Description

光配線および光接続方法
 本開示は、光配線および光接続方法に関する。本出願は、2020年9月16日出願の日本国特許出願第2020-155585号に基づく優先権を主張し、前記日本国特許出願に記載された全ての記載内容を援用するものである。
 特許文献1には、単心の光コネクタと接続するためのレセプタクル構造が開示されている。特許文献2には、複数の単心フェルールを一体化させた光コネクタが開示されている。

 本開示の一態様に係る光配線は、光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第1接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第1集合群と、光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第2接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第2集合群と、第1端面と、前記第1端面とは反対側の第2端面とを有し、前記第1端面側へ前記複数の第1集合群が接続され、前記第2端面側へ前記複数の第2集合群が接続されたレセプタクルと、を備え、前記複数の第1集合群の各々と、前記複数の第2集合群の各々とは、前記第1接続部品の並んでいる方向と前記第2接続部品の並んでいる方向とが直交するように前記レセプタクルを介して対向し、前記レセプタクル内で前記複数の第1接続部品の各々と前記複数の第2接続部品の各々とが光接続されている。
 本開示の一態様に係る光接続方法は、光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第1接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第1集合群と、光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第2接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第2集合群と、第1端面と、前記第1端面とは反対側の第2端面とを有し、前記第1端面側へ前記複数の第1集合群が接続され、前記第2端面側へ前記複数の第2集合群が接続されたレセプタクルと、を用いた光接続方法であって、前記複数の第1集合群の各々と、前記複数の第2集合群の各々とを、前記第1接続部品の並んでいる方向と前記第2接続部品の並んでいる方向とが直交するように前記レセプタクルを介して対向させ、前記レセプタクル内で前記複数の第1接続部品の各々と前記複数の第2接続部品の各々とを光接続する。

[本開示が解決しようとする課題]
 配線の容易性等の観点から、特許文献2に開示されたような複数の単心フェルールを一体化した光コネクタと嵌合可能なレセプタクルを有する光トランシーバへの期待が高まっている。基本的なレセプタクル構造の概念は、例えば、特許文献1に開示されている。しかし、上記光コネクタと接続可能にするために特許文献1のような単心用のレセプタクル構造を複数設けた場合、光コネクタとの接続部分から光電変換モジュールまでの配線が複雑になり易く、実装時の作業性が低下するという問題があった。
 本開示の目的は、フェルールとレセプタクルを含む光配線の実装時の作業性を向上させることである。
[本開示の効果]
 上記開示の構成によれば、光配線の実装時の作業性を向上させることができる。
[本開示の実施形態の説明]
 最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。本開示の一態様に係る光配線は、光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第1接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第1集合群と、光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第2接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第2集合群と、第1端面と、前記第1端面とは反対側の第2端面とを有し、前記第1端面側へ前記複数の第1集合群が接続され、前記第2端面側へ前記複数の第2集合群が接続されたレセプタクルと、を備え、前記複数の第1集合群の各々と、前記複数の第2集合群の各々とは、前記第1接続部品の並んでいる方向と前記第2接続部品の並んでいる方向とが直交するように前記レセプタクルを介して対向し、前記レセプタクル内で前記複数の第1接続部品の各々と前記複数の第2接続部品の各々とが光接続されている。すべての第1接続部品を一体とした場合、一体とした第1接続部品をレセプタクルに固定した後は、各配線の順番を入れ替える等の作業が煩雑になる。一方で、上記した構成によれば、複数の第1接続部品が複数の第1集合群に分かれているため、第1集合群ごとに入れ替え作業をすることが可能である。また、第1集合群の固定方向を変えたり、第1集合群の固定位置を変えたりすることによって、各配線の順番を入れ替えることも可能である。(第2接続部品についても同じ。)結果として、光配線の実装時の作業性を向上させることができる。また、上記した構成によって期待できる他の効果として、大容量の光信号を小さい容量の光信号に分割して送受信することが容易になる。
 前記光配線において、前記複数の第2接続部品は、前記複数の第2接続部品の各々から前記複数の第1接続部品の各々へ進む光信号を伝送する光ファイバが実装された光送信用第2接続部品と、前記複数の第1接続部品の各々から前記複数の第2接続部品の各々へ進む光信号を伝送する光ファイバが実装された光受信用第2接続部品とを含み、前記複数の第2集合群の各々は、前記光送信用第2接続部品および前記光受信用第2接続部品のうちいずれか一方のみを含むものであることが好ましい。この構成によれば、複数の送信部からなるアレイと、複数の受信部からなるアレイとを含む光トランシーバに対して実装する際において、作業性をさらに向上させることができる。
 前記光配線において、前記複数の第2集合群のそれぞれは、前記複数の第2接続部品を把持するプレートを有することが好ましい。この構成によれば、簡単な構造で第2集合群を形成することができる。
 前記光配線において、前記複数の第2接続部品は、前記複数の第2接続部品と前記プレートの間にクリアランスを有した状態で前記プレートに保持され、前記複数の第2接続部品が前記プレートに保持された状態において、前記複数の第2接続部品は、前記プレートに対して前記プレートの主面内の方向と前記プレートの主面に垂直な方向に移動可能、かつこれらの方向に沿う軸の周りに回転可能であることが好ましい。この構成によれば、第2接続部品がプレートに保持された状態において、第2接続部品がいわゆるフローティング構造を有することになる。その結果、例えば、光トランシーバ側へと延びる光ファイバ等からの応力により第2接続部品の姿勢が一定の方向へ固定されるという事態を防ぎ、当該事態によって引き起こされうる接続損失の増大を抑制することができる。
 前記光配線において、前記プレートと、前記複数の第2接続部品における少なくとも一部位とは、導電性を有しており、前記複数の第2接続部品が前記プレートに保持された状態において、前記プレートと前記複数の第2接続部品とを前記プレートに対して垂直な方向から視た場合、前記一部位は前記クリアランスを隠していることが好ましい。この構成によれば、プレートと上記一部位とをプレートに対して垂直な方向から視た場合に、非導電性の部材がない状態を実現することが容易になり、プレートと第2接続部品を、EMI(Electromagnetic Interference)シールドとしても機能させることができる。
 前記光配線において、前記複数の第2集合群は、特定第2集合群と前記特定第2集合群に隣接する隣接第2集合群とを含み、前記特定第2集合群が有する特定プレートと前記隣接第2集合群が有する隣接プレートは、導電性を有したものであり、前記特定プレートと前記隣接プレートは、前記特定プレートと前記隣接プレートに対して垂直な方向から視た場合、互いに重複する重複部分を有することが好ましい。この構成によれば、隣接するプレート同士の隙間から電磁波が漏洩することを防止できる。結果として、EMIシールドとして高い効果を期待できる。
 前記光配線において、前記プレートは、前記複数の第2接続部品をそれぞれ挿通する複数の挿通孔と前記複数の挿通口とを接続するスリットを有することが好ましい。この構成によれば、各挿通孔に第2接続部品を圧入する場合の圧入ストレスを緩和することができる。また、各第2接続部品に実装された光ファイバをスリットに通すことで、プレートのどちらの面からでも第2接続部品を挿通孔に挿通することが可能になり、作業性が向上する。
 前記光配線において、前記レセプタクルは、第1嵌合部を有し、前記プレートは、第2嵌合部を有し、前記第1嵌合部と前記第2嵌合部とは互いに嵌合していることが好ましい。この構成によれば、レセプタクルに対するプレートの位置決めが容易になる。結果として、実装時における作業性をさらに向上させることができる。
 前記光配線において、前記プレートは、少なくとも1つの辺において前記プレートの主面に対して曲げられた構造を有することが好ましい。この構成によれば、プレートの機械的強度を向上させることができる。結果として、第1接続部品および第2接続部品をレセプタクルに接続させた状態において、プレートが、第1接続部品に由来するバネ圧を受けたとしても、当該バネ圧に対して高い耐久性を有することになる。
 前記光配線において、前記プレートは、絞りビードを備えることが好ましい。この構成によれば、プレートの機械的強度を向上させることができる。結果として、第1接続部品および第2接続部品をレセプタクルに接続させた状態において、プレートが、第1接続部品に由来するバネ圧を受けたとしても、当該バネ圧に対して高い耐久性を有することになる。
 前記光配線において、前記レセプタクルは、係合溝を有し、前記プレートは、弾性変形して前記係合溝と係合する係合爪を有することが好ましい。この構成によれば、プレートをレセプタクルに着脱することが容易になるため、実装時の作業性をさらに向上させることができる。
 本開示の一態様に係る光接続方法は、光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第1接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第1集合群と、光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第2接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第2集合群と、第1端面と、前記第1端面とは反対側の第2端面とを有し、前記第1端面側へ前記複数の第1集合群が接続され、前記第2端面側へ前記複数の第2集合群が接続されたレセプタクルと、を用いた光接続方法であって、前記複数の第1集合群の各々と、前記複数の第2集合群の各々とを、前記第1接続部品の並んでいる方向と前記第2接続部品の並んでいる方向とが直交するように前記レセプタクルを介して対向させ、前記レセプタクル内で前記複数の第1接続部品の各々と前記複数の第2接続部品の各々とを光接続する。すべての第1接続部品を一体とした場合、一体とした第1接続部品をレセプタクルに固定した後は、各配線の順番を入れ替える等の作業が煩雑になる。一方で、上記した構成によれば、複数の第1接続部品が複数の第1集合群に分かれているため、第1集合群ごとに入れ替え作業をすることが可能である。また、第1集合群の固定方向を変えたり、第1集合群の固定位置を変えたりすることによって、各配線の順番を入れ替えることも可能である。(第2接続部品についても同じ。)結果として、光配線の実装時の作業性を向上させることができる。また、上記した構成によって期待できる他の効果として、大容量の光信号を小さい容量の光信号に分割して送受信することが容易になる。
[本開示の実施形態の詳細]
 以下、本開示に係る光配線の実施の形態の例を、図面を参照しつつ説明する。以下の説明では、異なる図面であっても同一または相当の要素には同一の符号または名称を付し、重複する説明を適宜省略する。
 なお、以下の説明では、「前後方向」、「左右方向」、および「上下方向」という語句を用いることがある。「前後方向」とは、レセプタクルにおける第1集合群が接続される面(第2集合群が接続される面)に垂直な方向である。レセプタクルから第1集合群に向かう方向が「前方向」、レセプタクルから第2集合群に向かう方向が「後方向」である。「左右方向」とは、前後方向に垂直な方向であって、レセプタクルに第2集合群を接続した状態において、複数の第2接続部品が並んでいる方向である。「上下方向」とは、前後方向に垂直な方向であって、レセプタクルに第1集合群を接続した状態において、複数の第1接続部品が並んでいる方向である。なお、これらの方向は、本開示の理解を容易にするために設定された相対的なものである。
 図1は、本開示の一実施形態に係る光配線1を示す模式図である。図2は、図1に示す第1集合群20の部分断面図である。図1に示すように、光配線1は、レセプタクル10と、第1集合群20と、第2集合群30と、を備えている。なお、図1の下部は、光配線1の模式的な斜視図を示しており、図1の上部(範囲X内)は、レセプタクル10、第1集合群20、および第2集合群30を、上下方向および左右方向を含む平面で切断した場合の模式的な断面図を示している。
 レセプタクル10の前方向側の面(以下、第1端面とも称する)には、複数の第1集合群20が左右方向に並んで接続されている。レセプタクル10の後方向側の面(以下、第2端面とも称する)には、複数の第2集合群30が上下方向に並んで接続されている。すなわち、複数の第1集合群20の各々と、複数の第2集合群30の各々とは、第1接続部品22の並んでいる方向と第2接続部品32の並んでいる方向とが直交するようにレセプタクル10を介して接続されている。
 レセプタクル10は、上下方向にN列(Nは2以上の整数)、左右方向にM列(Mは2以上の整数)の状態で並んだN×M個の貫通孔11を有している。貫通孔11は、レセプタクル10を前後方向に貫通する孔である。貫通孔11内には、割スリーブ12が保持されている。なお、NおよびMは、2以上の整数であれば特に制限はされない。NおよびMは、同一の数であっても異なる数であってもよいが、光電変換モジュール(図示せず)側の数(図1の例ではM)の方が他方の数(図1の例ではN)よりも大きいことが好ましい。図1に示す例では、N=4、M=13である。
 第1集合群20は、上下方向に並んだN個の貫通孔21を有している。第1集合群20は、それぞれの貫通孔21内に、光ファイバ23が実装された第1接続部品22を把持している。また、図2に示すように、第1接続部品22は、フェルール24と、バネ25と、を有している。第1集合群20は、いわゆる光コネクタであってもよい。
 図1に示すように、第2集合群30は、左右方向に並んだM個の貫通孔31を有している。第2集合群30は、それぞれの貫通孔31内に、光ファイバ33が実装された第2接続部品32を把持している。第2集合群30の内部構造は、特に制限されず、第1集合群20のような構造の光コネクタであってもよいし、プレートを有する構造(図3等参照)であってもよい。
 光ファイバ33の後方向側の端部は、例えば、電子機器に接続された光電変換モジュール(図示せず)に接続される。光ファイバ33には、光送信機能に対応するものと、光受信機能に対応するものが含まれる。光送信機能に対応する光ファイバ33は、光電変換モジュールからの光信号を光ファイバ23側へと送信する。光受信機能に対応する光ファイバ33は、光ファイバ23側からの光信号を光電変換モジュール側へと送信する。
 複数の第2集合群30の各々は、光送信用の光ファイバ33が実装された光送信用の第2接続部品32、および光受信用の光ファイバ33が実装された光受信用の第2接続部品のうちいずれか一方のみを含むことが好ましい。例えば、レセプタクル10における上から1列目の貫通孔11に接続される第2集合群30は、光送信用の第2接続部品32のみを含み、上から2列目の貫通孔11に接続される第2集合群30は、光受信用の第2接続部品32のみを含むように構成される。なお、このように構成した場合、1つの第1集合群20において、光送信用の第1接続部品22と、光受信用の第1接続部品22と、が含まれることになる。
 次に、図3から図5を用いて、第2集合群30がプレート40を有する場合について説明する。図3は、第2集合群30の一例を示す模式図である。図4は、図3に示すプレート40の斜視図である。図5は、隣接する2つのプレート40(40A,40B)が第2接続部品32を把持した状態の一例を示す模式図である。
 図3から図5の例において、第2集合群30は、M個の第2接続部品32と、プレート40と、を有する。第2接続部品32は、フェルール34と、太径部35と、細径部36と、尾部37と、を有する。プレート40は、M個の挿通孔41と、M個のスリット42と、突出部43と、隣接部44と、を有する。なお、図3から図5の例において、Mは6である。
 第2接続部品32は、例えば、ファイバスタブである。尾部37は、例えば、樹脂等の可撓性を有する材料によって形成されている。挿通孔41に対して尾部37を圧入することによって、太径部35と尾部37の間に位置する細径部36が挿通孔41に嵌った状態となる。すなわち、第2接続部品32が、プレート40に把持された状態となる。上記のように尾部37を挿通孔41に圧入する際は、挿通孔41とプレート40の1つの辺とを接続しているスリット42に、光ファイバ33を通すことになる。なお、太径部35を可撓性のある材料によって形成してもよい。太径部35が可撓性を有する場合、挿通孔41に対して太径部35を圧入できるようにしてもよい。
 太径部35の径d2および尾部37の径d4は、挿通孔41の径d1よりも大きい。細径部36の径d3は、径d1よりも小さい。また、前後方向において、細径部36の長さは、挿通孔41の長さよりも小さい。よって、第2接続部品32は、複数の第2接続部品32とプレート40の間にクリアランスを有してプレート40に保持されることになる。すなわち、第2接続部品32は、クリアランスの範囲内で自由に動きつつも、プレート40から抜けない状態になる。言い換えると、第2接続部品32をプレート40に保持した状態において、第2接続部品32はフローティング構造を有することになり、プレート40に対して3軸方向(プレート40の主面内の方向とプレート40の主面に垂直な方向)に移動可能、かつ3軸の周りに回転可能となる。
 なお、径d1等の長さは、上記の例に限定されるわけではない。すなわち、径d3は、径d1と同じでもよい。また、細径部36の前後方向の長さは、挿通孔41の前後方向の長さと同じでもよい。また、太径部35、細径部36、および尾部37を後方向側から視た場合の形状は、それぞれ円形でも多角形でもよい。太径部35の形状が多角形の場合、径d2は、当該多角形の外接円の径を指す。細径部36および尾部37についても同様である。また、第2接続部品32は、接着、溶接等の従来公知の固定手段によって、プレート40に固定されてもよい。
 プレート40の材質は、金属や導電性樹脂等の導電性を有する材料である。同様に、太径部35の材質も導電性を有する材料である。第2接続部品32をプレート40に保持した状態において、プレート40と太径部35とをプレート40に垂直な方向から視た場合、プレート40と太径部35とは、挿通孔41の周囲において重複部分を有する。また、挿通孔41の位置は、太径部35の内部に位置する。よって、太径部35およびプレート40は、EMIシールドとしても機能する。なお、太径部35に代えてまたは加えて、尾部37を導電性のある材料で形成してもよい。この場合、尾部37がEMIシールドの一部を担う。なお、電磁波は、例えば、上述の電子機器を発生源とするものである。
 また、図5に示すように、レセプタクル10に2つの第2集合群30を接続した状態において、プレート40Aは、プレート40Bと隣接する隣接部44において、プレート40Bの隣接部44と重複する。図5の状態において、プレート40は、所定の固定手段(例えば、スナップフィットやネジ等)によってレセプタクル10に固定されている。
 突出部(絞りビード)43は、プレート40の一部が後方向側へと突出した部分である。突出部43は、例えば、ハーフパンチ加工によって形成される。
 次に、図6を用いて、第1接続部品22と第2接続部品32との光接続について説明する。図6は、第1接続部品22と第2接続部品32との光接続の一例を示す模式図である。図6は、図2に示した第1集合群20をレセプタクル10の第1端面に接続し、図3に示した第2集合群30をレセプタクル10の第2端面に接続した状態を示している。
 フェルール24の先端部は、レセプタクル10の割スリーブ12内に挿入されている。同様に、フェルール34の先端部は、割スリーブ12内に挿入されている。そして、割スリーブ12内において、フェルール24の先端部と、フェルール34の先端部と、が光接続されている。なお、上述したように、第2接続部品32は、プレート40に対してフローティング構造を有しているので、第2集合群30をレセプタクル10に保持した状態において挿通孔41の位置と割スリーブ12の位置とに多少のズレが生じていても、割スリーブ12内での光接続に支障が出る恐れは少ない。なお、フェルール24およびフェルール34は、それぞれ単心のフェルールである。
 バネ25は、上記の光接続の際にフェルール24に対して後方向側への付勢力を付与し、フェルール24とフェルール34との間に隙間が生じることを防止する。また、この付勢力によってプレート40にバネ圧がかかるため、突出部43を設けてプレート40の機械的強度の向上を図っている。
 なお、図6の例において、第1集合群20が、プレートを有する構造であってもよい。同様に、第2集合群30が、プレートを有さずにバネを有する構造であってもよい。
 次に、図7から図9を用いて、プレート40の変形例を説明する。図7は、プレート40の別例を示す正面図である。図8は、図7に示すプレート40’の側面図である。図9は、図7に示すプレート40’に対応するレセプタクル10’の一例を示す模式図である。
 図7および図8に示すように、プレート40’は、M個の挿通孔41と、M個のスリット42と、係合爪45と、第2嵌合部46と、プレート40’の主面に対して曲げられた構造(曲げ構造47)と、を有する。なお、図7から図8の例において、Mは6である。また、図9に示すレセプタクル10’は、内部に割スリーブ12をそれぞれ保持するN×M個の貫通孔11と、係合溝13と、第1嵌合部14と、を有する。
 係合爪45は、プレート40’の両端にそれぞれ設けられている。左端側に設けられた係合爪45は、プレート40’の左端から中央方向へ向けて突出した爪を有している。同様に、右端側に設けられた係合爪45は、プレート40’の右端から中央方向へ向けて突出した爪を有している。係合爪45の少なくとも一部は可撓性を有しており、スナップフィットによって係合溝13と係合する。すなわち、係合爪45および係合溝13によって、プレート40’とレセプタクル10’とが着脱自在に固定される。なお、プレート40’側が溝を有し、レセプタクル10’側が爪を有するようにしてもよい。
 第2嵌合部46は、第1嵌合部14が嵌合する孔である。第1嵌合部14は、第2嵌合部46に嵌合する突起である。係合爪45を係合溝13に係合させる際は、第2嵌合部46と第1嵌合部14とによってある程度の位置決めをした状態でおこなう。なお、プレート40’側が突起を有し、レセプタクル10’側が穴を有するようにしてもよい。
 曲げ構造47は、プレート40’の上方向側の部分が後方向側へ出るように曲げられた構造である。曲げ構造47は、上述の突出部43と同様に、プレート40の機械的強度の向上に寄与する。
 また、プレート40’には、挿通孔41とプレート40’の1つの辺(下方向側の辺)とを接続するスリット42に加えて、複数の小スリットが設けられている。小スリットは、挿通孔41から、左方向側、右方向側、または上方向側に延びているが、プレート40’のいずれの辺とも接続していない。小スリットは、挿通孔41に第2接続部品32を圧入する際の圧入ストレスをさらに緩和するために設けられている。

Claims (12)

  1.  光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第1接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第1集合群と、
     光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第2接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第2集合群と、
     第1端面と、前記第1端面とは反対側の第2端面とを有し、前記第1端面側へ前記複数の第1集合群が接続され、前記第2端面側へ前記複数の第2集合群が接続されたレセプタクルと、を備え、
     前記複数の第1集合群の各々と、前記複数の第2集合群の各々とは、前記第1接続部品の並んでいる方向と前記第2接続部品の並んでいる方向とが直交するように前記レセプタクルを介して対向し、前記レセプタクル内で前記複数の第1接続部品の各々と前記複数の第2接続部品の各々とが光接続されている、
     光配線。
  2.  前記複数の第2接続部品は、前記複数の第2接続部品の各々から前記複数の第1接続部品の各々へ進む光信号を伝送する光ファイバが実装された光送信用第2接続部品と、前記複数の第1接続部品の各々から前記複数の第2接続部品の各々へ進む光信号を伝送する光ファイバが実装された光受信用第2接続部品とを含み、
     前記複数の第2集合群の各々は、前記光送信用第2接続部品および前記光受信用第2接続部品のうちいずれか一方のみを含む、
     請求項1に記載の光配線。
  3.  前記複数の第2集合群のそれぞれは、前記複数の第2接続部品を把持するプレートを有する、
     請求項1または請求項2に記載の光配線。
  4.  前記複数の第2接続部品は、前記複数の第2接続部品と前記プレートの間にクリアランスを有した状態で前記プレートに保持され、
     前記複数の第2接続部品が前記プレートに保持された状態において、前記複数の第2接続部品は、前記プレートに対して前記プレートの主面内の方向と前記プレートの主面に垂直な方向に移動可能、かつこれらの方向に沿う軸の周りに回転可能である、
     請求項3に記載の光配線。
  5.  前記プレートと、前記複数の第2接続部品における少なくとも一部位とは、導電性を有しており、
     前記複数の第2接続部品が前記プレートに保持された状態において、前記プレートと前記複数の第2接続部品とを前記プレートに対して垂直な方向から視た場合、前記一部位は前記クリアランスを隠している、
     請求項3または請求項4に記載の光配線。
  6.  前記複数の第2集合群は、特定第2集合群と前記特定第2集合群に隣接する隣接第2集合群とを含み、
     前記特定第2集合群が有する特定プレートと前記隣接第2集合群が有する隣接プレートは、導電性を有したものであり、
     前記特定プレートと前記隣接プレートは、前記特定プレートと前記隣接プレートに対して垂直な方向から視た場合、互いに重複する重複部分を有する、
     請求項3から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の光配線。
  7.  前記プレートは、前記複数の第2接続部品をそれぞれ挿通する複数の挿通孔と前記複数の挿通口とを接続するスリットを有する、
     請求項3から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の光配線。
  8.  前記レセプタクルは、第1嵌合部を有し、
     前記プレートは、第2嵌合部を有し、
     前記第1嵌合部と前記第2嵌合部とは互いに嵌合している、
     請求項3から請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の光配線。
  9.  前記プレートは、少なくとも1つの辺において前記プレートの主面に対して曲げられた構造を有する、
     請求項3から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載の光配線。
  10.  前記プレートは、絞りビードを備える、
     請求項3から請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の光配線。
  11.  前記レセプタクルは、係合溝を有し、
     前記プレートは、弾性変形して前記係合溝と係合する係合爪を有する、
     請求項3から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の光配線。
  12.  光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第1接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第1集合群と、
     光ファイバが実装され一列に並んだ複数の第2接続部品をそれぞれ有する複数の第2集合群と、
     第1端面と、前記第1端面とは反対側の第2端面とを有し、前記第1端面側へ前記複数の第1集合群が接続され、前記第2端面側へ前記複数の第2集合群が接続されたレセプタクルと、を用いた光接続方法であって、
     前記複数の第1集合群の各々と、前記複数の第2集合群の各々とを、前記第1接続部品の並んでいる方向と前記第2接続部品の並んでいる方向とが直交するように前記レセプタクルを介して対向させ、前記レセプタクル内で前記複数の第1接続部品の各々と前記複数の第2接続部品の各々とを光接続する、
     光接続方法。
