由表2和表3可知,本发明的检测方法与人工评吸检测结果基本一致。本发明方法能客观、准确对烟用接装纸是否有粘唇力进行定量,易于推广应用,为烟支粘唇力的标准制定提供依据。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种烟用接装纸粘唇力的测定方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:在人工唾液浸润条件下,使得烟用接装纸与试样玻璃纤维纸紧密贴合在一起,在负重条件下一段时间后,测试试样玻璃纤维纸与空白玻璃纤维纸的色差值,得到试样玻璃纤维纸的沾色牢度级别,然后建立沾色牢度级别与烟用接装纸粘唇力之间的定量关系,即可判断烟用接装纸粘唇力的大小。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟用接装纸粘唇力的测定方法,其特征在于,所述烟用接装纸粘唇力的测定方法的具体测试步骤如下:
    ①将两张试样玻璃纤维纸浸泡在预先配置好的人工唾液中5-15s取出,擦拭去掉多余的液体;
    ②将一张浸润后的试样玻璃纤维纸光滑面向上放在玻璃片或聚丙烯腈树脂片上,将烟用接装纸样品置于其上,然后将另一张浸润后的试样玻璃纤维纸光滑面向下盖在烟用接装纸样品上,再将第二块玻璃片或聚丙烯腈树脂片放在第二张玻璃纤维纸上,最后用塑料膜将其整体包裹起来;将砝码置于其上放置10min;
    ③将步骤②的两张试样玻璃纤维纸取出,将与接装纸印刷面接触的试样玻璃纤维纸面向上避光放置,然后自然晾干;
    ④测量步骤③的试样玻璃纤维纸与空白玻璃纤维纸颜色得到明度值(L *)和色品指数(a *、b *),计算两者之间的色差值ΔE CIELAB和灰度差ΔE GS,然后计算烟用接装纸样品的沾色牢度级数SSR;
    ⑤根据步骤④沾色牢度级数SSR定义烟用接装纸粘唇力等级。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烟用接装纸粘唇力的测定方法,其特征在于,所述人工唾液的的组成如下表所示:
    试剂 浓度(g/l) 氯化镁(MgCl 2.6H 2O) 0.17 氯化钙(GaCl 2.2H 2O) 0.15 磷酸二氢钾(K 2HPO 4.2H 2O) 0.76 碳酸钾(K 2CO 3) 0.53 氯化钠(NaCl) 0.33 氯化钾(KCl) 0.75 盐酸(HCl,质量分数为1%) 添加至PH为6.8±0.1
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的烟用接装纸粘唇力的测定方法,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维纸的规格为60mm×90mm,且应满足以下条件:定量为65~75g/m2,按照GB/T 461.1测得的毛细吸液高度为190~210mm/10min,不含荧光增白剂和湿强剂,不含纤维素纤维;所述烟用接装纸样品的规格为50mm×30mm;所述砝码质量为1kg。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的烟用接装纸粘唇力的测定方法,其特征在于,步骤④的色差值ΔE CIELAB和灰度差ΔE GS,以及烟用接装纸样品的沾色牢度级数SSR的计算方法如下:

    其中ΔL*=L S*-L R*;Δa*=a S*-a R*,Δb*=b S*-b R*,L S*、a S*和b S*分别为空白玻璃纤维纸的明度值(L*)和色品指数(a*、b*),L R*、a R*和b R*分别为试样玻璃纤维纸的明度值(L*)和色品指数(a*、b*);当ΔE GS≥4.26时,SSR=6.1-1.45ln(ΔE GS),当ΔE GS≤4.26时,SSR=5-0.23ΔE GS
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烟用接装纸粘唇力的测定方法,其特征在于,步骤⑤的沾色牢度级数SSR与烟用接装纸粘唇力等级定义如下:当SSR≥4时,确定烟用接装纸粘唇力等级结果为0级,为不粘唇;当沾色牢度级数3≤SSR<4时,确定烟用接装纸粘唇力等级结果为1级,为轻度粘唇;当沾色牢度级2≤SSR<3时,确定烟用接装纸粘唇力等级结果为2级,表现为中度粘唇;当沾色牢度级数1≤SSR<2时,确定烟用接装纸粘唇力等级结果为3级,表现为重度粘唇;当沾色牢度级数SSR<1时,确定烟用接装纸粘唇力等级结果为4级,表现为严重粘唇。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的烟用接装纸粘唇力的测定方法,其特征在于,测定方法各步骤均在40±2℃下进行。
