数字电视的接收装置通过搭载与以新4K8K卫星广播为首的现有的地面数字广播、BS数字广播、CS数字广播等对应的多个调谐器,由此能够对多个广播同时进行接收、收看、录像。

图1是表示第一实施方式的接收装置的功能构成例的框图。接收装置1例如是数字电视广播的接收机,从未图示的天线、电缆广播等接收高级宽带数字卫星广播等4K/8K广播的广播信号、现有的地面数字广播、BS数字广播、CS数字广播等2K广播的广播信号。有时也为了指代4K/8K广播、2K广播等各种数字广播的广播信号而称为各种广播信号。接收装置1从广播信号中获取图像信号、声音信号、文字信号等与内容相关的数据(称为内容数据)来向用户提供内容。另外,接收装置1也可以不获取广播信号,而是从例如DVD、硬盘等存储介质、互联网上的未图示的内容服务器等获取数字电视广播用的图像数据等。

数据处理部13根据数字广播的规格来对调谐器部12输出的广播信号进行处理,获取内容数据等并输出。例如,作为数字广播的规格,可以是2K数字广播中采用的MPEG2TS方式、4K/8K数字广播中采用的MPEG Media  Tranport方式(MMT方式)等,还可以根据调谐器来与双方对应。作为与数字广播的规格对应的处理,是指通过将广播信号分离为图像、声音、文字等内容数据或SI(Signaling Information)信号(也称为控制信号)等的数字数据流的解复用处理、解扰处理、纠错编码解码处理、对密码化了的数据进行解码的密码解码处理、与对各内容数据实施了的编码(图像编码、声音编码、文字编码等)相对的解码处理等处理来获取并输出图像、声音、文字等内容数据。本实施方式的数据处理部13也可以具备与调谐器部12-1、12-2分别对应的独立的数据处理部13-1、13-2。例如,当调谐器部12-1为4K/2K调谐器时,数据处理部13-1能够进行4K广播及2K广播这两方的广播信号的处理。另一方面,当调谐器部12-2为2K调谐器时,数据处理部13-2仅能够进行2K广播的广播信号的处理。另外,数据处理部13也可以不仅输出内容数据,还输出处理途中的数据、例如输出未被解码的编码数据(图像编码数据、声音编码数据、文字编码数据等)。有时也将内容数据、处理途中的数据包含在内而称为广播信号处理数据。
切换部14按照来自控制部16的指令等来选择从数据处理部13输入的广播信号处理数据,并将其向提示部15、记录播放部17输出。

记录播放部17例如是光盘播放器、HDD录像机,能够对例如从广播信号 或互联网等接收的声音、图像等的内容数据等广播信号处理数据进行记录并播放。需要说明的是,图1所示的记录播放部17例示了内置于电视接收装置1的情况下的例子,但也可以是与电视接收装置1连接的外部装置。另外,记录播放部17也可以是能够进行内容数据的录像及播放的Set Top Box(STB)、声音播放器、PC等。
接口部18是用于实施接收装置1的外部与内部的数据的交换的接口。例如,接口部18从接收装置1的未图示的外置开关、遥控器10等接收指令信号,并将指令信号向接收装置1的中央控制部164输出。也可以具有取代从遥控器10接收指令信号而从未图示的智能手机等终端接收指令信号的接口。另外,接口部18也可以是记录播放部17与控制部16之间的用于进行数据通信、控制的接口。另外,接口部18还可以是用于与外部装置连接的接口。例如,可以是用于连接接收装置1与未图示的外置的播放记录装置(录像机、HDD播放器等)的接口。例如,接收装置1经由接口部18来控制未图示的外置的播放记录装置,或者与播放记录装置交换数据。
图2A是说明该实施方式的接收装置中的调谐器状态的例子的图,示出调谐器状态TS1~TS7,并利用连线(细实线、粗实线、粗虚线)示出各调谐器状态之间的转变。
在调谐器状态TS1中,示出4K/2K调谐器(调谐器部12-1)被使用于从提示部15收看的4K广播的提示节目的接收且完全不使用2K调谐器(调谐器部12-2)的状态。在调谐器状态TS2中,4K/2K调谐器(调谐器部12-1)被使用于从提示部15收看的4K广播的提示节目的接收,且同时被使用于4K广播的录像预约节目的接收。在调谐器状态TS3中,4K/2K调谐器(调谐器部12-1)被使用于从提示部15收看的4K广播的提示节目的接收,2K调谐器(调谐器部12-2)被使用于2K广播的录像预约节目的接收。在调谐器状态TS4中,4K/2K调谐器(调谐器部12-1)被使用于4K广播的录像预约节目的接收,2K调谐器(调谐器部12-2)被使用于从提示部15收看的2K广播的提示节目的接收。在调谐器状态TS5中,4K/2K调谐器(调谐器部 12-1)被使用于从提示部15收看的2K广播的提示节目的接收,2K调谐器(调谐器部12-2)被使用于2K广播的录像预约节目的接收。在调谐器状态TS6中,示出4K/2K调谐器(调谐器部12-1)被使用于从提示部15收看的2K广播的提示节目的接收且完全不使用2K调谐器(调谐器部12-2)的状态。在调谐器状态TS7中,完全不使用4K/2K调谐器(调谐器部12-1),2K调谐器(调谐器部12-2)被使用于从提示部15收看的2K广播的提示节目的接收。
表示状态之间的转变的细实线箭头、粗实线箭头、粗虚线箭头根据产生转变的条件来区别。细实线箭头或粗虚线箭头表示因4K广播的录像开始(4K录像)、4K广播的录像结束(4K录像结束)、2K广播的录像开始(2K录像)、2K广播的录像结束(2K录像结束)、4K广播的收看开始(4K收看)、2K广播的收看开始(2K收看)等引起的转变。粗实线箭头表示因在进行了2K广播的录像预约的情况下开始收看2K广播(2K收看(接下来进行2K录像))、在进行了4K广播的录像预约的情况下开始收看2K广播(2K收看(接下来进行4K录像))等引起的转变。在粗虚线箭头所表示的转变中,在录像开始时,需要进行调谐器的切换,因此正在收看的节目(提示节目)会发生画面声音被中断的情况。另一方面,粗实线箭头表示为了不需要进行调谐器的切换而在录像开始前的时期执行的调谐器的切换的状态的转变。这里,录像开始前的时期表示执行进行了录像预约的节目中未来最近地执行的录像的时候、即录像的时机,但也可以是录像开始时间。
更具体而言,以调谐器状态TS1即用户收看过4K广播的提示节目的情况为例来说明调谐器状态的转变。在TS1中,若是进行了4K广播的录像预约且用户为了收看2K广播而选择了频道,则调谐器状态暂时移向TS7。即,在TS1中,使用4K/2K调谐器来用于收看,但由于用户选择频道而将收看用的调谐器切换为2K调谐器(其结果是,调谐器状态移向TS7)。在TS7中,分配4K/2K调谐器来作为用于对4K广播的录像预约节目进行录像的调谐器。其结果是,调谐器状态移向TS4。这样,通过考虑用户收看的提示节目的广 播种类和录像预约节目的广播种类来使调谐器状态转变为TS1、TS7、TS4,由此用户为了收看2K广播而选择频道,在即将收看提示节目时将用户的收看用的调谐器切换为2K调谐器,因此即便4K广播的录像预约节目的录像开始而使用了4K/2K调谐器,用户收看的提示节目也不会被中断。若是在用户要收看的2K广播的提示节目的接收中继续使用了4K/2K调谐器的情况下开始4K广播的录像预约节目的录像,则由于在4K广播的录像预约节目的接收中使用4K/2K调谐器,因此用户收看的提示节目会被中断。这种情况下的调谐器状态的转变相当于TS1、TS6、TS4。这种情况下,用户收看的提示节目会因从TS6向TS4的转变而被中断。
图2B是说明该实施方式的接收装置中的调谐器的分配的例子的图。
图2B的(a)是调谐器部12-1为4K/2K调谐器且调谐器部12-2为2K调谐器的情况下的例子。将4K/2K调谐器设为T1且将2K调谐器设为T2。
指定列201是图2B的(a)所示的调谐器发生切换的例子的事例编号。
指定列202表示广播种类,左列表示提示节目广播种类,右列表示录像预约节目广播种类。

第一实施方式
在本实施方式中,示出如下情况下的动作例:在用户接通接收装置1的电源(接入电源)后,接收装置1决定提示节目调谐器和录像预约节目调谐器,直至在接收装置1的提示部15提示广播节目为止。
图3是用于该实施方式的接收装置中的控制部在接收装置的电源接通时进行调谐器的选择处理的流程图。用户为了用接收装置1收看内容,从遥控器对接收装置1发送将电源设为接通的遥控器信号。中央控制部164经由接口部18接收遥控器信号,实施用于将接收装置1的电源设为接通的处理(步骤S101)。当接收装置1将电源设为接通时,调谐器部12开始经由分配部11接收的广播信号电波的处理,并将广播信号向数据处理部13输出。当数据处理部13将对广播信号进行处理所得的广播信号处理数据向切换部14输出时,切换部14将广播信号处理数据向控制部16输出。控制部16的节目信息解析部161从广播信号处理数据的控制信号(SI信号)中提取出接收中的广播节目的广播种类(相当于提示节目广播种类,但尚未由提示部15进行节目的提示)。中央控制部164从节目信息解析部161获取提取出的提示节目的广播种类(提示节目广播种类),并从切换管理部16获取当前的调谐器状态。而且,中央控制部164从录像管理部162获取未来最近地执行录像的广播节目的广播种类(录像预约节目广播种类)(步骤S102)。中央控制部164根据获取到的提示节目广播种类、当前的调谐器状态及录像预约节目广播种类, 来判定调谐器状态是否需要变更(步骤S103)。更具体而言,以图2B的(a)的事例编号1为例来进行说明。
在图2B的(a)中,刚接通接收装置1的电源之后的调谐器状态在指定列204中示出,接收的提示节目的广播种类及接收的录像预约节目的广播种类在指定列202中示出。在事例编号1的情况下,如指定列202所示,接收的提示节目的广播种类为2K广播,接收的录像预约节目的广播种类为2K广播。另外,如指定列204的左列所示,设定T1(4K/2K调谐器)作为提示节目调谐器。另一方面,如指定列204的右列所示,设定T2(2K调谐器)作为录像预约节目调谐器。即,在事例编号1中,录像预约节目调谐器与提示节目调谐器不重复,因此中央控制部164判断为调谐器无变更(在步骤S103中为否)。指定列204示出由中央控制部164进行是否需要变更调谐器的判断后的调谐器状态,在事例编号1的情况下,调谐器状态没有变更,因此指定列206的转变为“无”。
接着,使用事例编号3来说明调谐器状态有变更的情况(指定列206为“有”)的例子。
在图2B的(a)中,刚接通接收装置1的电源之后的调谐器状态在指定列204中示出,接收的提示节目的广播种类及接收的录像预约节目的广播种类在指定列202中示出。
在事例编号3的情况下,如指定列202所示,接收的提示节目的广播种类为2K广播,接收的录像预约节目的广播种类为4K广播。另外,如指定列204的左列所示,在切换部14中设定T1(4K/2K调谐器)作为提示节目调谐器。另一方面,如指定列204的右列所示,设定T1(4K/2K调谐器)作为录像预约节目调谐器。因而,在事例编号3中,录像预约节目调谐器与提示节目调谐器存在重复。在该状态下,在用户正在收看提示节目中开始了录像的情况下,会优先录像预约节目的录像而将提示节目调谐器切换为T2(2K调谐器),从而发生提示节目在收看中被中断的问题。因而,这种情况下,中央控制部164在该时间点判断为需要进行提示节目调谐器的切换(在步骤S103 中为是)。由于提示节目广播种类为2K广播,因此中央控制部164从指定列203所示的可使用的调谐器中选择未被设定为录像预约节目调谐器的T2(2K调谐器)来作为提示节目调谐器,并在切换部14中进行设定(步骤S104)。切换部14从设定好的T2(2K调谐器)获取提示节目的内容数据并向提示部15输出,且作为内容从提示部15提供给用户。另外,切换部14在开始了录像预约节目的录像时从T1(4K/2K调谐器)获取录像预约节目,将获取到的内容数据等向记录播放部17输出而将录像预约节目记录在记录播放部17中。指定列204示出由中央控制部164进行是否需要变更调谐器的判断后的调谐器状态,在事例编号3的情况下,调谐器状态需要变更,因此指定列206的转变为“有”。
根据以上的步骤,在用户正在收看节目中开始了与正收看的节目不同的录像预约节目的录像的情况下,能够不中断正收看的节目地执行录像预约节目的录像。需要说明的是,中央控制部164也可以在从接通接收装置1的电源开始至步骤S104中调谐器的切换处理结束为止的期间,禁止提示节目向提示部15的输出。
第二实施方式
在本实施方式中,示出在用户对接收装置1进行频道的选择时接收装置1决定提示节目调谐器和执行最近的录像预约中使用的录像预约节目调谐器的情况下的动作例。
图4是用于第二实施方式的接收装置在用户选择频道时进行调谐器的选择处理的流程图,利用图2B的(a)的事例编号1、3来说明接收装置1的动作。
接收装置1的电源为接通的状态,接收装置1中,例如从调谐器部12-1、数据处理部13-1向提示部15输出内容数据。在该状况下,用户为了改变利用接收装置1收看的内容(提示节目),从遥控器10进行更改对广播节目设定的频道的选台操作(步骤S151)。中央控制部164经由接口部18接收来自遥控器10的频道指定所涉及的遥控器信号。中央控制部164对接收到的频道 指定所涉及的遥控器信号进行解析来确定由遥控器信号指定的广播节目(提示节目)(步骤S152)。中央控制部164基于确定了的提示节目来获取必要的信息(步骤S153)。具体而言,中央控制部164从节目信息解析部161获取确定了的提示节目的广播种类(提示节目广播种类),并从切换管理部16获取当前的调谐器状态。中央控制部164根据获取到的提示节目广播种类、当前的调谐器状态及保存在未图示的存储器中的录像预约节目广播种类,来判定调谐器状态是否存在变更,即判定是否需要在执行最近的录像预约时进行调谐器切换(步骤S154)。针对调谐器状态存在变更的情况(在步骤S154中为是),更具体而言,以图2B的(a)的事例编号3为例来进行说明。
在事例编号3的情况下,如指定列202所示,提示节目的广播种类为2K,录像预约节目广播种类为4K。另外,如指定列204所示,向在步骤S152中决定出的提示节目、录像预约节目分别分配的调谐器部(当前的调谐器状态)分别为T1(4K/2K调谐器)。由于当前尚未开始录像预约节目的录像,因此能够从T1向提示部15输出提示节目,用户能够收看提示节目。然而,在该状态下开始了录像预约节目的录像时,若优先进行录像预约节目的录像,则T1被使用于录像预约节目的接收,因此会导致提示节目从T1向提示部15的输出被中断。其结果是,用户正在收看的提示节目被中断。因此,在本实施方式中,中央控制部164根据获取到的提示节目广播种类、当前的调谐器状态及保存在未图示的存储器中的录像预约节目广播种类,来判定提示节目的调谐器是否需要变更。这里,获取到的提示节目广播种类、录像预约节目广播种类在图2B的(a)的指定列202中示出,在事例编号3的情况下,提示节目广播种类为2K广播,录像预约节目广播种类为4K广播。另外,获取到的当前的调谐器状态在图2B的(a)的指定列204中示出,在事例编号3的情况下,提示节目调谐器、录像预约节目调谐器均为T1。中央控制部164在确认到提示节目调谐器与录像预约节目调谐器存在重复时,参照指定列203所示的可使用的调谐器来确认是否能够切换提示节目调谐器。在事例编号3的情况下,由于提示节目为2K广播,因此能够使用T2,因而中央控制部164 将提示节目调谐器切换为T2(步骤S155)。
另一方面,针对调谐器状态没有变更的情况(在步骤S154中为否),更具体而言,以图2B的(a)的事例编号1为例来进行说明。在事例编号1的情况下,如指定列202所示,提示节目的广播种类为2K,录像预约节目广播种类为2K。另外,如指定列204所示,向在步骤S152中决定出的提示节目分配了T1(4K/2K调谐器),并且向录像预约节目分配了T2(2K调谐器)。即,在事例编号1中,由于录像预约节目调谐器与提示节目调谐器不重复,因此中央控制部164判断为调谐器无变更,不进行切换部14的控制(在步骤S154中为否)。
根据以上的步骤,通过在用户进行频道选择操作时,决定与提示节目和录像预约节目相对应的调谐器,由此,在用户正在收看提示节目中开始了与正收看的节目不同的录像预约节目的录像的情况下,能够不中断正收看的节目地执行录像预约节目的录像。
第三实施方式
在本实施方式中,示出在用户对接收装置1进行换台的期间接收装置1决定提示节目调谐器和录像预约节目调谐器的情况下的动作例。换台是指用户为了选择收看的广播节目而从遥控器等使对广播节目设定的频道在多个频道之间快速地移动的操作。
图5是用于第三实施方式的接收装置在由用户进行的换台时进行调谐器的选择处理的流程图,利用图2B的(a)的事例编号1、3来说明接收装置1的动作。
接收装置1的电源为接通的状态,接收装置1中,例如从调谐器部12-1、数据处理部13-1向提示部15输出内容数据。在该状况下,用户为了改变利用接收装置1收看的内容(提示节目),从遥控器10进行更改对广播节目设定的频道的换台动作。中央控制部164经由接口部18接收来自遥控器10的频道指定所涉及的遥控器信号。当由用户进行换台动作时,中央控制部164在短时间内接收多个频道指定所涉及的遥控器信号。中央控制部164例如也 可以在频道指定所涉及的遥控器信号在时间T_C以内连续到达时,判断为用户正在进行换台动作(称为换台状态)。当成为换台状态时(在步骤S201中为是),中央控制部164对接收到的频道指定所涉及的遥控器信号进行解析来确定由遥控器信号指定的广播节目(提示节目)(步骤S202)。中央控制部164基于确定了的提示节目来获取必要的信息(步骤S203)。具体而言,中央控制部164从节目信息解析部161获取确定了的提示节目的广播种类(提示节目广播种类),并从切换管理部16获取当前的调谐器状态。中央控制部164根据获取到的提示节目广播种类、当前的调谐器状态及保存于未图示的存储器的录像预约节目广播种类,来判定调谐器状态是否存在变更(步骤S204)。针对调谐器状态存在变更的情况(在步骤S204中为是),更具体而言,以图2B的(a)的事例编号3为例来进行说明。
在事例编号3的情况下,如指定列202所示,提示节目的广播种类为2K,录像预约节目广播种类为4K。另外,如指定列204所示,向在步骤S202中决定出的提示节目、录像预约节目分别分配的调谐器部(当前的调谐器状态)分别为T1(4K/2K调谐器)。由于当前尚未开始录像预约节目的录像,因此能够从T1向提示部15输出提示节目,用户能够收看提示节目。然而,在该状态下开始录像预约节目的录像时,若优先录像预约节目的录像,则T1被使用于录像预约节目的接收,因此提示节目从T1向提示部15的输出会被中断。其结果是,用户正在收看的提示节目被中断。因此,在本实施方式中,中央控制部164根据获取到的提示节目广播种类、当前的调谐器状态及保存于未图示的存储器的录像预约节目广播种类,来判定提示节目的调谐器是否需要变更。这里,获取到的提示节目广播种类、录像预约节目广播种类在图2B的(a)的指定列202中示出,在事例编号3的情况下,提示节目广播种类为2K广播,录像预约节目广播种类为4K广播。另外,获取到的当前的调谐器状态在图2B的(a)的指定列204中示出,在事例编号3的情况下,提示节目调谐器、录像预约节目调谐器均为T1。中央控制部164在确认到提示节目调谐器与录像预约节目调谐器存在重复时,参照指定列203所示的可使用调谐器 来确认是否能够切换提示节目调谐器。在事例编号3的情况下,由于提示节目为2K广播,因此能够使用T2,中央控制部164为了将提示节目调谐器切换为T2,例如将中央控制部164所存储的提示节目调谐器的变更标签设定为“有”(步骤S205)。另外,中央控制部164存储在此决定出的提示节目调谐器。
另一方面,针对调谐器状态没有变更的情况(在步骤S204中为否),更具体而言,以图2B的(a)的事例编号1为例来进行说明。在事例编号1的情况下,如指定列202所示,提示节目的广播种类为2K,录像预约节目广播种类为2K。另外,如指定列204所示,向在步骤S202中决定出的提示节目分配了T1(4K/2K调谐器),并且向录像预约节目分配了T2(2K调谐器)。即,在事例编号1中,由于录像预约节目调谐器与提示节目调谐器不重复,因此中央控制部164判断为调谐器无变更,例如对中央控制部164所存储的提示节目调谐器的变更标签设定“无”(在步骤S204中为否)。
中央控制部164在从最初接收到频道指定所涉及的遥控器信号起算的例如时间T_C以内接收到下一个频道指定所涉及的遥控器信号的情况下,判断为换台继续,返回到步骤S202而反复进行动作(在步骤S207中为否)。另一方面,中央控制部164在判断为换台结束的情况下(在步骤S207中为是),确认变更标签,在变更标签设定“有”的情况下(在步骤S208中为是),控制切换部14,以便将对提示部15进行输出的调谐器变更为在换台中决定出的提示节目调谐器(步骤S209)。中央控制部164确认变更标签,在变更标签设定“无”的情况下,不进行切换部14的控制(在步骤S208中为否)。
根据以上的步骤,通过在用户正在进行换台的过程中决定与提示节目和录像预约节目相对应的调谐器,由此,在用户正在收看提示节目中开始了与正收看的节目不同的录像预约节目的录像的情况下,能够不中断正收看的节目地执行录像预约节目的录像。
变形例
在第一实施方式及第二实施方式中,示出图2B的(a)的事例编号1及 事例编号3的例子,在本变形例中,对图2B的其他事例的例子进行说明。
图2B的(a)的事例编号5是变更录像预约节目调谐器的情况下的例子。
在事例编号5的情况下,如指定列202所示,提示节目的广播种类为4K,录像预约节目广播种类为2K。另外,如指定列204所示,向提示节目、录像预约节目分别分配的调谐器部(当前的调谐器状态)分别为T1(4K/2K调谐器)。因而,在事例编号5中,录像预约节目调谐器与提示节目调谐器存在重复。然而,提示节目的广播种类为4K,为了对提示节目进行提示,只能使用T1(4K/2K调谐器)。因而,这种情况下,中央控制部164也可以进行如下判断:将录像预约节目调谐器切换为T2(2K调谐器)而像指定列205那样变更调谐器状态。然而,这种情况下,录像预约节目相对于提示节目并不优先。

根据以上所述的至少一个的实施方式,能够提供在录像开始时不中断正在收看的节目的接收装置、接收方法及非易失性存储介质。

    所述接收装置具备:
    第一调谐器,其能够接收广播种类不同的多个广播信号;
    第二调谐器,其能够接收所述第一调谐器能够接收的广播种类中的一部分的广播种类的广播信号;
    广播信号处理机构,其对所述第一调谐器及所述第二调谐器接收的广播信号进行处理来生成广播信号处理数据;
    提示机构,其对基于所述第一调谐器或第二调谐器的所述广播信号处理数据中所包含的内容数据进行处理来生成播放信息;以及
    记录处理机构,其生成记录数据,所述记录数据含有基于所述第一调谐器或第二调谐器的所述广播信号处理数据中所包含的内容数据,
    所述接收装置还具备:
    控制机构,其根据由所述记录处理机构执行记录数据的生成的时期来生成决定信息,所述决定信息用于决定成为向所述提示机构输入的所述广播信号处理数据中所包含的内容数据的接收源的调谐器;以及
    切换机构,其基于所述决定信息来切换由所述提示机构进行处理的内容数据的接收源,
    所述决定信息根据判别信息来生成,
    所述判别信息包含:由所述提示机构生成的提示节目的播放信息的广播种类的信息、所述第一调谐器能够接收的广播种类的信息、所述第二调谐器能够接收的广播种类的信息、以及由所述记录处理机构生成的录像节目的记录数据的广播信号的广播种类的信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述控制机构在生成所述决定信息时,执行a)、b)、c)中的至少一个优先分配处理,
    a)在能够接收所述提示节目的调谐器与能够接收所述录像节目的调谐器重复的情况下,将所述第二调谐器分配给能够接收所述录像节目的调谐器;
    b)在不能由所述第二调谐器接收所述录像节目的情况下,将所述第二调谐器分配给能够接收所述提示节目的调谐器;
    c)在不能由所述第二调谐器接收所述提示节目的情况下,将所述第二调谐器分配给能够接收所述录像节目的调谐器。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述控制机构根据为了选择所述提示节目而选择频道的时期来生成所述决定信息,
    所述切换机构基于从所述控制机构输入的所述决定信息来切换成为向所述提示机构输入的内容数据的接收源的调谐器。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的接收装置,其中,
    所述接收装置具备节目信息获取机构,用于从接收到的所述广播信号处理数据的控制信号中提取出被选择的频道的所述提示节目的广播种类,
    所述控制机构根据电源被接通的时期,并基于包含从所述节目信息获取机构获取到的所述提示节目的广播种类在内的所述判别信息来生成所述决定信息,
    所述切换机构基于从所述控制机构输入的所述决定信息来切换成为向所述提示机构输入的内容数据的接收源的调谐器。
  5. 一种接收方法,其是使用了接收装置的接收方法,其中,
    所述接收装置具备:
    第一调谐器,其能够接收广播种类不同的多个广播信号;
    第二调谐器,其能够接收所述第一调谐器能够接收的广播种类中的一部分的广播种类的广播信号;
    广播信号处理机构,其对所述第一调谐器及所述第二调谐器接收的广播信号进行处理来生成广播信号处理数据;
    提示机构,其对基于所述第一调谐器或第二调谐器的所述广播信号处理 数据中所包含的内容数据进行处理来生成播放信息;以及
    记录处理机构,其生成记录数据,所述记录数据含有基于所述第一调谐器或第二调谐器的所述广播信号处理数据中所包含的内容数据,
    所述接收方法中,
    根据由所述记录处理机构执行记录数据的生成的时期来生成决定信息,所述决定信息用于决定成为向所述提示机构输入的所述广播信号处理数据中所包含的内容数据的接收源的调谐器,
    基于所述决定信息来切换由所述提示机构进行处理的内容数据的接收源,
    根据判别信息来生成所述决定信息,所述判别信息包含:由所述提示机构生成的提示节目的播放信息的广播种类的信息、所述第一调谐器能够接收的广播种类的信息、所述第二调谐器能够接收的广播种类的信息、以及由所述记录处理机构生成的录像节目的记录数据的广播信号的广播种类的信息。
  6. 一种非易失性存储介质,其存储有程序或计算机指令,该程序或计算机指令在接收装置的计算机上被执行,其中,
    所述接收装置具备:
    第一调谐器,其能够接收广播种类不同的多个广播信号;
    第二调谐器,其能够接收所述第一调谐器能够接收的广播种类中的一部分的广播种类的广播信号;
    广播信号处理机构,其对所述第一调谐器及所述第二调谐器接收的广播信号进行处理来生成广播信号处理数据;
    提示机构,其对基于所述第一调谐器或第二调谐器的所述广播信号处理数据中所包含的内容数据进行处理来生成播放信息;以及
    记录处理机构,其生成记录数据,所述记录数据含有基于所述第一调谐器或第二调谐器的所述广播信号处理数据中所包含的内容数据,
    所述程序或计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行如下步骤:
    根据由所述记录处理机构执行记录数据的生成的时期来生成决定信息,所述决定信息用于决定成为向所述提示机构输入的所述广播信号处理数据中 所包含的内容数据的接收源的调谐器;
    基于所述决定信息来切换由所述提示机构进行处理的内容数据的接收源;以及
    根据判别信息来生成所述决定信息,所述判别信息包含:由所述提示机构生成的提示节目的播放信息的广播种类的信息、所述第一调谐器能够接收的广播种类的信息、所述第二调谐器能够接收的广播种类的信息、以及由所述记录处理机构生成的录像节目的记录数据的广播信号的广播种类的信息。
