本公开内容涉及铁路货物运输技术领域,特别涉及一种米轨铁路运输50米长钢轨的装载加固装置及方案。
背景技术
中国在高铁建设方面取得的成就,使中国的高铁标准和技术在国际上得到一些国家的认可。目前,中国生产制造的50米长钢轨(60kg/m)在印尼、泰国等国家具有一定的市场。印尼、泰国等国家的铁路为米轨铁路,轨距为1067mm,可用于运输钢轨的货车为专用于装运集装箱的集装箱平车,每辆集装箱平车上有八个用于固定两个集装箱的转锁。目前尚无用集装箱平车来装载加固50米长钢轨的装载加固装置。现在迫切需要一种能满足用米轨铁路集装箱平车来安全高效地运输50米长钢轨的装载加固装置及方案。
发明内容
本公开内容实施例之一提供一种米轨铁路运输50米长钢轨的运输装载加固装置,它包括:依次串接的第一集装箱平车、第二集装箱平车、第三集装箱平车和第四集装箱平车;所述第一集装箱平车、第二集装箱平车、第三集装箱平车和第四集装箱平车上分别安装有两个位于四个中部集装箱转锁内侧的座架;所述第二集装箱平车上的一个座架和第三集装箱平车上的一个座架分别配有一个锁固装置;
