒状壳体(1)的内壁之间设有连接杆(7),所述连接杆(7)的一端与电机(3)的外壁连接,另一端与筒状壳体(1)的内壁连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动磨豆机,其特征在于:所述刀盘(5)呈上小下大的圆台状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动磨豆机,其特征在于:所述筒状壳体(1)的底部设有粉杯(8),所述粉杯(8)与筒状壳体(1)可拆卸连接。
