参见图2至图10,本发明实施例还提供一种吸尘器的连接机构,可以将吹机20可拆卸地连接于桶盖30上,也可以将桶盖30可拆卸地连接于集尘桶10上。当然,也可以同时应用于桶盖30和吹机20之间以及桶盖30和集尘桶10之间,便于安装拆卸更换维护,降低生产成本。
本实施例中以连接吹机20和桶盖30为例进行介绍。吸尘器的连接机构包括搭扣1和弹性部2,搭扣1与桶盖30转动连接,吹机20具有台阶201,搭扣1能够与台阶201卡接;弹性部2设置于搭扣1与桶盖30之间,弹性部2作用于搭扣1抵紧台阶201。
通过转动搭扣1,压缩弹性部2,使得桶盖30与吹机20可分离,在松开搭扣1时,在弹性部2的作用下,搭扣1复位与台阶201卡接,弹性部2作用于搭扣1抵紧台阶201,使得桶盖30与吹机20锁紧,实现桶盖30与吹机20之间便于安装拆卸。由于搭扣1与桶盖30之间转动连接,搭扣是可以拆卸的,便于更换搭扣1,降低制造成本。
在装配吹机20和桶盖30时,转动搭扣1,压缩弹性部2,使得搭扣1避开吹机20的安装位置,将吹机20和桶盖30对齐,松开搭扣1,在弹性部2的作用下,搭扣1复位与台阶201卡接,弹性部2作用于搭扣1抵紧台阶201,使得桶盖30与吹机20锁紧;在需要拆卸吹机20时,转动搭扣1,压缩弹性部2,使得搭扣1远离台阶201,此时吹机20与桶盖30可拆卸。
参见图5和图7,为便于搭扣1与台阶201之间卡接位置准确,在桶盖30上设置有定位槽,吹机20的外壳上设置有定位凸202,在将吹机20和桶盖30对齐时,使得定位凸202插入定位槽内,以起到初步定位作用,在连接机构锁紧后,吹机20和桶盖30之间固定连接。
搭扣1包括连接部11、扣紧部12和作用部13,连接部11与第一部件转动连接;扣紧部12与连接部11连接,扣紧部12能够与台阶201卡接;作用部13与连接部11连接,弹性部2设置于作用部13与第一部件之间。在转动搭扣1时,可以对搭扣1的扣紧部12施力,使得搭扣1的作用部13压缩弹性部2,搭扣1的各个部分协同配合以实现锁紧功能。
连接部11、扣紧部12和作用部13一体成型,保证结构强度,便于加工生产。连接部11、扣紧部12和作用部13可以呈三角架分布,也可以呈其他形状。
搭扣1与桶盖30之间的连接可以是:搭扣1与桶盖30之间设置有转轴,桶盖30上开设有穿设转轴的第一通孔,搭扣1上开设有与第一通孔对应的第二 通孔,转轴穿设于第一通孔和第二通孔内,转轴的两端可以通过螺母限位。在拆卸时,旋下螺母,抽出转轴即可使得搭扣1与桶盖30分离。
搭扣1与桶盖30之间的连接还可以是:连接部11的两侧设置有支撑轴15,桶盖30上设置有安装孔,支撑轴15转动设置于安装孔内,减少零部件数量,减少装配时间。支撑轴15与连接部11一体成型,便于加工生产。
搭扣1由塑料材质制成。在安装拆卸时,对搭扣1施加外力,使得搭扣1产生弹性变形,即可将支撑轴15与安装孔插接或脱离。
扣紧部12的端部形成钩体,钩体能够与台阶201卡接。钩体的设置,使得扣紧部12与台阶201配合更稳固,进而使得吹机20与桶盖30锁紧牢固。
在本实施例中,弹性部2设置于作用部13的底侧,作用部13上正对弹性部2的位置设置有定位腔,弹性部2的一端插入定位腔内,另一端套设于桶盖30上的定位柱。定位腔与定位柱配合,对弹性部2起到定位作用,防止弹性部2在变形过程中偏移。在搭扣1拆卸后,弹性部2也可拆卸,便于进行弹性部2的更换。
参见图2、图4、图6、图8至图10,作为一种可置换的实施方式,搭扣1包括延伸部14,延伸部14与扣紧部12连接且向远离扣紧部12的方向弧形延伸,第一部件上设置有限位柄301,延伸部14与限位柄301围设成容置空间。容置空间能够容纳软管101,延伸部14与限位柄301配合,能够将软管101卡紧,进而对软管101限位。可见,搭扣1不仅能够对吹机20锁紧,还能够对软管101限位,一举两得,降低生产成本。
连接部11、扣紧部12、作用部13和延伸部14一体成型,保证结构强度,便于加工生产。连接部11、扣紧部12、作用部13和延伸部14可以呈长条状延伸,也可以呈其他形状。
此时,弹性部2设置于作用部13的外侧,搭扣1还包括与作用部13连接的限位凸起16,限位凸起16位于弹性部2的上侧,限位凸起16能够防止弹性部2从上端飞出。限位凸起16与作用部13一体成型,保证结构强度,便于加工生产。
桶盖30上设置有凸缘,弹性部2的一端与搭扣1上的定位柱套接,另一端抵接于凸缘上。限位凸起16位于凸缘的上方,以防止弹性部2偏移。
在实际使用时,可以在桶盖30上设置两个搭扣1,两个搭扣1绕桶盖30的周向间隔设置,即可将吹机20与桶盖30锁紧。至少一个搭扣1具有延伸部14,即可对软管101固定。
在本实施例中,弹性部2为弹簧。当然,弹性部2还可以为橡胶垫或者其他具有弹性的部件,在此不作限制。
实施例二
图11至图14示出了实施例二,其中与实施例一相同或相应的零部件采用与实施例一相应的附图标记。为简便起见,仅描述实施例二与实施例一的区别点。区别之处在于,弹性部2与作用部13一体成型,桶盖30上设置有与弹性部2抵接的限位部。即弹性部2作为搭扣1的一部分,与连接部11、扣紧部12、作用部13一体成型,减少零部件数量,便于加工生产。
在桶盖30上于搭扣1的内侧设置有限位块302,在没有安装吹机20时,搭扣1与限位块302抵接,以防止搭扣1向桶盖30的内侧转动,使得搭扣1不占用吹机20的安装空间。
以上实施方式只是阐述了本发明的基本原理和特性,本发明不受上述实施方式限制,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还有各种变化和改变,这些变化和改变都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。本发明要求保护范围由所附 的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吸尘器的连接机构,用以可拆卸地将吹机(20)连接于桶盖(30)上,其特征在于,所述连接机构包括:
    搭扣(1),所述搭扣(1)与所述桶盖(30)转动连接,所述吹机(20)具有台阶(201),所述搭扣(1)还能够与所述台阶(201)卡接;
    弹性部(2),所述弹性部(2)作用于所述搭扣(1)以使所述搭扣(1)抵紧所述台阶(201)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的连接机构,其特征在于,所述搭扣(1)包括:
    连接部(11),与所述桶盖(30)转动连接;
    扣紧部(12),与所述连接部(11)连接,所述扣紧部(12)能够与所述台阶(201)卡接;
    作用部(13),与所述连接部(11)连接,所述弹性部(2)设置于所述作用部(13)与所述桶盖(30)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器的连接机构,其特征在于,所述连接部(11)的两侧设置有支撑轴(15),所述桶盖(30)上设置有安装孔,所述支撑轴(15)转动设置于所述安装孔内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器的连接机构,其特征在于,所述弹性部(2)与所述作用部(13)一体成型,所述桶盖(30)上设置有与所述弹性部(2)抵接的限位部。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器的连接机构,其特征在于,所述弹性部(2)设置于所述作用部(13)的底侧,所述作用部(13)上正对所述弹性部(2)的位置设置有定位腔,所述弹性部(2)的一端插入所述定位腔内,另一端套设于所述桶盖(30)上的定位柱。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的吸尘器的连接机构,其特征在于,所述搭扣(1)包括延伸部(14),所述延伸部(14)与所述扣紧部(12)连接且向远离所述扣紧部(12)的方向弧形延伸,所述桶盖(30)上设置有限位柄(301),所述延伸部(14)与所述限位柄(301)围设成容置空间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吸尘器的连接机构,其特征在于,所述连接部(11)、所述扣紧部(12)、所述作用部(13)和所述延伸部(14)一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的吸尘器的连接机构,其特征在于,所述弹性部(2)设置于所述作用部(13)的外侧,所述搭扣(1)还包括与所述作用部(13)连接的限位凸起(16),所述限位凸起(16)位于所述弹性部(2)的上侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器的连接机构,其特征在于,所述桶盖(30)上于所述搭扣(1)的内侧设置有限位块(302),所述搭扣(1)能够与所述限位块(302)抵接。
  10. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的吸尘器的连接机构。
