背景技术:
现有的砂带打磨机中砂带的打磨角度不好调节,在需要打磨倾斜的打磨面时,只能通过倾斜工件来实现,在批量打磨时,工作效率十分低下,另外现有的砂带打磨机中砂带的张紧调节结构十分复杂,调节时,需要装卸多根螺钉,调节慢,调节不方便。
发明内容:
本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种砂带打磨机。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有:一种砂带打磨机,包括机架、安装梁、张紧臂、张紧气缸、张紧轮、安装板、滚轮、限位板、打磨带和打磨电机,所述安装梁水平固定连接在机架上,在安装梁上设有若干个并列的螺纹孔,安装板和限位板分别通过两根螺钉固定在两个螺纹孔内,在限位板上设有矩形状的限位槽,两个滚轮转动连接在安装板上;张紧臂和张紧气缸均铰接在机架上,张紧气缸的气缸轴与张紧臂相铰接,张紧轮转动连接在张紧臂上;打磨电机固定连接在机架上,在打磨电机的电机轴上固定有驱动轮,所述打磨带穿设在所述限位板上的限位槽内,且驱动轮、张紧轮和滚轮通过打磨带相联动。
进一步地,所述限位板为矩形板结构,在限位板的一侧端面上设有限位槽,在限位板上连接板,所述连接板通过螺钉固定连接在安装梁上的一个螺纹孔内。
进一步地,所述连接板上设有腰型孔。
进一步地,所述安装板为圆弧板结构,两个滚轮转动连接在安装板的两端,在每个滚轮的内侧均设有一个直角板,直角板的一直角边固定连接在安装板上,另一直角边沿着滚轮的轴向方向布置,在安装板上设有圆弧槽,螺钉穿过所述圆弧槽并螺纹连接在安装梁上。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3,本实用新型一种砂带打磨机,包括机架11、安装梁12、张紧臂21、张紧气缸22、张紧轮23、安装板31、滚轮32、限位板41、打磨带51和打磨电机52。安装梁12水平固定连接在机架11上,在安装梁12上设有若干个并列的螺纹孔10,安装板31和限位板41分别通过两根螺钉固定在两个螺纹孔10内。在限位板41上设有矩形状的限位槽410,两个滚轮32转动连接在安装板31上。张紧臂21和张紧气缸22均铰接在机架11上,张紧气缸22的气缸轴与张紧臂21相铰接,张紧轮23转动连接在张紧臂21上。打磨电机52固定连接在机架11上,在打磨电机52的电机轴上固定有驱动轮,打磨带51穿设在限位板41上的限位槽内,且驱动轮、张紧轮23和滚轮32通过打磨带51相联动。
本实用新型中的张紧臂21用于调节打磨带51的张紧度,在需要调节时,只需调整张紧气缸22的气缸轴伸出位置即可,调节十分方便。
安装板31用于调整打磨带的打磨角度,安装板31中的两个滚轮32之间的连线竖直布置时,此时打磨出来的打磨口为竖直的。在两个滚轮32之间的连线倾斜布置时,打磨出来的打磨口为倾斜的。本实用新型通过调节安装板31的位置来最终实现打磨口角度调节,在批量需要打磨倾斜口时,只需调整安装31即可。
限位板41为矩形板结构,在限位板41的一侧端面上设有限位槽410,打磨带51伸于限位槽410内。在限位板41上连接板411,连接板411上设有腰型孔。连接板411通过螺钉固定连接在安装梁12上的一个螺纹孔内。
本实用新型中的限位板41起到工作台的作用,工作台的位置可以调节,使用灵活。
安装板31为圆弧板结构,两个滚轮32转动连接在安装板31的两端,在每个滚轮32的内侧均设有一个直角板71,直角板71的一直角边固定连接在安装板31上,另一直角边沿着滚轮32的轴向方向布置,在安装板31上设有圆弧槽,螺钉穿过所述圆弧槽并螺纹连接在安装梁12上。
安装板31可以调节,其调节包括沿着安装梁12长度方向的位置调节以及安装板31安装角度的调节,安装板31调节方便,使用效果好。
在两个直角板71中沿着滚轮32的轴向方向布置的直角边上固定有支撑刚板81。在打磨时,被打磨物品接触打磨带,在力过大致使打磨带变形时,打磨带可以抵触在支撑刚板81上,支撑钢板起到支撑缓冲的作用,避免打磨带收到较大外力而致使打磨带损坏。
为更好地调整张紧轮23,在张紧臂21上设有滑槽,在滑槽内固定有滚轮座,所述张紧轮23转动连接在滚轮座上。
本实用新型结构简单,打磨带的张紧轮可调,打磨带的工作角度可调,机构设计合理,调节十分方便,使用效果好。

  1. 一种砂带打磨机,其特征在于:包括机架(11)、安装梁(12)、张紧臂(21)、张紧气缸(22)、张紧轮(23)、安装板(31)、滚轮(32)、限位板(41)、打磨带(51)和打磨电机(52),所述安装梁(12)水平固定连接在机架(11)上,在安装梁(12)上设有若干个并列的螺纹孔(10),安装板(31)和限位板(41)分别通过两根螺钉固定在两个螺纹孔(10)内,在限位板(41)上设有矩形状的限位槽(410),两个滚轮(32)转动连接在安装板(31)上;张紧臂(21)和张紧气缸(22)均铰接在机架(11)上,张紧气缸(22)的气缸轴与张紧臂(21)相铰接,张紧轮(23)转动连接在张紧臂(21)上;打磨电机(52)固定连接在机架(11)上,在打磨电机(52)的电机轴上固定有驱动轮,所述打磨带(51)穿设在所述限位板(41)上的限位槽内,且驱动轮、张紧轮(23)和滚轮(32)通过打磨带(51)相联动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的砂带打磨机,其特征在于:所述限位板(41)为矩形板结构,在限位板(41)的一侧端面上设有限位槽(410),在限位板(41)上连接板(411),所述连接板(411)通过螺钉固定连接在安装梁(12)上的一个螺纹孔内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的砂带打磨机,其特征在于:所述连接板(411)上设有腰型孔。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的砂带打磨机,其特征在于:所述安装板(31)为圆弧板结构,两个滚轮(32)转动连接在安装板(31)的两端,在每个滚轮(32)的内侧均设有一个直角板(71),直角板(71)的一直角边固定连接在安装板(31)上,另一直角边沿着滚轮(32)的轴向方向布置,在安装板(31)上设有圆弧槽,螺钉穿过所述圆弧槽并螺纹连接在安装梁(12)上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的砂带打磨机,其特征在于:两个直角板(71)中沿着滚轮(32)的轴向方向布置的直角边上固定有支撑刚板(81)。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的砂带打磨机,其特征在于:所述张紧臂(21)上设有滑槽,在滑槽内固定有滚轮座,所述张紧轮(23)转动连接在滚轮座上。
