Description

一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构 技术领域
本发明涉及筋膜枪技术领域,具体是一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构。
背景技术
肌肉中的筋膜能够减少不同肌肉组织间的摩擦力,帮助其更好地吸收。在运动过程中,肌肉是收到神经支配的,运动后有时候肌肉是可以放松了,但是神经依然处于兴奋的状态,这就有可能导致肌肉持续的紧张和僵硬。另外,在一些高强度运动或长时间维持一种姿势的疲劳情况下,肌肉和筋膜都有可能出现微小的损伤,有的人还会出现筋膜/肌肉间隙中的条索样组织,这些组织也会造成组织内部的张力变化,从而引发不适。另外,高强度运动过程中,身体内的能量物质代谢,以及身体的自我保护机制,也有可能引发肌肉/筋膜不适的情况。
筋膜枪可作用在覆盖于肌肉表面的肌肉筋膜上,在物理刺激与肌肉升温的双重作用下,肌肉筋膜的弹性延展会增加,实现放松身体肌肉的作用。
但是现有的筋膜枪制作成本高,价格昂贵,体积大,使用寿命短不利于上述筋膜枪在市场上的推广及应用。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,本发明在于提供一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,该往复传动机构结构巧妙紧凑,能够有效减小筋膜枪的体积,便于用户携带使用,增强用户的使用体验,有利于上述往复传动机构在筋膜枪上的推广及应用。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,包括电机、芯轴、摆杆轴承、滑套、滑动输出轴及固定盖,所述芯轴安装于所述电机的输出端,所述摆杆轴承套装于所述芯轴外,所述滑动输出轴可滑动安装于所述滑套内;所述摆杆轴承通过连接装置与所述滑动输出轴连接并使所述滑动输出轴在所述滑套内前后移动,所述固定盖安装于远离所述电机的所述滑套的一端并通过压紧件实现与所述滑套的固连。通过设置摆杆轴承,并将摆杆轴承套装在芯轴上,在将摆杆轴承通过连接装置与滑动输出轴连接并使滑动输出轴在滑套内前后移动,实现筋膜枪的往复移动,使筋膜枪结构巧妙紧凑,能够有效减小筋膜枪的体积,便于用户携带使用,增强用户的使用体验,有利于上述往复传动机构在筋膜枪上的推广及应用。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述电机与所述芯轴之间安装有电机定位板。电机定位板的安装能够有效降低电机在工作过程中出现晃动的现象对摆杆轴承造成影响,且降低噪音的产生,增强用户的使用体验。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述摆杆轴承上安装有配重机构。配重机构降低筋膜枪整体的振动。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述配重机构为配重减震块,所述配重减震块通过锁紧件固设于所述摆杆轴承上端。配重减震块结构简单,安装方便,能够有效提高筋膜枪的安装效率,进而降低操作人员的劳动强度。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述连接装置包括固设于所述摆杆轴承下端的连接头,所述滑动输出轴开设有供所述连接头安装的连接头安装槽,所述连接头可摆动的安装于所述连接头安装槽内。连接头结构简单,制作方便,且能够有效保证与滑动输出轴的连接效果,进而保证筋膜枪的使用效果,有利于该筋膜枪在市场上的推广及应用。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述连接头外套设有消音减震套。消音减震套的设置进一步降低摆杆轴承与滑动输出轴之间的传动噪音,增强用户的使用体验。

作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述固定件为固定销。固定销结构简单,安装方便,且制作成本低,能够降低筋膜枪的制造成本,进而降低用户的使用成本,有利于筋膜枪在市场上的推广及应用。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述滑动输出轴的轴心线与所述电机的轴心线呈平行或接近平行30°以内设置。滑动输出轴的轴心线与电机的轴心线平行误差在30°以内,以保证筋膜枪的往复传动机构在运动过程中的顺畅度。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述摆杆轴承结构为多列滚珠摆杆轴承。

实施例1:如图1至图2所示,一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,包括电机1、芯轴2、摆杆轴承3、滑套9、滑动输出轴7及固定盖10,上述芯轴2安装于上述电机1的输出端,上述摆杆轴承3套装于上述芯轴2外,上述滑动输出轴7可滑动安装于上述滑套9内;上述摆杆轴承3通过连接装置与上述滑动输出轴7连接并使上述滑动输出轴7在上述滑套9内前后移动,上述固定盖10安装于远离上述电机1的上述滑套9的一端并通过压紧件11实现与上述滑套9的固连,压紧件11为结构简单的压紧螺栓,能够有效保证该往复机构结构的紧凑度,降低固定盖10掉落的概率,保证使用效果,且通过设置摆杆轴承3,摆杆轴承3为双列摆杆轴承,并将摆杆轴承3套装在芯轴2上,在将摆杆轴承3通过连接装置与滑动输出轴7连接并使滑动输出轴7在滑套9内前后移动,实现筋膜枪的往复移动,使筋膜枪结构巧妙紧凑,能够有效减小筋膜枪的体积,便于用户携带使用,增强用户的使用体验,有利于上述往复传动机构在筋膜枪上的推广及应用。

为了降低筋膜枪整体的振动,摆杆轴承3上安装有配重机构,本实施例中配重机构为配重减震块4,配重减震块4通过锁紧件12固设在摆杆轴承3上端,配重减震块4结构简单,安装方便,能够有效提高筋膜枪的安装效率,进而降低操作人员的劳动强度,锁紧件12为结构简单的锁紧螺丝,操作方便,降低筋膜枪的安装难度。
本实施例中的连接装置包括固设在上述摆杆轴承3下端的连接头30,上述滑动输出轴7 开设有供上述连接头30安装的连接头安装槽70,上述连接头30可摆动的安装在上述连接头安装槽70内,实现摆杆轴承3与滑动输出轴7之间的连接,进而实现筋膜枪传动机构的往复运动。
连接头30外套设有消音减震套6,消音减震套6的设置进一步降低摆杆轴承3与滑动输出轴7之间的传动噪音,增强用户的使用体验。
固定盖10内还安装有固定盖轴承5,进一步降低固定盖10在使用过程中产生噪音的概率,增强用户的使用体验。
滑动输出轴7的轴心线与上述电机1的轴心线呈平行设置,或者平行误差在30°以内,以保证筋膜枪的往复传动机构在运动过程中的顺畅度,进而保证筋膜枪的使用效果。
摆杆轴承结构为多列滚珠摆杆轴承,能够有效保证往复传动机构的往复传动效果,减少传动过程中的阻力,进而保证筋膜枪的使用效果。

实施例2:如图3至图4所示,本实施例中的用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,与实施例1相区别的特征在于:本实施例中的连接装置包括连杆15,上述连杆15可活动连接在上述滑动输出轴7与上述摆杆轴承3之间,为了保证连杆15的连接效果,降低连杆15在使用过程中脱落的概率,在上述摆杆轴承3下端固设有定位块30’,上述定位块30’开设有定位块连接孔300’,上述连杆15开设有第一连接孔151与第二连接孔152,上述滑动输出轴7开设有连杆连接槽70与连杆定位孔71,上述连杆15一端通过在上述连杆定位孔71内穿设固定件13实现与上述滑动输出轴7的连接,固定件13为结构简单的固定销或者固定螺丝等,使用成本与安装难度均较低,上述连杆15另一端通过在第二连接孔152与定位块连接孔300’内穿设固定螺丝14实现与上述摆杆轴承3的连接,能够有效保证连杆的传动效果,进而保证筋膜枪的往复运动的精确度。
为了降低连杆15在使用过程产生噪音的概率,在第一连接孔151与第二连接孔152内均安装有连杆轴承6’,同时使连杆15转动更顺畅,保证筋膜枪的使用效果。
本实施例中的一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,通过设置摆杆轴承3,并将摆杆轴承3套装在芯轴2上,在将摆杆轴承3通过连杆15与滑动输出轴7连接并使滑动输出轴7在滑套9内前后移动,实现筋膜枪的往复移动,使筋膜枪结构巧妙紧凑,能够有效减小筋膜枪的体 积,便于用户携带使用,增强用户的使用体验,有利于上述往复传动机构在筋膜枪上的推广及应用。

  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,其特征在于:所述摆杆轴承(3)上安装有配重机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,其特征在于:所述配重机构为配重减震块(4),所述配重减震块(4)通过锁紧件(12)固设于所述摆杆轴承(3)上端。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,其特征在于:所述连接装置包括固设于所述摆杆轴承(3)下端的连接头(30),所述滑动输出轴(7)开设有供所述连接头(30)安装的连接头安装槽(70),所述连接头(30)可摆动的安装于所述连接头安装槽(70)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,其特征在于:所述连接头(30)外套设有消音减震套(6)。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,其特征在于:所述连接装置包括连杆(15),所述连杆(15)可活动连接于所述滑动输出轴(7)与所述摆杆轴承(3)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,其特征在于:所述摆杆轴承(3)下端固设有定位块(30'),所述定位块(30')开设有定位块连接孔(300'),所述连杆(15)开设有第一连接孔(151)与第二连接孔(152),所述滑动输出轴(7)开设有连杆连接槽(70)与连杆定位孔(71),所述连杆(15)一端通过在所述连杆定位孔(71)内穿设固定件(13)实现与所述滑动输出轴(7)的连接,所述连杆(15)另一端通过在第二连接孔(152)与定位块连接孔(300')内穿设固定螺丝(14)实现与所述摆杆轴承(3)的连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,其特征在于:所述滑动输出轴(7)的轴心线与所述电机(1)的轴心线呈平行或呈30°以内设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于筋膜枪的往复传动机构,其特征在于:所述摆杆轴承(3)结构为多列滚珠摆杆轴承。
