在本实施例中,所述填充草本植物生产线共设有4个所述治具转接机构14,2条治具运输轨道15,1条治具回流轨道16,所述治具转接机构14安装在所述治具运输轨道15两端,用于将所述治具13从所述治具运输轨道15转运到所述治具13回流轨道或是将所述治具13从所述治具13回流轨道转接到所述治具运输轨道15中。所述治具运输轨道15相对于所述治具13回流轨道对称设置,所述治具运输轨道15从所述纸管下料机构1一直运转到所述成品下料机构12处,之后所述治具运输轨道15的所述治具13被所述治具转接机构14夹持,进而转接到所述治具13回流轨道进行回流,以将所述治具13循环到所述纸管下料机构1附近。
在本实施例中,所述填充草本植物生产线整个生产、填充过程为:
1.所述治具13放置在所述治具运输轨道15上,所述治具13被输送到所述纸管下料机构1,所述纸管下料机构1排列纸管;
2.所述治具运输轨道15继续运作,所述治具13和纸管被输送到所述草本植物下料,所述 草本植物下料机构2将草本植物颗粒落料至纸管中;
3.而后,所述治具13和纸管被输送到所述第一滴液机构3,所述第一滴液机构3滴入液体至纸管中;
4.所述治具13和装有润湿的草本植物颗粒的纸管通过所述治具运输轨道15输送到所述软隔离件下料机构4,所述软隔离件下料机构4将软隔离件落入纸管中;
5.接着,所述治具13以及装有润湿的草本植物颗粒、软隔离件的纸管被输送到所述第二滴液机构5,所述第二滴液机构5滴入液体至纸管中,再次给装在纸管内的草本植物颗粒和软隔离件进行润湿,以给草本植物颗粒增加香味或是给草本植物颗粒增加湿度;
6.为使后续的硬隔离件能够轻松落入纸管内,所述治具运输轨道15将所述治具13和纸管一同运输到所述第一扩孔机构6,所述第一扩孔机构6对纸管进行扩孔操作;
7.纸管进行完扩孔操作后,所述治具13与纸管被运输到所述隔离件下料机构,所述硬隔离件下料机构7将硬隔离件落入纸管中;
8.硬隔离件落入纸管之后,所述治具13与纸管被运输到所述过滤颗粒下料机构8,所述过滤颗粒下料机构8将过滤颗粒落入纸管中;
9.所述治具13与纸管被运输到所述爆珠下料机构9,所述爆珠下料机构9将爆珠落入纸管中;
10.再接着,为使后续的棉柱能够轻松落入纸管内,所述治具运输轨道15将所述治具13和纸管一同运输到所述第二扩孔机构,所述第二扩孔机构对纸管进行扩孔操作,
11.然后,所述治具运输轨道15将所述治具13和纸管一同运输到所述棉柱下料机构11,所述棉柱下料机构11将棉柱推入纸管,完成最终产品;
12.所述治具运输轨道15将所述治具13和纸管一同运输到所述成品下料机构12,所述成品下料机构12将最终产品排列下料、包装;
13.所述治具13被靠近所述所述成品下料机构12处的所述治具转接机构14夹持,进而转接到所述治具回流轨道16,所述治具13回流轨道将所述治具13回流到所述纸管下料机附近,靠近所述纸管下料机处的所述治具转接机构14将所述治具13转接到所述治具运输轨道15,完成了所述治具13的循环使用。
请参考图1、图3和图4,所述草本植物下料机构2包括料斗20、限位框21、下料框22、驱动机构23,所述驱动机构23驱动所述限位框21对准所述料斗20,以使料斗20内的草本植物颗粒落入到所述限位框21内,再将所述限位框21在所述下料框22内滑动,所述限位框 21内的草本植物颗粒落入所述下料框22内。
请参考图3和图4,所述草本植物下料机构2还包括压入机构24,所述压入机构24安装在所述料斗20的一侧,所述压入机构24包括第一驱动装置240、压板241和压件242,所述压板241安装在所述第一驱动装置240下方,所述压件242安装在所述压板241下,所述第一驱动装置240驱动所述压板241和所述压件242下压,以使所述压件242将所述下料框22内草本植物颗粒压进纸管中。
进一步地,所述草本植物下料机构2还包括导引板243,所述导引板243设有多个通孔244。
在本实施例中,所述草本植物下料机构2将草本植物颗粒落入到纸管中的过程:
1、先开启所述第一驱动装置240,所述第一驱动装置240驱动所述压板241和压件242上升,以避免所述限位框21滑动时被所述压件242阻挡;
2、再驱动所述驱动机构23,所述驱动机构23驱动所述限位框21往靠近所述料斗20的方向滑动,直至所述限位框21对准所述料斗20的出料口;
3、随后,将草本植物颗粒从所述料斗20倒入,草本植物颗粒顺着所述料斗20掉进所述限位框21,由于所述限位框21底部未对准所述导引板243的通孔244,所述限位框21内的草本植物颗粒还卡在所述限位框21内。
4、再次驱动所述驱动机构23,所述驱动机构23驱动所述限位框21往所述压件242方向滑动,之后驱动机构23驱动所述限位框21又返回到原始位置,完成一个往复运动;在所述限位框21完成一个往复运动的过程中,所述限位框21滑过所述导引板243的通孔244,进而使得草本植物颗粒掉进所述通孔244,再顺着通孔244掉落到所述导引板243下方的纸管中。
5、由于草本植物颗粒容易堵塞在所述通孔244内,所述限位框21返回到原始位置后,所述第一驱动装置240驱动所述压板241和压件242下压,以使所述压件242将所述通孔244内堵塞的草本植物颗粒捅进所述导引板243下方的纸管中。
请参考图5,所述第一滴液机构3和所述第二滴液机构5设置在所述软隔离件下料机构4两侧,所述第一滴液机构3和所述第二滴液机构5均设有安装架50、运动组件51和多个点滴管52,所述点滴管52安装在所述运动组件51内,所述运动组件51与所述安装架50活动连接,所述运动组件51能够相对于所述安装架50升降。
进一步地,所述运动组件51包括导引柱510、安装板511,所述导引柱510与所述安装架50活动连接,所述安装板511固定安装在所述导引柱510下,所述点滴管52安装在所述 安装板511上。
在本实施例中,所述第一滴液机构3位于所述草本植物下料机构2和所述软隔离件下料机构4之间,所述第二滴液机构5位于所述软隔离件下料机构4和所述第一扩孔机构6之间。
所述运动组件51在所述安装架50升降时,所述点滴管52被带动一同升降,进而使得所述点滴管52伸入到纸管中,以进行滴液操作。
进一步地,所述软隔离件下料机构4包括输送管40,软隔离件从所述输送管40落入至纸管中。
在本实施例中,所述第一滴液机构3滴入液体到纸管中,接着,所述第一滴液机构3将软隔离件落入纸管中,软隔离件能够吸收部分液体。
请参考图6,所述第一扩孔机构6和所述第二扩孔机构均设有第二驱动装置60、扩孔头61,所述第二驱动装置60能够驱动所述扩孔头61下压。
在本实施例中,所述第一扩孔机构6和所述第二扩孔机构均能够对纸管进行扩孔操作,所述第二驱动装置60驱动所述扩孔头61下压,所述扩孔头61对纸管进行扩孔后,所述第二驱动装置60驱动所述扩孔头61上升复位。
请参考图1和图7,且所述填充草本植物生产线安装在机架17上,且所述填充草本植物生产线罩盖有防护罩18。
在本实施例中,所述填充草本植物生产线安装在机架17上,所述防护罩18能够起到防尘的作用。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施方式,基于本实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员在没有做出任何创造性劳动的前提下所获得其他实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种填充草本植物生产线,其特征在于,包括纸管下料机构、草本植物下料机构、第一滴液机构、软隔离件下料机构、第二滴液机构、第一扩孔机构、硬隔离件下料机构;
    所述纸管下料机构排列纸管并送至所述草本植物下料机构,所述草本植物下料机构将草本植物颗粒落料至纸管中,而后所述第一滴液机构滴入液体至纸管中,所述软隔离件下料机构将软隔离件落入纸管中,接着,所述第二滴液机构滴入液体至纸管中,最后,所述第一扩孔机构对纸管进行扩孔操作,所述硬隔离件下料机构将硬隔离件落入纸管中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的填充草本植物生产线,其特征在于,所述填充草本植物生产线还包括过滤颗粒下料机构、爆珠下料机构、第二扩孔机构、棉柱下料机构和成品下料机构,硬隔离件落入纸管之后,所述过滤颗粒下料机构将过滤颗粒落入纸管中,所述爆珠下料机构将爆珠落入纸管中,再接着,所述第二扩孔机构对纸管进行扩孔操作,所述棉柱下料机构将棉柱推入纸管,完成最终产品;所述成品下料机构将最终产品排列下料、包装。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的填充草本植物生产线,其特征在于,所述填充草本植物生产线还包括治具、治具转接机构、治具运输轨道、治具回流轨道,所述治具放置在所述治具运输轨道上,所述治具转接机构能够将所述治具从所述治具运输轨道转运到所述治具回流轨道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的填充草本植物生产线,其特征在于,所述草本植物下料机构包括料斗、限位框、下料框、驱动机构,所述驱动机构驱动所述限位框对准所述料斗,以使料斗内的草本植物颗粒落入到所述限位框内,再将所述限位框在所述下料框上滑动,所述限位框内的草本植物颗粒落入所述下料框内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的填充草本植物生产线,其特征在于,所述草本植物下料机构还包括压入机构,所述压入机构安装在所述料斗的一侧,所述压入机构包括第一驱动装置、压板和压件,所述压板安装在所述第一驱动装置下方,所述压件安装在所述压板下,所述第一驱动装置驱动所述压板和所述压件下压,以使所述压件将所述下料框内草本植物颗粒压进纸管中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的填充草本植物生产线,其特征在于,所述第一滴液机构和所述第二滴液机构设置在所述软隔离件下料机构两侧,所述第一滴液机构和所述第二滴液机构均设有安装架、运动组件和多个点滴管,所述点滴管安装在所述运动组件内,所述运动组件与所述安装架活动连接,所述运动组件能够相对于所述安装架升降。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的填充草本植物生产线,其特征在于,所述运动组件包括导引柱、安装板,所述导引柱与所述安装架活动连接,所述安装板固定安装在所述导引柱下,所述点滴管安装在所述安装板上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的填充草本植物生产线,其特征在于,所述软隔离件下料机构包括输送管,软隔离件从所述输送管落入至纸管中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的填充草本植物生产线,其特征在于,所述第一扩孔机构和所述第二扩孔机构均设有第二驱动装置、扩孔头,所述第二驱动装置能够驱动所述扩孔头下压。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的填充草本植物生产线,其特征在于,且所述填充草本植物生产线安装在机架上,且所述填充草本植物生产线罩盖有防护罩。
