Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for producing a tropical fish feed using brine shrimp and to a tropical fish feed prepared thereby, and more particularly, to a tropical fish feed by ingesting spirulina and hematococcus in hatched brine shrimp to promote the growth of tropical fish. It relates to a method for preparing a tropical fish feed using brine shrimp, which can enhance immunity and improve the intake, digestion, absorption and palatability of tropical fish, and to a tropical fish feed manufactured thereby.
- the brine shrimp is a small aquatic animal that has been used as a living food for fish farming since ancient times, and is still used today.
- the reason why live brine shrimp is in the spotlight as fish food despite the recent development of various dry particulate feeds is that the eggs of brine shrimp are easy to purchase as a commodity for general users, easy to hatch, small in size and high in nutritional value, It is the best food for the health and growth of Accordingly, the demand for brine shrimp as food for fish is gradually increasing.
- the brine shrimp is usually also called Artemia, and the size of an adult is 10 to 15 mm, but the egg and hatched brine shrimp are less than 1 mm in size, so it is treated as the best food for small-mouthed young fish.
- brine shrimp eggs with unhatched shells and rotten eggs are a cause of indigestion and ascites disease in young and adult fish, which can cause indigestion and ascites, which can cause death, so special attention is required. All of them are shelled products that have been peeled off or frozen immediately after hatching.
- a brine shrimp incubation method and collection device and method generally used according to the brine shrimp incubator will be briefly described as follows.
- the incubation process takes about 36 to 48 hours, and the hatching and wriggling brine shrimp are visually identified. , the reason is that the eggshell remaining after hatching is stabilized by stabilizing the water flow, and the hatched brine shrimp move fluidly, and the unhatched and decayed brine shrimp eggs are located in the middle and the bottom. Afterwards, in order to take advantage of the characteristics of the brine shrimp that gather toward the light, the periphery of the container is darkened as much as possible, and when light is illuminated at the bottom of the transparent container, the brine shrimp gathers around the light. This utilizes the instinctive characteristic of hatched brine shrimp, which gathers strongly toward the light emitting part when looking at light.
- the present invention promotes the growth of tropical fish, strengthens immunity, and improves the intake, digestion, absorption and palatability of tropical fish by ingesting spirulina and haematococcus in hatched brine shrimp to produce a tropical fish feed using brine shrimp.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a tropical fish feed and a tropical fish feed prepared thereby.
- the present invention provides a method for preparing a tropical fish feed using brine shrimp, which can prevent diseases and water pollution by strengthening the immunity of tropical fish, and can keep the feed fresh for a long time because it can be stored in a refrigerator, and tropical fish produced by the method to provide feed.

- the hematococcus is a microalgae that synthesizes astaxanthin, a high value-added carotenoid.
- the cell shape changes depending on the surrounding environment.
- Astaxanthin which is contained in a large amount in the hematococcus, has antioxidant activity that is 500 times higher than vitamin E, which is a representative antioxidant, and 20 times higher than beta-carotene. Due to its high antioxidant activity, astaxanthin is widely used as a pharmaceutical, food additive, and feed additive for animals and fry.
- the egg shell re-separation step (S900) is a step of isolating and collecting only brine shrimp larvae by re-separating and removing egg shells from the culture saline to which the hematococcus powder has been added.
- the spirulina and hematococcus powder are added to supply nutrients for a total of 50 hours, and then the cultured saline is passed through a tube equipped with a circular magnet to remove the egg shell.
