본 발명은 사용자가 원하는 향료용액과 배합비율을 선택하여 실시간으로 다양한 향의 향기 조성물을 제조하며, 향료용액 또는 베이스용액의 부족시에 이를 인지하도록 알림을 제공하고, 분사수단을 구비하여 일체형으로 사용하도록 하고, 데이터베이스에 저장된 향기 조성물정보에 의해 사용자의 설정값에 따라 향기 조성물을 제조하여 분사하도록 할 수 있는, 실시간 향기 조성물 제조가 가능한 디스펜서 장치에 관한 것이다.
주지하는 바와 같이, 한국등록실용신안 제20-0443390호의 ‘향기발산기구’와 같이 향기를 발산하는 디스펜서 장치와 같은 방향 제품의 경우 브랜드마다 특유의 향을 갖는 향기 조성물을 제조하여 해당 향기 조성물을 발산하도록 구성되어 판매되고 있지만, 종래의 디스펜서 장치는 일률적인 향기를 제공하므로, 개인의 기호를 반영한 특별한 향을 갖는 방향 제품 사용하고자 사용자들의 니즈를 충족하지 못하고 있는 실정이다.
또한, 디스펜서 장치 등에서 사용되는 다양한 향의 향기 조성물을 제조하기 위해서는 향기 조성물 베이스용액과 향료용액의 배합비율의 결정 및 향료용액의 종류 선택의 비교적 전문적인 제조 과정을 필요로 하여서 일반 사용자가 직접 기호에 맞는 맞춤형 향기 조성물을 개인적으로 제조하는 데에는 한계가 있는 문제가 있다.
이에, 사용자가 원하는 향료용액과 배합비율을 선택하여 실시간으로 다양한 향의 향기 조성물을 제조하여 분사할 수 있도록 하는 디스펜서 장치에 대한 개발이 필요하다.

또한, 향료용액용기(120) 및 베이스용액용기(130)에 수용된 용액의 양 또는 중량을 각각 감지하는 제1센서(171)를 더 포함하고, 제어부(140)는 제1센서(171)에 의해 소정값 이하의 용액의 양 또는 중량이 감지되면, 부족한 향료용액 또는 베이스용액을 뚜껑 개폐형인 경우 부어서 보충하도록 하거나 카트리지형인 경우 카트리지를 교체하도록 알림을 비프음 또는 LED로 표시하여 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 혼합용기(130) 내부로 세척수를 분사하여 세척하는 세척수단(180)을 더 포함할 수 있는데, 예컨대 세척수단(180)은 세척수를 수용하여 혼합용기(130)로 공급하는 세척수용기를 별도로 구비하거나, 베이스용액용기(130)의 베이스용액을 혼합용기(130)로 공급하여 세척수로 사용할 수도 있다.
또한, 혼합용기(130)를 세척한 후 배출되는 세척수를 저장하는 저장통(190), 및 저장통(190)의 한계저장용량에 해당하는 세척수의 양 또는 중량을 감지하는 제2센서(172)를 더 포함하고, 제어부(140)는 제2센서(172)에 한계저장용량 이상의 세척수의 양 또는 중량이 감지되면 저장통을 비우도록 알림을 비프음 또는 LED로 표시하여 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 향료용액용기(120) 및 베이스용액용기(130)와, 혼합용기(130) 사이에, 향료용액 및 베이스용액을 각각 구분하여 수용하는 중간용기(195), 및 중간용기(195)에 수용되는 향료용액 및 베이스용액의 양 또는 중량을 감지하는 제3센서(173)를 더 포함하고, 중간용기(195)에는 설정값에 따라 제조되는 향기 조성물의 배합비율에 의한 배합량에 해당하는 향료용액 및 베이스용액이 각각 대기 수용되고, 제어부(140)는 중간용기(195)에 대기 수용되는 각 향료용액 및 베이스용액의 배합비율이 설정값에 따른 배합비율에 일치하면, 중간용기(195)로부터 혼합용기(130)로 각 향료용액 및 베이스용액을 각각 공급하도록 하여서, 특정 향료가 특정비율을 초과하면 최종 제조된 향기 조성물의 안전성에 문제가 될 수 있고, 제조기준에 부적합할 수 있으므로, 중간용기(195)를 구성하여 안전성 및 제조기준에 부합하는 향기 조성물을 제조하도록 할 수도 있다.
한편, 제어부(140)는 중간용기(195)에 대기 수용되는 각 향료용액 및 베이스용액의 배합비율이 설정값에 따른 배합비율을 초과하면, 초과하는 각 향료용액 또는 베이스용액을 저장통(190) 또는 별도의 저장통으로 배출하도록 할 수 있다.
따라서, 전술한 바와 같은 실시간 향기 조성물 제조 장치의 구성에 의해서, 사용자가 원하는 향료용액과 배합비율을 선택하여 실시간으로 다양한 향의 향기 조성물을 제조하며, 향료용액 또는 베이스용액의 부족시에 이를 인지하도록 알림을 제공하고, 분사수단을 구비하여 일체형으로 사용하도록 하고, 데이터베이스에 저장된 향기 조성물정보에 의해 사용자의 설정값에 따라 향기 조성물을 제조하도록 할 수 있다.
본 명세서에 기재된 실시예와 도면에 도시된 구성은 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 일 실시예에 불과할 뿐이고, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 모두 대변하는 것은 아니므로, 본 출원 시점에 있어서 이들을 대체할 수 있는 다양한 균등물과 변형예들이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다.

Claims (7)

  1. 외형을 형성하는 케이스;
    상기 케이스 내부 상단에 형성되어 향료용액을 수용하는 적어도 둘 이상의 향료용액용기;
    상기 케이스 내부 상단에 형성되어 베이스용액을 수용하는 베이스용액용기;
    상기 케이스 내부 하단에 형성되어, 상기 향료용액용기 및 상기 베이스용액용기로부터 공급되는 향료용액 및 베이스용액을 혼합수단에 의해 혼합하는 혼합용기;
    향료용액의 종류와 향료용액의 배합비율과 총 제조량을 설정하여 설정값에 따라 상기 혼합수단을 구동하여 향기 조성물을 실시간 제조하는 제어부; 및
    상기 설정값에 따라 상기 혼합용기에 의해 혼합된 향기 조성물을 분사하는 분사수단;을 포함하는, 실시간 향기 조성물 제조가 가능한 디스펜서 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 향료용액용기 및 상기 베이스용액용기는 뚜껑 개폐형으로 구성되어 향료용액 및 베이스용액의 부족시에 향료용액 및 베이스용액을 추가로 부어서 보충하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 실시간 향기 조성물 제조가 가능한 디스펜서 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 향료용액용기 및 상기 베이스용액용기는 카트리지형으로 구성되어, 향료용액 및 베이스용액의 적정용량 이하인 경우에, 상기 향료용액용기 및 상기 베이스용액용기를 교체하여 향료용액 및 베이스용액을 보충하도록 하거나, 향료용액을 변경하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 실시간 향기 조성물 제조가 가능한 디스펜서 장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 향료용액용기 및 상기 베이스용액용기에 수용된 용액의 양 또는 중량을 각각 감지하는 제1센서를 더 포함하고,
    상기 제어부는 상기 제1센서에 의해 소정값 이하의 용액의 양 또는 중량이 감지되면, 용액을 보충하도록 하거나 카트리지를 교체하도록 알림을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 실시간 향기 조성물 제조가 가능한 디스펜서 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    성별 및 나이에 따라 선호하는 향기 조성물정보를 저장하는 데이터베이스를 더 포함하고,
    상기 제어부는, 성별 및 나이의 선택옵션에 해당하는 상기 데이터베이스로부터 제공된 향기 조성물정보에 따른 설정값에 의해 향기 조성물을 제조하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 실시간 향기 조성물 제조가 가능한 디스펜서 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 혼합용기 내부로 세척수를 분사하여 세척하는 세척수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 실시간 향기 조성물 제조가 가능한 디스펜서 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 혼합수단은 블레이드 교반기, 진동 교반기 또는 초음파 혼합기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 실시간 향기 조성물 제조가 가능한 디스펜서 장치.
