本申请要求在2020年8月19日提交日本专利局、申请号为2020-138519、发明名称为“显示装置、显示系统、服务器、程序”的日本专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及显示装置、显示系统、服务器、以及非易失性存储介质。
背景技术
例如普及有冰箱、洗衣机等家电设备,主要是为了有效地实施家庭中的家务等。此外,例如普及有电视装置、录像机设备等家电设备用于日常娱乐。近年来,这些家电设备基于IoT(Internet of Thing,物联网)的概念连接到网络,能够在远程位置确认每个家电设备的使用状况,或者相反地从远程位置操作家电设备。在这种情况下,期望有一种技术用于从远离该家电设备的远程位置确认每个家电设备的状态。
另一方面,在计算机系统等中,实现了将电子邮件的来信、来自访问过的网站的通知等信息的到达向用户通知的通知功能。例如,OS、应用程序当检测到电子邮件的来信时通过用户接口向用户通知电子邮件来信。计算机系统的OS在可以提供该OS的安全信息时,通过用户接口向用户通知安全信息。浏览器应用程序在访问网站时用户许可的情况下,从该网站接收新到信息等信息并通过用户接口通知用户。
但是,这些通知功能作为OS、应用程序的功能而实现,因此需要按照通知对象的数量进行安装。即,在设想到家庭中的利用的各种各样的家电设备中进行安装时,技术上复杂且难以实现。

发明内容
如此,在现有的显示装置、显示系统、服务器、计算机程序中,在确认远程位置的家电设备的状态等时存在技术上复杂的问题。本申请的实施方式是为了解决所述课题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种通过简单的安装来实现远程位置的家电设备的状态确认的显示装置、显示系统、服务器、非易失性存储介质。
为了实现上述目的,实施方式所涉及的显示装置是通过网络与能够发送表示自身的状态的通知数据的事件发生设备连接的显示装置,该显示装置具备:事件数据获取部,其对优先级信息附加到通知数据而成的事件数据进行获取,其中,所述优先级信息表示向用户通知的优先级;数据库,其存储事件数据;显示管理部,其从存储于数据库的事件数据中对附加了优先级最高的优先级信息的通知数据进行选择;以及显示信息生成部,其生成包含被选择的通知数据的显示信息。

具体实施方式
家电设备网络的结构
下面,参照附图对实施方式涉及的家电设备网络进行说明。如图1所示,家电设备网络1具有事件发生设备10、事件队列(Event queue)服务器20和通知显示装置30。事件发生设备10、事件队列服务器20和通知显示装置30通过网络5相互连接。事件发生设备10、事件队列服务器20和通知显示装置30还可以配置于在地理上彼此分开的位置。
事件发生设备10是可以与网络连接的家电设备,具有将自身的状态、应该通知用户的事项(事件)作为通知数据发送的功能。作为事件发生设备10,可以例示洗衣机11、空调12、冰箱13、电视14、电子锁15等。
事件可以按照每个事件发生设备而共享内容,但通常按照每个事件发生器具有独特的内容。作为事件的内容,例如作为一例可举出动作状态(电源的开/关状态等动作信息)、工作状态(门的开闭状态、钥匙的开闭状态、制冷或制热等动作模式等工作信息)、错误状态(设备停止、维护信息等错误信息)等。即,事件根据家电设备的种类而内容、紧急度不同。事件发生设备10发送的通知数据包含有自身的识别信息、事件内容、自身所属的设备的类别等。通知数据可以由事件发生设备10通过推送(push)方式传输给事件 队列服务器20,也可以由事件队列服务器20以固定时间间隔读取的轮询(Polling)方式传输。
事件队列服务器20是将事件发生设备10发送的通知数据作为事件队列进行管理的服务器。事件队列是将每个事件发生设备中发生的通知数据以事件发生顺序(或到达事件队列服务器的顺序)列出的信息。事件队列服务器20对事件发生设备的通知数据,附加通知显示装置30上显示的优先顺序等而存储,作为事件队列提供给通知显示装置30。
在通知显示装置30中显示通知事件的事件发生设备可以为,事件队列服务器20可以接收通知数据的全部的事件发生设备,也可以限定于预先登录的事件发生设备。事件队列服务器20还可以将通知显示装置30和对应的事件发生设备10关联地进行管理,将多个用户作为对象提供服务。
事件队列服务器20定期地更新正在管理的事件队列,执行从队列中删除过期事件等,在此基础上作为事件数据提供给通知显示装置30。事件数据可以由事件队列服务器20通过推送方式传输给通知显示装置30,也可以由通知显示装置30以固定时间间隔读取的轮询方式进行传输。
通知显示装置30是将视像信息等提供给用户的设备。作为通知显示装置30,例示有向电视装置等转播广播信号等的机顶盒(STB)31、可以直接接收广播信号等的显示装置32等。通知显示装置30具有如下功能,即,解调面向用户的广播信号并向用户显示视像信息,并且将事件发生设备10发送的通知数据作为事件数据获取,在视像信息上重叠而提供给用户。
在图1所示的家电设备网络1中,事件发生设备10发送包含自身状态的通知数据,事件队列服务器20存储通知数据而生成附加了优先级信息等的事件队列,通知显示装置30从事件队列服务器20将事件队列作为事件数据进行获取,与视像信息一并提供给用户。即,虽然事件队列服务器20生成将附加了优先级信息的通知数据列表化的事件队列,但并不限定于此。还可以由通知显示装置30直接获取事件发生设备10发送的通知数据而生成事件队列。此外,队列事件的优先级信息可以由通知显示装置30直接附加到通知数据上, 也可以由事件发生设备10自己发送附加了优先级信息等的通知数据。
在该实施方式的家电设备网络、事件发生设备、事件队列服务器、通知显示装置中,由于在表示事件发生设备的状态的通知数据上附加有优先级信息等,因此即使存在多个发送通知数据的事件发生设备,也能够根据对应优先级的顺序将事件发生设备的状态等提供给用户。
接着,参照图2对实施方式的家电设备网络1的结构详细地进行说明。在图2所示的实施方式中,作为事件发生设备10示出空调12和冰箱13,作为通知显示装置30示出显示装置32。空调12和冰箱13通过网络5与事件队列服务器20和显示装置32连接。
事件发生设备10的结构
如图2所示,空调12具备状态检测部102、通知数据生成部112以及通知数据发送部122。状态检测部102是对空调12的动作信息、工作信息、错误信息等进行检测的传感器。在空调12的情况下,作为状态检测部102检测的动作信息例示有电源的开/关状态,作为工作信息例示有设定温度信息、模式信息,作为错误信息例示有动作错误的有无等。通知数据生成部112基于状态检测部102检测的动作信息、工作信息、错误信息等中至少一个以上,生成表示动作状态、工作状态、错误状态等的通知数据。
图3是通知数据生成部112生成的通知数据的内容的一例。如图3所示,空调12包含自身的识别信息d0、消息d1、空调12所属的家电设备类别d2。消息d1是将状态检测部102检测的动作状态、工作状态、错误状态等向用户提供的信息。消息d1还可以作为固定短语预先存储于未图示的存储部。在该情况下,通知数据生成部112基于状态检测部102检测的动作状态、工作状态、错误状态等,选择对应的固定消息而制作成通知数据。此外,消息d1也可以为预先编码化的消息。在该情况下,消息d1中只包含该编码。家电设备类别d2是事件队列服务器20作为确定通知数据的优先顺序的参考信息来使用的信息。家电设备类别d2例如将事件发生设备10分类而定义,例示有洗衣机11、空调12、冰箱13、电视14、电子锁15等。即,在图3所示的例子 中,对家电设备类别“空调”所属的识别信息“12”的家电设备示出消息“已完成维护”的内容的通知数据。
冰箱13与空调12具有相同的结构。即,冰箱13具备状态检测部103、通知数据生成部113以及通知数据发送部123。状态检测部103、通知数据生成部113和通知数据发送部123具有分别与状态检测部102、通知数据生成部112以及通知数据发送部122相同的功能。在冰箱13的情况下,作为状态检测部103检测的动作信息例示有电源的开/关状态,作为工作信息例示有冰箱内温度信息、维护信息,作为错误信息例示有动作错误的有无等。
事件队列服务器20的结构
如图2所示,事件队列服务器20具备通知数据获取部200、事件队列管理部210、事件队列数据库(DB)220、事件数据提供部230、优先级信息数据库(DB)240以及优先级赋予部250。
通知数据获取部200是从空调12、冰箱13等事件发生设备获取通知数据的接口。通知数据获取部200可以接收从空调12、冰箱13以推送方式发送的通知数据,也可以从通知数据获取部200对空调12、冰箱13以轮询方式读取。
事件队列管理部210将通知数据获取部200获取到的通知数据存储于事件队列数据库220。事件队列管理部210和事件队列数据库220将通知事件作为列表化的事件队列进行管理。
事件数据提供部230是将在事件队列数据库220中管理的空调12、冰箱13等的事件队列作为事件数据提供给显示装置32的接口。事件数据提供部230可以将保管于事件队列数据库220中的事件队列以推送方式提供给显示装置32,也可以根据来自显示装置32的要求而通过轮询方式提供事件队列。
优先级信息数据库240对从空调12、冰箱13发送的各个通知数据,保存规定显示装置32显示的优先顺序的定义表、判断基准等。例如,事件发生设备10中存在发送的事件数据经常优先级高的家电设备(例如电子锁等)、在发生故障的情况下要求恢复时间的家电设备类别(例如空调等)。优先级信息数据库240存储有规定这种通知数据的优先顺序的定义规则。例如,定义 为向外部要求修理的委托的事件为优先级1、电子锁类别所属的事件为优先级2。优先级赋予部250具有如下功能:基于存储于优先级信息数据库250的定义规则,对存储于事件队列数据库220的事件队列,赋予表示优先级等的优先级信息。即,存储于事件队列数据库220的事件队列以各个通知数据上附有优先级信息的形式形成。
图4是事件队列数据库220存储的事件队列的一例。如图4所示,事件队列包含队列编号d3、优先级d4、显示期限d5、有效期限d6、识别信息d0、消息d1以及家电设备类别d2等要素。
队列编号d3是以通知事件从空调12、冰箱13到达事件队列数据库220的顺序而附加的通知事件的编号。在图4中,从上面开始队列编号d3以101、102、103的顺序到达通知数据。优先级d4是附加到各个通知数据的表示应该显示的优先级的信息。在图4所示的例子中,以优先级高的顺序1、2、3……的方式用数字表示。显示期限d5是表示应该显示对应的通知数据中包含的消息d1的时间(例如用秒表示)的信息。有效期限d6是表示从通知数据到达事件队列数据库220开始应该作为事件队列而保存的时间(例如用秒表示)的信息。在图4所示的例子中表示:作为队列编号“101”,以识别信息“15”从家电设备类别“电子锁”的事件发生设备接收到消息“通常动作”,该队列编号“101”的事件为优先级“3”、显示时间“5秒”、事件队列中应该残留的时间为从到达开始“300秒”。
与其它队列编号对应的通知数据也相同。在图4所示的事件队列中,第3个到达事件队列数据库220的识别信息“13”的家电设备种类“冰箱”的事件为优先级“1”。这表示,来自冰箱13的通知数据比从电子锁15到达的通知数据晚一些到达事件队列数据库220。另一方面,电子锁15的通知数据的优先级为“3”,比来自冰箱13的通知数据的优先级“1”低。即表示:队列编号“103”的事件与队列编号“101”等的事件相比其优先级更高,应该将队列编号“103”的事件优先于其它通知数据而通知给用户。
通知显示装置30的结构
如图2所示,显示装置32具有事件数据获取部300、状态检测部310、事件数据数据库320、显示管理部330、显示信息生成部340以及显示部350。
事件数据获取部300是从事件队列数据库220获取事件数据的接口。事件数据获取部300可以接收从事件队列数据库220以推送方式发送的事件数据,也可以以轮询方式定期地从事件队列数据库220获取最新的事件数据。接收到的事件数据保存于事件数据数据库320。
状态检测部310是检测自身的动作状态的传感器。显示装置32基于从事件队列数据库220接收到的事件数据,在显示装置32处于可提供信息的状态的情况下,向用户提供包含事件数据的信息。例如,状态检测部310检测显示装置32为电源关闭状态,或维护模式状态等。
事件数据数据库320存储事件数据获取部300获取到的事件数据。显示管理部330是对事件数据数据库320存储的事件数据,根据状态检测部310的检测结果而判断是否提供给用户的运算模块儿。
显示信息生成部340将存储于事件数据数据库320的事件数据附加到显示装置32显示的视像信息等中。具体而言,显示信息生成部340通过在视像信息中画面显示的特定的位置处叠加(Impose)消息等,从而在视像信息上附加事件数据。
显示部350是显示装置32的视觉性接口,例如以液晶显示装置为代表的显示器。显示部350基于视像信息、显示信息生成部340附加的事件数据等进行图像、视像显示。
图5表示显示部350显示事件数据的状态的一例。如图5所示,实施方式的显示部350在显示器画面D0的规定的位置(在图5所示的例中显示器画面D0的右下端)处,显示了表示事件数据所包含的消息d1的消息显示D1、表示家电设备类别d2的类别显示D2。在图5所示的例子中,队列编号d3为“103”的消息d1“冰箱发生错误NO1。”显示于消息显示D1,对应的家电设备类别d2的“冰箱”作为图标而显示在类别显示D2。
事件队列服务器的动作
接着,参照图6对事件队列服务器20的动作进行说明。在以下说明的例子中,作为事件发生设备10而将空调12的通知数据提供给用户。
当空调12的通知数据发送部122将包含作为识别信息d0的“12”、作为消息d1的“已完成维护。”、作为家电设备类别d2的“空调”在内的图3所示的通知数据发送给事件队列服务器20时,通知数据获取部200接收该通知数据,事件队列管理部210将该接收到的通知数据存储于事件队列数据库220(S400)。
如图4所示,事件队列管理部210在通知数据获取部200获取到的来自空调12的通知数据上赋予“104”作为新的队列编号(S402)。
接着,事件队列管理部210判断由通知数据获取部200获取到的来自空调12的通知数据中是否包含优先级信息(S404)。
判断的结果为通知数据中未包含优先级信息的情况下(S404的否),优先级赋予部250判断通知数据的优先级(S406)。作为优先级的判断的基准,例示有对比了存储于优先级信息数据库240的家电设备类别d2与优先级的表、或对比了消息d1中包含的关键词与优先级的表等。在图3所示的例中,由于来自空调12的通知数据中没有包含优先级信息,因此优先级赋予部250进行优先级的判断。
当判断优先级时,优先级赋予部250在存储于事件队列数据库220中的事件队列上附加优先级信息(S408)。在图4所示的例子中,对队列编号“104”的识别信息“12”的空调,附加优先级d4“2”。应该说明的是,优先级赋予部250除了优先级d4之外,还可以将显示期限d5、有效期限d6作为优先级信息而附加到事件队列上。在图4所示的例中,优先级赋予部250对队列编号“104”的识别信息“12”的空调,将显示期限d5为“600秒”、将有效期限d6为“3600秒”而进行附加。对显示期限、有效期限进行确定的基准可以预先存储于优先级信息数据库240中。
事件队列管理部210生成附加了优先级信息的事件队列(S410)。这时,事件队列管理部210监控事件队列所包含的有效期限d6,删除从通知数据到 达开始经过了有效期限d6的队列编号的通知数据。在图4所示的例子中,队列编号d3为“101”的数据在从到达开始经过了3600秒的时刻从事件队列中被删除。
当生成事件队列时,事件数据提供部230将存储于事件队列数据库220中的事件队列作为事件数据而提供给显示装置32(S412)。
根据事件队列管理部210的判断结果,在通知数据中包含有优先级信息的情况下(S404的是),事件队列管理部210生成事件队列(S410)。例如,在空调12发送的通知数据中已经包含有优先级信息的情况下,省略基于优先级赋予部250的优先级附加,将已经包含的优先级信息照原样地用于事件队列。
如此,由于该实施方式的事件队列服务器20、家电设备网络1在从事件发生设备10发送的通知数据上附加优先级信息,因此显示装置32能够实现使用了优先级信息的显示控制。
通知显示装置的动作
接着,参照图7对显示装置32的动作进行说明。在以下说明的例子中,设定为从事件队列服务器20中提供了包含作为事件发生设备10的空调12的通知数据在内的图4所示的事件数据。
事件数据获取部300从事件队列服务器20定期地获取事件数据(S500)。事件数据的获取可以为,接收从事件队列服务器20以推送方式发送的数据,也可以为事件数据获取部300定期地以轮询方式获取。事件数据获取部300将获取到的事件数据作为事件队列而存储于事件数据数据库320。
状态检测部310检测显示装置32的状态,并将检测结果发送给显示管理部330(S502)。显示管理部330判断显示装置32可否向用户提供信息(S504)。
判断的结果为,在显示装置32为未运转中等无法提供信息的情况下(S504的否),事件数据获取部300等待下一个事件数据接收(S500)。
判断的结果为,显示装置32运转中等、可以提供信息的情况下(S504的是),显示管理部330判断事件数据数据库320中是否保存有事件队列(S506)。
当事件数据数据库320中存在事件队列的情况下(S506的是),显示管理部330从事件数据数据库320读取事件队列,在优先级信息中读取优先级最高的队列编号的数据(S508)。在图4所示的例子中,由于队列编号d3为“103”,识别信息d0为“13”,家电设备类别d2为“冰箱”所涉及的通知数据的优先级d4为“1”,因此显示管理部330将队列编号“103”的消息d1“冰箱发生错误NO1”和家电设备类别d2“冰箱”作为应该提供的信息进行选择。
显示信息生成部340在视像信息等显示装置32显示的信息上附加显示管理部330选择的消息d1和家电设备类别d2的信息,从而生成显示部350显示的显示信息(S510)。在图5所示的例子中,显示信息生成部340在显示器画面D0的规定位置处生成消息“冰箱发生错误NO1”和与家电设备类别d2“冰箱”对应的图标数据重叠的显示信息。
显示部350将显示信息生成部340生成的显示信息显示于显示器画面D0(S512)。
在该实施方式的例子中,显示信息能够包含的消息的数量有限,显示装置32只能显示一个队列编号对应的消息。因此,只选择事件队列中包含的信息中优先级最高的信息(或优先级最高且队列编号的值最小的信息),并且显示于显示部350。显示管理部330监控事件队列中包含的显示期限d5(S514),显示部350维持显示信息的显示(S512),直至基于显示部360的消息d1的显示时间经过显示期限d5所示的时间为止(S514的否)。
当基于显示部350的消息d1的显示时间经过显示期限d5所示的时间时(S514的是),显示管理部330使显示信息生成部330停止显示消息d1和家电设备类别d2(S516)。
在显示过程中的消息d1和家电设备类别d2的显示停止时,显示管理部330删除停止了显示的队列编号的信息,变更事件队列中的优先级的顺序(S518)。
显示管理部330判断事件数据数据库320中是否保存有事件队列(S506), 直至全部队列编号的信息进行显示并且被删除为止,反复执行处理(S508~S518)。
在事件数据数据库320中不存在事件队列的情况下(S506的否),结束动作。
如此,由于实施方式的通知显示装置30、家电网络1使用附加了表示应该提供给用户的优先顺序的优先级信息的事件队列,将来自事件发生设备10的通知数据提供给用户,因此即使从多个事件发生设备发送不同的优先级的通知数据,也可以以适当的顺序将信息提供给用户。
在上述说明的实施方式的显示装置32中虽然说明为,能够显示的显示信息中能够包含的消息的数量有限,只能显示一个队列编号对应的消息,但并不限定于此。作为能够显示多个消息,还可以显示多个队列编号所涉及的消息。在该情况下,显示管理部330基于优先级信息的优先级、队列编号的值等选择多个通知数据。
虽然在上述说明的实施方式中说明为,通知显示装置30为以电视等作为代表的显示装置32,但并不限定于此。即使通知显示装置30为例如机顶盒31也能够以同样的结构起到同样的效果。在机顶盒31的情况下也可以为省略显示部350,直至显示信息生成部340为止的结构。
另外,虽然在上述说明的实施方式中说明为,通过硬件要素构成实施方式,但并不限定于此。也可以使用计算机装置实现实施方式。在该情况下,只要准备实现上述说明的实施方式的功能的计算机软件,安装于计算机装置并执行即可。
以上,虽然对本深切的实施方式进行了说明,但这些实施方式只不过是作为例子而提出,并不限定申请的范围。这些新的实施方式可以通过其它各种形态实施,在不脱离申请的主旨的范围内,能够进行各种省略、替换、变更。这些实施方式或其变形包含在申请的范围、主旨,并且包含在权利要求记载的发明等同的范围内。

  1. 一种显示装置,其通过网络与能够发送表示自身状态的通知数据的事件发生设备进行连接,其中,
    所述显示装置具备:
    事件数据获取部,其获取优先级信息附加到所述通知数据而成的事件数据,其中,所述优先级信息表示向用户通知的优先级,
    数据库,其存储所述事件数据,

    所述优先级信息还包含表示应该显示对应的所述通知数据的显示期限的信息,
    所述显示信息生成部停止生成包含经过了所述显示期限的所述通知数据在内的显示信息。
  4. 一种显示系统,其通过网络与能够发送表示自身的状态的通知数据的事件发生设备进行连接,其中,
    所述显示系统具有事件队列服务器和显示装置,
    所述事件队列服务器具备:
    通知数据获取部,其获取所述通知数据,
    事件队列数据库,其存储获取到的所述通知数据并且作为事件队列进行管理,
    优先级赋予部,其对所述事件队列中包含的各个所述通知数据,附加优先级信息,其中,所述优先级信息表示向用户通知的优先级,以及
    事件数据提供部,其将所述事件队列数据库中管理的所述事件队列作为事件数据进行提供,
    所述显示装置具备:
    事件数据获取部,其从所述事件队列服务器获取所述事件数据,
    事件数据数据库,其存储所述事件数据,
    显示管理部,其从存储于所述事件数据数据库的事件数据中,对附加了优先级最高的优先级信息的所述通知数据进行选择,以及
    显示信息生成部,其生成包含被选择的通知数据的显示信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示系统,其中,
    所述优先级信息还包含表示对应的所述通知数据的有效期限的信息,
    所述事件队列数据库从所述事件队列中删除经过了所述有效期限的所述通知数据。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的显示系统,其中,
    所述优先级信息还包含表示应该显示对应的所述通知数据的显示期限的信息,
    所述显示信息生成部停止生成包含经过了所述显示期限的所述通知数据在内的显示信息。
  7. 一种服务器,其通过网络与能够发送表示自身的状态的通知数据的事件发生设备进行连接,其中,
    所述服务器具备:
    通知数据获取部,其获取所述通知数据,
    事件队列数据库,其存储获取到的所述通知数据并且作为事件队列进行管理,
    优先级赋予部,其对所述事件队列中包含的各个所述通知数据,附加优先级信息,其中,所述优先级信息表示向用户通知的优先级,以及
    事件数据提供部,其将所述事件队列数据库中管理的所述事件队列作为事件数据进行提供。
  8. 一种计算机可读的非易失性存储介质,所述存储介质存储有程序或计算机指令,该程序或计算机指令在计算机上执行并且使计算机作为显示装置发挥功能,所述显示装置通过网络与能够发送表示自身的状态的通知数据的事件发生设备进行连接,其中,
    所述显示装置具备:
    事件数据获取部,其对优先级信息附加到所述通知数据而成的事件数据进行获取,其中,所述优先级信息表示向用户通知的优先级,
    数据库,其存储所述事件数据,
    显示管理部,其从存储于所述数据库的事件数据中,对附加了优先级最高的优先级信息的所述通知数据进行选择,以及
    显示信息生成部,其生成包含被选择的所述通知数据的显示信息。
