Abstract
一种短半径钻井工具,包括导向钻进短节(100)、驱动钻柱(200)和驱动控制短节(280),导向钻进短节包括导向短节(120)和钻头(110),导向短节包括承载本体(121),承载本体上设置有偏转导向机构(130)和电驱动执行器(140),钻头与承载本体相接,偏转导向机构能驱动钻头按预设方向偏转;驱动钻柱包括多个由上至下依次连接的承载短节(210),位于最下方的承载短节与承载本体相接,且相邻两承载短节之间以及承载短节与承载本体之间均通过钻压扭矩偏转传递机构(220)相铰接,驱动控制短节设有电驱动执行器驱动控制电路(230),电驱动执行器驱动控制电路通过跨接线路与电驱动执行器电连接。该钻井工具能够实现短造斜率,且有效缩短了导向短节的长度,进而更容易在高曲率井眼里实现定向钻井功能。
