Description

一种车用整流二极管基座及车用整流二极管 技术领域
本发明涉及车用电子器件技术领域,尤其涉及一种车用整流二极管基座及车用整流二极管。
背景技术
在现有汽车运输系统中,由于交流发电机之效率及寿命皆远高于直流发电机,因此目前车用发电机均为交流发电机。再者,电瓶乃是一切汽车运输工具的能量来源,尤其是汽车引擎启动时,其电流相当高,因此在正常运转时,必须利用发电机随时对电瓶储能,以使汽车运输工具内的所有电器能正常运作发挥其正常功能,而其中,整流功率元件(或二极管整流器)通常是设置于发电机内,以将交流电整流成直流电并传送至汽车系统中的各种电器装置,如:音响、头灯等,以及对电瓶作充电之工作,藉此供应其持续转动的电力,同时让汽车于行驶间能不使用电瓶之电力,通过维持电瓶充沛的电力,以待下一次的启动。一般而言,交流发电机通常配置有6至8个整流功率元件。
现有的整流功率元件通常采用的是软性白胶包裹制成的成品,加工步骤繁琐,稳定性差,在受到撞击或者外力作用时,易发生损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种车用整流二极管基座及车用整流二极管,解决现有技术中焊接型车用整流二极管使用不方便及成品致密性差的技术问题。
本申请实施例公开了一种车用整流二极管基座,包括一体成型的基座本体,所述基座本体的外缘设置有抓持部。
本申请实施例对基座本体进行改进,改变现有的基座本体结构,使得其包裹时,是外部部分包裹;同时抓持部与塑封层相互配合,能够提高后续塑封层包裹的稳定性。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进:
进一步地,所述基座本体分为基座上部和基座下部,所述基座上部位于所述基座下部上方,且基座上部的横截面面积小于所述基座下部的横截面面积。
进一步地,所述基座上部和基座下部形状一致,所述基座上部的外周为圆形、方形或者六角形,采用本步的有益效果是可以根据客户的需求进行设计。
进一步地,所述抓持部位于所述基座上部的外缘,采用本步的有益效果是通过抓持部抓紧后续的塑封层。
进一步地,所述抓持部为环形凸起,所述环形凸起位于所述基座上部外缘。
进一步地,所述抓持部为多个间隔设置的凸块,所述凸块间隔设置在所述基座上部外缘。
本申请实施例还公开了一种车用整流二极管,包括:
上述的基座本体;
引线,所述引线设置在所述基座本体上方;
晶粒,所述晶粒设置在所述引线和基座本体之间;
塑封层,所述塑封层包裹于所述引线底部和基座外缘。
其中,所述塑封层为硬性塑封层。
本申请实施例中提供的一个或者多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果或者优点:
1.本申请实施例对基座本体进行设计,利用基座本体的抓持部,提高基座本体与后续塑封层连接的稳定性;同时基座本体的结构也能提高散热性。
2.本申请实施例的塑封层是采用塑封的方式加工,在提高致密性的同时,便于进行加工。

如图1-4所示,本实施例提供一种车用整流二极管基座,包括一体成型的基座本体1,所述基座本体1的外缘设置有抓持部2;本申请实施例中的抓持部2与外缘包裹的塑封层相互配合,对塑封层进行固定,从而提高成品的稳定性。
具体地,所述基座本体1分为基座上部101和基座下部102,所述基座上部101位于所述基座下部102上方,且基座上部101的横截面面积小于所述基座下部102的横截面面积;本申请实施例中基座本体1分成两部分,便于后续进行连接和加工,基座上部101是用于承载晶粒,通过焊接的方式连接。
具体地,所述基座上部101和基座下部102形状一致,所述基座上部101的外周为圆形、方形或者六角形,可以根据客户的需求做成不同的形状。
具体地,所述抓持部2位于所述基座上部101的外缘,本申请实施例中的基座上部101是后续与塑封层进行包裹连接的,而抓持部2可以提高抓力,提高塑封层包裹的稳定性。
具体地,所述抓持部2为环形凸起201,所述环形凸起201位于所述基座上部101外缘,本申请实施例中环形凸起201的纵截面可以是矩形或三角形或者多边形,主要是为了后续与塑封层相互配合时,提高抓力,保证塑封 层的稳定性,在受到外力冲击时,产品不会受到损坏,影响使用。
具体地,所述抓持部2也可以为多个间隔设置的凸块202,所述凸块202间隔设置在所述基座上部101外缘,同样凸块202的目的也是为了保证塑封层的稳定性。
本申请实施例还公开了一种车用整流二极管,包括:

引线3,所述引线3设置在所述基座本体1上方;
晶粒4,所述晶粒4设置在所述引线3和基座本体1之间;
塑封层5,所述塑封层5包裹于所述引线3底部和基座本体1外缘,本申请实施例中的塑封层5为热塑性材料,而且该塑封层为硬性塑封层,这样能够提高产品的稳定性,延长产品的使用寿命。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种车用整流二极管基座,其特征在于,所述抓持部位于所述基座上部的外缘。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种车用整流二极管基座,其特征在于,所述抓持部为环形凸起,所述环形凸起位于所述基座上部外缘。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种车用整流二极管基座,其特征在于,所述抓持部为多个间隔设置的凸块,所述凸块间隔设置在所述基座上部外缘。

    引线,所述引线设置在所述基座本体上方;
    晶粒,所述晶粒设置在所述引线和基座本体之间;
    塑封层,所述塑封层包裹于所述引线底部和基座外缘。
