本申请要求在2020年8月19日提交日本专利局、申请号为2020-138538、发明名称为“接收装置以及接收装置的程序”的日本专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明的实施方式涉及接收装置以及非易失性存储介质。
背景技术
在能够进行语音操作的电视接收机中,用户能够取代遥控器的按钮操作,而通过说出频道编号来指示电视接收机的频道的切换(选台)。
但是,有时用户虽然记住了希望收看的节目的名称,但是没有记住该节目被广播的频道。
该情况下,用户需要反复选台指示直到选到希望收看的节目。此外,在希望收看的节目为广播开始前的情况下,例如若不参照广播节目表,则用户无法知道应指示的频道编号。

发明内容
本发明的实施方式的目的在于,提供一种用户能够容易收看所希望的节目的操作性良好的接收装置、以及存储有用户能够容易收看所希望的节目的操作性良好的接收装置的程序的非易失性存储介质。
本发明的实施方式的接收装置具备:调谐器,接收多个广播频道的广播;输入部,输入基于语音数据而检索的节目的节目数据、即被广播的频道以及 广播时间;比较部,对所述节目的广播开始时间与当前的时间进行比较;和输出部,在所述节目为广播中或者广播开始为规定的第1时间以内的情况下,输出将所述调谐器接收的频道切换为所述节目的频道的信号。

具体实施方式
第一实施方式
图1所示的本实施方式的接收装置10与接收天线31、监视器32、扬声器33、遥控器40一起,构成接收系统1。接收装置10、监视器32、扬声器33也可以一体地构成电视接收装置(电视机)。监视器32是液晶、EL(电致发光)、等离子体显示器、SED(表面电场显示器)、视频投影仪、背投(背面投影型)或者阴极射线管(包含平面型)等。
作为用户操作接收装置10的终端的遥控器40可以是智能手机、平板终端、AI扬声器等。遥控器40包含用于语音操作的麦克风。
接收装置10具有调谐器11、存储器12、通信部13、CPU20。
调谐器11例如通过从由接收天线31接收的地面数字电视广播以及卫星数字电视广播的多个频道之中选台一个频道来接收。调谐器11也可以对从服务器60经由网线50而向通信部13输入的互联网广播的多个频道进行选台并 接收。
CPU20是进行接收装置10的整体的控制的控制器。CPU20包含半导体电路,例如,读取存储器12中存储的程序并进行动作。CPU20包含控制部21、信号处理部22、识别部23、检索部24、比较部25、输入部26、输出部27、时钟28。另外,CPU20执行的这些功能部的至少任意一个也可以构成为独立于CPU20的专用电路。
此外,用于获取当前的时刻的时钟28可以是获取广播波等中包含的时刻信息的时刻测量部。
信号处理部22对调谐器11接收的频道的发送信号进行信号处理,输出图像信号和语音信号。图像信号被输出给监视器32,语音信号被输出给扬声器33,收看者收看节目。信号处理部22例如也获取发送信号中包含的广播节目(例如,EPG:Electronic Programming Guide)数据。EPG数据被存储于存储器12。

如后面所述,本实施方式的接收装置10根据基于语音的希望收看的节目名的指示来检索节目,从广播节目表数据获取该节目的广播时间和广播频道,对该节目的广播时间与当前的时间进行比较,仅在规定时间范围的情况下将调谐器11切换为节目的广播频道。即使用户不知道广播所希望的节目的频道,也能够容易收看所希望的节目,因此接收装置10的操作性良好。
按照图2所示的流程图,对本实施方式的接收装置10的程序进行说明。
<步骤S10>指示语音输入
用户使用遥控器40,通过语音来指示希望收看的节目。例如,用户向遥控器40的麦克风说出作为触发词的“TV先生”,接下来,说出“想看XXX”。语音指示可以不是通过广播该节目的频道或者广播电台名称,而是通过节目名、节目名的一部分、演出者的姓名、种类或者关键词等的EPG节目表中包含的术语来进行。另外,也可以是包含多个结构的语音指示,例如,“想看XXX先生出演的电视剧”那样的指示。
语音数据通过Bluetooth等的近距离无线通信,通过通信部13而被输入到接收装置10的输入部26。用户也可以使用内置于接收装置10的麦克风来传递指示。
<步骤S20>语音识别
语音数据在识别部23中使用公知的语音识别技术而被识别内容。
<步骤S30>节目检索
基于识别部23识别的节目名等,在检索部24中从存储于存储器12的EPG节目表之中检索对应的节目。
在检索到多个候选的情况下,基于过去的收看历史以及广播时间来选择一个节目。例如,优先广播时间接近于当前的时间的节目。也可以对用户提示多个节目名来寻求选择。
在未发现对应节目的情况下(否),在步骤S80中对用户请求再次输入。
<步骤S40>频道以及广播时间获取
从EPG数据获取该节目的节目数据、即广播频道以及广播时间(开始时间/结束时间),例如输入到输入部26。
即,即使在用户虽然记住了希望收看的节目的名字但没有记住广播该节目的频道的情况下,在接收装置10中,也能够获取用户希望收看的节目的频道数据。

基于从输入部26输出的广播时间数据,在比较部25中比较当前的时间到该节目的广播是否为规定的第1时间以内。另外,也可以从检索部24直接 向比较部25输出广播时间数据。
规定的第1时间例如是5分钟~10分钟以下,是判断为用户一边观看其他节目或者广告等一边待机直到节目开始上没有妨碍的程度的长度。也可以用户能够预先设定规定的第1时间。
<步骤S60>频道切换
在到广播开始为规定的第1时间以内的情况下(是),在步骤S60中,基于节目频道数据,从输出部27向调谐器11发送向该节目的频道的切换信号。调谐器11进行该节目的频道的选台。
<步骤S70>广播中?
在步骤S50中当前的时间到该节目的广播开始不是规定的第1时间以内的情况下(否),在比较部25中比较该节目是否为广播中。

第一实施方式的变形例
第一实施方式的变形例的接收装置10A与第一实施方式的接收装置10类似,具有相同的效果,因此对相同的功能的结构要素赋予相同的附图标记并省略说明。
如图3所示,本变形例的接收装置10A(接收系统1A)不具有识别部23。语音识别使用AI技术,因此CPU20的负荷较大。因此,在接收装置10A中,在经由网线50而连接的服务器60中进行语音识别。
即,从遥控器40向接收装置10输入的语音数据经由通信部13,被发送给服务器60。语音数据在服务器60的识别部中被识别内容,向接收装置10的输入部26输入被识别的节目名数据。
接收装置10A能够使用低价的CPU。
另外,在服务器60中,也可以进一步获取该节目的节目数据(广播频道、广播时间)。即,在服务器60存储广播节目表的情况下,接收装置也不需要检索部。换言之,基于语音数据,在服务器60中被检索的该节目的节目数据(广播的频道以及广播时间)被输入给接收装置10。
第二实施方式
第二实施方式的接收装置10B(接收系统1B)与接收装置10(接收系统1)类似,具有相同的效果,因此对相同的功能的结构要素赋予相同的附图标记并省略说明。
如图4所示,本实施方式的接收装置10B具有预约部29。预约部29进行节目的收看预约。输出部27与收看预约的节目的广播开始同时,或者即将广播开始之前(例如1分钟前),输出将调谐器11切换为节目的广播频道的切换信号。
图5中表示接收装置10B的程序的流程图。图5除了步骤S42、S44以外,与图2所示的接收装置10的流程图相同,因此省略相同的步骤的说明。
<步骤S42>
在判断为节目的广播开始时间比当前的时间超过规定的第1时间的情况下(是),进行步骤S44的处理。
<步骤S44>
预约部29进行收看预约。另外,优选使用语音或者监视器32来对用户通知进行了收看预约以及节目开始时刻。
若到了节目的广播开始时间,则即使是收看其他频道的节目中,也从输出部27向调谐器11发送向该节目的频道的切换信号。
在接收装置10B以及接收装置10B的程序中,用户能够自动收看预约希 望收看的节目,因此操作性良好。
第三实施方式
第三实施方式的接收装置10C(接收系统1C)与接收装置10、10B类似,具有相同的效果,因此对相同的功能的结构要素赋予相同的附图标记并省略说明。
如图6所示,接收装置10C与录像装置34连接。例如,包含硬盘驱动器(HDD)录像装置34对多个节目进行录像。特别地,具有循环录像功能的录像装置34对由用户预先设定的多个频道的广播进行同时连续接收并录像。循环录像专用调谐器例如被内置于接收装置10C。
循环录像采用所谓的覆写方式,即,若用于录像新的节目的记录区域没有了则消除旧的录像节目并录像新的节目。到录像节目被消除为止的期间(生存期间)取决于记录容量、录像频道数以及录像节目的画质等。
例如,在录像装置34中录像了过去一周的6个频道的广播节目的情况下,用户能够从过去一周的6个频道的广播节目中自由选择收看的节目。
另外,录像装置34可以内置于接收装置10C,也可以包含多个HDD。此外,录像装置34也可以是包含半导体存储器的固态驱动器装置(SDD)或者可改写的光盘介质等。
图7中表示接收装置10C的程序的流程图。图7除了步骤S72、S74以外与图5所示的接收装置10B的程序的流程图相同,因此省略相同的步骤的说明。
<步骤S72>
在步骤S70中为否的情况下,即该节目的广播结束的情况下,判断录像装置34中是否录像了该节目。另外,录像装置34中录像的多个节目的信息作为录像节目数据,例如存储于存储器12。
<步骤S74>
在该节目被录像的情况下(S72:是),播放录像节目。
在接收装置10C以及接收装置10C的程序中,在用户错误存储节目的广 播开始时间并要在节目结束后收看的情况下,也能够收看录像节目。
第三实施方式的变形例
第三实施方式的变形例的接收装置10D(接收系统1D)的结构要素是与接收装置10C(接收系统1C)的结构要素相同的结构,具有相同的效果,因此省略结构的说明。
图8中表示接收装置10D的程序的流程图。图8仅仅是图7所示的接收装置10C的程序的流程图的步骤70变为步骤S71、步骤S76,因此省略相同的步骤的说明。
<步骤S71>
在当前的时间为该节目的广播中并且为广播开始后规定的第2时间以下的情况下(是),在步骤S60中切换频道。
另一方面,在当前的时间是该节目的广播中并且是超过广播开始后规定的第2时间的情况下(否),在步骤S72中,判断该节目是否被录像,在被录像的情况下(S72:是),在步骤S74中,从最初播放录像节目。
<步骤S76>
在该节目未被录像的情况下(S72:否),在节目是广播中的情况下(是),在步骤S60中,从输出部27向调谐器11发送向该节目的频道的切换信号。
在用户发出收看指示时,已经从节目的广播开始经过规定的第2时间、例如5分钟至10分钟,用户可能不能充分享受节目。
在接收装置10D以及接收装置10D的程序中,即使节目广播开始,用户也能够从最初收看。规定的第2时间也可以由用户预先设定。此外,也可以在录像播放前,例如通过语音或者画面,向用户寻求“从广播开始经过XX分钟以上。播放录像节目吗?收看开始吗”这样的选择。
另外,体育转播那样的直播节目的情况下,相比于收看录像节目,优选从节目的中途收看直播。因此,在根据广播节目表数据而该节目为直播的情况下,即使超过广播开始后第2时间并且被录像,也优选切换频道。
以上,虽省略说明,但在第二实施方式的接收装置10B~第三实施方式 的变形例的接收装置10D中,当然也可以如第一实施方式的变形例的接收装置10A那样,通过服务器60来进行识别部23、或者识别部23以及检索部24的动作等。
虽说明了发明的几个实施方式,但这些实施方式提示为示例,并不意图限定发明的范围。这些新的实施方式能够通过其他各种方式来实施,在不脱离发明的主旨的范围内,能够进行各种省略、置换、变更。这些实施方式、其变形包含于发明的范围、主旨,并且包含于权利要求书所述的发明和其等同的范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种接收装置,其中,所述接收装置具备:
    调谐器,接收多个广播频道的广播;
    输入部,输入基于语音数据而检索出的节目的节目数据,所述节目数据包括被广播的频道以及广播时间;
    比较部,对所述节目的广播开始时间与当前的时间进行比较;以及
    输出部,在所述节目为广播中或者广播开始为规定的第1时间以内的情况下,输出将所述调谐器接收的频道切换为所述节目的频道的信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述接收装置还具备:
    预约部,在所述节目的广播开始超过所述第1时间的情况下,对所述节目进行收看预约。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的接收装置,其中,
    在所述节目的广播结束的情况下,播放录像装置中录像的所述节目。
  4. 一种接收装置,其中,所述接收装置具备:
    调谐器,接收多个广播频道的广播;
    输入部,输入基于语音数据而检索出的节目的节目数据,所述节目数据包括被广播的频道以及广播时间;
    比较部,对所述节目的广播开始时间与当前的时间进行比较;
    预约部,在到所述节目的广播开始为止超过规定的第1时间的情况下,对所述节目进行收看预约;和
    输出部,在所述节目为广播中、或者到广播开始为所述第1时间以内、或者是广播开始后规定的第2时间以内的情况下,输出将所述调谐器接收的频道切换为所述节目的频道的信号,
    在广播开始后超过所述第2时间的情况下、或者所述节目的广播结束的情况下,播放录像装置中录像的所述节目。
  5. 一种非易失性存储介质,其存储有接收装置的程序或计算机指令,该程序或计算机指令在计算机上被执行,其中,所述接收装置对从多个广播频道中选择的频道的广播进行收看,
    获取基于语音数据而检索出的节目的节目数据,所述节目数据包括被广播的频道以及广播时间,
    在所述节目为广播中或者到广播开始为规定的第1时间以内的情况下,切换为所述频道。
  6. 一种非易失性存储介质,其存储有接收装置的程序或计算机指令,该程序或计算机指令在计算机上被执行,其中,所述接收装置对从多个广播频道中选择的频道的广播进行收看,
    获取基于语音数据而检索出的节目的节目数据,所述节目数据包括被广播的频道以及广播时间,
    在到所述节目的广播开始超过规定的第1时间的情况下,预约收看所述节目,
    在到所述节目的广播开始为所述规定的第1时间以内的情况下、或者从广播开始为规定的第2时间以下的情况下,切换为所述频道,
    在所述节目的广播结束的情况下、或者从广播开始经过超过所述第2时间的情况下,从最初播放被录像的所述节目。
