一种LED路灯杆高效清洗装置,如图1-4所示,包括有移动杆1、导杆2、导套3、转轴4、第一连接杆5、第一电机6、支杆7、齿轮8、第二电机9、软管10、齿条11、固定套12、第三连接杆13、喷 头14、擦块15、右轴承座16、螺母17、丝杆18、左轴承座19、伺服电机20、顶板21、推手22、车轮23、水箱24、水泵25、安装架26、支撑杆27、电动推杆28、滑轨29和滑块30,安装架26底部左右两侧对称设置有车轮23,安装架26左侧中心设置有推手22,安装架26内底部从左至右依次设置有水箱24、支撑杆27和滑轨29,水箱24内底部右侧设置有水泵25,水泵25上设置有软管10,支撑杆27顶端设置有电动推杆28,滑轨29顶部滑动式连接有滑块30,滑块30顶部设置有移动板,移动板左端与电动推杆28连接,移动板顶部左侧设置有支杆7,支杆7顶端设置有第二电机9,第二电机9前侧设置有齿轮8,移动板顶部右侧设置有导杆2,导杆2上套有导套3,导套3与导杆2配合,导套3左端设置有齿条11,齿条11与齿轮8啮合,导套3右端设置有第一电机6,第一电机6右侧设置有转轴4,转轴4右端设置有第一连接杆5,第一连接杆5顶端设置有擦块15,安装架26顶端设置有顶板21,顶板21底部从左至右依次设置有伺服电机20、左轴承座19和右轴承座16,左轴承座19和右轴承座16之间安装有丝杆18,丝杆18左端与伺服电机20连接,丝杆18上设置有螺母17,螺母17与丝杆18配合,螺母17底端设置有第三连接杆13,第三连接杆13底端设置有固定套12,软管10穿过固定套12设置有喷头14。
还包括有放置箱31,安装架26左侧下部设置有放置箱31。
还包括有遮阳板32,安装架26左侧上部设置有遮阳板32。
安装架26材料为不锈钢。
水箱24材料为Q235钢。
第二电机9为伺服电机20。
工作原理:当需要对LED路灯杆进行清洗时,握住推手22,推动装置,当装置推动到需要清洗的LED路灯杆前时,停止推动装置,然后控制伺服电机20顺时针旋转,带动丝杆18顺时针旋转,进而带动螺母17向右移动,从而带动第三连接杆13及其上装置向右运动,当喷头14向右运动达到一定程度时,控制伺服电机20停止顺时针旋转,然后控制水泵25工作,水箱24内的水通过软管10流向喷头14,并由喷头14喷出,对LED路灯杆进行喷洗,当喷洗一段时间后,控制水泵25停止工作,然后控制伺服电机20逆时针旋转,带动丝杆18逆时针旋转,进而带动螺母17向左移动,从而带动第三连接杆13及其上装置向左运动,当喷头14向左运动到初始位置时,控制伺服电机20停止逆时针旋转。然后控制第二电机9顺时针旋转,带动齿轮8顺时针旋转,进而带动齿条11向下运动,从而带动导套3及其上装置向下运动,控制第二电机9逆时针旋转,带动齿轮8逆时针旋转,进而带动齿条11向上运动,从而带动导套3及其上装置向上运动,如此,可以调节擦块15的高度,当擦块15调节到LED路灯杆最上方时,控制第二电机9停止旋转,然后控制电动推杆28伸长,带动移动板及其上装置向右运动,当擦块15向右运动碰到LED路灯杆时,控制电动推杆28停止伸长,然后控制第二电机9顺时针旋转,带动擦块15向下运动,对LED路灯杆进行擦洗,当齿条11向下运动到最低端时,控制第二电机9停止顺时针旋转,同时控制电动推杆 28收缩,带动移动板及其上装置向左运动,当移动板向左运动到初始位置时,控制电动推杆28停止收缩,然后控制第一电机6旋转,带动转轴4旋转,进而带动第一连接杆5旋转,从而带动擦块15旋转,当擦块15旋转180°时,控制第一电机6停止旋转,然后控制电动推杆28伸长,当擦块15向右运动碰到LED路灯杆时,控制电动推杆28停止伸长,然后控制第二电机9逆时针旋转,当擦块15向上运动到一定程度时,控制第二电机9顺时针旋转,当齿条11向下运动到最低端时,控制第二电机9停止顺时针旋转,同时控制电动推杆28收缩,当移动板向左运动到初始位置时,控制电动推杆28停止收缩,然后控制第一电机6旋转,当擦块15旋转180°时,控制第一电机6停止旋转,然后控制电动推杆28伸长,当擦块15向右运动碰到LED路灯杆时,控制电动推杆28停止伸长,然后控制第二电机9逆时针旋转,当擦块15向上运动到LED路灯杆最上方时,控制第二电机9停止逆时针旋转,然后控制电动推杆28收缩,当移动板向左运动到初始位置时,控制电动推杆28停止收缩,将本装置推向下一处需要清洗的LED路灯杆前,重复以上动作,如此,达到高效清洗LED路灯杆的效果。
因为还包括有放置箱31,安装架26左侧下部设置有放置箱31,放置箱31内可以放水瓶等生活用品,使得操作人员工作更加便捷。
因为还包括有遮阳板32,安装架26左侧上部设置有遮阳板32,遮阳板32可以为操作人员遮阳,使得操作人员工作更加舒适。
因为安装架26材料为不锈钢,不锈钢耐腐蚀性和耐酸性强,使 装置的使用寿命更长。
因为水箱24材料为Q235钢,Q235钢硬度高且不容易变形,使装置的使用寿命更长。
因为第二电机9为伺服电机20,伺服电机20能更方便调整其转速,使其运行更精准。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯杆高效清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括有放置箱(31),安装架(26)左侧下部设置有放置箱(31)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯杆高效清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括有遮阳板(32),安装架(26)左侧上部设置有遮阳板(32)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯杆高效清洗装置,其特征在于,安装架(26)材料为不锈钢。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯杆高效清洗装置,其特征在于,水箱(24)材料为Q235钢。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯杆高效清洗装置,其特征在于,第二电机(9)为伺服电机(20)。
