本发明属于LED路灯技术领域,具体是一种易于清洗型LED路灯。
背景技术
随着LED技术不断创新,LED将会取代传统光源而得到普及,以缓解全球日益严峻的能源危机并改善人类的生存环境。传统的路灯多为钠灯和节能灯,易出现汞的污染,而大功率的LED路灯绿色环保,无污染,随着大功率LED产品的成熟和制造成本的降低,LED产品可更广泛的应用在路灯产品中。
目前,LED路灯在长期使用后,其灯体表面容易粘附大量的空气灰尘,为避免灰尘对灯体的照明产生影响,需要人工定期对灯体进行清洗,现有技术中,人工在对灯体进行清洗时,大多是借助登高工具(如爬梯等)攀爬至灯体下方进行手动清洗,这种清洗方式存在清洗效率低以及清洗效果差的缺陷,同时还存在一定的安全隐患。
技术解决方案
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种易于清洗型LED路灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种易于清洗型LED路灯,包括灯杆,所述灯杆侧壁上部固定安装有支撑板,所述支撑板底部通过灯座安装有灯体,支撑板下方位于所述灯体一侧设置有清洗组件,支撑板上部设置有用于带动所述清洗组件沿支撑板长度方向往复移动的驱动组件;所述清洗组件包括开口朝下设置的U型板,所述U型板的两组竖直板体分别竖向贴合在所述支撑板前后两侧,两组所述竖直板体底部通过擦拭组件相连;所述驱动组件包括设置在所述支撑板上方并沿支撑板长度方向分布的丝杆,所述丝杆上螺纹套设有套筒,所述套筒固定安装在所述U型板的水平板体上部,所述支撑板上部远离所述灯杆的一侧固定设置有支撑座,所述丝杆一端延伸至所述灯杆内部并固定连接有第一电机,另一端与所述支撑座转动连接,所述灯杆内部设置有用于支撑所述第一电机的固定板;所述灯杆内部中空,灯杆内腔底部设置有蓄水腔,所述蓄水腔内部设置有水泵,所述水泵输出端连接有输水管,所述输水管远离所述水泵的一端倾斜延伸至所述灯杆外部并对准所述灯体。

具体的,所述支撑板8前后两侧沿长度方向均开设有导向槽10,所述U型板15两组竖直板体相对的一侧均固定设置有导向杆23,两组所述导向杆23均滑动设置在对应的导向槽10内部。
通过导向杆23与导向槽10的设置,可提高U型板15移动时的稳定性,进而保证擦拭组件能够沿支撑板8底部平稳移动,提高擦拭效果。
具体的,所述擦拭组件21包括连接在所述U型板15两组竖直板体之间的弹性层以及设置在所述弹性层上侧的第一擦拭层。
在U型板15移动时,可带动弹性层以及擦拭层同步移动,使得第一擦拭层与灯体14外表一侧接触,随着弹性层的继续移动,在灯体14的作用下,弹性层可向下适应性的弯曲,使得弹性层能够将第一拭层“绑缚”在灯体14外表并沿灯体14外表移动,进而增强第一擦拭层与灯体14之间的接触效果,提高灯体14的擦拭效果,当弹性层带动第一擦拭层完全越过灯体14后,弹性层可自动回复至原始位置。
具体的,所述U型板15的两组竖直板体底部内侧均设置有夹持块19,两组所述夹持块19相对的一侧均开设有用于对所述弹性层边缘进行夹持的卡槽20,两组所述夹持块19上部均设置有可旋入至对应卡槽20内部的螺钉22。
通过将弹性层两侧对应嵌入至卡槽20内部,转动螺钉22,利用螺钉22端部将弹性层抵压在卡槽20底部,实现弹性层20的固定。
本实施例中,所述弹性层为橡胶层,所述第一擦拭层为海绵层或毛刷层。
本实施例中,所述输水管2远离所述水泵的一端设置有喷头17,通过喷头17的设置,可增强清洗水的喷射效果,使得清洗水能够均匀的作用于的灯体14外表。

请参阅图1-2,一种易于清洗型LED路灯,本实施例相较于实施例1,所述弹性层底部还设置有第二擦拭层,两组所述夹持块19相互远离的一侧均通过连杆18与对应的竖直板体转动配合,且所述连杆18远离对应夹持块19的一端固定设置有第一齿轮16,所述支撑板8底部远离所述灯杆1的一侧固定设置有支架12,所述支架12底部转动设置有与所述第一齿轮16相对应的第二齿轮13,所述第二齿轮13由第二电机(未示出)控制转动。
当U型板15带动擦拭组件对灯体14进行一次擦拭后,第一齿轮16能够与第二齿轮13相互啮合,通过第二电机带动第二齿轮13转动,利用第二齿轮13与第一齿轮16的啮合作用带动第一齿轮16、连杆18、夹持块19以及擦拭组件整体翻转180度,进而将原本在弹性层下方的第二擦拭层调整至上方,在U型板15返回时,可利用第二擦拭层对灯体14外表进行擦拭清洗,从而进一步提高灯体14的清洗效果。
具体的,所述第二擦拭层为海绵层或毛刷层。

    所述清洗组件包括开口朝下设置的U型板(15),所述U型板(15)的两组竖直板体分别竖向贴合在所述支撑板(8)前后两侧,两组所述竖直板体底部通过擦拭组件(21)相连;
    所述驱动组件包括设置在所述支撑板(8)上方并沿支撑板(8)长度方向分布的丝杆(6),所述丝杆(6)上螺纹套设有套筒(7),所述套筒(7)固定安装在所述U型板(15)的水平板体上部,所述支撑板(8)上部远离所述灯杆(1)的一侧固定设置有支撑座(11),所述丝杆(6)一端延伸至所述灯杆(1)内部并固定连接有第一电机(4),另一端与所述支撑座(11)转动连接,所述灯杆(1)内部设置有用于支撑所述第一电机(4)的固定板(3);
    所述灯杆(1)内部中空,灯杆(1)内腔底部设置有蓄水腔,所述蓄水腔内部设置有水泵,所述水泵输出端连接有输水管(2),所述输水管(2)远离所述水泵的一端倾斜延伸至所述灯杆(1)外部并对准所述灯体(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种易于清洗型LED路灯,其特征在于,所述支撑板(8)前后两侧沿长度方向均开设有导向槽(10),所述U型板(15)两组竖直板体相对的一侧均固定设置有导向杆(23),两组所述导向杆(23)均滑动设置在对应的导向槽(10)内部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种易于清洗型LED路灯,其特征在于,所述擦拭组件(21)包括连接在所述U型板(15)两组竖直板体之间的弹性层以及设置在所述弹性层上侧的第一擦拭层。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种易于清洗型LED路灯,其特征在于,所述U型板(15)的两组竖直板体底部内侧均设置有夹持块(19),两组所述夹持块(19)相对的一侧均开设有用于对所述弹性层边缘进行夹持的卡槽(20),两组所述夹持块(19)上部均设置有可旋入至对应卡槽(20)内部的螺钉(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种易于清洗型LED路灯,其特征在于,所述弹性层底部还设置有第二擦拭层,两组所述夹持块(19)相互远离的一侧均通过连杆(18)与对应的竖直板体转动配合,且所述连杆(18)远离对应夹持块(19)的一端固定设置有第一齿轮(16),所述支撑板(8)底部远离所述灯杆(1)的一侧固定设置有支架(12),所述支架(12)底部转动设置有与所述第一齿轮(16)相对应的第二齿轮(13),所述第二齿轮(13)由第二电机控制转动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种易于清洗型LED路灯,其特征在于,所述弹性层为橡胶层,所述第一擦拭层与第二擦拭层为海绵层或毛刷层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种易于清洗型LED路灯,其特征在于,所述输水管(2)远离所述水泵的一端设置有喷头(17)。
