Description

一种便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器 技术领域
本发明涉及MOFs材料制造技术领域,具体为一种便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器。
背景技术
MOFs材料即金属-有机骨架材料,是由含氧或氮的有机金属配体与金属离子自组装而形成的一类具有周期性网状结构的多孔配位聚合物。在其制造过程中需要进行冷冻干燥,但是现有的冷冻干燥器排料不便,因此设计一种便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器,包括冷冻干燥器主体、底架和排料组件,所述冷冻干燥器主体嵌入固定安装在底架的顶部,且冷冻干燥器主体的底部嵌设有排料组件,所述排料组件包括固定壳体,所述固定壳体设置在冷冻干燥器主体底部内部中央,且通过底部安装的底板与冷冻干燥器主体的底部连接,所述底板和固定壳体的底部中心均固定串接在固定杆上,且固定杆的底部通过连接组件与电动推杆的输出轴端部连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述连接组件包括插头、柱头、插孔、紧固环和螺孔,所述插头固设在输出轴的端部,且插头端部还固接有柱头,所述插头和柱头与开设于固定杆底端及其侧面的插孔为配合构件,所述插孔外侧的固定杆上套接有紧固环,且紧固环一侧开口处两边均开设有螺孔。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述插头的直径为柱头直径的0.9倍,且与插孔的最小直径相等,插孔的最大直径等于柱头的直径。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述电动推杆为一种DT(Z)型电动推杆,且电动推杆通过嵌设在固定板上竖直设置,所述固定板的两端固接在底架上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述固定杆位于固定壳体内部的部分侧面等距离套设有若干托盘,且固定杆的顶端与固定壳体顶部内壁中央安装的定位块为配合构件。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述底板与冷冻干燥器主体的连接处设置有密封垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:该便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器,通过排料组件实现固定壳体进出冷冻干燥器主体,底板和密封垫的设置保证了连接处的密封性,利于MOFs材料出料,同时连接组件使得固定壳体与电动推杆便于安装拆卸,利于使用。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器,包括冷冻干燥器主体1、底架2和排料组件3,冷冻干燥器主体1嵌入固定安装在底架2的顶部,且冷冻干燥器主体1的底部嵌设有排料组件3,排料组件3包括固定壳体37,固定壳体37设置在冷冻干燥器主体1底部内部中央,且通过底部安装的底板36与冷冻干燥器主体1的底部连接,底板36和固定壳体37的底部中心均固定串接在固定杆35上,且固定杆35的底部通过连接组件34与电动推杆32的输出轴33端部连接。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,连接组件34包括插头341、柱头342、插孔343、紧固环344和螺孔345,插头341固设在输出轴33的端部,且插头341端部还固接有柱头342,插头341和柱头342与开设于固定杆35底端及其侧面的插孔343为配合构件,插孔343外侧的固定杆35上套接有紧固环344,且紧固环344一侧开口处两边均开设有螺孔345,便于输出轴33与固定杆35拆卸安装,利于操作。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,插头341的直径为柱头342直径的0.9倍,且与插孔343的最小直径相等,插孔343的最大直径等于柱头342的直径,便于插接紧固。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,电动推杆32为一种DT(Z)型电动推杆,且电动推杆32通过嵌设在固定板31上竖直设置,固定板31的两端固接在底架2上,保证了电动推杆32运行时的稳固性。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,固定杆35位于固定壳体37内部的部分侧面等距离套设有若干托盘39,便于放置需干燥的MOFs材料,且固定杆35的顶端 与固定壳体37顶部内壁中央安装的定位块38为配合构件,保证了连接处装配精确性。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,底板36与冷冻干燥器主体1的连接处设置有密封垫,保证了连接处的密封性。
本发明的工作原理:通过电动推杆32的输出轴33上的插头341和柱头342与插孔343配合插接,再利用紧固环344、螺孔345及螺栓紧固连接固定杆35,便于安装拆卸,再经由电动推杆32带动固定杆35上下移动,以实现固定壳体37的进出冷冻干燥器主体1,底板36和密封垫的设置保证了连接处的密封性,利于出料。

  1. 一种便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器,其特征在于,包括冷冻干燥器主体(1)、底架(2)和排料组件(3),所述冷冻干燥器主体(1)嵌入固定安装在底架(2)的顶部,且冷冻干燥器主体(1)的底部嵌设有排料组件(3),所述排料组件(3)包括固定壳体(37),所述固定壳体(37)设置在冷冻干燥器主体(1)底部内部中央,且通过底部安装的底板(36)与冷冻干燥器主体(1)的底部连接,所述底板(36)和固定壳体(37)的底部中心均固定串接在固定杆(35)上,且固定杆(35)的底部通过连接组件(34)与电动推杆(32)的输出轴(33)端部连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器,其特征在于,所述连接组件(34)包括插头(341)、柱头(342)、插孔(343)、紧固环(344)和螺孔(345),所述插头(341)固设在输出轴(33)的端部,且插头(341)端部还固接有柱头(342),所述插头(341)和柱头(342)与开设于固定杆(35)底端及其侧面的插孔(343)为配合构件,所述插孔(343)外侧的固定杆(35)上套接有紧固环(344),且紧固环(344)一侧开口处两边均开设有螺孔(345)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器,其特征在于,所述插头(341)的直径为柱头(342)直径的0.9倍,且与插孔(343)的最小直径相等,插孔(343)的最大直径等于柱头(342)的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器,其特征在于,所述电动推杆(32)为一种DT(Z)型电动推杆,且电动推杆(32)通过嵌设在固定板(31)上竖直设置,所述固定板(31)的两端固接在底架(2)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的便于排料的MOFs材料冷冻干燥器,其特征在于,所述固定杆(35)位于固定壳体(37)内部的部分侧面等距离套设有若干托 盘(39),且固定杆(35)的顶端与固定壳体(37)顶部内壁中央安装的定位块(38)为配合构件。
