Description

一种用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及纺织机相关技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置。
背景技术
纺织机又叫纺机、织机、棉纺机等,古代的纺织机是依靠人力带动的织布机,纺织机就是把线、丝、麻等原材料加工成丝线后织成布料的工具全称,象纺坠、纺车、锭子、踏板织布机,还有现代机械织布机、现代数控自动织布机等,因此本申请中提出一种用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置。
但是目前使用的纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置,结构很复杂,并且机器体积较大占用空间,而且后续也不便于检修的问题。
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置。
实用新型内容

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置,本实用新型要解决目前使用的纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置,结构很复杂,并且机器体积较大占用空间,而且后续也不便于检修的问题。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置,包括梳理机,所述梳理机底端设置有底座,且底座内侧壁开设有第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽内侧均设置有第一滑块,且第一滑块内侧设置有工具箱,所述梳理机内侧壁均设置有第二滑槽,且第二滑槽内侧均设置有第二滑块,同时第二滑 块内侧设置有收料台,所述梳理机外侧壁均设置有第一转轴,且第一转轴外侧均设置有维修门,所述梳理机外侧设置有进料支架,且进料支架内侧设置有第二转轴,同时第二转轴内侧设置有进料转筒,所述梳理机顶端设置有电机箱,且电机箱表面设置有防尘网,同时电机箱内侧设置有驱动电机,所述梳理机内侧设置有梳理辊,且梳理辊表面均设置有梳理齿,所述梳理机内侧均设置有输送辊,且输送辊外侧均设置有齿轮,同时齿轮外侧设置有链条。
优选的,所述工具箱通过第一滑块与底座滑动连接,且第一滑块以工具箱呈等间距分布。
优选的,所述收料台通过第二滑块与梳理机滑动连接,且第二滑块以收料台呈等间距分布。
优选的,所述维修门通过第一转轴与梳理机构成旋转结构,且第一转轴的长度小于维修门的长度。
优选的,所述进料转筒通过第二转轴与进料支架构成旋转结构,且第二转轴的长度小于进料转筒的长度。
优选的,所述防尘网与电机箱紧密贴合,且电机箱与防尘网呈平行分布。
优选的,所述齿轮与链条构成啮合结构,且齿轮与链条呈平行分布。
本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
1、该用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置,通过设置的工具箱,这样便于在工具箱内放置一些加工时需要用到的工具,在加工时可以直接拉开工具箱拿取需要的工具,提高工作效率;
2、该用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置,通过设置的收料台,这样便于在加工时通过第二滑块抽出收料台对加工好的物料进行收取,不使用时可以将收料台滑进梳理机内,节省空间;
3、该用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置,通过设置的维修门,这样便于在后续梳理机维护或出现故障时,可以通过维修门打开进行维护和修理。

本实用新型中,用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置,通过设置的工具箱5,这样便于在工具箱5内放置一些加工时需要用到的工具,在加工时可以直接拉开工具箱5拿取需要的工具,提高工作效率,另外通过设置的收料台8,这样便于在加工时通过第二滑块7抽出收料台8对加工好的物料进行收取,不使用时可以将收料台8滑进梳理机内,节省空间,而且通过设置的维修门10,这样便于在后续梳理机维护或出现故障时,可以通过维修门10打开进行维护和修理。
在一个可选的实施例中,工具箱5通过第一滑块4与底座2滑动连接,且第一滑块4以工具箱5呈等间距分布,这样便于在加工时可以直接拉开工具箱5拿取需要的工具,提高工作效率。
在一个可选的实施例中,收料台8通过第二滑块7与梳理机1滑动连接,且第二滑块7以收料台8呈等间距分布,这样便于在加工时通过第二滑块7抽出收料台8对加工好的物料进行收取,不使用时可以将收料台8滑进梳理机1内,节省空间。
在一个可选的实施例中,维修门10通过第一转轴9与梳理机1构成旋转结构,且第一转轴9的长度小于维修门10的长度,这样便于在后续梳理机1维护 或出现故障时,可以通过维修门10打开进行维护和修理。
在一个可选的实施例中,进料转筒13通过第二转轴12与进料支架11构成旋转结构,且第二转轴12的长度小于进料转筒13的长度,这样便于将未梳理的物料通过进料转筒13输送至梳理机1内进行梳理。
在一个可选的实施例中,防尘网15与电机箱14紧密贴合,且电机箱14与防尘网15呈平行分布,这样便于避免外部灰尘进入驱动电机16内部,影响使用寿命。

工作原理:对于此类用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置,首先将安装有第一滑块4的工具箱5通过底座2内侧壁开设的第一滑槽3滑动安装,通过设置的工具箱5,这样便于在工具箱5内放置一些加工时需要用到的工具,在加工时可以直接拉开工具箱5拿取需要的工具,提高工作效率,然后将需要加工的物料通过进料转筒13输送进梳理机1内,进行梳理将物料通过梳理辊17根据梳理齿18将物料梳理开,然后通过输送辊19将加工完成的物料送出,然后将安装有第二滑块7的收料台8抽出,进行收取存放通过设置的收料台8,这样便于在加工时通过第二滑块7抽出收料台8对加工好的物料进行收取,不使用时可以将收料台8滑进梳理机1内,节省空间,另外通过设置的维修门10,这样便于在后续梳理机1维护或出现故障时,可以通过维修门10打开进行维护和修理,就这样,一种用于纺织机的纺织线层梳理装置的使用流程就完成了,驱动电机16的型号为YE2-132S-4。
