在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述气流入口101包括相互独立的第一气流入口与第二气流入口,且所述第一气流入口流体连通所述第一气流通道,所述第二气流入口流体连通所述第二气流通道。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述吸尘器的地刷1包括滚刷30,所述滚刷30穿设于第一气流通道与第二气流通道中,所述第一隔风部102和所述第二隔风部202分别部分绕设于所述滚刷30外。所述滚刷30包括滚体31与螺旋绕设于滚体的滚刷植毛32。为了减小所述第一隔风部102和所述第二隔风部202与滚刷30之间的间隙,所述第一隔风部102和所述第二隔风部202延伸至两相邻的滚刷植毛32之间。为了能使滚刷30于所述第一隔风部102和所述第二隔风部202之间旋转,所述第一隔风部102和所述第二隔风部202与滚刷30旋转中心线之间的最小距离D1稍大于滚体31与滚刷旋转中心线之间的最大距离D2,且D1与D2之间的距离越小,隔风效果越好。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述第一气流通道内的滚刷植毛32呈V字形排列,所述第二气流通道内的滚刷植毛32呈V字形排列。
本发明将第一气流通道内的滚刷植毛32与第二气流通道内的滚刷植毛32设置成V字形排列,有效将灰尘收集到滚刷30于第一气流通道的中央集中位置和滚刷于第二气流通道的中央集中位置并吸除,清洁效率得到了大大的提高。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述第一隔风部102和所述第二隔风部202设置环状隔风凹槽204,所述滚刷30设有隔风凸台304,所述隔风凸台304的部分外缘于所述环状隔风凹槽204内旋转,且所述隔风凸台304与环状隔风凹槽204组合限制气体在第一气流通道与第二气流通道之间的流通量。所述第一气流通道与所述第二气流通道之间不存在垂直于风道中心线的直通气流通道,大大减少气体在第一气流通道与所述第二气流通道之间的直线流通,从而提高了隔风效果。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述第一隔风部102与所述第二隔风部202通过凹槽与突起形成双止口对接结构1020,所述凹槽设置于所述第一隔风部或所述第二隔风部之一,所述突起设置于所述第一隔风部或所述第二隔风部之另一者。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述第一隔风部102与所述第二隔风部202通过L形抵接部形成单止口对接结构1021,所述第一隔风部或所述第二隔风部上分别设置L形抵接部。
本发明将所述第一隔风部102和所述第二隔风部202分别部分绕设于所述滚刷30外,从而使得流经滚刷30的气流进行分流。本发明通过隔风凸台304与隔风凹槽204组合限制气体在第一气流通道与第二气流通道之间的流通量, 从而使第一气流通道与第二气流通道在靠近气流入口的区域保持相对独立,从而使地刷的第一气流通道与第二气流通道的压力更均匀,具有更好的除尘效果。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,所述第一隔风部102一体成型于所述底板10上,所述第二隔风部202一体成型于所述风罩20上。例如,所述第一隔风部102与所述第二隔风部202可为筋板,底板10上设置下筋板,风罩20上设置上筋板,当所述底板10与所述风罩20对接配合后,滚刷30以外区域的所述下筋板与所述上筋板对接合拢,滚刷30处的所述下筋板、所述上筋板与滚刷30的隔风凸台304对接合拢。
本发明将所述第一隔风部102一体成型于所述底板10上,所述第二隔风部202一体成型于所述风罩20上,通过对接操作便可形成隔风结构,方便组装。
本发明还提供一种吸尘器,其包括所述的吸尘器的地刷。
综上所述,本发明通过第一隔风部与第二隔风部对接配合以形成隔风结构,不需将隔风结构设置成独立的元件,简化地刷的结构。本发明在所述第一隔风部与所述第二隔风部上设有导风面,导流更顺畅,减小气流在导流过程中的流量损耗。本发明将所述第一隔风部和所述第二隔风部分别部分绕设于所述滚刷外,从而使得流经滚刷的气流进行分流。本发明通过隔风凸台与隔风凹槽组合限制气体在第一气流通道与第二气流通道之间的流通量,从而使第一气流通道与第二气流通道在靠近气流入口的区域保持相对独立,从而使地刷的第一气流通道与第二气流通道的压力更均匀,具有更好的除尘效果。本发明将第一气流通道内的滚刷植毛与第二气流通道内的滚刷植毛设置成V字形排列,有效将灰尘收集到滚刷于第一气流通道的中央集中位置和滚刷于第二气流通道的中央集中位置并吸除,清洁效率得到了大大的提高。本发明将所述第一隔风部一体成 型于所述底板上,所述第二隔风部一体成型于所述风罩上,通过对接操作便可形成隔风结构,方便组装。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吸尘器的地刷(1),其特征在于,包括:
    底板(10),其设有气流入口(101)与第一隔风部(102);
    风罩(20),其装设于所述底板(10)上,所述风罩(20)与所述底板(10)配合限定气流出口(201)以及流体连通所述气流入口(101)与所述气流出口(201)的气流通道,所述风罩(20)设有第二隔风部(202),且所述第二隔风部(202)与所述第一隔风部(102)对接形成隔风结构以使气流通道分割成第一气流通道与第二气流通道,所述第一气流通道与所述第二气流通道分设于风道中心线的两侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的地刷(1),其特征在于:所述第一隔风部(102)与所述第二隔风部(202)上设有导风面(203),所述导风面(203)相对于所述风道中心线对称而设,所述导风面(203)为顺滑连续的菱形导风面或弧形导风面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于:所述气流入口(101)包括相互独立的第一气流入口与第二气流入口,且所述第一气流入口流体连通所述第一气流通道,所述第二气流入口流体连通所述第二气流通道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于:所述吸尘器的地刷包括滚刷(30),所述滚刷(30)穿设于第一气流通道与第二气流通道中,所述第一隔风部(102)和所述第二隔风部(202)分别部分绕设于所述滚刷(30)外。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于:所述第一气流通道内的滚刷植毛(32)呈V字形排列,所述第二气流通道内的滚刷植毛(32)呈V字形排列。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于:所述第一隔风部(102)和所述第二隔风部(202)设置环状隔风凹槽(204),所述滚刷(30)设有隔风凸台(304),所述隔风凸台(304)的部分外缘于所述环状隔风凹槽(204)内旋转,且所述隔风凸台(304)与环状隔风凹槽(204)组合限制气体在第一气流通道与第二气流通道之间的流通量。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于:所述第一隔风部(102)与所述第二隔风部(202)通过凹槽与突起形成双止口对接结构(1020),所述凹槽设置于所述第一隔风部(102)或所述第二隔风部(202)之一,所述突起设置于所述第一隔风部(102)或所述第二隔风部(202)之另一者。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于:所述第一隔风部(102)与所述第二隔风部(202)通过L形抵接部形成单止口对接结构(1021),所述第一隔风部(102)或所述第二隔风部(202)上分别设置L形抵接部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的地刷,其特征在于:所述第一隔风部(102)一体成型于所述底板(10)上,所述第二隔风部(202)一体成型于所述风罩(20)上。
  10. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的吸尘器的地刷(1)。
