在清洁机构5上下往复滑动的时候,清洁板51底部的毛刷54和清洁布55将分别对光伏板4的表面进行清扫和擦拭,清洁板51内的海绵53会吸收周围的水气,如夜间、清晨空气中容易凝结水气,在传动杆23摆动的同时会带动清洁板51内的挤压杆52来回摆动,进而挤压海绵53,海绵53若有水分,则被挤出的水分通过海绵53下方的小孔流向光伏板4表面,在往复滑动的过程中,小孔左侧的毛刷54沾水容易吸附光伏板4表面的灰尘,小孔右侧的清洁布55被水湿润更易清洁光伏板4的板面,如此更好地提升了对光伏板4的清洁效果。
综上所述,该双板太阳能路灯的清洁装置,通过在两板之间安装运动机构2,运动机构2连接覆盖着两光伏板4表面的清洁板51,清洁板51底部侧面的凸块在光伏板4的滑槽内,只需一台电机驱动运动机构2的主动轮21,主动轮21带动从动杆22和传动杆23旋转,从而传动杆23带动清洁板51在光伏板4上往复运动,达到了对两块光伏板4的表面清洁效果;
该双板太阳能路灯的清洁装置,通过在清洁机构5的清洁板51内安装有海绵53,海绵53上方有挤压杆52,海绵53上下前后的板面均有小孔,小孔外侧两旁分别是毛刷54和清洁布55,在夜间早晨的空气中容易聚集水气,海绵53可以不断吸收空气中的水分,待运动机构2启动时,会带动挤压杆52对海绵53进行挤压,从而在毛刷54和清洁布55清洁光伏板4的过程达到润滑清洗的效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种双板太阳能路灯的清洁装置,包括路灯灯柱(1),所述路灯灯柱(1)包括支撑块(11)、支撑架(12)和灯管架(13),其特征在于:所述路灯灯柱(1)的内部固定安装有运动机构(2),所述灯管架(13)的左侧固定安装有路灯灯泡(3),所述支撑架(12)的顶部均固定安装有光伏板(4),所述光伏板(4)的顶部活动安装有清洁机构(5);
    所述运动机构(2)包括主动轮(21),所述主动轮(21)的正面活动安装有从动杆(22),所述从动杆(22)远离主动轮(21)的一端活动安装有传动杆(23);
    所述清洁机构(5)包括清洁板(51),所述清洁板(51)的内部活动安装有挤压杆(52),所述挤压杆(52)的下方固定安装有海绵(53),所述海绵(53)的底部分别固定安装有毛刷(54)和清洁布(55)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双板太阳能路灯的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述路灯灯柱(1)内部接有控制电路,所述主动轮(21)的转轴连接电动机,所述传动杆(23)远离光伏板(4)的一端活动安装在支撑块(11)上,所述传动杆(23)靠近光伏板(4)的一端穿过清洁板(51)的板体,所述从动杆(22)远离主动轮(21)的一端安装在传动杆(23)杆上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双板太阳能路灯的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述光伏板(4)安装在支撑架(12)上与水平面成30°,所述光伏板(4)的数量为两个,所述光伏板(4)的侧面均开设有滑槽,所述光伏板(4)的上端存在没有晶体硅电池的空白位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双板太阳能路灯的清洁装置,其特征在于:所述清洁板(51)底部的左右两侧和中部均凸出方形的滑块状,所述清洁板(51)和挤压板(52)的中部分别开设有通槽,所述清洁板(51)的顶部和前后两侧均开设有均匀分布的小孔,所述清洁板(51)的底部按外侧为一排毛刷(54)和一排清洁布(55),内侧为一排开设的小孔的三排结构。
