Claims (10)
- 一种卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:步骤(1),对卷烟接装纸进行剪裁;步骤(2),将裁好的测试样品进行称重;步骤(3),将裁好的测试样品平整放置于铺有吸水纸的涂布平台上,印刷面朝上,准确移取一定量的人工唾液,均匀涂抹于接装纸印刷面,刮涂结束时开始计时,静置一段时间;步骤(4),达到静置的规定时间时,在测试样品表面放置一张吸水纸,然后立即用一定重量砝码压在吸水纸上并计时,静置一段时间;步骤(5),达到规定时间时,将经人工唾液渗透过的测试样品进行称重;步骤(6),人工唾液在卷烟接装纸表面渗透后,卷烟接装纸的质量增长百分比按照公式(1)计算;式(1)中:ω——质量增长百分比;M 测——人工唾液在卷烟接装纸表面渗透后测试样品的质量,单位为克;M 空——人工唾液在卷烟接装纸表面渗透前测试样品的质量,单位为克;步骤(7),根据人工唾液渗透率进行粘唇力等级的测定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,将样品放在剪切板上进行剪裁,裁切成长度为50~300mm和宽度为10~50mm的长方形宽条,尺寸偏差应在±0.05mm之内,剪裁完成后的测试样品应没有覆盖卷烟接装纸的打孔部位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)和步骤(5)中,称重采用分析天平,分析天平的感量不低于0.1mg。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)和步骤(4)中,计时采用秒表计时。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,涂布平台为压印床,压印床的面积尺寸要大于裁剪样品的尺寸,且水平放置,表面平整。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,吸水纸满足《GB/T1540纸和纸板吸水性的测定法可勃法》中吸水纸的要求;人工唾液按照《GBT18886-2002纺织品色牢度试验耐唾液色牢度》中人工唾液配方和工艺制备。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,人工唾液的吸取量范围为10~1000μL。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,静置时间为5~30s;步骤(4)中,静置时间为5~30s。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,砝码大小能完全覆盖测试样品尺寸,且质量为500~3000g。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卷烟接装纸粘唇力的检测方法,其特征在于,步骤(7)中,粘唇力等级的测定为:当质量增长百分比小于4.0%时,确定粘唇性等级结果为0级,表现为不粘唇;当质量增长百分比为4.0%~7.0%时,确定粘唇性等级结果为1级,表现为轻度粘唇;当质量增长百分比为7.0%~10.0%时,确定粘唇性等级结果为2级,表现为中度粘唇;当质量增长百分比为10.0%~13.0%时,确定粘唇性等级结果为3级,表现为重度粘唇;当质量增长百分比大于13.0%时,确定粘唇性等级结果为4级,表现为严重粘唇。
