一种做服装用工作台 技术领域
本发明涉及一种工作台,具体来说,涉及一种做服装用工作台。
背景技术
目前,我国生产工作台行业发展迅速,用于工作台的装置也多种多样,但是仍然面临着很多方面的挑战,需求寻找满足客户的解决方案,众所周知,工作台是必不可少的一种辅助工具,所有的厂家几乎都需要用到操作平台,一个好的工作平台可以有效的提高了厂家的发展,提高工厂的效益,同时节省大量的劳动力,还可以保持厂家的环境卫生情况,符合国家检查的标准,现说到服装加工用的一种工作台,现有的工作平台在设计方面都比较单一,工人们在工作的时候,经常会弄得到处都是垃圾,不方便打扫,对环境也有一定的污染,降低了工作效率,不能同时处理垃圾以及成品,需要多个储物箱去整理,既占用空间又不方便,为此,我们提出一种做服装用工作台。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种做服装用工作台,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种做服装用工作台,包括工作平台,所述工作平台两侧均固定设有支撑架一,所述支撑架一一端贯穿于支撑架二并延伸至所述支撑架二内,所述工作平台上开设有收纳槽,所述收纳槽底部对称设有挡屑板,所述挡屑板一端与所述收纳槽内壁通过合页活动连接,所述挡屑板底部固定设有连接块,所述连接块上活动连接设有活动架,所述活动架远离所述连接块一端与滑块活动连接,所述滑块一侧设有调节座,所述调节座与所述支撑架一固定连接,所述调节座内部设有空腔,所述空腔内顶部固定安装设有电机,所述电机的输出端与转动轴相连接,所述转动轴外侧开设有螺旋滑槽,所述螺旋滑槽一侧滑动连接设有滑杆,所述空腔一侧设有滑轨,所述滑轨内设有相匹配的活动块,所述活动块一侧与所述滑杆固定连接,所述活动块另一侧与所述滑块固定连接,所述支撑架一之间固定设有挡板,所述挡板上放置有储屑箱。

有益效果
本发明提供了一种做服装用工作台,有益效果如下:(1)通过设有支撑架一和支撑架二,方便来调节工作平台的使用高度,从而来满足不同身高使用者的需求,提高了实用性;通过设有挡屑板,当收纳槽内堆积大量废屑时,可以启动电机工作,带动转动轴转动,使得滑杆在螺旋滑槽内部滑动,滑杆带动活动块再滑轨内滑动,活动块带动滑块滑动,滑块带动活动架向下移动,通过活动架带动挡屑板向下移动打开,使得收集的废屑可以排入到储屑箱内进行储存,从而便于了废屑的回收,减轻了工人的工作强度,提高了工作的效率。
(2)通过设有橡胶垫块,起到防滑耐磨的作用,使得工作台更加的稳定;通过设有卡槽和卡块,当调节到合适位置时,可以转动调节旋钮,带动螺纹杆移动,螺纹杆带动卡块移动到卡槽内部,进行卡紧限位固定。通过设有轴承,对转动轴起到限位支撑的作用。
