具体地,在本实施方式中,自动贩卖机与服务器端保持网络连接,在服务器端上存储有自动贩卖机的销售统计数据。记录的售出商品的商品信息通过网络传输的方式传输到服务器端,被纳入到服务器端上存储的自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。在售出商品的商品信息纳入到服务器端存储的该自动贩卖机的销售统计数据之后,可以分析该自动贩卖机的销售数据和库存数据,从而对自动贩卖机内某类商品库存少,或者某类商品在自动贩卖机内长期积压等各种情况进行预警,由维护人员及时地进行补货或进行其他操作。
除上述记录的内容通过网络传输的方式传输到服务器端的实施例外,在本实施方式中,还可以将内容记录在自动贩卖机本地的存储介质上,定期或不定期地从自动贩卖机本地的存储介质上收集所存储的内容,传输到服务器端,以纳入到位于服务器端的自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。例如,可以在自动贩卖机的补货或维护人员对自动贩卖机进行补货或维护操作时对自动贩卖机本地的存储介质上记录的内容进行剪切或复制,由补货或维护人员带回,再传输到服务器端。在该实施例中,为避免自动贩卖机内的商品在两次补货或维护间隔期缺货,将补货或维护人员进行补货或维护操作的频率设置为较高的数值,减少在补货或维护的间隔期内自动贩卖机出现缺货的情形。
具体地,在步骤S3中,除了对售出商品的商品信息进行记录外,还可以记录以下信息中的一个或多个:售出商品的数量、所售出的时间,以及售出商品所在的自动贩卖机的识别信息。并且,将上述被记录的一个或多个信息也纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。上述记录的信息被纳入到 服务器端的销售统计数据之后,可以用于对自动贩卖机的商品售出的各方面情况进行大数据分析,通过分析可以了解到哪些种类的产品更受欢迎,一天之中各个时间段的销量情况,一周内每天的销量情况,该自动贩卖机所在位置的人群的消费喜好,等等。根据大数据分析的结果,可以对自动贩卖机在未来一段时间的售出商品的情况进行预测,从而更有重点的去配置自动贩卖机内不同SKU的数量,对自动贩卖机进行补货的时间等。
在本实施方式中,自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法还可以包括采集购买者的图像,根据所采集的图像识别购买者的信息的步骤。根据购买者的信息,可以在更深的程度上对购买者进行大数据分析,从而了解和更深入的满足购买者的需求。具体而言,在该步骤中,购买者的信息可以包括购买者的消费群体类型和行为;消费群体类型主要包括根据购买者的年龄段和性别区分的不同群体,行为主要是指行为时间(从自动贩卖机购买商品的时间)、行为对象(从自动贩卖机中购买的哪件具体商品)或行为动作(触发自动贩卖机的操作区的哪个操作按键等),根据消费群体类型和行为,可以分析出不同消费群体对不同商品的消费习惯,以及,对于设置在不同区域的自动贩卖机(例如设置在居民区的自动贩卖机和设置在公园或体育场馆区域的自动贩卖机),结合自动贩卖机的位置信息,可以分析出不同区域的各群体对不同商品的消费习惯,从而能更有针对性的对自动贩卖机内的商品种类和数量进行配置。
具体地,如图2所示,在本实施方式中,自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法还可以包括在步骤S2之后进行的以下步骤:
标记货道:根据所识别的售出商品的商品信息,和售出商品出货所对应的货道,将该所述货道所销售商品的种类标记为售出商品所属的种类。
之后,在步骤S3中记录该所述标记内容,并将记录的该标记内容纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。
售出商品出货所对应的货道,这一信息在从货道中采集售出商品的图像的实施例中,可以直接获得;在从出货口采集售出商品的图像的实施例中,可以通过自动贩卖机来提供,当自动贩卖机的某一货道向出货口出货时,自动贩卖机可以以输出信号的方式提供该信息。
根据售出商品的商品信息和售出商品出货对应的货道,对货道进行所销售商品种类的标记,该过程通过图像识别和数据处理来实现。而现有技术中,如背景技术部分所述的,在需要调整货道所销售的商品种类时,由补货人员人工进行设置。相比现有技术,在本实施例中,可以节省人工的工作量,而且避免出现错误,从而可以提高数据的准确性和可靠性。
进一步地,继续参看图2,在本实施方式中,自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法还可以包括在步骤S2之后和标记货道的步骤之前进行的以下步骤:
商品信息比对:将售出商品的商品信息,与从同一货道内出货的上一售出商品的商品信息比对;
若比对结果不一致,则执行标记货道的步骤,若比对结果一致,则跳过标记货道的步骤。
一般情况下,从某一货道进入到出货口的商品是相同的,在这时,无需对货道所销售的商品种类进行标记,在自动贩卖机的销售统计数据中可以沿用已经配置好的、既成的所销售商品种类。只有在对货道所销售商品的种类进行调整时,如因为该货道原来销售的商品种类的销量低,或者新投入使用的自动贩卖机对货道进行初次配置所销售商品的种类等情况,才有必要对货道所销售的商品种类进行标记。因此,在本实施例中,设定在某一货道出货的售出商品与该货道上一售出商品不一致时,才执行标记货道的步骤,否则,则跳过标记货道的步骤。这样可以避免标记次数过多,产生大量的无用信息和数据进行记录和上传到服务器端。
在本实施方式中,通过在自动贩卖机售出商品时采集售出商品的图像,并对其进行识别,获得售出商品的商品信息,并将从图像中识别得到的售 出商品的商品信息进行记录,纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。从而可以对自动贩卖机的销售信息进行有效的获取,可以更好的对自动贩卖机进行库存管理和维护,更大程度的分析和满足购买者的需求,提高自动贩卖机的商品销售量。
下面对自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法的第二实施方式进行描述。区别于上述第一实施方式,如图3所示,在第二实施方式的步骤S1中,自动贩卖机有商品售出时,采集自动贩卖机的操作区被商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像。
自动贩卖机的操作区一般设置有操作按键,每个操作按键对应不同的操作指令,例如,分别对应不同的商品种类,通过按下不同的操作按键,就可以触发自动贩卖机内的不同商品执行出货操作。当然,对于自动贩卖机的操作区,可以有操作按键以外的其他形式,例如触控显示屏上的虚拟按键,或者其他任何形式的操作方式。
以自动贩卖机的操作区设置操作按键为例,根据采集自动贩卖机的操作区被商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像,可以获得的信息是购买者按下的是哪一个按键,由此就可以确定购买者购买的是哪种商品,也就可以识别售出商品的商品信息。
除上述描述的区别于第一实施方式之处外,第二实施方式在其他方面与上述第一实施方式相同,在此就不再赘述。
在上述第二实施方式的步骤S1中的采集自动贩卖机的操作区被售出商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像,这一方案除了单独实施外,还可以与第一实施方式的步骤S1中的采集售出商品的图像的方案结合共同实施,也就是说,在步骤S1中,可以同时采集售出商品的图像和自动贩卖机的操作区被售出商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像,从而形成自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法的第三实施方式,该第三实施方式在其他方面与上述第一、第二实施方式相同。
综上所述,本发明上述实施方式提供的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法,通过在自动贩卖机售出商品时采集能够识别售出商品的商品信息的图像,并将从图像中识别得到的售出商品的商品信息进行记录,并纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。从而可以对自动贩卖机的销售信息进行有效的获取,可以更好的对自动贩卖机进行库存管理和维护,更大程度的分析和满足购买者的需求,提高自动贩卖机的商品销售量。
本发明还提供一种自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,在自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置的第一实施方式中,如图4所示,所述自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置包括图像采集单元、图像识别单元,以及信息记录和传输单元;其中,图像采集单元用于在自动贩卖机有商品售出时,采集售出商品的图像;图像识别单元用于根据所采集的图像,识别售出商品的商品信息;信息记录和传输单元用于对识别出的售出商品的商品信息进行记录,并将所记录的商品信息纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。
按照本实施方式实现的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其图像采集单元在自动贩卖机有商品售出时采集售出商品的图像,图像识别单元根据所采集的图像,识别售出商品的商品信息,信息记录和传输单元用于对识别出的售出商品的商品信息进行记录,并将所记录的商品信息纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。这样可以对自动贩卖机的销售信息进行有效的获取,可以更好的对自动贩卖机进行库存管理和维护,更大程度的分析和满足购买者的需求,提高自动贩卖机的商品销售量。
具体地,在本实施方式中,所述图像采集单元包括第一摄像头,所述第一摄像头设置在自动贩卖机的出货口处;第一摄像头用于在自动贩卖机的出货口采集售出商品的图像。在本实施例中,第一摄像头的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,其数量根据需要设置,如果一个摄像头对售出商品采集的图像的清晰度和成功率能够满足要求,则可以设置一个。如果存在对采集的图像的清晰度要求更高,对图像采集的成功率要求更高等情况, 则可以设置较多数量的第一摄像头,以满足对图像的清晰度和图像采集成功率等方面的要求。
在本实施例中,将第一摄像头设置在自动贩卖机的出货口处,在第一摄像头对售出商品采集图像时,售出商品一般会处于静止状态,这样就可以方便地采集到清晰、可用的图像,采集图像的成功率也更高。
除上述将第一摄像头设置在自动贩卖机的出货口的实施例外,在本实施方式中,所述图像采集单元包括多个第一摄像头,所述多个第一摄像头分别设置在自动贩卖机的货道内,且每个所述货道内设置有至少一个所述第一摄像头。
在本实施例中,将第一摄像头设置在自动贩卖机的货道内,这样的情况下,由于售出商品通常在运动状态中,采集到清晰的图像的难度较大,采集到清晰图像的成功率会受影响,但可以通过各种方式来解决,例如缩短快门时间,增强对焦性能,以运动模式进行拍摄等,或者在货道内设置阻拦机构,将运动中的售出商品短暂的停止下来,在获取售出商品的图像。这样设置可以实现的有益效果是可以直接地获取售出商品时从哪个货道内出货的。
当然,在本实施方式的其他实施例中,还可以在自动贩卖机的出货口和每个货道内分别设置至少一个第一摄像头,这样既在自动贩卖机的出货口处采集售出商品的图像,也在售出商品对应的货道内采集售出商品从货道内出货的图像。通过两种方式采集的图像可以共同使用,在后续的图像识别的过程中互相参考和对照补充。
在上述实施例中,第一摄像头可以是CCD镜头、CMOS镜头等任意一种具有成像功能的产品。
售出商品的商品信息是多个方面的,例如包括售出商品的SKU数据,以及商品的名称、种类、价格、折扣、原料组成,以及商品的规格和生产 所执行的标准等各方面的信息。在本实施方式中,售出商品的商品信息包括售出商品的SKU数据,对于其他方面的商品信息可以包括或不包括。
具体地,在本实施方式中,图像识别单元对售出商品的商品信息的识别可以通过机器视觉的方式实现,即识别售出商品的视觉元素确定售出商品的商品信息。所述视觉元素可以是产品包装上标注的文字(如“333ML”)、品牌(如“可口可乐”)等识别信息,或者形状、颜色和图案构成的其他任何可识别的视觉元素。当识别到特定、可区别的视觉元素后,即可确定售出商品的商品信息。
除上述根据售出商品的视觉元素确定售出商品的商品信息的实施例外,在本实施方式中,所述图像识别单元还可以在所采集的图像中通过识别售出商品的编码确定售出商品的商品信息。所述编码可以是售出商品的包装上的条形码、二维码或其他任何可识别的、包含商品信息的编码形式。
在本实施方式中,图像采集单元所采集的售出商品的图像可以为静态图像,如照片和图片,还可以是动态图像,例如实时的监测图像。无论静态图像,或者实时的监测图像等动态图像,均通过图像识别单元识别售出商品的商品信息。而对静态或动态图像中的信息进行识别的手段都是已知的,在此不再赘述。
具体地,在本实施方式中,所述信息记录和传输单元将所记录的内容通过网络传输的方式传输到服务器端,被纳入到服务器端上存储的自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。在售出商品的商品信息纳入到服务器端存储的该自动贩卖机的销售统计数据之后,可以分析该自动贩卖机的销售数据和库存数据,从而对自动贩卖机内某类商品库存少,或者某类商品在自动贩卖机内长期积压等各种情况进行预警,由维护人员及时地进行补货或进行其他操作。
除上述信息记录和传输单元以网络传输的方式将其所记录的内容传输到服务器端的实施例外,在本实施方式中,所述信息记录和传输单元还可 以将内容记录在自动贩卖机本地的存储介质上;且自动贩卖机本地的存储介质上所存储的内容定期或不定期地被收集和传输到服务器端,以纳入到位于服务器端的自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。例如,可以在自动贩卖机的补货或维护人员对自动贩卖机进行补货或维护操作时对自动贩卖机本地的存储介质上记录的内容进行剪切或复制,由补货或维护人员带回,再传输到服务器端。在该实施例中,为避免自动贩卖机内的商品在两次补货或维护间隔期缺货,将补货或维护人员进行补货或维护操作的频率设置为较高的数值,减少在补货或维护的间隔期内自动贩卖机出现缺货的情形。

进一步地,在本实施方式中,图像采集单元具有第一摄像头的实施例的基础上,图像采集单元还可以包括第二摄像头,所述第二摄像头朝向购买者,用于采集购买者的图像。在获得购买者的图像后,图像识别单元可以根据购买者的图像识别购买者的信息,而根据购买者的信息,可以在更深的程度上对购买者进行大数据分析,从而了解和更深入的满足购买者的需求。购买者的信息可以包括购买者的消费群体类型和行为;消费群体类型主要包括根据购买者的年龄段和性别区分的不同群体,行为主要是指行为时间(从自动贩卖机购买商品的时间)、行为对象(从自动贩卖机中购买 的哪件具体商品)或行为动作(触发自动贩卖机的操作区的哪个操作按键等),根据消费群体类型和行为,可以分析出不同消费群体对不同商品的消费习惯,以及,对于设置在不同区域的自动贩卖机(例如设置在居民区的自动贩卖机和设置在公园或体育场馆区域的自动贩卖机),结合自动贩卖机的位置信息,可以分析出不同区域的各群体对不同商品的消费习惯,从而能更有针对性的对自动贩卖机内的商品种类和数量进行配置。
具体地,如图5所示,在本实施方式中,所述自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置还包括标记单元,所述标记单元用于根据图像识别单元所识别出的售出商品的商品信息,和售出商品出货所对应的货道,将该所述货道所销售商品的种类标记为售出商品所属的种类。所述信息记录和传输单元记录该所述标记单元所标记的内容,并将记录的该标记内容纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。
售出商品出货所对应的货道,这一信息在第一摄像头从货道中采集售出商品的图像的实施例中,可以直接获得;在第一摄像头从出货口采集售出商品的图像的实施例中,可以通过自动贩卖机来提供,当自动贩卖机的某一货道向出货口出货时,自动贩卖机可以以输出信号的方式向标记单元提供该信息。
标记单元根据售出商品的商品信息和售出商品出货对应的货道,对货道进行所销售商品种类的标记,该过程通过图像识别和数据处理来实现。而现有技术中,如背景技术部分所述的,在需要调整货道所销售的商品种类时,由补货人员人工进行设置。相比现有技术,在本实施例中,可以节省人工的工作量,而且避免出现错误,从而可以提高数据的准确性和可靠性。
继续参看图5,进一步地,所述自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置还包括比对单元,所述比对单元用于将售出商品的商品信息,与从同一货道内出货的上一售出商品的商品信息比对;并在比对结果不一致时,给所述标记 单元发送信号,触发标记单元对货道进行所销售商品种类的标记,若比对结果一致,标记单元不被触发。
一般情况下,从某一货道进入到出货口的商品是相同的,在这时,无需标记单元对货道所销售的商品种类进行标记,在自动贩卖机的销售统计数据中可以沿用已经配置好的、既成的所销售商品种类。只有在对货道所销售商品的种类进行调整时,如因为该货道原来销售的商品种类的销量低,或者新投入使用的自动贩卖机对货道进行初次配置所销售商品的种类等情况,才有必要通过标记单元对货道所销售的商品种类进行标记。因此,在本实施例中,设定在某一货道出货的售出商品与该货道上一售出商品不一致时,才由标记单元对货道所销售商品种类进行标记,否则,则标记单元不被触发。这样可以避免标记单元频繁进行标记,产生大量的无用信息和数据进行记录和上传到服务器端。
下面对自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法的第二实施方式进行描述。区别于上述第一实施方式,在第二实施方式中,图像采集单元在自动贩卖机有商品售出时,采集自动贩卖机的操作区被商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像。
具体地,在本实施方式中,所述图像采集单元包括全景摄像头或多角度摄像头,所述全景摄像头或多角度摄像头能够摄取自动贩卖机的操作区被售出商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像。全景摄像头和多角度摄像头在采集图像时的采集范围很大,能够将自动贩卖机和购买者尽可能地涵盖进去,从而能够获得购买者在自动贩卖机的操作区进行操作,触发出货指令时的图像。但在本实施例中,为了尽可能地保证全景摄像头或多角度摄像头在采集图像时的采集范围能够满足需要,还可以进一步将所述全景摄像头或多角度摄像头设置在所述自动贩卖机的上部区域。这样设置使全景摄像头或多角度摄像头的图像采集范围能够尽可能地大,以确保采集得到的图像能够满足需要。
自动贩卖机的操作区一般设置有操作按键,每个操作按键对应不同的操作指令,例如,分别对应不同的商品种类,通过按下不同的操作按键,就可以触发自动贩卖机内的不同商品执行出货操作。当然,对于自动贩卖机的操作区,可以有操作按键以外的其他形式,例如触控显示屏上的虚拟按键,或者其他任何形式的操作方式。
以自动贩卖机的操作区设置操作按键为例,根据图像采集单元采集的自动贩卖机的操作区被商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像,图像识别单元在识别过程中可以获得的信息是购买者按下的是哪一个按键,由此就可以确定购买者购买的是哪种商品,也就可以识别售出商品的商品信息。
在本实施方式中,所述全景摄像头或多角度摄像头进行图像采集时所能采集的范围较大,其还能够摄取购买者的图像。此种情况下,所述图像识别单元就可以根据采集的购买者的图像,识别购买者的信息,所述购买者的信息包括购买者的消费群体类型和行为。其有益效果与第一实施方式中从第二摄像头采集得到的图像中识别购买者的信息产生的有益效果一致,在此就不再赘述。
除上述描述的区别于第一实施方式之处外,第二实施方式在其他方面与上述第一实施方式相同,在此就不再赘述。
在上述第二实施方式中,图像采集单元采集自动贩卖机的操作区被售出商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像,这一方案除了单独实施外,还可以与第一实施方式中图像采集单元采集售出商品的图像的方案结合共同实施,也就是说,图像采集单元可以同时采集售出商品的图像和自动贩卖机的操作区被售出商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像,从而形成自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置的第三实施方式,该第三实施方式在其他方面与上述第一、第二实施方式相同。
综上所述,本发明上述实施方式提供的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其图像采集单元在自动贩卖机有商品售出时采集能够识别售出商品的 商品信息的图像,图像识别单元根据所采集的图像,识别售出商品的商品信息,信息记录和传输单元用于对识别出的售出商品的商品信息进行记录,并将所记录的商品信息纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。这样可以对自动贩卖机的销售信息进行有效的获取,可以更好的对自动贩卖机进行库存管理和维护,更大程度的分析和满足购买者的需求,提高自动贩卖机的商品销售量。
本发明还提供一种自动贩卖机,在其实施方式中,所述自动贩卖机包括机体,所述机体上设置有出货口以及与所述出货口连通的多个货道;所述自动贩卖机还包括上述实施方式中的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置。
按照本实施方式实现的自动贩卖机,其包括上述实施方式中的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,因此可以实现与上述自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置相同的技术效果。

  1. 一种自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤S1,在自动贩卖机有商品售出时,采集售出商品的图像和/或采集自动贩卖机的操作区被售出商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像;
    步骤S2,根据所采集的图像,识别售出商品的商品信息;
    步骤S3,对识别出的售出商品的商品信息进行记录,并将所记录的内容纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法,其特征在于,在步骤S1中,采集售出商品的图像包括:
    在自动贩卖机的出货口采集售出商品的图像;和/或
    采集售出商品从自动贩卖机的货道内出货的图像。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法,其特征在于,在步骤S2中,所述售出商品的商品信息包括售出商品的SKU数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,还记录以下信息中的一个或多个:售出商品的数量、所售出的时间,以及售出商品所在的自动贩卖机的识别信息;
    且将所述被记录的一个或多个信息也纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法,其特征在于,在步骤S3中,所记录的内容通过网络传输的方式传输到服务器端,被纳入到服务器端上存储的自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内;或者
    在步骤S3中,将内容记录在自动贩卖机本地的存储介质上;且定期或不定期地从自动贩卖机本地的存储介质上收集所存储的内容,传输到服务器端,以纳入到位于服务器端的自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法,其特征在于,所述自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法还包括:
    采集购买者的图像,并根据所采集的图像识别购买者的信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法,其特征在于,所述购买者的信息包括购买者的消费群体类型和行为。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法,其特征在于,所述自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法还包括在步骤S2之后进行的以下步骤:
    标记货道:根据所识别的售出商品的商品信息,和售出商品出货所对应的货道,将该所述货道所销售商品的种类标记为售出商品所属的种类;
    在步骤S3中记录该所述标记内容,并将记录的该标记内容纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法,其特征在于,所述自动贩卖机销售信息的获取方法还包括在步骤S2之后和标记货道的步骤之前进行的以下步骤:
    商品信息比对:将售出商品的商品信息,与从同一货道内出货的上一售出商品的商品信息比对;
    若比对结果不一致,则执行标记货道的步骤,若比对结果一致,则跳过标记货道的步骤。
  10. 一种自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置包括:
    图像采集单元,用于在自动贩卖机有商品售出时,采集售出商品的图像和/或采集自动贩卖机的操作区被售出商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像;
    图像识别单元,用于根据所采集的图像,识别售出商品的商品信息;
    信息记录和传输单元,用于对识别出的售出商品的商品信息进行记录,并将所记录的商品信息纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述图像采集单元包括第一摄像头,所述第一摄像头设置在自动贩卖机的出货口处;或者
    所述图像采集单元包括多个第一摄像头,所述多个第一摄像头分别设置在自动贩卖机的货道内,且每个所述货道内设置有至少一个所述第一摄像头。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述图像采集单元还包括第二摄像头,所述第二摄像头朝向购买者,用于采集购买者的图像。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述图像采集单元包括全景摄像头或多角度摄像头,所述全景摄像头或多角度摄像头能够摄取自动贩卖机的操作区被售出商品的购买者触发出货指令时的图像。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述全景摄像头或多角度摄像头还能够摄取购买者的图像。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述全景摄像头或多角度摄像头设置在所述自动贩卖机的上部区域。
  16. 根据权利要求10~12中任意一项所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述图像识别单元在所采集的图像中通过识别售出商品的视觉元素确定售出商品的商品信息;或者
    所述图像识别单元在所采集的图像中通过识别售出商品的编码确定售出商品的商品信息。
  17. 根据权利要求12或14所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述图像识别单元根据采集的购买者的图像,识别购买者的信息,所述购买者的信息包括购买者的消费群体类型和行为。
  18. 根据权利要求10~14中任意一项所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述售出商品的商品信息包括售出商品的SKU数据。
  19. 根据权利要求10所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述信息记录和传输单元还记录以下信息中的一个或多个:售出商品的数量、所售出的时间,以及售出商品所在的自动贩卖机的识别信息。
  20. 根据权利要求10或19所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述信息记录和传输单元将所记录的内容通过网络传输的方式传输到服务器端,被纳入到服务器端上存储的自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内;或者
    所述信息记录和传输单元将内容记录在自动贩卖机本地的存储介质上;且自动贩卖机本地的存储介质上所存储的内容定期或不定期地被收集和传输到服务器端,以纳入到位于服务器端的自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。
  21. 根据权利要求10所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置还包括:
    标记单元,用于根据图像识别单元所识别出的售出商品的商品信息,和售出商品出货所对应的货道,将该所述货道所销售商品的种类标记为售出商品所属的种类;
    所述信息记录和传输单元记录该所述标记单元所标记的内容,并将记录的该标记内容纳入到自动贩卖机的销售统计数据内。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置,其特征在于,所述自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置还包括:
    比对单元,将售出商品的商品信息,与从同一货道内出货的上一售出商品的商品信息比对;并在比对结果不一致时,给所述标记单元发送信号,触发标记单元对货道进行所销售商品种类的标记,若比对结果一致,标记单元不被触发。
  23. 一种自动贩卖机,包括机体,所述机体上设置有出货口以及与所述出货口连通的多个货道;其特征在于,所述自动贩卖机包括权利要求10~22中任意一项所述的自动贩卖机销售信息的获取装置。
