所述充电组件可以安装于所述第一安装槽,且所述充电组件可以与所述第一安装槽的侧壁之间设置有第一密封构件;所述防护罩可以罩设于所述充电组件的外部,且所述防护罩可以与所述第一封盖组件相连接;
所述第二封盖组件可以安装于所述第二安装槽,且所述第二封盖组件可以与所述第二安装槽的侧壁之间可以设置有第二密封构件;所述第一封盖组件的周向可以设置有第三密封构件。
在本申请实施例中,可选地,所述第一密封构件、所述第二密封构件以及所述第三密封构件可以为密封圈。

在本申请实施例中,可选地,所述电动牙刷还包括牙刷头组件、机壳以及设置于所述机壳内的机芯组件;其中,所述机芯组件可以连接于所述第一封盖组件,且所述机芯组件与所述第一封盖组件之间可以形成有安装空间,所述充电组件可以设置于所述安装空间;
所述第一封盖组件以及所述机芯组件均可以抵接于所述机壳的内侧壁,且所述第一封盖组件与所述机壳的内侧壁之间可以设置有所述第三密封构件;所述牙刷头组件与所述机芯组件可以相连接。
在本申请实施例中,可选地,所述机芯组件可以具有第一卡扣和第二卡扣,所述第一卡扣可以卡接于所述第一封盖组件的所述本体的所述第一卡接口,所述第二卡扣可以卡接于所述第二封盖组件的所述本体的所述第二卡接口。

本申请提供的充电底盖组件中,充电组件的下方有第二封盖组件以及第二密封构件防护,使得下方不易漏水,起到一级防漏水的作用,充电组件与第一封盖组件之间设置有第一密封构件,起到二级防漏水的作用,避免了向机芯组件漏水,充电组件的上方有保护罩,起到三级防漏水的作用,避免了向机芯组件漏水,同时也能避免反向漏水即从机芯组件一侧朝向充电组件漏水,此外,当将本充电底盖组件应用于电动牙刷时,充电底盖组件装配于内置机芯组件的机壳内,且第三密封构件设置于机壳与充电底盖组件之间,用于防止水进入机壳的内部,保护机芯组件以及充电组件使用的安全性以及可靠性可见,本充电底盖组件形成了一个全面密封的结构,防水效果更好。
本申请提供的电动牙刷形成一个完整连接紧密的组装体,部件之间彼此紧密接触,不易漏水。

下面参照图1至图12描述根据本申请一些实施例所述的充电底盖组件及电动牙刷。
参见图1至图3所示,本申请的实施例提供了一种充电底盖组件,包括:防护罩7、充电组件4、第一封盖组件5以及第二封盖组件6;其中,第一封盖组件5的相对的两侧分别形成有相连通的第一安装槽511以及第二安装槽;
充电组件4设置于第一安装槽511,装配稳定,且充电组件4与第一安装槽511的侧壁之间设置有第一密封构件8,密封效果佳;
防护罩7罩设于充电组件4的外部,且防护罩7与第一封盖组件5相连接;第二封盖组件6设置于第二安装槽,装配稳定,且第二封盖组件6与第二安装槽的侧壁之间设置有第二密封构件9,密封效果佳;
第一封盖组件5的周向设置有第三密封构件10。
本充电底盖组件的组装顺序可以如下:
首先将充电组件4放置于防护罩7内,而后再将防护罩7连接至第一封盖组件5的一侧,而后再将第二封盖组件6安装于第一封盖组件5的相对的另一侧,形成一个完整的组装体。
最后可将本充电底盖组件装配于下文所述的机壳2内,且第三密封构件10恰好设置于第一封盖组件5和机壳2之间,防止向机壳2的内部漏水,保证机壳2内的充电组件4以及下文所述的机芯组件3的安全性以及可靠性。
当需要给电动牙刷充电时,仅需要将第二封盖组件6拆卸下来,将充电组件4通过充电器连接于外部的电源进行充电即可,充电完成后,再将第二封盖组件6安装回原位。
充电组件4的下方由第二封盖组件6以及第二密封构件9防护,使得下方不易漏水,起到一级防漏水的作用,充电组件4与第一封盖组件5之间设置有第一密封构件8,起到二级防漏水的作用,避免了向机芯组件3漏水,充电组件4的上方有防护罩7,起到三级防漏水的作用,避免了向机芯组件3漏水,同时也能避免反向漏水即从机芯组件3一侧朝向充电组件4漏水。可见,本充电底盖组件形成了一个全面密封的结构,防水效果更好。
其中,可选地,第一密封构件8、第二密封构件9以及第三密封构件10的结构可根据实际需要设置,例如第一密封构件8、第二密封构件9以及第三密封构件10可以为密封圈。
可选地,防护罩7将充电组件4压设于第一封盖组件5,使得充电组件4与第一封盖组件5装配得更加稳定,充电组件4不会移位,更加安全、可靠,两者形成紧密装配,密封效果更好。
优选地,防护罩7与第一封盖组件5通过焊接相连接,使得两者组装得更稳定,充电组件4不会移位,此外,由于两者焊接使得两者之间紧密结合,不存在缝隙,加强密封的作用,避免水从两者之间进一步渗入到机芯组件3,即进一步防止漏水的现象发生,提高了电动牙刷使用的安全性以及可靠性,而且有助于延长电动牙刷的使用寿命。
在该实施例中,优选地,如图3和图4所示,充电组件4包括基座41、充电线路板42以及导电构件43;其中,基座41设置于防护罩7内;防护罩7的内侧壁形成有朝向第一封盖组件5延伸的压设部71,且沿着第二封盖组件6的高度方向,压设部71压设于基座41,将基座41牢固地压设于第一封盖组件5,使得彼此之间接触得更紧密,不易漏水;
充电线路板42设置于基座41,并且充电线路板42连接于导电构件43;防护罩7形成有贯穿过口,导电构件43的一端穿过贯穿过口,且位于贯穿过口的外部,使得机芯组件3、充电组件4以及第一封盖组件5实现了稳定的装配关系,不易松散变形,接触得更紧密,进一步起到防漏的作用;
基座41还形成有充电接口44,充电接口44与充电线路板42电连接,通过充电接口44为电动牙刷供电;
基座41的朝向第一封盖组件5的一端形成有朝向第一封盖组件5的一侧开口的安装用槽411,第一密封构件8设置于第一安装槽511与安装用槽411之间,安装用槽411的槽壁能够压设住第一密封构件8,在保证安装结构的稳定性的同时加强密封效果。其中,可选地,此安装用槽411呈环形,且沿着高度方向的截面呈L形槽。
在该实施例中,优选地,如图3、图5、图6以及图9所示,第一封盖组件5包括本体51,本体51与防护罩7通过焊接相连接,本体51形成有沿其高度方向顺次相连通的第一安装槽511、安装过口512以及第二安装槽;
其中,第一安装槽511贯穿于本体51的一端,第二安装槽贯穿于本体51的相对的另一端;
基座41设置于第一安装槽511,装配更稳定;基座41与第一安装槽511的侧壁之间设置有第一密封构件8,实现密封;
第二封盖组件6包括基体61,基体61设置于第二安装槽,装配更稳定;基体61与第二安装槽的侧壁之间设置有第二密封构件9,实现密封;
本体51的外侧壁形成有环形槽513,第三密封构件10设置于环形槽513内。
在该实施例中,优选地,如图5、图9、图10和图11所示,本体51形成有间隔设置的第一支撑部52和第二支撑部53,其中第一支撑部52开设有第一卡接口521,第二支撑部53开设有第二卡接口531。
根据以上描述的结构可知,下文所述的机芯组件3的第一卡扣31卡接于第一封盖组件5的本体51的第一卡接口521,下文所述的机芯组件3的第二卡扣32卡接于第二封盖组件6的本体51的第二卡接口531,即机芯组件3与充电组件4通过卡接相连接,方便安装与拆卸,便于后期的运维。
在该实施例中,优选地,如图5、图9和图11所示,本体51形成有多个限位部54,多个限位部54围设成安装空间,防护罩7卡设于安装空间。
根据以上描述的结构可知,多个限位部54起到对防护罩7限位的作用,在防护罩7焊接于第一封盖组件5的本体51的基础上,加强固定的作用。
其中,可选地,限位部54呈类似方形块状。
在该实施例中,优选地,如图11和图12所示,本体51形成有与第二安装槽相连通的透气孔57,围绕透气孔57设置有安装用凹槽58;
第一封盖组件5还包括设置于安装用凹槽58的防水透气膜55,且防水透气膜55封盖于透气孔57。
根据以上描述的结构可知,机芯组件3的电子元器件工作时发热,防止造成膨胀就需要透气,所以就需要设置透气孔57,但还需要防水,因而设置了此防水透气膜55,保证透气的同时,起到防水的作用。
在该实施例中,优选地,如图1、图9、图11和图12所示,本体51形成有与第二安装槽相连通的安装过孔,且围绕安装过孔形成有两端开口且内部中空的安装柱体59;
第一封盖组件5还包括保护罩56,保护罩56扣设于安装柱体59,且保护罩56罩设于安装过孔的外部;
第二封盖组件6还包括与基体61相连接的挂件62,且挂件62插设于安装过孔,具体地,挂件62较长,其穿过上述的安装过孔,而后再将超出安装过孔的部分切断,最后再将保护罩56罩设住此安装过孔,起到密封的作用。
本申请的实施例还提供一种电动牙刷,包括上述实施例所述的充电底盖组件,因而,具有该充电底盖组件的全部有益技术效果,在此,不再赘述。
在该实施例中,优选地,如图1至图3所示,电动牙刷还包括牙刷头1组件、机壳2以及设置于机壳2内的机芯组件3;其中,机芯组件3连接于第一封盖组件5,且机芯组件3与第一封盖组件5之间形成有安装空间,充电组件4设置于安装空间;
第一封盖组件5以及机芯组件3均抵接于机壳2的内侧壁,且第一封盖组件5与机壳2的内侧壁之间设置有第三密封构件10;牙刷头1组件与机芯组件3相连接。
根据以上描述的结构可知,机芯组件3连接于第一封盖组件5,充电组件4设置于两者所围设成的安装空间,且充电组件4安装于第一封盖组件5的一侧,第二封盖组件6安装于第一封盖组件5的远离充电组件4的相对的另一侧,第一封盖组件5以及机芯组件3均抵接于机壳2的内侧壁,形成了一个完整连接紧密的组装体,彼此之间紧密接触,不易漏水。此外,在上述相接触的两个结构之间均设置有密封件,形成全面密封,防水效果更好。

工业实用性
本申请提供了一种充电底盖组件及电动牙刷,其解决了电动牙刷的充电结构和底盖结构的组装体容易漏水,导致充电结构和机身内部的其他电子元件损坏的技术问题,密封性好、防水效果佳,提升了用户体验。
此外,可以理解的是,本申请的充电底盖组件及电动牙刷是可以重现的,并且可广泛应用于卫生用具领域。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种充电底盖组件,其特征在于,包括:防护罩、充电组件、第一封盖组件以及第二封盖组件;其中,所述第一封盖组件的相对的两侧分别形成有相连通的第一安装槽以及第二安装槽;
    所述充电组件安装于所述第一安装槽,且所述充电组件与所述第一封盖组件的第一安装槽的侧壁之间设置有第一密封构件;所述防护罩罩设于所述充电组件的外部,且所述防护罩与所述第一封盖组件相连接;
    所述第二封盖组件安装于所述第二安装槽,且所述第二封盖组件与所述第一封盖组件的第二安装槽的侧壁之间设置有第二密封构件;所述第一封盖组件的周向设置有第三密封构件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充电底盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一密封构件、所述第二密封构件以及所述第三密封构件为密封圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的充电底盖组件,其特征在于,所述防护罩与所述第一封盖组件通过焊接相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的充电底盖组件,其特征在于,所述防护罩的内侧壁形成有朝向所述第一封盖组件延伸的压设部,且沿着所述第二封盖组件的高度方向,所述压设部压设于所述充电组件的顶部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的充电底盖组件,其特征在于,所述充电组件包括基座、充电线路板以及导电构件;其中,所述基座设置于所述防护罩内;所述充电线路板设置于所述基座,并且所述充电线路板连接于所述导电构件;所述防护罩形成有贯穿过口,所述导电构件的一端穿过所述贯穿过口并位于所述贯穿过口的外部;所述基座还形成有充电接口,所述充电接口与所述充电线路板电连接;
    所述基座的朝向所述第一封盖组件的一端形成有朝向所述第一封盖组件的一侧开口的安装用槽,所述第一密封构件设置于所述安装用槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的充电底盖组件,其特征在于,所述安装用槽呈环形,且沿着高度方向的截面呈L形槽。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的充电底盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一封盖组件包括本体,所述本体与所述防护罩通过焊接相连接,所述本体形成有沿其高度方向顺次相连通的所述第一安装槽、安装过口以及所述第二安装槽;
    其中,所述第一安装槽贯穿于所述本体的一端,所述第二安装槽贯穿于所述本体的相对的另一端;
    所述基座设置于所述第一安装槽,且所述基座与所述第一安装槽的侧壁之间设置有所述第一密封构件;
    所述第二封盖组件包括基体,所述基体设置于所述第二安装槽,且所述基体与所述第二安装槽的侧壁之间设置有所述第二密封构件;
    所述第一封盖组件的所述本体的外侧壁形成有环形槽,所述第三密封构件设置于所述环形槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的充电底盖组件,其特征在于,所述本体形成有间隔设置的第一支撑部和第二支撑部,其中所述第一支撑部开设有第一卡接口,所述第二支撑部开设有第二卡接口。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的充电底盖组件,其特征在于,所述本体形成有多个限位部,多个所述限位部围设成安装空间,所述防护罩卡设于所述安装空间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的充电底盖组件,其特征在于,所述限位部呈方形块状。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的充电底盖组件,其特征在于,所述本体形成有与所述第二安装槽相连通的透气孔,且围绕所述透气孔设置有安装用凹槽;
    所述第一封盖组件还包括设置于所述安装用凹槽的防水透气膜,且所述防水透气膜封盖于所述透气孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的充电底盖组件,其特征在于,所述本体形成有与所述第二安装槽相连通的安装过孔,且围绕所述安装过孔形成有两端开口且内部中空的安装柱体;
    所述第一封盖组件还包括扣设于所述安装柱体的保护罩,且所述保护罩罩设于所述安装过孔的外部;
    所述第二封盖组件还包括与所述基体相连接的挂件,且所述挂件插设于所述安装过孔。
  13. 一种电动牙刷,其特征在于,包括:牙刷头组件、机壳以及设置于所述机壳内的机芯组件和权利要求1至12中任一项所述的充电底盖组件;其中,所述机芯组件连接于所述第一封盖组件,且所述机芯组件与所述第一封盖组件之间形成有安装空间,所述充电组件设置于所述安装空间;
    所述第一封盖组件以及所述机芯组件均抵接于所述机壳的内侧壁,且所述第一封盖组件与所述机壳的内侧壁之间设置有所述第三密封构件;所述牙刷头组件与所述机芯组件相连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述机芯组件具有第一卡扣和第二卡扣,所述第一卡扣卡接于所述第一封盖组件的所述本体的所述第一卡接口, 所述第二卡扣卡接于所述第二封盖组件的本体的所述第二卡接口。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,所述充电组件安装于所述第一封盖组件的一侧,所述第二封盖组件安装于所述第一封盖组件的远离所述充电组件的相对的另一侧。
