Description
本发明涉及羽绒加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种羽绒高效清洗烘干型设备。
羽绒是“羽”和“绒”的混合物,羽就是毛片,在羽绒中起支撑作用,能让羽绒迅速回弹;而绒就是绒朵,是羽绒的本体与价值所在。绒朵是立体球状,由一个绒核和放射出的许多绒丝组成的朵状结构,类似于蒲公英,在对羽绒加工时,由于羽绒刚开始其表面比较脏污,并且含有大量的杂质,需要对其进行清洗处理。
目前对羽绒清洗时仅仅是将羽绒放在清洗液中,然后通过人工对其搅拌清理,增加了工作人员的劳动强度,并且再将羽绒放在清洗箱中清理后,对清洗箱取出时还需要人工对其进行拿取,操作复杂,另外,在对羽绒进行清洗后需要烘干处理,目前都是将清洗箱拿出后置于烘干设备中进行烘干,这样来回对清洗箱进行搬运时耗费时间长,耗费了大量的人工成本,降低了对羽绒的清洗效率。
基于此,本发明提出一种羽绒高效清洗烘干型设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种羽绒高效清洗烘干型设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种羽绒高效清洗烘干型设备,包括底座,所述底座上端固定连 接有箱体,所述箱体上端对称固定连接有液压油缸,所述液压油缸活动端固定连接有箱盖,所述箱体内壁固定连接有两个滑槽,两个滑槽内壁分别转动连接有第一丝杠和第二丝杠,所述底座下端通过支架固定连接有第一电机,所述第一丝杠下端依次贯穿箱体和底座侧壁并与第一电机活动端固定连接,所述第一丝杠上安装有驱动第二丝杠转动的第一驱动机构,所述第一丝杠和第二丝杠侧壁螺纹连接有滑块,所述滑块侧壁固定连接有清洗箱,所述清洗箱侧壁开设有多个滤孔,所述箱体内壁下方固定连接有隔板,所述隔板中部开设有出水孔,所述出水孔内安装有电磁阀,所述隔板上嵌设有多个加热丝,所述箱盖内顶部转动连接有转轴,所述转轴侧壁固定连接有多个搅拌杆,所述箱盖上安装有驱动转轴转动的第二驱动机构。
优选地,所述第一驱动机构包括固定连接在第一丝杠侧壁下方的主动轮,所述第二丝杠下端依次贯穿箱体和底座侧壁并固定连接有从动轮,所述主动轮通过同步带与从动轮连接。

本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过设置第一电机、主动轮、从动轮、第一丝杠、第二丝杠和滑块,第一电机转动使得主动轮通过同步带带动从动轮转动,进而带动第一丝杠和第二丝杠同步转动,使得滑块带动清洗箱在第一丝杠和第二丝杠侧壁滑动,进而便于对清洗箱提高,便于对清洗箱内放置羽绒和对处理后羽绒的取出;
2、通过设置隔板、电磁阀和加热丝,在羽绒清洗完后,对电磁阀通电使得电磁阀打开,对箱体内位于隔板上方的污水排出,随后对加热丝通过使得箱体内位于隔板上方的空气被加热,进而对清洗箱清洗后的羽绒进行加热,无需将清洗箱拿出后置于烘干设备中进行烘干,避免了来回搬运时的时间损耗,同时降低了员工的劳动强度;
3、通过设置第二电机、圆盘、横杆、滑板、齿板和齿轮,第二电机转动带动圆盘转动,使得横杆带动滑板在凹槽内壁来回滑动,进而带动齿板在箱盖侧壁来回滑动,进而带动齿轮不断正转和反转,使得转轴带动搅拌杆不断正转和反转,对清洗箱内的羽绒进行来回搅拌,加快对羽绒的清洗效率。

第三驱动机构包括固定连接在箱盖4上端的第二电机24,第二电机24活动管贯穿箱盖4上端并延伸至凹槽21内,第二电机24活动端固定连接有圆盘25,圆盘25下端通过连接杆转动连接有横杆26,横杆26远离连接杆的一端与滑板22侧壁转动连接。

驱动固定连接在箱盖4上端的第二电机24转动,第二电机24转动与其活动端固定连接的圆盘25转动,进而带动通过连接杆与圆盘25下端转动连接的横杆26来回移动,进而带动与横杆26侧壁转动连接的滑板22在凹槽21内壁来回滑动,进而带动与滑板22侧壁固定连接的齿板23来回滑动,进而带动与齿板23侧壁啮合的齿轮20不断正反转动,使得与齿轮20下端固定连接的转轴17带动搅拌杆18不断正转和反转,对清洗箱10内的羽绒进行来回搅拌,加快对羽绒的清洗效率,在对羽绒清洗完后,对电磁阀15通电使得电磁阀15打开,对箱体2内位于隔板14上方的污水排出,随后对加热丝16通电使得箱体2内位于隔板14上方的空气被加热,进而使得清洗后的羽绒在搅拌下快速进行加热,在羽绒充分干燥后,调节液压油缸3伸长使得箱盖4上移,然后驱动第一电机8正向转动使得滑块9带动清洗箱10上移,对清洗箱10内的羽绒取出即可。

Claims (6)
- 一种羽绒高效清洗烘干型设备,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)上端固定连接有箱体(2),所述箱体(2)上端对称固定连接有液压油缸(3),所述液压油缸(3)活动端固定连接有箱盖(4),所述箱体(2)内壁固定连接有两个滑槽(5),两个滑槽(5)内壁分别转动连接有第一丝杠(6)和第二丝杠(7),所述底座(1)下端通过支架固定连接有第一电机(8),所述第一丝杠(6)下端依次贯穿箱体(2)和底座(1)侧壁并与第一电机(8)活动端固定连接,所述第一丝杠(6)上安装有驱动第二丝杠(7)转动的第一驱动机构,所述第一丝杠(6)和第二丝杠(7)侧壁螺纹连接有滑块(9),所述滑块(9)侧壁固定连接有清洗箱(10),所述清洗箱(10)侧壁开设有多个滤孔(11),所述箱体(2)内壁下方固定连接有隔板(14),所述隔板(14)中部开设有出水孔,所述出水孔内安装有电磁阀(15),所述隔板(14)上嵌设有多个加热丝(16),所述箱盖(4)内顶部转动连接有转轴(17),所述转轴(17)侧壁固定连接有多个搅拌杆(18),所述箱盖(4)上安装有驱动转轴(17)转动的第二驱动机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒高效清洗烘干型设备,其特征在于,所述第一驱动机构包括固定连接在第一丝杠(6)侧壁下方的主动轮(12),所述第二丝杠(7)下端依次贯穿箱体(2)和底座(1)侧壁并固定连接有从动轮(13),所述主动轮(12)通过同步带与从动轮(13)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒高效清洗烘干型设备,其特征在于,所述第二驱动机构包括齿轮(20),所述箱盖(4)上端开设 有放置槽(19),所述转轴(17)上端贯穿箱盖(4)内顶部并延伸至放置槽(19)内,所述转轴(17)上端与齿轮(20)下端固定连接,所述箱盖(4)侧壁开设有凹槽(21),所述凹槽(21)内壁滑动连接有滑板(22),所述滑板(22)侧壁固定连接有齿板(23),所述齿板(23)远离滑板(22)的一端贯穿箱盖(4)侧壁并延伸至放置槽(19)内,所述齿板(23)位于放置槽(19)内的部分与齿轮(20)侧壁啮合,所述箱盖(4)上安装有驱动滑板(22)在凹槽(21)内壁来回滑动的第三驱动机构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种羽绒高效清洗烘干型设备,其特征在于,所述第三驱动机构包括固定连接在箱盖(4)上端的第二电机(24),所述第二电机(24)活动管贯穿箱盖(4)上端并延伸至凹槽(21)内,所述第二电机(24)活动端固定连接有圆盘(25),所述圆盘(25)下端通过连接杆转动连接有横杆(26),所述横杆(26)远离连接杆的一端与滑板(22)侧壁转动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒高效清洗烘干型设备,其特征在于,所述电磁阀(15)与加热丝(16)均与外接电源耦合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒高效清洗烘干型设备,其特征在于,所述底座(1)下端对称固定连接支撑柱(27),所述支撑柱(27)下端通过膨胀螺钉与地面固定连接。
