一种吸尘器及吹风机(1),吸尘器包括集尘桶(2)及可脱离配合于集尘桶(2)上的吹风机(1),吹风机(1)包括壳体(10)、连接壳体(10)的第一手柄(20),壳体(10)内收容电路组件(30),电路组件(30)包括散热风扇(31);第一手柄(20)上设有散热进风口(21),壳体(10)上设有散热出风口(11),冷却空气从散热进风口(21)流入壳体(10),经过散热风扇(31)后从散热出风口(11)流出,冷却空气在流动过程中吸收电路组件(30)的热量。由于将散热进风口(21)设于第一手柄(20)上,当用户手持吹风机(1)的第一手柄(20)使用时,散热进风口(21)不再靠近用户的身体一侧,散热进风口(21)不会被用户的衣物堵住,有利于散热。

Description

吸尘器及吹风机 技术领域
本发明涉及吸尘器及吹风机,尤其涉及一种可提升散热效果的吸尘器及吹风机。
背景技术
现有吸尘器具有一机多用的功能,例如,中国专利申请CN200720152064.9揭露一种干湿两用吸尘器,包括桶体,该桶体上端安装有一上盖,该上盖上设有一凹腔,该凹腔底壁上设有一与桶体相通的通孔,桶体内设有一过滤器,该过滤器设于凹腔下端并覆盖通孔,上盖上还安装有一可与该上盖分开并可单独使用的电动吹风机,该电动吹风机设有一进风口和一排气口,进风口置于凹腔内,并引导桶体内气体经过滤器及通孔后从排气口排出,电动吹风机上还设有手柄,该手柄上设有能控制电机通断的电源开关,吸尘器清洗完地面后,地面不可能马上就干,此时,把电动吹风机从上盖上取出,可以很轻便的提着对地面进行吹干,而不需要拖着整台的吸尘器。另外,该电动吹风机还可以用作吹聚室外地板或草丛中杂物。
为解决一机多用的吸尘器的散热问题,会在吹风机的壳体上设有与外界相通的散热孔,但是,当吹风机从吸尘器上取下并手持使用时,散热孔有可能靠近用户的身体一侧,散热孔的入口可能会被用户的衣物堵住,不利于散热。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可提升散热效果的吸尘器及吹风机。
本发明提供一种吸尘器,包括集尘桶及可脱离配合于所述集尘桶上的吹风机,所述吹风机包括壳体、连接所述壳体的第一手柄,所述壳体内收容电路组件,所述电路组件包括散热风扇;所述第一手柄上设有散热进风口,所述壳体上设有散热出风口,冷却空气从所述散热进风口流入所述壳体,经过所述散热风扇后从所述散热出风口流出,冷却空气在流动过程中吸收电路组件的热量。
可选地,所述吹风机还包括连接于所述壳体的第二手柄,所述第二手柄旋转设置于所述壳体,所述第二手柄具有存储位置与握持使用位置,当所述第二手柄位于存储位置时,所述第二手柄与所述第一手柄平行;当所述第二手柄位于握持使用位置时,所述第二手柄与所述第一手柄垂直。
可选地,所述吹风机包括电源开关,所述电源开关与所述第一手柄之间的间距不大于预定距离;当所述第二手柄位于握持使用位置时,所述电源开关与所述第二手柄之间的间距不大于所述预定距离;所述预定距离与人手的尺寸相对应。
可选地,所述吹风机可脱离配合于集尘桶上,所述吹风机设有挡水结构,当所述吹风机组合于集尘桶时,雨水由所述散热进风口或所述散热出风口流入所述壳体,并通过所述挡水结构阻隔于所述电路组件外。
可选地,所述挡水结构为环状挡片,所述环状挡片至少部分与所述散热进风口或所述散热出风口相对,当所述吹风机组合于集尘桶时,雨水阻隔于所述环状挡片的外侧并向远离所述电路组件的方向导流。
可选地,所述吹风机设有支撑部,当所述支撑部与支撑面接触时,所述吹 风机的吸风口与所述平撑面间隔预定距离。
可选地,所述壳体与所述第一手柄通过上盖与下盖组合构造而成,所述集尘桶包括桶盖,所述下盖与所述桶盖密封连接,所述吸风口设于所述下盖上,并通过所述吸风口或所述出风口与集尘桶流体连通。
可选地,所述壳体内收容托盘与蜗壳,所述托盘与所述下盖密封连接,所述蜗壳与所述托盘密封连接,所述出风口设于所述所述蜗壳上,所述下盖、所述托盘与所述蜗壳限定出位于所述吸风口与所述出风口之间的流体通道。
可选地,所述上盖、所述蜗壳与所述下盖之间限定出散热通道,所述散热通道分割成吸入区域与流出区域,所述吸入区域流体连通散热进风口与所述散热风扇,所述流出区域流体连通散热出风口与所述散热风扇。
本发明还提供一种吹风机,所述吹风机包括壳体、连接所述壳体的第一手柄,所述壳体内收容电路组件,所述电路组件包括散热风扇;所述第一手柄上设有散热进风口,所述壳体上设有散热出风口,冷却空气从所述散热进风口流入所述壳体,经过所述散热风扇后从所述散热出风口流出,冷却空气在流动过程中吸收电路组件的热量。
相较于现有技术,本发明吸尘器将散热进风口设于第一手柄上,当用户手持吹风机的第一手柄使用时,散热进风口不再靠近用户的身体一侧,散热进风口不会被用户的衣物堵住,有利于散热。本发明同时设置第一手柄与第二手柄,可满足用户的多种握持需求。本发明将第二手柄旋转设置于所述壳体,第二手柄具有存储位置与握持使用位置,第二手柄在存储位置时呈折叠状,有利于节省存储空间。本发明设有挡水结构,避免雨水由所述散热进风口或所述散热出风口流入电路组件上,确保电路组件的安全性能。本发明设有支撑部,以将吹 风机的吸风口远离支撑面,避免因吸风口吸入脏物而损坏。

请参阅图1-图7所示,本发明提供一种吸尘器,包括:集尘桶2及可脱离配合于所述集尘桶2上的吹风机1,所述吹风机1包括壳体10、连接所述壳体10的第一手柄20,所述壳体10内收容电路组件30,所述电路组件30包括散热风扇31;所述第一手柄20上设有散热进风口21,所述壳体10上设有散热出 风口11,冷却空气从所述散热进风口21流入所述壳体10,吸收电路组件30的热量后由所述散热风扇31导流后从所述散热出风口11流出。
当吹风机1组装至集尘桶2上,所述吹风机1可用于吸尘模式,例如用于地板清洁等;而当吹风机1从集尘桶2上分离后,减少集尘桶2等集尘组件的重量,吹风机1方便携带使用,分离后的吹风机1可单独执行吹风模式,当吹风机1处于吹风模式时,吹风机1将散落的树叶集中起来吹风机。
当吹风机1装设于所述集尘桶2使用时,吹风机1的吸风口103与集尘桶2的腔体流体连通,吸尘模式下,脏空气由连接于集尘桶2的软管(图未示)或硬管(图未示)与桶体吸口202流入集尘桶2,再经过滤组件过滤后流入吹风机1的吸风口103,脏物储存于集尘桶2内,过滤后的清洁空气从吹风机1的吹风口104流出。
当吹风机1从集尘桶2分离后单独使用,吹风模式下,空气由吹风机1的吸风口103流入,并从吹风机1的吹风口104与吹吸管90(连接吹风口104)流出。
在吸尘模式与吹风模式下,散热进风口21与散热出风口11连通外界进行热交换,本发明将散热进风口21设于第一手柄20上,以利于吹风模式下的散热。可将所述散热进风口21设于所述第一手柄20与壳体10的连接处,所述散热进风口21分散于所述第一手柄20的两侧,当用户手持吹风机1的第一手柄20使用时,散热进风口21不再靠近用户的身体一侧,散热进风口21不会被用户的衣物堵住,有利于散热。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述吹风机1还包括连接于所述壳体10的第二手柄40,所述第二手柄40旋转设置于所述壳体10,所述第二手柄40具有存 储位置与握持使用位置,当所述第二手柄40位于存储位置时,所述第二手柄40与所述第一手柄20平行;当所述第二手柄40位于握持使用位置时,所述第二手柄40与所述第一手柄20垂直。通过所述第一手柄20将所述吹风机1从所述集尘桶2上分离,也可通过所述第一手柄20将吹风机1拎起以执行吹风机1的吹风模式,通过所述第二手柄40将吹风机1连同集尘桶2一并拎起移位,也可通过所述第二手柄40将吹风机1拎起以执行吹风机1的吹风模式。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述吹风机1包括电源开关50,所述电源开关50与所述第一手柄20之间的间距不大于预定距离;当所述第二手柄40位于握持使用位置时,所述电源开关50与所述第二手柄40之间的间距不大于所述预定距离。第一手柄20在握持使用时可用以触发电源开关50,第二手柄40在握持使用时也可用以触发电源开关50,方便了使用者的单手操作。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述吹风机1可脱离配合于集尘桶2上,所述吹风机1设有挡水结构,当所述吹风机1组合于集尘桶2时,雨水由所述散热进风口21或所述散热出风口11流入所述壳体10,并通过所述挡水结构阻隔于所述电路组件30外。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述挡水结构为环状挡片60,所述环状挡片60至少部分与所述散热进风口21或所述散热出风口11相对,当所述吹风机1组合于集尘桶2时,雨水阻隔于所述环状挡片60的外侧并向远离所述电路组件30的方向导流,而冷却空气可从所述环状挡片60绕过,并流经电路组件30的上方后从散热出风口11流出,在散热的同时可确保电路器件的安全性。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述吹风机1设有支撑部12,当所述支撑部12与支撑面接触时,所述吹风机1的吸风口103与所述平撑面间隔预定距离。 所述支撑部12可为单一突起部或多个分隔而设的突起部,通过所述多个突起部与支撑面接触后站立,突起部与支撑面接触的区域可设置成弧面或平面。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述壳体10与所述第一手柄20通过上盖101与下盖102组合构造而成,所述集尘桶2包括桶盖201,所述下盖102与所述桶盖201密封连接,所述吸风口103设于所述下盖102上,并通过所述吸风口103与集尘桶2流体连通。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述壳体10内收容托盘70与蜗壳80,所述托盘70与所述下盖102密封连接,所述蜗壳80与所述托盘70密封连接,所述出风口104之另一设于所述所述蜗壳80上,所述下盖102、所述托盘70与所述蜗壳80限定出位于所述吸风口103与所述出风口104之间的流体通道。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述上盖101、所述蜗壳80与所述下盖102之间限定出散热通道,所述散热通道分割成吸入区域与流出区域,所述吸入区域流体连通散热进风口21与所述散热风扇31,所述流出区域流体连通散热出风口11与所述散热风扇31。通过分割区域能有效导引冷热空气的流向,从而取得更好的散热效果。
本发明提供一种吹风机1,所述吹风机1包括壳体10、连接所述壳体10的第一手柄20,所述壳体10内收容电路组件30,所述电路组件30包括散热风扇31;所述第一手柄20上设有散热进风口21,所述壳体10上设有散热出风口11,冷却空气从所述散热进风口21流入所述壳体10,吸收电路组件30的热量后由所述散热风扇31导流后从所述散热出风口11流出。
综上所述,本发明将散热进风口设于第一手柄上,当用户手持吹风机的第 一手柄使用时,散热进风口不再靠近用户的身体一侧,散热进风口不会被用户的衣物堵住,有利于散热。本发明同时设置第一手柄与第二手柄,可满足用户的多种握持需求。本发明将第二手柄旋转设置于所述壳体,第二手柄具有存储位置与握持使用位置,第二手柄在存储位置时呈折叠状,有利于节省存储空间。本发明设有挡水结构,避免雨水由所述散热进风口或所述散热出风口流入电路组件上,确保电路组件的安全性能。本发明设有支撑部,以将吹风机的吸风口远离支撑面,避免因吸风口吸入脏物而损坏。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吸尘器,包括:集尘桶及可脱离配合于所述集尘桶上的吹风机,所述吹风机包括壳体、连接所述壳体的第一手柄,所述壳体内收容电路组件,所述电路组件包括散热风扇;其特征在于,所述第一手柄上设有散热进风口,所述壳体上设有散热出风口,冷却空气从所述散热进风口流入所述壳体,经过所述散热风扇后从所述散热出风口流出,冷却空气在流动过程中吸收电路组件的热量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:所述吹风机还包括连接于所述壳体的第二手柄,所述第二手柄旋转设置于所述壳体,所述第二手柄具有存储位置与握持使用位置,当所述第二手柄位于存储位置时,所述第二手柄与所述第一手柄平行;当所述第二手柄位于握持使用位置时,所述第二手柄与所述第一手柄垂直。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:所述吹风机包括电源开关,所述电源开关与所述第一手柄之间的间距不大于预定距离;当所述第二手柄位于握持使用位置时,所述电源开关与所述第二手柄之间的间距不大于所述预定距离;所述预定距离与人手的尺寸相对应。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:所述吹风机可脱离配合于集尘桶上,所述吹风机设有挡水结构,当所述吹风机组合于集尘桶时,雨水由所述散热进风口或所述散热出风口流入所述壳体,并通过所述挡水结构阻隔于所述电路组件外。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:所述挡水结构为环状挡片,所述环状挡片至少部分与所述散热进风口或所述散热出风口相对,当所述吹风机组合于集尘桶时,雨水阻隔于所述环状挡片的外侧并向远离所述电路组件的 方向导流。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:所述吹风机设有支撑部,当所述支撑部与支撑面接触时,所述吹风机的吸风口与所述平撑面间隔预定距离。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:所述壳体与所述第一手柄通过上盖与下盖组合构造而成,所述集尘桶包括桶盖,所述下盖与所述桶盖密封连接,所述吸风口设于所述下盖上,并通过所述吸风口或所述出风口与集尘桶流体连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:所述壳体内收容托盘与蜗壳,所述托盘与所述下盖密封连接,所述蜗壳与所述托盘密封连接,所述出风口设于所述蜗壳上,所述下盖、所述托盘与所述蜗壳限定出位于所述吸风口与所述出风口之间的流体通道。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:所述上盖、所述蜗壳与所述下盖之间限定出散热通道,所述散热通道分割成吸入区域与流出区域,所述吸入区域流体连通散热进风口与所述散热风扇,所述流出区域流体连通散热出风口与所述散热风扇。
  10. 一种吹风机,所述吹风机包括壳体、连接所述壳体的第一手柄,所述壳体内收容电路组件,所述电路组件包括散热风扇;其特征在于,所述第一手柄上设有散热进风口,所述壳体上设有散热出风口,冷却空气从所述散热进风口流入所述壳体,经过所述散热风扇后从所述散热出风口流出,冷却空气在流动过程中吸收电路组件的热量。
