더욱 구체적으로 예를 들면, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 스탠드부(20)는, 상기 설치면에 견고하게 접촉될 수 있도록 좌우 방향의 1개의 좌우 막대(21-1)에 전후 방향의 2개의 전후 막대(21-2)가 T자 형태로 이루어지는 발부(21) 및 2개의 상기 전후 막대(21-2) 사이에 일단부가 고정되는 경사 막대(23)에 의해 지지되어 상기 발부(21)로부터 세워지고, 1개의 하부 막대(22-1)와 1개의 상부 막대(22-2) 사이에, 상기 경사 막대(23)의 타단부를 고정할 수 있도록 적어도 일부분이 2개의 수직 막대(22-3)가 설치되는 다리부(22)를 포함할 수 있다.
따라서, 상기 스탠드부(20)를 이용하여 상기 헤드부(10)를 일정한 높이에 고정시킬 수 있고, T자 형상의 상기 발부(21)를 이용하여 상기 다리부(22)가 전후 방향 및 좌우 방향으로 기울어지지 않도록 세워서 지지할 수 있으며, 상기 경사 막대(23)를 이용하여 상기 헤드부(10)가 더욱 견고하게 지지할 수 있다.
또한, 예컨대, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 연결 링크부(30)는, 일단부가 상기 헤드부(10)와 헐겁게 연결되고, 타단부가 상기 스탠드부(20)와 헐겁게 연결되며, 상기 헤드부(10)의 틸팅 각도가 조절될 수 있도록 상기 일단부에 틸팅 각도 조절 나사(N1)가 설치되고, 상기 헤드부(10)의 높낮이가 조절될 수 있도록 상기 타단부에 높낮이 조절 나사(N2)가 설치될 수 있다.
더욱 구체적으로 예를 들면, 도 1 및 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 연결 링크부(30)는, 상기 다리부(22)의 1개의 상기 상부 막대(22-2)를 고정시킬 수 있도록 2개의 링크 막대(31)로 이루어질 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 헤드부(10), 상기 스탠드부(20) 및 상기 연결 링크부(30)는, 전체적으로 2개의 막대 사이에 1개의 막대를 삽입하여 고정구로 고정시킬 수 있는 편백나무, 향나무, 잣나무, 소나무, 오동나무, 전나무, 삼나무, 참나무, 자작나무, 피나무, 호두나무, 상수리나무, 비자나무, 주목, 대나무, 구상나무, 미선나무, 버드나무, 정향나무, 금강목, 닥나무, 박달나무, 물푸레나무, 밤나무, 굴참나무, 느티나무, 느릅나무, 당단풍나무, 대추나무, 벚나무, 돌배나무, 먹감나무, 물오리나무, 은행나무 등 각종 친환경 목재 재질일 수 있다.
도 3은 도 1의 독서용 스탠드 장치(100)의 작동 상태를 나타내는 전방 사시도이고, 도 4는 도 1의 독서용 스탠드 장치(100)를 나타내는 후방 사시도이다.
따라서, 도 3 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일부 실시예들에 따른 독서용 스탠드 장치(100)는, 상술된 바와 같이, 상기 헤드부(10)에 상기 책(1)을 견고하게 고정시킨 다음, 상기 높낮이 조절 나사(N2)를 풀러서 상기 연결 링크부(30)를 상하방향으로 회동시키면서 상기 헤드부(10)의 높낮이를 조정한 다음, 상기 높낮이 조절 나사(N2)를 조여서 상기 헤드부(10)의 높낮이를 고정시킬 수 있고, 상기 틸팅 각도 조절 나사(N1)를 풀러서 상기 헤드부(10)의 틸팅 각도를 조정한 다음, 상기 틸팅 각도 조절 나사(N1)를 조여서 상기 헤드부(10)의 각도를 고정시킬 수 있다.
이때, 상기 틸팅 각도 조절 나사(N1)를 조이기 전에, 상기 헤드부(10)의 상기 승하강 안내홈(11a)을 따라 상기 틸팅 각도 조절 나사(N1)의 나사축을 이동시켜서 상기 수직 부재(11)를 승하강시킴으로써 상기 헤드부(10)의 높이를 추가적으로 조정하는 것도 가능하다.
그러므로, 목재를 이용하여 제품을 고급화할 수 있어서 사용자에게 정신적 및 정서적으로 편안한 느낌을 줄 수 있고, 각종 독성 물질로 인한 악영향을 방지하여 환경 친화적이며, 목재에서 발생되는 피톤치드 등의 천연 치유 성분으로 인하여 건강에 도움이 될 수 있고, 2개의 막대 사이에 1개의 막대를 삽입하는 방식이나 T자 막대 구조나 경사 막대나 조절 나사 등의 다양한 막대 고정 구조 및 조절 나사를 이용하여 책을 매우 견고하게 지지하는 동시에, 책의 각도나 높낮이를 정밀하게 조절할 수 있고, 다양한 높낮이 및 각도 조절 기능을 통해 의자나 침대 등 다양한 자세에서 사용이 가능하며, 두 손이 자유로워 보다 편안하게 독서나 스마트 패드 또는 스마트 폰의 사용을 용이하게 할 수 있다.
본 발명은 도면에 도시된 실시예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 다른 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의하여 정해져야 할 것이다.
상기한 바와 같이 이루어진 본 발명의 일부 실시예들에 따르면, 목재를 이용하면서도 다양한 막대 고정 구조 및 조절 나사를 이용하여 책을 매우 견고하게 지지하는 동시에, 책의 각도나 높낮이를 정밀하게 조절하는 기능을 구현함으로써, 다양한 높낮이 및 각도 조절 기능을 통해 의자나 침대 등 다양한 자세에서 사용이 가능하며, 두 손이 자유로워 보다 편안하게 독서나 스마트 패드 또는 스마트 패드의 사용이 용이할 수 있다. 또한, 목재를 이용하여 제품을 고급화할 수 있어서 사용자에게 정신적 및 정서적으로 편안한 느낌을 줄 수 있고, 각종 독성 물질로 인한 악영향을 방지하여 환경 친화적이며, 목재에서 발생되는 피톤치드 등의 천연 치유 성분으로 인하여 건강에 도움이될 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 책이 안착되는 헤드부;
    상기 헤드부가 설치면으로부터 일정한 높이에 고정될 수 있도록 상기 설치면에 세워지는 스탠드부; 및
    일단부가 상기 헤드부와 헐겁게 연결되고, 타단부가 상기 스탠드부와 헐겁게 연결되며, 상기 헤드부의 틸팅 각도가 조절될 수 있도록 상기 일단부에 틸팅 각도 조절 나사가 설치되고, 상기 헤드부의 높낮이가 1차로 조절될 수 있도록 상기 타단부에 높낮이 조절 나사가 설치되는 연결 링크부;
    를 포함하는, 독서용 스탠드 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 헤드부는,
    상기 헤드부의 높낮이가 2차로 조절될 수 있도록 상기 연결 링크부의 상기 틸팅 각도 조절 나사의 나사축을 상하 방향으로 안내할 수 있는 승하강 안내홈이 형성되고, 전방 레일을 따라 승하강되면서 상기 책의 상면을 가압하여 고정시키는 상부 탭이 형성되는 수직 부재; 및
    상기 책의 밑면을 지지할 수 있도록 상기 수직 부재의 하방에 설치되고, 상기 책의 펼침 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 고정핀과 탄성 회동핀으로 이루어지는 홀더가 설치되며, 스마트 패드 또는 스마트 폰을 거치할 수 있도록 중앙홈이 형성되는 수평 부재;
    를 포함하는, 독서용 스탠드 장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 스탠드부는,
    상기 설치면에 견고하게 접촉될 수 있도록 좌우 방향의 1개의 좌우 막대에 전후 방향의 2개의 전후 막대가 T자 형태로 이루어지는 발부; 및
    2개의 상기 전후 막대 사이에 일단부가 고정되는 경사 막대에 의해 지지되어 상기 발부로부터 세워지고, 1개의 하부 막대와 1개의 상부 막대 사이에, 상기 경사 막대의 타단부를 고정할 수 있도록 적어도 일부분이 2개의 수직 막대가 설치되는 다리부;
    를 포함하는, 독서용 스탠드 장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 연결 링크부는,
    상기 다리부의 1개의 상기 상부 막대를 고정시킬 수 있도록 2개의 링크 막대들로 이루어지는, 독서용 스탠드 장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 헤드부, 상기 스탠드부 및 상기 연결 링크부는, 전체적으로 2개의 막대 사이에 1개의 막대를 삽입하여 고정구로 고정시킬 수 있는 친환경 목재 재질인, 독서용 스탠드 장치.
