背景技术
卷烟滤嘴主要是由醋酸纤维、成型纸、接装纸三层组成。其中接装纸,又名水松纸,用于包裹在过滤嘴外面并将滤嘴粘接到烟条末端。接装纸是通过对接装原纸进行印刷涂布及其他方式加工后得到的一种装潢纸,常为软木色或不透明的白色,具有改善外观的作用。接装纸同吸烟者嘴唇直接接触,接装纸上一般仅使用涂料或者油墨进行印刷,在天气干燥时,消费者吸食卷烟的时候,由于可能会有少量唾液将接装纸蘸湿,在吸烟过程中又慢慢干燥,在嘴唇残留的唾液蛋白质会对接装纸有粘合作用,导致滤嘴上的接装纸粘连在嘴唇皮肤上,甚至粘扯嘴唇出现撕破、出血的现象,吸食完后不能将滤嘴顺利吐出,严重影响卷烟消费体验感。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法。该方法经反复评吸和试样对比,发现卷烟接装纸粘唇性与加工工艺密切相关,印刷涂层面中加入一定的防水材料,可有效避免接装纸粘唇。因此可通过印刷面的吸水/防水性能客观表征其粘唇性。将人工唾液按照规定的用量 涂布在卷烟接装纸试样印刷面,在规定时间内使其吸收一定量的人工唾液,分别称量卷烟接装纸表面渗透前后的质量,计算卷烟接装纸的质量增长百分比,根据检测原则得出卷烟接装纸粘唇性等级。该方法简单可行,易于推广应用。同时,该方法可以很好的避免传统的借助人工感官评吸带来的主观因素影响和差异性表征,在烟草行业物料准入、质量管控、升级产品中具有优势。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1),对卷烟接装纸进行剪裁;
步骤(2),将裁好的测试样品进行称重;
步骤(3),将裁好的测试样品平整放置于铺有吸水纸的涂布平台上,印刷面朝上,准确移取一定量的人工唾液,均匀涂抹于接装纸印刷面,刮涂结束时开始计时,静置一段时间;
步骤(4),达到静置的规定时间时,在测试样品表面放置一张吸水纸,然后立即用一定重量砝码压在吸水纸上并计时,静置一段时间;
步骤(5),达到规定时间时,将经人工唾液渗透过的测试样品进行称重;
步骤(6),人工唾液在卷烟接装纸表面渗透后,卷烟接装纸的质量增长百分比按照公式(1)计算;

进一步,优选的是,步骤(1)中,将样品放在剪切板上进行剪裁,裁切成长度为50~300mm和宽度为10~50mm的长方形宽条,尺寸偏差应在±0.05mm之内,剪裁完成后的测试样品应没有覆盖卷烟接装纸的打孔部位。
进一步,优选的是,步骤(2)和步骤(5)中,称重采用分析天平,分析天平的感量不低于0.1mg。
进一步,优选的是,步骤(3)和步骤(4)中,计时采用秒表计时。
进一步,优选的是,步骤(3)中,涂布平台为压印床,压印床的面积尺寸要大于裁剪样品的尺寸,且水平放置,表面平整。
进一步,优选的是,步骤(3)中,吸水纸满足《GB/T1540纸和纸板吸水性的测定法可勃法》中吸水纸的要求;人工唾液按照《GBT18886-2002纺织品色牢度试验耐唾液色牢度》中人工唾液配方和工艺制备。
进一步,优选的是,步骤(3)中,人工唾液的吸取量按照裁剪样品的尺寸大小定,范围10~1000μL,能均匀涂抹裁剪样品的印刷面。
进一步,优选的是,步骤(3)中,静置时间为5~30s;步骤(4)中,静置时间为5~30s。
进一步,优选的是,步骤(4)中,砝码大小能完全覆盖测试样品尺寸,且质量为500~3000g。
进一步,优选的是,步骤(7)中,粘唇力等级的测定为:当质量增长百分比小于4.0%时,确定粘唇性等级结果为0级,表现为不粘唇;当质量增长百分比为4.0%~7.0%时,确定粘唇性等级结果为1级,表现为轻度粘唇;当质量增长百分比为7.0%~10.0%时,确定粘唇性等级结果为2级,表现为中度粘唇;当质量增长百分比为10.0%~13.0%时,确定粘唇性等级结果为3级,表现为重度粘唇;当质量增长百分比大于13.0%时,确定粘唇性等级结果为4级,表现为严重粘唇。
本发明检测操作过程中应全程佩戴手套,避免手与测试样品直接接触。
本领域技术人员应该知晓卷烟接装纸上通常存在打孔部位,多数位于卷烟接装纸的两侧。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
1.本发明提供一种卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,能客观、准确对接装纸是否有粘唇力进行检测,能有效避免传统的借助感官评价得出有粘唇感、难吐感等模糊概念,且主观因素影响较大,品吸结果差异大,对人体健康有害等弊端。
2.本发明将人工唾液按照规定的用量涂布在卷烟接装纸试样印刷面,在规定时间内使其吸收一定量的人工唾液,分别称量卷烟接装纸表面渗透前后的质量,计算卷烟接装纸的质量增长百分比,根据测定原则得出卷烟接装纸粘唇性等级。方法简单可行,在烟草行业物料准入、质量管控、升级产品中具有一定优势。
3.本发明方法快速、客观、高效,且重复性好、操作简单,而且大大节省了检测成本,提高了效率,易于推广应用。

步骤(2),将裁好的测试样品在感量0.1mg的分析天平上进行称重;
步骤(3),将裁好的测试样品平整放置于压印床(已有一张吸水纸)上, 印刷面朝上,准确移取20μL的人工唾液,均匀涂抹于接装纸印刷面,刮涂结束时打开秒表计时,静置10s;其中,吸水纸,满足《GB/T1540纸和纸板吸水性的测定法可勃法》中吸水纸的要求。人工唾液,按照《GBT18886-2002纺织品色牢度试验耐唾液色牢度》中人工唾液配方和工艺制备。
步骤(4),达到10s时间后,在测试样表面放置一张吸水纸,然后立即用2000g砝码压在吸水纸和测试样上,打开秒表计时,静置10s;
步骤(5),达到规定时间10s时,将经人工唾液渗透过的测试样在感量0.1mg分析天平上进行称重。
步骤(6),人工唾液在卷烟接装纸表面渗透后,卷烟接装纸的质量增长百分比按照公式:

步骤(3),将裁好的测试样品平整放置于铺有吸水纸的压印床上,印刷面朝上,准确移取50μL的人工唾液,均匀涂抹于接装纸印刷面,刮涂结束时打开秒表计时,静置20s;其中,吸水纸,满足《GB/T1540纸和纸板吸水性的测定法可勃法》中吸水纸的要求。人工唾液,按照《GBT18886-2002纺织品色牢度试验耐唾液色牢度》中人工唾液配方和工艺制备。
步骤(4),达到20s时间后,在测试样表面放置一张吸水纸,然后立即用3000g砝码压在吸水纸和测试样上,打开秒表计时,静置20s;
步骤(5),达到规定时间20s时,将经人工唾液渗透过的测试样在感量0.1mg分析天平上进行称重。
步骤(6),人工唾液在卷烟接装纸表面渗透后,卷烟接装纸的质量增长百分比按照公式:

由表1和表2可知,本发明检测方法与人工评吸检测结果基本一致,本发明方法能客观、准确对接装纸是否有粘唇力进行检测,易于推广应用。
