现为了满足上述对羽绒进行除杂和干燥的双向需求,本发明提出了一种羽绒的除杂干燥系统及其除杂干燥方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:

干燥设备是由安装于圆桶盖3下部的若干个II型马达23、安装于圆桶盖3下部的若干个电热器25以及与II型马达23一一对应连接的风扇24所构成;操作平台1以及圆桶装盒2下部均均布有过滤孔26。电热器25保证热风的供应。II型马达23、电热器25以及II型马达23三者数目相同。滤孔26既能够过滤水,也能够通风。
本发明的具体使用步骤如下:
首先,将需要除杂干燥的羽绒放入至圆桶装盒2内;
其次,II型气缸22下拉总压杆21来让供水管6放水至圆桶装盒2内,使得羽绒不断地过水进行除杂。
接着,II型气缸22上推总压杆21来阻止供水,II型液压缸17将供水管6拉离圆桶装盒2上方区域。
然后I型液压缸10下拉高置板12,使得圆桶盖3覆盖于圆桶装盒2上,随后I型气缸15驱动L型插杆16插入至内插槽2a。
再者,I型马达9将位置板8旋转至水平状态以解除对圆桶装盒2的束缚。
最后,电机13偏心带动圆桶装盒2旋转,以加速滤孔26进气效率,与此同时,II型马达23驱动风扇24旋转鼓风,并通过电热器25通电给风加热,可加速干燥。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种羽绒的除杂干燥系统,具有操作平台(1),操作平台(1)上摆放有圆桶装盒(2),其特征在于:该圆桶装盒(2)的上方具有可升降的圆桶盖(3);圆桶盖(3)分别连接有枷锁设备以及总控设备;圆桶盖(3)下部安装有干燥设备;
    所述操作平台(1)上左部设有可滑动的底平台(4),底平台(4)上端安装有水箱(5),水箱(5)连通有供水管(6),供水管(6)配合有供水控制组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒的除杂干燥系统,其特征在于:操作平台(1)上设有四个埋槽(1a),每个埋槽(1a)内均安装有埋式铰接座(7)以及I型马达(9),埋式铰接座(7)上均以可旋转方式安装有与I型马达(9)相连的位置板(8)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒的除杂干燥系统,其特征在于:总控设备包括均安装于操作平台(1)上的I型液压缸(10)以及导杆(11);I型液压缸(10)连接有与导杆(11)滑动连接的高置板(12),高置板(12)上安装有与圆桶盖(3)偏心连接的电机(13)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种羽绒的除杂干燥系统,其特征在于:高置板(12)底部设有圆环燕尾槽(12a),圆桶盖(3)上焊接有与圆环燕尾槽(12a)滑动配合的上延伸杆(14)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒的除杂干燥系统,其特征在于:枷锁设备是由若干个I型气缸(15)以及与每个I型气缸(15)对应连接的L型插杆(16)所构成;圆桶盖(3)上沿环形方向均布有若干个与L型插杆(16)一一对应滑动配合的外插槽(3a);圆桶装盒(2)上沿环形方向均布有若干个与L型插杆(16)一一对应适配的内插槽(2a)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒的除杂干燥系统,其特征在于:操作平台(1)上还安装有II型液压缸(17)以及将底平台(4)水平滑动安装的导轨(18);II型液压缸(17)连接底平台(4)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒的除杂干燥系统,其特征在于:供水控制组件是由安装于水箱(5)外侧壁上的斜向固定板(19)、安装于斜向固定板 (19)上的固定铰接座(20)、铰接安装于固定铰接座(20)上的总压杆(21)以及与总压杆(21)连接的II型气缸(22)所构成;总压杆(21)后部抵合供水管(6)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种羽绒的除杂干燥系统,其特征在于:II型气缸(22)固定安装于斜向固定板(19)上,总压杆(21)前部设有容连槽(21a),II型气缸(22)的轴的上端与容连槽(21a)滑动且铰接配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒的除杂干燥系统,其特征在于:干燥设备是由安装于圆桶盖(3)下部的若干个II型马达(23)、安装于圆桶盖(3)下部的若干个电热器(25)以及与II型马达(23)一一对应连接的风扇(24)所构成;操作平台(1)以及圆桶装盒(2)下部均均布有过滤孔(26)。
  10. 一种羽绒的除杂干燥方法,根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的一种羽绒的除杂干燥系统,其特征在于:具体除杂干燥方法如下:
    先将需要除杂干燥的羽绒放入至圆桶装盒(2)内;
    其次,II型气缸(22)下拉总压杆(21)来让供水管(6)放水至圆桶装盒(2)内,使得羽绒不断地过水进行除杂;
    接着II型气缸(22)上推总压杆(21)来阻止供水,II型液压缸(17)将供水管(6)拉离圆桶装盒(2)上方区域;
    然后I型液压缸(10)下拉高置板(12),使得圆桶盖(3)覆盖于圆桶装盒(2)上,随后I型气缸(15)驱动L型插杆(16)插入至内插槽(2a);
    再者I型马达(9)将位置板(8)旋转至水平状态以解除对圆桶装盒(2)的束缚;
    最后电机(13)偏心带动圆桶装盒(2)旋转,以加速滤孔(26)进气效率,与此同时,II型马达(23)驱动风扇(24)旋转鼓风,并通过电热器(25)通电给风加热,可加速干燥。
