技术问题
扬声器一般采用柔性电路板与扬声器的音圈实现电连接,并且柔性电路板的部分结构固定于骨架上,由此便导致骨架的整体质量不对称,在音圈驱动骨架振动的过程中,骨架的振动稳定性便无法保证。因此有必要设计一种新型扬声器,以改变现状。

具体地,参阅图2所示,扬声器模组10包括盆架100、振动组件200以及磁路组件300,磁路组件300设于盆架100内。请继续参阅图3,振动组件200包括音圈210、骨架220以及主振膜230,主振膜230分别连接于骨架220以及盆架100,音圈210连接于骨架220,音圈210与磁路组件300相对移动设置,且磁路组件300用于驱动音圈210移动,以使主振膜230发声。
进一步地,振动组件200还包括柔性连接件240以及平衡件250,柔性连接件240分别连接于盆架100以及骨架220,柔性连接件240具有电连接于音圈210的焊盘部244,焊盘部244固定于骨架220上,并位于音圈210的一侧;平衡件250设于骨架220上,并位于音圈210远离焊盘部244的一侧。
在本实施例的扬声器模组10中,柔性连接件240上的焊盘部244与音圈210电连接以建立电流通路,且焊盘部244位于振动组件200的音圈210的一侧,骨架220上位于音圈210的另一侧设置有平衡件250,通过设置的平衡件250可以平衡焊盘部244的重量,以使骨架220在音圈210的相对两侧具有平衡的质量。本实施例的扬声器模组10通过在音圈210远离焊盘部244的一侧设置平衡件250,平衡件250可以平衡焊盘部244的重量,从而提高骨架220的运动稳定性。
可以理解地是,音圈210上具有伸出的第一电连接端和第二电连接端,且第一电连接端和第二电连接端分别连接于焊盘部244,柔性连接件240与外部电源连接,并通过焊盘部244对音圈210进行供电,通过振动组件200与磁路组件300的配合实现扬声器模组10的发声功能。具体在一实施例中,柔性连接件240至少包括部分柔性电路板的结构。
参阅图2所示,定义图中X方向为音圈210的移动方向,具体参阅图3和图4所示的实施例中,沿X方向,骨架220具有相对设置的第一安装面221和第二安装面222,第一安装面221上设有凹槽2211,焊盘部244至少部分设于凹槽2211内;第二安装面222连接于主振膜230。
通过在骨架220上设置的凹槽2211,在组装本扬声器模组10时,可以将焊盘部244置于该凹槽2211内,并将焊盘部244与骨架220固定连接,既可以对焊盘部244进行定位,同时也可以充分利用骨架220在X方向上的空间,以使振动组件200具有紧凑的结构。具体地,焊盘部244与骨架220可以采用例如粘接、焊接、铆接等固定连接方式进行连接。
请继续参阅图4所示,凹槽2211的数目为两个,两个凹槽2211分别设于音圈210的相对两侧,如图3所示的摆放状态,两个凹槽2211分别设于音圈210在水平方向上的相对两侧;焊盘部244与其中一种凹槽2211相配合,平衡件250至少部分设于另一个凹槽2211内。
可以理解地是,通过在骨架220上设置两个凹槽2211,在组装振动组件200的过程中,通过设置的两个凹槽2211可以分别对焊盘部244和平衡件250进行定位,同时也可以使振动组件200在X方向上具有紧凑的结构。
进一步地,两个凹槽2211对称设于音圈210的相对两侧,也就是说,两个凹槽2211与音圈210之间的间距相等,由此设置,在组装本扬声器模组10的过程中无需对骨架220进行定向,设于骨架220上的两个凹槽2211任意一个对应于焊盘部244即可,安装便捷性得以提高。
在其他实施例中,两个凹槽2211也可以设置为与音圈210之间的间距不相等,由此设置,便需要根据两个凹槽2211与音圈210之间的间距调整平衡件250的对应重量。
参阅图1和图4所示,在一实施例中,第二安装面222上形成有与凹槽2211相对应的凸部2221;主振膜230设有第一安装槽2311,凸部2221与第一安装槽2311相适配。
在本实施例中,骨架220使用例如冲压等不去除材料的方法进行加工,通过在骨架220的第一安装面221的形成凹槽2211,与第一安装面221相对的第二安装面222上即形成凸出第二安装面222的凸部2221,主振膜230上开设的第一安装槽2311与凸部2221对应,凸部2221的外表面至少部分抵接于第一安装槽2311的内壁,由此即可对主振膜230的安装进行定位。在其他实施例中,也可以使用切削等去除材料的方式加工形成凹槽2211,由此即可在第二安装面222与凹槽2211对应的部位形成平面,即取消设置的凸部2221,从而使振动组件200具有更为紧凑的结构。
具体地,在本实施例中,柔性连接件240为两个,且分别为第一柔性连接件240a和第二柔性连接件240b,焊盘部244设于第一柔性连接件240a上,参阅图6所示的摆放状态,第一柔性连接件240a设于音圈210的左侧,第二柔性连接件240b设于音圈210的右侧。
在本实施例的扬声器模组10中,焊盘部244与骨架220连接,并使骨架220处于重量不平衡的状态,此时通过在音圈210的右侧设置平衡件250,平衡件250可以对音圈210远离焊盘部244的一侧进行配重,以使骨架220的整体重量处于平衡的状态,也就是左右对称,此时音圈210驱动骨架220振动时,骨架220便具有更为稳定的振动效果,扬声器模组10的发声效果也得以提高。
进一步地,柔性连接件240具有固定部241、柔性部242以及连接部243,柔性部242分别连接于固定部241和连接部243,连接部243与骨架220固定连接,固定部241与盆架100固定连接,且连接部243可相对于固定部241移动。
参阅图6所示,在一实施例中,第一安装槽2311的数目为两个,且对称设于音圈210的相对两侧。由此设置,当骨架220上形成有一个凸部2221时,主振膜230上总有一个第一安装槽2311能够与凸部2221配合,从而便于主振膜230的定位安装。在其他实施例中,骨架220上对称设有两个凸部2221,两个第一安装槽2311即可分别对应于两个凸部2221。
具体地,参阅图6所示,主振膜230具有振膜连接部231、振膜折环部232以及振膜固定部233,振膜折环部232分别连接于振膜连接部231和振膜折环部232,振膜连接部231连接于骨架220;振膜固定部233开设有第二安装槽2331,盆架100至少部分嵌设于第二安装槽2331内。
由此设置,在组装主振膜230和盆架100时,可以将盆架100的部分结构插设于第二安装槽2331内,从而实现盆架100与主振膜230之间的定位。进一步地,振膜固定部233大致为矩形,且振膜固定部233的四角各设置有一个第二安装槽2331,在主振膜230与盆架100连接时,盆架100与四个第二安装槽2331相配合,从而实现盆架100与主振膜230的安装定位。在其他实施例中,第二安装槽2331也可以设置多个,例如两个、三个或四个以上,且多个第二安装槽2331沿振膜固定部233的外轮廓均匀设置。
进一步地,参阅图5和图6所示,磁路组件300包括磁部组、极芯组以及底板350,磁部组固定于底板350上,极芯组设于磁部组远离底板350的一侧;极芯组包括主极芯330以及环绕主极芯330设置的副极芯340,副极芯340自其边缘向外凸设有定位部341,盆架100的外壁上开设有定位槽110,定位部341与定位槽110相适配。
具体参阅图7所示,在本实施例中,副极芯340具有极芯本体342以及凸设与极芯本体342外壁的定位部341,极芯本体342与主极芯330相配合形成极芯间隙,磁部组包括主磁部310以及环绕主磁部310设置的副磁部320,且主磁部310与副磁部320间隔设置形成连通于极芯间隙的磁部间隙,音圈210可动地设于磁部间隙和极芯间隙内;组装本实施例的扬声器模组10时,副极芯340可以通过定位部341与盆架100的定位槽110相适配,同时使扬声器模组10具有更为紧凑的结构。
可以理解地是,在本实施例中,副磁部320设置有多个,主磁部310大致为矩形,多个副磁部320分别沿主磁部310的轮廓环绕主磁部310设置,在其他实施例中,副磁部320也可以为整体结构,并环绕主磁部310设置。在本实施例中,副极芯340为整体结构,并环绕主极芯330设置,在其他实施例中,副极芯340也可以设置为分体结构。
进一步地,在一实施例中,定位槽110的数目为两个,且两个定位槽110对称设于盆架100的相对两侧。
由此设置,当副极芯340具有一个定位部341时,总有一个定位部341可以对应于定位槽110,从而便于副极芯340的安装定位;当副极芯340具有两个定位部341,且两个定位部341对称设于极芯本体342的相对两侧时,盆架100与副极芯340可以通过两组定位槽110和定位部341进行定位。
参阅图5和图6所示,在一实施例中,振动组件200还包括副振膜260,副振膜260设于骨架220远离主振膜230的一侧,且副振膜260至少部分罩设于柔性连接件240远离主振膜230的一侧。
在本实施例的扬声器模组10中,通过在骨架220远离主振膜230的一侧设置副振膜260,副振膜260可以与主振膜230相配合,以提高骨架220的移动平稳性,振动组件200的振动稳定性得以提高。
具体在一实施例中,平衡件250为可固化粘合剂或可固化胶。在组装本扬声器模组10时,根据焊盘部244的具体质量在远离焊盘部244一侧设置对应质量的平衡件250,待平衡件250固化之后,平衡件250可以平衡焊盘部244的重量,平衡件250可以根据实际情况使用对应密度的胶,以满足扬声器模组10的配重需求,操作便捷。
在其他实施例中,平衡件250也可以由固体材料制成,并可拆卸连接于骨架220,在组装扬声器模组10时,可以根据焊盘部244的实际重量安装对应的平衡件250,从而满足扬声器模组10的配重需求;具体地,平衡件250与骨架220可以采用例如粘接、卡接、焊接、螺钉连接、插接等可拆卸连接方式进行连接,从而便于平衡件250的拆装。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种扬声器模组,包括盆架、振动组件以及磁路组件,所述磁路组件设于所述盆架内,所述振动组件包括音圈、骨架以及主振膜,所述主振膜分别连接于所述骨架以及所述盆架,所述音圈连接于所述骨架,所述音圈与所述磁路组件相对移动设置,且所述磁路组件用于驱动所述音圈移动,以使所述主振膜发声,其特征在于,所述振动组件还包括:
    柔性连接件,分别连接于所述盆架以及所述骨架,所述柔性连接件具有电连接于所述音圈的焊盘部,所述焊盘部固定于所述骨架上,并位于所述音圈的一侧;以及
    平衡件,设于所述骨架上,并位于所述音圈远离所述焊盘部的一侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,沿所述音圈的移动方向,所述骨架具有相对设置的第一安装面和第二安装面,所述第一安装面上设有凹槽,所述焊盘部至少部分设于所述凹槽内;所述第二安装面连接于所述主振膜。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述凹槽的数目为两个,两个所述凹槽分别设于所述音圈的相对两侧;所述焊盘部与其中一种所述凹槽相配合,所述平衡件至少部分设于另一个所述凹槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,两个所述凹槽对称设于所述音圈的相对两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述第二安装面上形成有与所述凹槽相对应的凸部;所述主振膜设有第一安装槽,所述凸部与所述第一安装槽相适配。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述第一安装槽的数目为两个,且对称设于所述音圈的相对两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述主振膜具有振膜连接部、振膜折环部以及振膜固定部,所述振膜折环部分别连接于所述振膜连接部和所述振膜折环部,所述振膜连接部连接于所述骨架;所述振膜固定部开设有第二安装槽,所述盆架至少部分嵌设于第二安装槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述磁路组件包括磁部组、极芯组以及底板,所述磁部组固定于所述底板上,所述极芯组设于所述磁部组远离所述底板的一侧;所述极芯组包括主极芯以及环绕所述主极芯设置的副极芯,所述副极芯自其边缘向外凸设有定位部,所述盆架的外壁上开设有定位槽,所述定位部与所述定位槽相适配。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述定位槽的数目为两个,且两个所述定位槽对称设于所述盆架的相对两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述振动组件还包括副振膜,所述副振膜设于所述骨架远离所述主振膜的一侧,且所述副振膜至少部分罩设于柔性连接件远离主振膜的一侧。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10任意一项所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述平衡件为可固化粘合剂或可固化胶。
  12. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-11任意一项所述的扬声器模组。
