图1为相关技术中的门体的结构示意图,如图1所示,该冰箱包括门体010、真空封装装置020和操作面板030,其中门体010的门面板011一侧设有开口012,门体010在开口012处形成安装腔013,真空封装装置020设置在安装腔013内,操作面板030安装在开口012处,从而使得用户可通过真空封装装置020对食材进行真空包装,实现食材保鲜。
但是在这种方案中,门面板011一侧设有开口012,真空封装装置020是从门体010的门面板011一侧安装,并且在开口012处还安装有操作面板030,当真空封装装置020需要维修时,维修工人需要先拆掉操作面板030,然后才能对真空封装装置020进行维修,维修完成后还需要重新安装操作面板030,而且安装操作面板030时还需确保操作面板030能够与真空封装装置020上的按钮接触正常,以免接触不良影响用户使用,导致整个维修过程较为繁琐,不方便维修。
图2和图3分别为本公开一些实施例提供的冰箱的立体图和所使用的第一门体的立体图,如图2和图3所示,冰箱具有近似长方体形状,该冰箱的外观由限定存储空间的储藏室100和设置在储藏室100中的门体200限定。
其中,储藏室100为具有开口的箱体,储藏室100被竖直分隔成下方的冷冻室110以及上方的冷藏室120,所隔开的空间中的每一个可具有独立的 存储空间。
详细地,冷冻室110限定在储藏室100的下侧处并且可通过抽屉式冷冻室门250选择性地覆盖。限定在冷冻室110上方的空间被隔成左侧和右侧以分别限定冷藏室120,冷藏室120可通过可枢转地安装在冷藏室120上的第一门体300选择性地打开或关闭。
具体地,如图3所示,第一门体300包括位于储藏室100外侧的第一门外壳310和位于储藏室100内侧的第一门内胆320,以及形成于第一门外壳310和第一门内胆320之间的第一发泡层,通常地,第一发泡层由发泡料填充而成,第一发泡层内设置有安装腔330,第一门内胆320上设有安装开口321,安装开口321与安装腔330连通。
该冰箱还包括有真空包装装置400,操作区域500以及第二门体600,其中,真空包装装置400安装于安装腔330内,操作区域500设置于第一门外壳310上,操作区域500用于操作真空包装装置400,第二门体600活动连接于安装开口321处,第二门体600用于打开或关闭安装开口321。
本公开一些实施例提供的冰箱中的第一发泡层内设有安装腔330,第一门内胆320上设有安装开口321,安装开口321与安装腔330连通,真空包装装置400从安装开口321处安装到安装腔330内,操作区域500安装在第一门外壳310上。当真空包装装置400需要维修时,维修工人只需打开第二门体600,就可直接在安装开口321处对真空包装装置400进行维修,无需拆除第一门外壳310一侧的操作区域500,便于维修,同时避免了重新安装操作区域500可能带来的操作区域500与真空包装装置400上的操作按键接触异常的风险。
图5为本公开一些实施例提供的一种冰箱所使用的第一门体、真空包装装置、第二门体以及锁紧装置的爆炸图,如图5所示,真空包装装置400包括上模块410和下支座420,上模块410包括上支座411、驱动组件412和抽真空组件413,驱动组件412用于驱动上支座411靠近或远离下支座420,上支座411能够与下支座420相互对接以形成抽真空区,抽真空组件413与抽 真空区连通,上支座411与下支座420的对接位置与包装操作口314相对,从而使得真空包装装置400能够实现对包装袋进行真空包装,实现对食材的保鲜。
需要说明的是,上模块410将上支座411、驱动组件412和抽真空组件413固定在一个安装架上,然后安装架通过螺钉安装在安装腔330内,从而实现上模块410固定在安装腔330内,上模块410靠近门面板311的一侧设有用于操作真空包装装置400的操作按键,在安装上模块410时,需要使这些操作按键与操作区域500抵接,以保证用户能够通过操作区域500来控制操作按键,进行包装操作。
在真空包装装置400的工作过程中,当包装带有汤汁或水分较多的食物时,这些汤汁或水分很容易进入到下支座420中,因此下支座420需要及时清洗,以免产生发霉或变质,从包装操作口314处散发异味,影响用户的使用体验。
图9为本公开一些实施例提供的一种冰箱所使用的真空包装装置中的下支座从安装腔拉出时的示意图;图10为本公开一些实施例提供的一种冰箱所使用的真空包装装置中的下支座从安装腔拉出时的立体图。在可能的实现方式中,下支座420可通过螺钉连接、卡接或滑动连接的方式设置在安装腔330的底部,为了方便下支座420从安装腔330取出,在一些实施例中,如图9和图10所示,安装腔330内设有导轨900,导轨900沿垂直于安装开口321的方向延伸,下支座420滑动连接于导轨900上,相比于螺钉连接和卡接的形式,通过下支座420与导轨900的滑动连接可使用户方便地将下支座420从安装腔330内拉出,便于操作。
如图2所示,第一门体300用于打开或关闭冰箱的冷藏室120,尺寸一般较大,使得第一门体300的第一门外壳310制作成一个整体零件时的制作工艺较为复杂,为了降低制作难度,如图3所示,第一门外壳310包括门面板311、上端盖312和下端盖313,门面板311与第一门内胆320相对,上端盖312位于门面板311的上端,下端盖313位于门面板311的下端,从而通过单 独制作门面板311、上端盖312和下端盖313,然后组装形成第一门外壳310,使第一门外壳310的制作变得简单。
为了操作真空包装装置400以实现对食材进行密封储存的目的,在一些实施例中,如图3所示,操作区域500设置在门面板311与安装开口321相对的区域,且在操作区域500的下方设有包装操作口314,包装操作口314为长条孔,并沿水平方向延伸,以便于用户将包装袋从包装操作口314伸入真空包装装置400。
安装腔330位于第一发泡层内,关于安装腔330的制作方式,在一种可能的实现方式中,第一门体300可先完成发泡,然后在第一门内胆320上开设安装开口321,并切割出安装腔330。图6为本公开一些实施例提供的一种冰箱所使用的分隔框的立体图;图7为本公开一些实施例提供的一种冰箱所使用的真空包装装置未工作时的示意图。为了便于制作安装腔330,以及保证第一门体300的美观性,在另一种可能的实现方式中,如图6和图7所示,该冰箱还包括有分隔框650,分隔框650为两侧开口的框形件,第一框口651的一侧与第一门外壳310抵接,第二框口652的一侧与第一门内胆320抵接,并且第二框口652围绕安装开口321,即第二框口652的尺寸大于或等于安装开口321的尺寸,从而第一门外壳310、分隔框650和安装开口321形成安装腔330,这种方式是在第一门体300发泡前就将分隔框650与第一门外壳310、第一门内胆320抵接,然后一起发泡,发泡完成后直接形成安装腔330,无需进行后续操作,该方式简单实用,制作的安装腔330更加美观。
在分隔框650与第一门外壳310、第一门内胆320的抵接处需要进行密封处理,以免发生漏泡影响第一门体300的质量。在可能的实现方式中,第一框口651和第二框口652可分别直接与第一门外壳310、第一门内胆320抵接,也可在框口处形成折边,通过折边进行抵接。为了使分隔框650与第一门外壳310、第一门内胆320的抵接处达到更好的密封效果,在一些实施例中,如图6所示,第一框口651处设有第一折边653,第一折边653抵接于第一门外壳310上,第二框口652处设有第二折边654,第二折边654抵接于第一门内 胆320上,此时抵接处的抵接面积增大,使得操作人员更容易将海绵或胶带等密封材料密封在抵接处,密封效果也更好。
为了在安装开口321处实现保温,在一些实施例中,如图5所示,第二门体600包括第二门外壳610和第二门内胆620,第二门外壳610与第二门内胆620之间形成第二发泡层,通常地,第一发泡层由发泡料填充而成,以达到保温的效果,从而使得安装开口321处通过第二门体600实现保温。
图8为本公开一些实施例提供的一种冰箱所使用的真空包装装置工作时的示意图。需要说明的是,在一些实施例中,如图7和图8所示,第一门内胆320在靠近安装开口321的上方位置设置有置物架800,第二门外壳610需与置物架800的边沿对齐,以保证第一门体300和第二门体600的美观性。
为了使保温效果更好,第二发泡层需要制作得厚一些,在一些实施例中,如图7和图8所示,第二门内胆620具有凸起部621,该凸起部621伸入到安装腔330内,但不会和真空包装装置400发生干涉,从而使得第二发泡层的厚度增加,增加了保温效果。
为了防止安装开口321处发生漏冷,在一些实施例中,如图7和图8所示,该冰箱还包括有门封700,门封700沿安装开口321的边沿设置,以密封第一门内胆320与第二门内胆620的贴合处的缝隙,从而避免安装开口321处发生漏冷。
在可能的实现方式中,第二门体600可通过粘接、螺钉连接或铰接等方式安装在安装开口321处。为了方便维修人员打开或关闭第二门体600,在一些实施例中,如图5所示,第二门体600通过铰链850活动连接于安装开口321处,相比于粘接或螺钉连接的方式,铰接的方式使第二门体600的打开或关闭更加方便,易于操作。
需要说明的是,第一门体300的打开角度约为130度,第二门体600的打开角度只需稍大于90度即可实现从安装开口321处安装或维修真空包装装置400,第二门体600的旋转轴为竖直方向,第二门体600的打开方向可为逆时针打开或顺时针打开,由于第一门体300的打开角度大于第二门体600的 打开角度,使得第二门体600并不会碰撞到冷藏室120。
为了使第一门内胆320和第二门内胆620对门封700施加一定的压力,以使门封700变形达到更好的密封效果,在一些实施例中,如图5所示,该冰箱还包括锁紧装置750,锁紧装置750包括相互扣接的锁柱751和锁扣752,锁柱751设置于第一门体300上,锁扣752设置于第二门体600上,或锁柱751设置于第二门体600上,锁扣752设置于第一门体300上,从而使得锁柱751与锁扣752扣接时,第二门内胆620和第一门内胆320挤压门封700,使门封700紧密贴合在第二门内胆620与第一门内胆320之间,实现更好的密封效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括:
    第一门体,所述第一门体包括第一门外壳和第一门内胆,所述第一门外壳与所述第一门内胆之间形成第一发泡层,所述第一发泡层内设有安装腔,所述第一门内胆上设有安装开口,所述安装开口与所述安装腔连通;
    真空包装装置,所述真空包装装置安装于所述安装腔内;
    操作区域,所述操作区域设置于所述第一门外壳上,用于操作所述真空包装装置;
    第二门体,所述第二门体设置于所述安装开口处,用于打开或关闭所述安装开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述真空包装装置包括上模块和下支座,所述上模块包括上支座、驱动组件和抽真空组件,所述驱动组件用于驱动所述上支座靠近或远离所述下支座,所述上支座能够与所述下支座相互对接以形成抽真空区,所述抽真空组件与所述抽真空区连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述上模块通过螺钉固定于所述安装腔内,且所述上模块的操作按键与所述操作区域抵接,所述安装腔内设有导轨,所述导轨沿垂直于所述安装开口的方向延伸,所述下支座滑动连接于所述导轨上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一门外壳包括门面板,所述门面板与所述第一门内胆相对,所述操作区域设置于所述门面板与所述安装开口相对的区域,所述操作区域的下方设有包装操作口,所述包装操作口为沿水平方向的长条孔,且所述包装操作口与所述上支座和所述下支座的对接位置相对。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括分隔框,所述分隔框具有第一框口和第二框口,所述第一框口的一侧与所述第一门外壳抵接,所述第二框口的一侧与所述第一门内胆抵接,且所述第二框口围绕所述安装开口,所述分隔框与所述第一门外壳、所述安装开口形成所述安装腔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一框口处设有第一折边,所述第二框口处设有第二折边,所述第一折边抵接于所述第一门外壳上,所述第二折边抵接于所述第一门内胆上。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第二门体包括第二门外壳和第二门内胆,所述第二门外壳和所述第二门内胆之间形成第二发泡层。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括门封,所述门封沿所述安装开口的边沿设置,且位于所述第一门内胆和所述第二门内胆之间。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第二门体铰接于所述安装开口处。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括锁紧装置,所述锁紧装置包括锁柱和锁扣,所述锁柱和所述锁扣相互扣接,所述锁柱设置于所述第一门体上,所述锁扣设置于所述第二门体上,或所述锁柱设置于所述第二门体上,所述锁扣设置于所述第一门体上。
