就目前而言,效果较好的肥料一般属于复合肥,即为多种原料组合加工后形成的复合肥料。复合类型的肥料由于其性能多样化而得到广泛应用。在复合肥的制备过程中常常需要将好几种原料混合搅拌进行加工制备,因此,合适的搅拌混合装置能够有效提高复合肥的生产效率。

有鉴于上述现有的叶面肥搅拌装置中存在的缺陷,本申请设计人基于从事此类产品设计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识,并配合学理的运用,积极加以研究创新,以 期创设一种多功能叶面肥搅拌装置,使其更具有实用性。经过不断的研究、设计,并经反复试作及改进后,终于创设出确具实用价值的本申请。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能叶面肥搅拌装置,其特征在于:包括搅拌装置和支撑装置,所述支撑装置靠近顶部的中间位置开有安装孔,所述搅拌装置通过所述安装孔安装在所述支撑装置上;
    所述搅拌装置包括进料部、反应部和出料部,所述进料部包括两个,分别设置在所述反应部的两侧并与所述反应部连通,所述出料部设置在所述反应部底部并与所述反应部连通;
    所述进料部包括进料结构,所述进料结构顶部具有开口,所述开口处设有可拆卸的密封盖;所述出料部设有出料阀门;
    所述反应部包括外壳和内腔,所述外壳的顶部中间位置设有电机,所述电机的输出轴穿过所述外壳延伸且底部焊接有转轴,所述转轴从所述输出轴延伸到所述反应部的内腔中,所述转轴的外壁设有第一搅拌叶、第二搅拌叶以及第三搅拌叶,所述第一搅拌叶的中间设置有第二搅拌叶,所述第三搅拌叶设置在第一搅拌叶的下方;
    所述支撑装置上设有支撑杆,所述支撑杆顶部设有照明设备和监控设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能叶面肥搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述支撑装置包括支撑柱和支撑平台,所述支撑平台的中间位置设有安装孔,所述出料部从所述安装孔穿过并延伸到所述支撑平台下方,从而使得所述反应部支撑于所述支撑装置上,所述支撑柱设置在所述支撑平台底部,用于支撑所述支撑平台。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能叶面肥搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述支撑杆设置在所述支撑平台上,所述照明设备包括灯具和灯架,所述灯架的一端和所述支撑杆的一侧固定连接,所述灯架的另一端和所述灯具固定连接;所述监控设备设置在所述支撑杆的另一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能叶面肥搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述支撑杆的顶部还设有太阳能电池板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能叶面肥搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池板通过支架设置在所述支撑杆的顶部。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能叶面肥搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述灯具为LED灯。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能叶面肥搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述进料结构包括 斜板和两个竖板,所述斜板的底部与所述反应部的外壳连接,所述两个竖板分别设置在所述斜板和所述外壳之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能叶面肥搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述两个竖板的顶部分别具有向外突出的凸起部,所述盖包括本体部,所述本体部的两端分别向所述两个竖板的方向弯折形成连接部,所述连接部远离所述本体部的一端向所述两个竖板板的内部方向弯折形成卡接部,所述卡接部与所述凸起部卡合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能叶面肥搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述第一搅拌叶采用焊接的方式与转轴相连接,且所述第一搅拌叶一共设置有两个,所述第一搅拌叶关于所述第二搅拌叶呈轴对称安装,所述第一搅拌叶和所述第二搅拌叶的结构相同,且所述第一搅拌叶和所述第二搅拌叶垂直安装。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能叶面肥搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述第三搅拌叶的倾斜角度与所述内腔底面的倾斜角度相同,且所述第三搅拌叶的长度小于内腔的直径。
