技术领域
本申请涉及通信设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种电子设备。
背景技术
随着技术的进步,且受用户喜好大显示面积的影响,许多电子设备的正面通常都会取消设置实体按键,且在电子设备的背面设置指纹识别功能。但是将指纹识别功能设置在电子设备的背面的方式不便于用户使用,而屏下式指纹识别模组正好可以兼顾大显示面积和用户体验,因此,越来越多的厂商开始采用这种方式。
屏下式指纹识别模组通常包括相互连接的指纹传感器和指纹驱动单元,指纹驱动内设置有主控芯片等元器件,目前,为了简化系统结构和电路设计,通常会将指纹驱动单元贴设在显示屏的电路板上,通过连接器将指纹驱动单元与显示屏的电路板连接在一起,显示屏的电路板可通过一柔性电路板等连接件与电子设备的主板或副板等第一电路板连接,以将指纹信号和显示信号一并传出。但是,这种设计方案在实际应用的过程中,指纹驱动单元会占用显示屏的电路板上较大的面积,且因指纹信号和显示信号都通过同一柔性电路板和连接器向外通信,导致第一电路板的设计约束条件较多,设计难度较大。
发明内容
本申请公开一种电子设备,以解决目前电子设备中,指纹驱动单元会占用显示屏的电路板上较大的面积,以及因指纹信号和显示信号一并传出,导致第一电路板的设计约束条件较多,设计难度较大的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本申请实施例是这样实现地:
本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,包括显示模组、指纹识别模组和第一电路板,所述显示模组包括显示屏、第二电路板和第一连接部,所述显示屏与所述第二电路板电连接,所述第二电路板通过所述第一连接部与所述第一电路板电连接;
所述指纹识别模组包括指纹传感器、指纹驱动单元和第二连接部,所述指纹传感器设置于所述显示屏背离显示面的一侧,所述指纹传感器与所述指纹驱动单元间隔分布,且所述指纹传感器与所述指纹驱动单元通过所述第二连接部与所述第一电路板电连接。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中 的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本申请各个实施例公开的技术方案。
如图1-图11所示,本申请实施例公开一种电子设备,电子设备包括显示模组、指纹识别模组和第一电路板,其中,第一电路板可以为电子设备的主板,当然,在电子设备内设置有副板的情况下,第一电路板也可以为电子设备的副板。
其中,显示模组包括显示屏110、第二电路板120和第一连接部130,显示屏110与第二电路板120电连接,显示屏110具体可以通过金属线或者焊接的方式与第二电路板连接,显示屏110的尺寸和形状等结构参数可以根据实际需求灵活。更具体地,显示屏110可以为触控显示屏。第二电路板120上可以设置有显示驱动电路,当然,第二电路板120上还可以设置有其他元器件。
第一连接部130可以为金属导线或柔性电路板,在第一连接部130为柔性电路板的情况下,第二电路板120通过第一连接部130与第一电路板电连接,第二电路板120和第一连接部130之间,以及第一连接部130与第一电路板之间均可以通过锡焊焊接或导电胶粘接等方式形成固定连接关系,且一并形成电连接关系,保证显示模组和第一电路板之间可以通过第一连接部130进行信息交互,或者,第一连接部130的相背两端均可以设置有连接器,例如,第一连接部130背离第二电路板120的一端可以设置有第一连接器140,从而第一连接部130可以借助第一连接器140与第一电路板电连接。
指纹识别模组包括指纹传感器210、指纹驱动单元220和第二连接部230,指纹传感器210设置于显示屏110背离显示面的一侧。具体地,指纹传感器210可以通过夹持、粘接或限位卡设等方式固定在显示屏110的一侧。为了提升指纹传感器210与显示屏110之间的连接可靠性,如图11所示,可以借助粘接层320将指纹传感器210和显示屏110粘接固定在一起,在这种情况 下,还可以使指纹传感器210尽可能紧密地贴合在显示屏110的表面,缩小指纹传感器210与显示屏110之间的间距,提升电子设备的轻薄化程度,且可以基本去除指纹处理器210和显示屏110之间的空气间隙,防止灰尘落入二者之间,提升指纹识别速度和精度,进而提升用户体验。
指纹传感器210与指纹驱动单元220间隔分布,二者之间间隔的尺寸可以根据电子设备内的空间,以及指纹传感器210和指纹驱动单元220各自的结构和尺寸等实际参数确定,此处不作限定。指纹驱动单元220具体可以包括电源管理模块、逻辑控制模块、数据处理模块和数据传输模块等功能模块,构成上述模块的可以是由集成电路、电感、电容和电阻等元器件组成的电路单元,当然,在工作原理等条件不同的情况下,指纹驱动单元220还可以包括其他模块或其他元器件。
第二连接部230也可以为金属导线或柔性电路板,在本申请的另一实施例中,第二连接部230为柔性电路板,在这种情况下,第二连接部230可以作为指纹驱动单元220中多个元器件的载体,集成电路、电感、电容和电阻等元器件均可以通过焊接或导电胶粘接等方式固定在第二连接部230上,且上述各元器件均与第二连接部230形成电连接关系。考虑到指纹驱动单元220中的元器件的数量较多,且为了保证各元器件之间不会相互干扰,可选地,第二连接部230可以包括连接子部和安装子部,且安装子部的宽度大于连接子部的宽度,指纹驱动单元220设置在安装子部上,由于单位长度的安装子部的面积大于单位长度的连接子部的面积,使得安装子部具有较大的安装面积,进而保证安装在安装子部上的指纹驱动单元220中的各元器件之间具有满足需求的安全距离,且可以使指纹驱动单元220中的不同部件的分布情况仍较为集中,提升部件间的协作效率。
同时,指纹传感器210也与第二连接部230电连接,从而通过第二连接部230实现电连接指纹传感器210和第一电路板的目的。可选地,第二连接部230的相背两端均可以通过焊接的方式分别与指纹传感器210和第一电路 板连接,在本申请的另一实施例中,第二连接部230背离指纹传感器210的一端安装有第二连接器240,第二连接器240与第一电路板电连接。
本申请公开的电子设备中,显示模组包括显示屏110、第二电路板120和第一连接部130,显示屏110与第二电路板120电连接;指纹识别模组包括指纹传感器210、指纹驱动单元220和第二连接部230,指纹传感器210设置在显示屏110背离显示面的一侧,使电子设备具备屏下式指纹识别功能,提升电子设备的用户体验,同时还可以使电子设备具有较大的显示面积。指纹传感器210和指纹驱动单元220通过第二连接部230与电子设备的第一电路板电连接,进而可以防止指纹驱动单元220占用显示模组中第二电路板120上的面积,从而可以使第二电路板120的整体尺寸缩小,而显示模组中的第二电路板120则通过第一连接部130与第一电路板电连接,使得电子设备中的指纹信号和显示信号相互分离,且分别与第一电路板电连接,进而在电子设备的设计过程中,因指纹信号和显示信号均单独与第一电路板连接,使得第一电路板在设计的过程中所需约束的条件相对较少,设计难度相对较低;另外,在采用上述技术方案的情况下,指纹识别模组和显示模组之间基本不会发生堆叠的情况,二者相互独立,从而可以使显示模组与指纹识别模组的整体厚度更小,进而有利于电子设备向轻薄化发展。
进一步地,电子设备还包括中框310,中框310可以为电子设备中的显示屏110和第一电路板等部件提供一定的支撑和防护作用。中框310可以采用金属或塑料等硬质材料制成,中框310的形状和具体尺寸可以根据电子设备的壳体的实际结构确定。显示屏110通常设置在中框310的一侧,而第一电路板则通常设置在中框310中背离显示屏110的一侧,因此,需要使第一连接部130和第二连接部230自中框310的边缘伸出,以与位于中框310另一侧的第一电路板电连接。
基于上述内容,可选地,中框310设有开口,位于中框310一侧的第一连接部130和第二连接部230均可以通过中框310上的开口伸出,且与位于 中框310另一侧的第一电路板电连接。第一连接部130为条形结构件,开口可以朝向第一连接部130设置,以缩短开口与第二电路板120之间的间距,进而可以缩短第一连接部130的长度。同时,还可以使第二连接部230中背离指纹传感器210的一端与第一连接部130平行设置,从而在将第一连接部130的端部和第二连接部230的端部穿入中框310的开口时,由于二者的至少部分均为条形结构件,在通过开口穿设第一连接部130和第二连接部230的过程中,仅需使第一连接部130和第二连接部230的端部对准开口即可,基本无需使第一连接部130和第二连接部230产生较大幅度的弯折变形,进而可以保证第一连接部130和第二连接部230均具有较长的使用寿命,还可以在一定程度上降低第一连接部130和第二连接部230与中框310的开口之间的组装难度。
更具体地,可以仅使第二连接部230中通过开口伸出至中框310的另一侧的部分与第一连接部130平行设置,或者,也可以使第二连接部230整体为条形结构件,且与第一连接部130平行设置。开口可以通过钻加工等方式形成,或者,在形成中框310的过程中,可以通过改变模具的结构,直接形成具有开口的中框310,另外,开口的尺寸、数量和设置位置可以实际情况确定。
在电子设备中设置有中框310的情况下,可选地,如图2-图5所示,中框310上设有相互间隔分布的第一开口311和第二开口312,在组装电子设备的过程中,第一连接部130能够穿过第一开口311与第一电路板电连接,第二连接部230能够穿过第二开口312与第一电路板电连接,在这种情况下,第一连接部130和第二连接部230均可以较为容易地自中框310的一侧伸入至中框310的另一侧,且均与第一电路板电连接。
具体地,第一开口311的宽度和高度可以根据第一连接部130的宽度和厚度确定,且可以使第一开口311的尺寸不过多地超出第一连接部130在对应方向上的尺寸,以在第一连接部130能够自第一开口311穿出的情况下, 保证中框310具有较高的结构强度。相应地,第二开口312的尺寸也可以根据第二连接部230在对应方向上的尺寸确定。需要说明的是,如果第一连接部130和/或第二连接部230上设置有元器件或其他部件等,且需要通过第一开口311和/或第二开口312穿出,则可以使第一开口311和/或第二开口312的尺寸相应扩大,对此,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况灵活改变。
并且,在第一开口311和第二开口312相互间隔分布的情况下,借助二者之间的连接结构可以在一定程度上补强中框上第一开口311和第二开口312所在区域的局部强度,保证中框310上任意位置处的结构强度均相对较大。
更具体地,如图2和图3所示,第一开口311和第二开口312可以分别设置在中框310的相背两侧,在这种情况下,第一连接部130和第二连接部230的延伸方向相反,第一连接部130向显示屏110的一侧延伸,而第二连接部230则向显示屏110的另一侧延伸。在采用这种技术方案的情况下,可以使第一开口311和第二开口312之间的间距相对较大,且由于二者分别位于中框310的不同侧,可以使中框310上因设置第一开口311和第二开口312而对中框310的局部结构强度的影响程度相对较小,以进一步保证中框310的整体结构强度的均匀性更好。
此外,还可以在第一开口311与第一连接部130之间的间隙设置填充结构,和/或在第二开口312与第二连接部230之间的间隙设置填充结构,从而进一步补强中框310的结构强度。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图4和图5所示,第一开口311和第二开口312位于中框310的同一侧,在这种情况下,第一连接部130和第二连接部230的延伸方向相同,二者均向显示屏110的同一侧延伸,且分别穿过第一开口311和第二开口312,以与第一电路板电连接。需要说明的是,第一开口311和第二开口312并非一定设置在中框310的侧边缘,也可以设置在中框310中靠近边缘的其他位置处。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,由于第一连接部130和第二连接部230同向延伸,在对齐第一连接部130和第一开口311以及对齐第二连接部230和第二开口312中的一组时,另一组也基本处于对齐状态;同时,在第一连接部130和第二连接部230同向延伸的情况下,第一连接部130和第二连接部230仅占据第二电路板120中一侧的空间,从而使第二电路板120、指纹传感器210、第一连接部130和第二连接部230组成的中间结构件的整体尺寸也相对较小,便于存储和转运。
在本申请的再一实施例中,中框310上也可以设置第三开口313,第一连接部130和第二连接部230均穿过第三开口313与第一电路板电连接,也就是说,第一连接部130和第二连接部230通过同一个开口穿出至中框310的另一侧,在这种情况下,可以进一步降低电子设备的组装难度,且在加工过程中,开设一个开口的难度和精度要求一般会小于开设两个开口的难度和精度要求。
进一步地,在垂直于显示屏110和第一连接部130的延伸方向的方向上,可以使第一连接部130和第二连接部230间隔分布,其中,第三开口313可以设置在中框310中位于显示屏110宽度方向所在的一侧,也可以设置在中框310中显示屏110长度方向所在的一侧。
更详细地,如图6和图7所示,在第三开口313位于显示屏110的长度方向所在一侧的情况下,则第一连接部130的延伸方向则为显示屏110的宽度方向,垂直于显示屏110和第一连接部130的延伸方向的方向即为显示屏110的宽度方向,也就是说,第一连接部130和第二连接部230可以沿显示屏110的长度方向间隔分布,或者说,第一连接部130和第二连接部230在垂直于显示屏110的方向上的投影不重合。其中,显示屏110的厚度方向可以为图7中垂直纸面的方向,第一连接部130的延伸方向,也即显示屏110的宽度方向可以为图7中的方向X,显示屏110的长度方向可以为图7中的方向Y。
在这种情况下,第三开口313在显示屏110的长度方向上的尺寸相对较大,这可以在一定程度上降低第一连接部130和第二连接部230的穿设难度,且无需针对第一连接部130和第二连接部230的位置进行特殊的调整,仅需根据第一连接部130和第二连接部230在显示屏110长度方向上的间距确定第三开口313的尺寸,再自指纹传感器210和第二电路板120的同一侧将第一连接部130和第二连接部230引出即可,这可以在一定程度上降低电子设备的整体加工难度。
如上,第三开口313可以开设在显示屏110的长度方向所在一侧,则第一连接部130沿显示屏110的宽度方向延伸,在第一连接部130和第二连接部230均通过第三开口313穿出的情况下,可选地,如图8和图9所示,第二连接部230中背离指纹传感器210的一端的至少一部分与第一连接部130沿显示屏110的厚度方向层叠设置,这可以使第三开口313在显示屏110的长度方向上的尺寸相对较小,也即,在采用上述技术方案的情况下,第三开口313的整体尺寸相对较小,从而尽量降低中框310因设置第三开口313导致结构强度降低的幅度。
当然,在采用上述技术方案的情况下,在显示屏110的厚度方向上,需要进一步增大第三开口313的尺寸,以保证层叠设置的第一连接部130和第二连接部230能够自第三开口313穿出,而在电子设备的使用过程中,因为中框310在显示屏110的厚度方向上所受的作用力相对较小,因此,即便第三开口313在显示屏110的厚度方向上的尺寸变大,对中框310的结构强度的影响也相对较小。另外,由于第一连接部130和第二连接部230的厚度通常较小,因此,即便二者的至少一部分采用上述层叠的方式布置,也基本不会影响显示模组和指纹识别模组组成的整体的厚度。另外,如上,第一连接部130和第二连接部230的端部均可以设置有连接器,通常来说,在显示屏110的厚度方向上,连接器的尺寸大于第一连接部130和第二连接部230的尺寸,因此,在实际使用过程中,可以根据连接器的尺寸对应设计第三开口 313在显示屏110的厚度方向的尺寸,以保证连接器能够自第三开口313的一侧穿出至第三开口313的另一侧。需要说明的是,第三开口313的相背两侧可以认为是中框310的内侧和外侧,也可以认为是中框310的正面侧和背面侧。
更具体地,第一连接部130背离第二电路板120的一端设有第一连接器140,第二电路板120通过第一连接器140与第一电路板电连接;相应地,第二连接部230背离指纹传感器210的一端设有第二连接器240,指纹传感器210通过第二连接器240与第一电路板电连接,以进一步降低电子设备中部件件的组装和维修难度。
基于上述实施例,进一步地,如图8所示,可以使第一连接器140和第二连接器240沿第一连接部130的延伸方向分布,在这种情况下,可以使第一连接器140和第二连接器240错开分布,进而在组装电子设备的过程中,可以使第一连接器140和第二连接器240中的一者先通过第三开口313穿出,然后再使另一者通过第三开口313穿出,从而在设计第三开口313的过程中,可以使第三开口313在显示屏110的厚度方向上的尺寸小于第一连接器140和第二连接器240的尺寸之和,这可以进一步缩小第三开口313在显示屏110的厚度方向上的尺寸,从而提升中框310的整体结构强度。
如上,在第一连接器140和第二连接器240相互错开的情况下,可以使第一连接部130和第二连接部230自中框310伸出的长度也不同,为了进一步便于将第一连接部130和第二连接部230同时自第三开口313处穿出,可以在第一连接部130和第二连接部230之间设置粘性较小的双面胶,从而使第一连接部130和第二连接部230临时组成一整体,在将前述整体通过第三开口313穿出之后,即可将双面胶揭下,使第一连接部130和第二连接部230分离,以分别电连接在第一电路板的不同位置处。
如上,第二电路板120和指纹传感器210均设置在显示屏110背离显示面的一侧,可选地,第二电路板120和指纹传感器210可以分别设置在显示 屏110表面的不同区域处,在这种情况下,可以降低显示屏110、第二电路板120和指纹传感器210组成的整体的厚度。
进一步地,在第一连接部130和第二连接部230均穿过第三开口313的情况下,可以使第一连接部130为条形结构件,且使第二连接部230为弯折状结构,如图8所示,第二连接部230包括第一连接段231、第二连接段232和第三连接段233。其中,第一连接段231与指纹传感器210连接,第一连接段231和第三连接段233均沿第一连接部130的延伸方向延伸,也即,第一连接段231和第三连接段233均与第一连接部130平行。第三连接段233通过第二连接段232与第一连接段231连接,具体地,第二连接段232可以与第一连接段231相互垂直,也可以相对第一连接段231倾斜设置;第三连接段233背离第二连接段232的一端设有第二连接器240。
在采用上述技术方案的情况下,可以保证第二连接部230背离指纹传感器210的一端的至少一部分与第一连接部130在显示屏110的厚度方向上层叠设置,也可以使整个第二连接部230的结构较为规整,有利于提升电子设备内布线的整齐程度。
在电子设备设有中框310的情况下,第一连接部130和第二连接部230均可以通过开口穿出,如上,指纹驱动单元220通常包括多个元器件,且多个元器件需借助第二连接部230等结构组成整体,这使得指纹驱动单元220需占据第二连接部230背离显示屏110一侧的空间,进一步地,如图1、图2、图4、图6和图8所示,第二连接部230的一部分与指纹传感器210连接,且位于开口的一侧,第二连接部230的另一部分上固定有指纹驱动单元220,且位于开口的另一侧。在这种情况下,指纹驱动单元220与指纹传感器210可以分别设置于中框310的相背两侧,从而可以减小中框310和显示屏110之间的间距,使电子设备中部件的紧凑性更好,提升电子设备内的空间利用率。
为了进一步提升电子设备的轻薄化程度,提升电子设备内的空间利用率, 可选地,如图10所示,显示屏110和第二电路板120分别设置于中框310的相背两侧,在这种情况下,第二电路板120不会占用显示屏110和中框310之间的空间,从而可以减小显示屏110和中框310的贴合高度。进一步地,可以使显示屏110与中框310贴合设置,使显示屏110和中框310之间的间距基本为0,从而进一步减小电子设备的厚度。
本申请实施例公开的电子设备可以为智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器或可穿戴设备。当然,该电子设备也可以是其他设备,本申请实施例对此不做限制。
本申请上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子设备,包括显示模组、指纹识别模组和第一电路板,所述显示模组包括显示屏(110)、第二电路板(120)和第一连接部(130),所述显示屏(110)与所述第二电路板(120)电连接,所述第二电路板(120)通过所述第一连接部(130)与所述第一电路板电连接;
    所述指纹识别模组包括指纹传感器(210)、指纹驱动单元(220)和第二连接部(230),所述指纹传感器(210)设置于所述显示屏(110)背离显示面的一侧,所述指纹传感器(210)与所述指纹驱动单元(220)间隔分布,且所述指纹传感器(210)与所述指纹驱动单元(220)通过所述第二连接部(230)与所述第一电路板电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备包括中框(310),所述中框(310)设有开口,所述第一连接部(130)为条形结构件,所述第二连接部(230)中背离所述指纹传感器(210)的一端与所述第一连接部(130)平行设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括中框(310),所述中框(310)设有相互间隔分布的第一开口(311)和第二开口(312),所述第一连接部(130)穿过所述第一开口(311)与所述第一电路板电连接,所述第二连接部(230)穿过所述第二开口(312)与所述第一电路板电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一开口(311)和所述第二开口(312)位于所述中框(310)的同一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括中框(310),所述中框(310)设有第三开口(313),所述第一连接部(130)和所述第二连接部(230)均穿过所述第三开口(313)与所述第一电路板电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,在垂直于所述显示屏(110) 和所述第一连接部(130)的延伸方向的方向上,所述第一连接部(130)和所述第二连接部(230)间隔分布。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二连接部(230)中背离所述指纹传感器(210)的一端的至少一部分与所述第一连接部(130)沿所述显示屏(110)的厚度方向层叠设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一连接部(130)背离所述第二电路板(120)的一端设有第一连接器(140),所述第二连接部(230)背离所述指纹传感器(210)的一端设有第二连接器(240),所述第一连接器(140)与所述第二连接器(240)沿所述第三开口(313)的轴向分布。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二连接部(230)包括第一连接段(231)、第二连接段(232)和第三连接段(233),所述第一连接段(231)与所述指纹传感器(210)连接,所述第一连接段(231)和所述第三连接段(233)均沿所述第一连接部(130)的延伸方向延伸,所述第三连接段(233)通过所述第二连接段(232)与所述第一连接段(231)连接,所述第三连接段(233)背离所述第二连接段(232)的一端设有所述第二连接器(240)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备包括中框(310),所述中框(310)设有开口,所述第二连接部(230)的一部分与所述指纹传感器(210)连接,且位于所述开口的一侧,所述第二连接部(230)的另一部分上固定有所述指纹驱动单元(220),且位于所述开口的另一侧。
