此外,在底筐100的底部还设有方形连接杆600,用于将车顶帐固定在车顶上,由于底筐100和顶盖200采用铝合金的材质,具有一定的承重功能,因此还可以在车顶帐上方放置皮筏艇、自行车、行李等,进一步节省车内的空间。
实施例三
如图1、图4、图5、图6所示,超轻车顶帐,包括底筐100、顶盖200、伸缩杆300和篷布400,底筐100和顶盖200的一边通过铰接件110活动连接,顶盖200可绕铰接件110相对底筐100转动,伸缩杆300一端固定于底筐100的侧边、另一端固定于顶盖200的侧边,顶盖200为倒U型的框架,底筐100的底部还设有方形连接杆600,方形连接杆600用于将底筐100固定在车顶上,篷布400通过连接机构500固定于底筐100和顶盖200的内侧。
连接机构500包括绳索530和通孔531,通孔531设于篷布400边缘,绳索530螺旋式穿过通孔531和顶盖200边框或底筐100边框将篷布400固定于顶盖200或底筐100。
方形连接杆600沿中轴周向设有四个凹槽610。伸缩杆300为气缸伸缩杆。
底筐100采用铝合金材质制成,顶盖200采用铝合金材质制成。铰接件110为8字型铰接件。底筐100的侧边还设有锁扣120,篷布400还设有蓬檐410,蓬檐410的边角上固定有防风绳420,防风绳420的另一端固定在锁扣120上。篷布400的侧边设有帐篷门430。
使用时,将顶盖200向上打开,由于伸缩杆300的限制,帐篷即自动打 开到合适的角度,无需安装,操作简单。收纳时,只需将顶盖200往下按压到与底筐100重合,即完成帐篷的收纳。本实施例的连接机构500利用绳索530螺旋式穿过通孔531和顶盖200边框或底筐100边框,将篷布400固定于底筐100和顶盖200之间,即使绳索530的结头松动,也不影响整体的固定效果,相比传统的多个位点分别用绳子固定较为牢固,不易脱落。
顶盖200采用倒U型的框架,与底筐100之间形成收纳空间,当车顶帐不使用时,可直接将顶盖200与底筐100合在一起,此时篷布400藏在收纳顶盖200和底筐100之间的收纳空间,每次使用时无需重新安装篷布。
此外,在底筐100的底部还设有方形连接杆600,用于将车顶帐固定在车顶上,由于底筐100和顶盖200采用铝合金的材质,具有一定的承重功能,因此还可以在车顶帐上方放置皮筏艇、自行车、行李等,进一步节省车内的空间。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 超轻车顶帐,其特征在于:包括底筐、顶盖、伸缩杆和篷布,所述底筐和顶盖的一边通过铰接件活动连接,所述顶盖可绕所述铰接件相对底筐转动,所述伸缩杆一端固定于所述底筐的侧边、另一端固定于所述顶盖的侧边,所述顶盖为倒U型的框架,所述底筐的底部还设有方形连接杆,所述方形连接杆用于将所述底筐固定在车顶上,所述篷布通过连接机构固定于所述底筐和所述顶盖的内侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的超轻车顶帐,其特征在于:所述连接机构包括C型槽和O型连接件,所述C型槽位于所述顶盖或所述底筐的边框内侧,所述O型连接件固定车在所述篷布的边缘,所述O型连接件适应性卡入所述C型槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的超轻车顶帐,其特征在于:所述连接机构包括拉簧、扣环和卡孔,所述扣环焊接在所述顶盖或所述底筐的边框内侧,所述卡孔设于所述篷布的边缘,所述拉簧的两端均有拉勾,所述拉勾分别勾住所述扣环和所述卡孔。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的超轻车顶帐,其特征在于:所述连接机构包括绳索和通孔,所述通孔设于所述篷布边缘,所述绳索螺旋式穿过所述通孔和所述顶盖边框或所述底筐边框将所述篷布固定于所述顶盖或所述底筐。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的超轻车顶帐,其特征在于:所述方形连接杆沿中轴周向设有四个凹槽。
  6. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的超轻车顶帐,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆为气缸伸缩杆或液压伸缩杆。
  7. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的超轻车顶帐,其特征在于:所述底筐采用铝合金材质制成,所述顶盖采用铝合金材质制成。
  8. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的超轻车顶帐,其特征在于:所述铰接件为8字型铰接件。
  9. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的超轻车顶帐,其特征在于:所述底筐的侧边还设有锁扣,所述篷布还设有蓬檐,所述蓬檐的边角上固定有防风绳,所述防风绳的另一端固定在所述锁扣上。
  10. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的超轻车顶帐,其特征在于:所述篷布的侧边设有帐篷门。
