Le système et le procédé comprennent un ensemble de stations de distribution de dispositifs électroniques mobiles interconnectés entre eux, par le biais d'un réseau, au moyen de quelques serveurs qui sont chargés de recevoir, valider, traiter et gérer la demande de prêt ou de retour du dispositif électronique mobile conjointement avec son périphérique, ladite demande étant effectuée par l'utilisateur.
