Description
本发明属于分析检测技术领域,特别涉及一种烟用接装纸粘唇力的测试系统及测试方法。
卷烟滤嘴主要是由醋酸纤维、成型纸、接装纸三层组成。其中接装纸,又名水松纸,用于包裹在过滤嘴外面并将滤嘴粘接到烟条末端。接装纸是通过对接装原纸进行印刷涂布及其他方式加工后得到的一种装潢纸,常为软木色或不透明的白色,具有改善外观的作用。接装纸同吸烟者嘴唇直接接触,接装纸上一般仅使用涂料或者油墨进行印刷,在天气干燥时,消费者吸食卷烟的时候,由于可能会有少量唾液将接装纸蘸湿,在吸烟过程中又慢慢干燥,在嘴唇残留的唾液蛋白质会对接装纸有粘合作用,导致滤嘴上的接装纸粘连在嘴唇皮肤上,甚至粘扯嘴唇出现撕破、出血的现象,吸食完后不能将滤嘴顺利吐出,严重影响卷烟消费体验感。
目前,国内外未见烟用接装纸粘唇力的测定。各个中烟公司和烟用辅料生产厂家多采用人工感官评吸来判断烟用接装纸是否粘唇。更没有相关的标准颁布,造成检测和判定结果差异较大。为了对烟用辅料质量进行规范和增加卷烟的消费舒适感,降低具有粘唇力的烟用接装纸的使用率,需要准确对烟用接装纸的粘唇力进行测量和判定,同时建立相应客观的筛选测试方法及测试设备。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,提出本发明。
本发明提供一种烟用接装纸粘唇力的测试系统,所述测试系统包括:人工嘴唇、测试设备;

优选地,所述人工嘴唇被可拆卸安装在人工嘴唇支架上,所述人工嘴唇支架下设置有水平调节部件。水平调节部件可以使用水平调节螺母,以保证人工嘴唇水平放置。
优选地,所述刚性绳4的两端分别通过活动连接件与所述测力传感器2和装样模块9连接。活动连接件可以使用卡环。此处使用活动连接件可以平衡作用力,保证所述刚性绳4对所述测力传感器2和装 样模块9的作用力平均作用在接触面的整个表面。活动连接件可选用卡环。
若所述刚性绳4与装样模块9之间没有活动连接件连接,而是直接连接,当所述刚性绳4拉着所述装样模块9脱离所述人工嘴唇时,所述装样模块9与人工嘴唇可能会在两者接触面的某一个边角开始分离,造成力学测试结果不准确、重复性差。
优选地,所述装样模块9为下端固定有弹性垫的配重块。
弹性垫可选用橡胶垫或者硅胶块,配重块可选用金属块。
本发明第二方面提供一种烟用接装纸粘唇力的测试方法,其使用第一方面所述的测试系统进行测试,所述测试方法包括以下步骤:
将所述待测接装纸样品贴附在所述装样模块9下端部,然后将所述装样模块9与所述刚性绳4连接,并将此时所述刚性绳4上的负载力清零;
将所述人工嘴唇放置在所述装样模块9的正下方;
所述摩擦仪测试平台1控制所述装样模块9下降,使得所述人工嘴唇与所述待测接装纸样品接触,两者接触面积为1.5cm*1.5cm,然后接触完毕后控制所述刚性绳4拉着所述装样模块9脱离所述人工嘴唇至分离一瞬间,所述摩擦仪测试平台1控制所述刚性绳4的运动且记录测试期间所述刚性绳4上的最大力,将该力记为粘唇力,数值为F;
根据所述粘唇力大小划分粘唇力等级和粘唇表现,方法为:
当0N≤F<0.2N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为0级,粘唇表现为不粘唇;
当0.2N≤F<0.3N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为1级,粘唇表现为轻度粘唇;
当0.3N≤F<0.5N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为2级,粘唇表现为中度粘唇;
当0.5N≤F<0.6N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为3级,粘唇表现为重度粘唇;
当F≥0.6N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为4级,粘唇表现为严重粘唇。
测试期间,所述刚性绳4上的最大力即接装纸和人工嘴唇分开那一瞬间的力;此时力最大,称为粘唇力。
或者,测试期间,摩擦仪测试平台1记录所述刚性绳4上的力随时间和/或位置的变化,并自然将力的峰值标出,此时即为粘唇力。
由于有的接装纸上打孔,当裁剪接装纸的宽度为1.5cm时,会避开打孔区域,此时测试结果更精确。
优选地,摩擦仪测试平台1控制所述刚性绳4的运行速度为40~60mm/min,所述人工嘴唇与所述待测接装纸样品接触时间为4~6s。
更优选地,摩擦仪测试平台1控制所述刚性绳4的运行速度为50mm/min,所述人工嘴唇与所述待测接装纸样品接触时间为5-6s。
优选地,将所述待测接装纸样品贴附在所述装样模块9下端部的方法为:将所述待测接装纸样品粘附在所述装样模块9配重块的侧边,使得所述待测接装纸中间与所述装样模块9下端的弹性垫完全贴合。
测试时,先将所述待测接装纸样品的一边粘附在所述装样模块9配重块的一个侧边,然后手动拉紧所述待测接装纸样品,使其中间部分与弹性垫完全贴合,再将所述待测接装纸样品的另一边粘附在所述装样模块9配重块的另一个侧边。不在所述待测接装纸与所述弹性垫接触处使用粘结剂粘附,其原因是:1、使用粘结剂粘附后的待测接装纸表面不平整,导致与人工嘴唇接触时的接触面不平整,因此影响测试精确度;2、弹性垫上粘附粘结剂后,重量变化较大,影响力学测试数值;3、如果弹性垫上粘附粘结剂,不方便更换烟用接装纸,每次清理不干净就会影响下一次测试,从而影响测试结果。
优选地,所述人工嘴唇与所述待测接装纸样品接触之前,先将人工唾液喷洒在所述人工嘴唇上。
优选地,活动盖板支架12采用抽屉式工艺设计,中间有载活动盖板10,方便拆装人工嘴唇。
本发明中优选将烟用接装纸放在剪切板上进行剪裁,裁剪完成后的待测接装纸样品的宽度要等于测试设备装样模块9的宽度。人工嘴唇样块的上表面积也必须与装样模块9的底面积保持一致。操作过程中均佩戴手套,避免手与测试样品直接接触。
上述技术方案在不矛盾的前提下,可自由组合。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明提供一种烟用接装纸粘唇力的测试设备及其测试方法,能客观、准确对烟用接装纸粘唇力进行检测,且能有效避免传统的借助感官评价得出有粘唇感、对嘴唇伤害等模糊概念,且避免了主观因素影响较大,品吸结果差异大,对人体健康有害等弊端。
2、本发明通过测试设备的正常运行,使测试样品与人工嘴唇充分接触,得出粘唇力,重复性比较好,与人工感官评价一致性好,因此测试准确度高。该测试方法简单可行,在烟草行业物料准入、质量管控、升级产品中具有一定优势。
3、本发明方法快速、客观、高效,且重复性好、操作简单,而且大大节省了检测成本,提高了效率,易于推广应用。

其中,1—摩擦仪测试平台,2—测力传感器,3—传感器传动支架,4—刚性绳,5、L型滑轮支撑臂,6—滑轮,7—滑轮固定轴,8—装样模块挂钩,9—装样模块,10—活动盖板,11—底板水平螺母,12—活动盖板支架,13—底板。
下面通过具体实施方式进一步说明本发明的内容。
实施例1
如图1~5所示,一种烟用接装纸粘唇力的测试系统,所述测试系统包括:人工嘴唇、测试设备、人工唾液。
在测试时,所述人工唾液被喷洒在所述人工嘴唇的测试表面。
所述人工嘴唇使用3M低粘度胶带,一面高粘度一面低粘度,与所述待测接装纸样品接触的是低粘度面,购买厂家为3M中国有限公司。所述测试设备包括:
摩擦仪测试平台1、测力传感器2、刚性绳4、滑轮6、滑轮支架,装样模块9。
刚性绳4是0.2mm超细钢丝绳。
测力传感器2被安装在传感器传动支架3上。
其中,所述滑轮支架上安装有滑轮6,所述刚性绳4在所述滑轮6内滑动,所述刚性绳4的两端分别通过卡环与所述测力传感器2和装样模块9连接。
所述人工嘴唇位于所述装样模块9的正下方且两者在测试位置接触。所述人工嘴唇安装在人工嘴唇支架上,例如人工嘴唇被夹持固定在人工嘴唇支架上或者被粘贴在人工嘴唇支架上。
摩擦仪测试平台1内安装MAP软件。摩擦仪测试平台1包括:摩擦仪主机,摩擦仪显示屏、摩擦仪按键,紧急按钮、摩擦仪RS232串口、摩擦仪USB接口、摩擦仪电源开关、摩擦仪电源插孔、传感器接口。摩擦仪测试平台1下四个角安装若干个摩擦仪水平螺母,以保证测试仪的水平。
摩擦仪测试平台1通过所述传感器接口通信连接测力传感器2,摩擦仪测试平台1通过MAP软件对所述测力传感器2传来的数据进行分析处理。摩擦仪测试平台1通过所述MAP软件操控所述刚性绳4的运动且记录所述刚性绳4上的力随时间和/或位置的变化。
所述装样模块9为下端固定有橡胶垫的金属块,装样模块9上端带装样模块挂钩8,用于与钢丝绳连接。
所述人工嘴唇支架的具体设计如下,其包括:可拆卸活动盖板支架12,活动盖板支架12上设有相匹配的活动盖板10;活动盖板支架 12可拆卸设置在底板13上,例如通过螺纹连接、插接等方式。底板13的四个角下安装底板水平螺母11,以保证装置的水平性。活动盖板支架12包括:带螺孔的底板、4根承重轴、顶部载活动盖板板面。活动盖板10也是可以随时从活动盖板支架12上抽出和装入的,以便更换人工嘴唇。
所述滑轮支架的具体设计如下,其包括:一个滑轮固定轴7、2个用于水平固定滑轮固定轴7的L型滑轮支撑臂5。滑轮固定轴7上可拆卸安装有低阻尼滑轮6,以便超细钢丝绳有固定轨道运行。所述滑轮支架通过螺纹连接安装在摩擦仪测试平台1上。
摩擦仪测试平台1基本呈长方体形。所述滑轮支架安装在摩擦仪测试平台1短边上方。所述测力传感器2安装在摩擦仪测试平台1长边上方。钢丝绳为L型,L型转折处依靠滑轮6实现,钢丝绳水平穿过所述测力传感器2和滑轮6,且竖直向下连接装样模块9。摩擦仪测试平台1内通过MAP软件可控制钢丝绳以一定速率运动。
摩擦仪测试平台1可使用现有的摩擦仪测试平台,其上安装测力传感器2和安装可运动的钢丝绳的方法是已知的。
本实施例对于钢丝绳具体结构粗细没有限制,只要能实现其功能的结构均可。
一种烟用接装纸粘唇力的测试方法,采用上述烟用接装纸粘唇力的测试系统,包括如下步骤:
步骤1,对烟用接装纸进行剪裁,接装纸测试样品长度等于烟用接装纸的宽度,测试样品宽度等于1.5cm;
步骤2,将裁好的接装纸测试样品使用固体胶贴附在装样模块9的正方体金属块两侧边,并依靠接装纸测试样品两边的紧绷效果使得接装纸测试样品中间贴附装样模块9下端的橡胶垫,橡胶垫底面积为1.5cm*1.5cm;
步骤3,将装好接装纸测试样品的装样模块9通过装样模块挂钩8挂至在钢丝绳一端的卡环上;
步骤4,待装样模块9稳定不浮动时,通过MAP软件将此时所 述刚性绳4上的负载力清零;将人工嘴唇3M低粘度胶带高粘度的一面粘贴在活动盖板10上,低粘度的一面朝上,将活动盖板10安装在活动盖板支架12上,在人工嘴唇上喷洒一层36.3摄氏度的人工唾液;
步骤5,摩擦仪测试平台1通过MAP软件操控将装样模块9调低至预先设置接触位置使得接装纸测试样品与人工嘴唇接触6S,两者接触面积为1.5cm*1.5cm,然后接触完毕后钢丝绳拉着装样模块9缓缓脱离人工嘴唇至分离一瞬间,控制钢丝绳运行速度为50mm/s,此时会记录钢丝绳上的最大的力和力曲线分布图,将测试期间最大的力值,记为粘唇力;
步骤6,清理台面,把接装纸测试样品从装样模块9上取下来,然后重复换同批次样品继续测试至第十次导出数据进行分析,将10次测试的粘唇力平均值记为样品的粘唇力,数值为F;
步骤7,根据步骤6的样品的粘唇力大小划分粘唇力等级和粘唇表现,方法为:
当0N≤F<0.2N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为0级,粘唇表现为不粘唇;
当0.2N≤F<0.3N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为1级,粘唇表现为轻度粘唇;
当0.3N≤F<0.5N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为2级,粘唇表现为中度粘唇;
当0.5N≤F<0.6N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为3级,粘唇表现为重度粘唇;
当F≥0.6N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为4级,粘唇表现为严重粘唇。
然后再重复上述步骤1-7,对18种不同批次或者不同型号的接装纸,记为样品号1-18进行测试。同时,根据人工评吸结果对烟用接装纸的粘唇力大小等级进行测评。汇总测试结果如表1所示。
从表1可见,本实施例1的粘唇力等级与人工评吸结果一致,因此本发明的测试装置和测试方法精确度高。

实施例2
采用实施例1的方法进行测试,区别为:人工嘴唇使用硅胶块。然后再重复实施例1的步骤1-7,对20种不同批次或者不同型号的接装纸,记为样品号1-20进行测试,同时,根据人工评吸结果对烟用接装纸的粘唇力大小等级进行测评,汇总测试结果如表2所示。
从表2可见,本实施例2的粘唇力等级与人工评吸结果一致,因此本发明的测试装置和测试方法精确度高,且测试结果与硅胶的种类无关,使用一般硅胶即可。

对比例1
用实施例1的方法进行测试,区别仅为:人工嘴唇为乳胶块。然后再重复实施例1的步骤1-7,对5种不同批次或者不同型号的接装纸,记为样品号1-5进行测试,同时,根据人工评吸结果对烟用接装纸的粘唇力大小等级进行测评,汇总测试结果如表3所示。
从表3可见,本对比例的粘唇力等级与人工评吸结果相差较大,因此,测试结果重复性差,说明人工嘴唇的选择在测试精确度中起到重要作用。

对比例2
用实施例1的方法进行测试,区别仅为:将装样模块9下方的橡胶垫去掉,直接使用金属块进行测试。
然后再重复实施例1的步骤1-7,对5种不同批次或者不同型号的接装纸,记为样品号1-5,同时,根据人工评吸结果对烟用接装纸的 粘唇力大小等级进行测评。汇总测试结果如表4所示。
从表4可见,本对比例2的粘唇力等级与人工评吸结果相差较大,因此,测试结果重复性差。这说明在将装样模块9下方固定橡胶垫,可以大大提高测试精确度。原因是:下方固定橡胶垫,可以使烟用接装纸和装样模块9紧紧贴合在一起,从而使得数据更稳定,重复性能更好。

以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (9)
- 一种烟用接装纸粘唇力的测试系统,其特征在于,所述测试系统包括:人工嘴唇、测试设备;其中,所述人工嘴唇为硅胶块或3M低粘度胶带;所述测试设备包括:摩擦仪测试平台(1),测力传感器(2)、刚性绳(4)、滑轮(6)、滑轮支架,装样模块(9),其中,所述滑轮支架上安装有滑轮(6),所述刚性绳(4)在所述滑轮(6)内滑动,所述刚性绳(4)为L型,水平方向的一端连接测力传感器(2),竖直方向的另一端连接装样模块(9);所述人工嘴唇位于所述装样模块(9)的正下方且两者在测试位置接触;所述摩擦仪测试平台(1)内安装摩擦阻力测试软件,所述摩擦仪测试平台(1)与所述测力传感器(2)通信连接,所述摩擦仪测试平台(1)操控所述刚性绳(4)的运动且记录所述刚性绳(4)上的力随时间和/或位置的变化。
- 根据权利要求1所述的测试系统,其特征在于,所述测试系统还包括:人工唾液,在测试时,所述人工唾液被喷洒在所述人工嘴唇的测试表面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的测试系统,其特征在于,所述测试系统还包括:人工嘴唇支架,其上安装有所述人工嘴唇;述人工嘴唇支架下设置有水平调节部件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的测试系统,其特征在于,所述刚性绳(4)的两端分别通过活动连接件与所述测力传感器(2)和装样模块(9)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的测试系统,其特征在于,所述装样模块(9)为下端固定有弹性垫的配重块。
- 一种烟用接装纸粘唇力的测试方法,其特征在于,其使用权利要求1所述的测试系统进行测试,所述测试方法包括以下步骤:将所述待测接装纸样品贴附在所述装样模块(9)下端部,然后将所述装样模块(9)与所述刚性绳(4)连接,并将此时所述刚性绳 (4)上的负载力清零;将所述人工嘴唇放置在所述装样模块(9)的正下方;所述摩擦仪测试平台(1)控制所述装样模块(9)下降,使得所述人工嘴唇与所述待测接装纸样品接触,两者接触面积为1.5cm*1.5cm,然后接触完毕后控制所述刚性绳(4)拉着所述装样模块(9)脱离所述人工嘴唇至分离一瞬间,所述摩擦仪测试平台(1)控制所述刚性绳(4)的运动且记录测试期间所述刚性绳(4)上的最大力,将该力记为粘唇力,数值为F,根据所述粘唇力大小划分粘唇力等级和粘唇表现,方法为:当0N≤F<0.2N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为0级,粘唇表现为不粘唇;当0.2N≤F<0.3N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为1级,粘唇表现为轻度粘唇;当0.3N≤F<0.5N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为2级,粘唇表现为中度粘唇;当0.5N≤F<0.6N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为3级,粘唇表现为重度粘唇;当F≥0.6N时,确定粘唇力等级结果为4级,粘唇表现为严重粘唇。
- 根据权利要求6所述的测试方法,其特征在于,所述所述摩擦仪测试平台(1)控制所述刚性绳(4)的运行速度为40~60mm/s,所述人工嘴唇与所述待测接装纸样品接触时间为4~7s。
- 根据权利要求6所述的测试方法,其特征在于,将所述待测接装纸样品贴附在所述装样模块(9)下端部的方法为:将所述待测接装纸样品粘附在所述装样模块(9)配重块的侧边,使得所述待测接装纸中间与所述装样模块(9)下端的弹性垫完全贴合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的测试方法,其特征在于,所述人工嘴唇与所述待测接装纸样品接触之前,先将人工唾液喷洒在所述人工嘴唇上。
