技术领域
本发明属于洗涤设备技术领域,具体涉及一种洗涤设备。
背景技术
随着洗涤设备技术的逐渐发展,洗衣机、干衣机等洗涤设备上通常设置有热泵系统,以通过热泵系统对衣物进行烘干。
相关技术中,热泵系统包括外壳、压缩机、以及互相连通的冷凝器、蒸发器和膨胀阀,冷凝器和蒸发器均设置在外壳内,压缩机与冷凝器和蒸发器连通;外壳上设置有正对蒸发器进风口、以及正对冷凝器的出风口,进风口和出风口均与洗涤设备连通;工作时,空气由进风口进入,依次流经蒸发器和冷凝器,之后由出风口流出,由于空气在经过冷凝器的过程中会被加热,进而空气在经出风口流出后可以对衣物进行烘干。壳体上设置有开口,过滤网经开口插设在壳体内,并且过滤网位于进风口蒸发器之间,以对进风口流出的空气进行过滤。
然而,在安装过滤网的过程中,过滤网安装不到位,容易导致过滤网和壳体内壁之间具有缝隙,对空气的过滤效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明提供一种洗涤设备,包括壳体以及设置在所述壳体内的热泵系统,所述热泵系统包括外壳以及过滤网,所述外壳的侧壁上设置有向内延伸的插接通道,所述过滤网插设在所述插接通道内;所述壳体上设置有正对所述插接通道的窗口,所述壳体上可开合的设置有门体,所述门体用于封堵所述窗口,所述门体朝向所述插接通道的一侧设置有抵顶块,所述抵顶块抵顶在所 述过滤网上。
本发明的技术效果是:洗涤设备包括热泵系统,热泵系统的外壳的侧壁上设置有向内延伸的插接通道,过滤网插设在插接通道内,壳体上设置有正对插接通道的窗口,壳体上可开合的设置有门体,门体用于封堵窗口,并且门体朝向插接通道的一侧设置有抵顶块,抵顶块抵顶在过滤网上。通过上述设备,当门体闭合时门体上的抵顶块抵顶在过滤网上,当过滤网安装不到位时,抵顶块的抵顶作用能够促使过滤网朝预定位置移动。并且,当过滤网在抵顶作用下仍不能安装到位时,过滤网通过抵顶块对门体施加的反作用力使门体不能完全闭合,从而使用户可以更加容易的发现过滤网是否安装到位,防止出现洗涤设备在过滤网安装不到位的状态下运行。

本发明实施例中的洗涤设备包括具有烘干功能的洗涤设备,如洗干一体机、干衣机等。为描述方便,以下仅以洗涤设备为热泵洗干一体机为例进行说明,但这并不构成对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员知晓本发明实施例中的洗涤设备也可以为干衣机或其他洗干一体机等。
相关技术中,洗干一体机中的热泵系统包括外壳、蒸发器、冷凝器、以及与蒸发器和冷凝器连通的压缩机、膨胀阀,冷凝器和蒸发器均设置在外壳内,外壳上设置有正对蒸发器进风口、以及正对冷凝器的出风口,进风口和出风口均与洗干一体机内部烘干区域连通。工作时,空气由进风口进入,依次流经蒸发器和冷凝器,之后由出风口流出,由于空气在经过冷凝器的过程中会被加热,进而空气在经出风口流出后可以对衣物进行烘干。壳体上设置有开口,过滤网经开口插设在壳体内,并且过滤网位于进风口蒸发器之间,以对进风口流出的空气进行过滤。
目前,绝大部分用户对热泵洗干一体机的烘干原理并不清楚,因此用户对热泵系统中过滤网的重要性认识不足,导致热泵洗干一体机在使用过程中容易出现用户对过滤网安装不到位、用户随意拆卸过滤网的情况,甚至会出现不安装过滤网的情况。再加上相关技术中针对过滤网的安装,并没有专门设置防止过滤网安装不到位的结构或装置,进一步增加了过滤网安装不到位的几率。而且相关技术中过滤网朝向壳体的端部与壳体之间存在间隙,因此在过滤网安装不到位的情况下,用于封盖开口的门体仍然能 正常关闭,导致过滤网的安装不到位不容易被发现。
因此,相关技术中的热泵洗干一体机容易出现在过滤网安装不到位的情况下运行,导致热泵洗干一体机中带有毛屑等杂质的空气进入热泵系统中,进而导致毛屑等杂质粘附在热泵系统中的换热器表面,使换热器的换热效率降低。
鉴于此,本发明实施例提供一种洗涤设备,在门体的朝向过滤网的一侧设置抵顶块,门体闭合后抵顶块抵顶在过滤网上,通过抵顶作用迫使过滤网朝预定位置移动,进而安装到位。并且,过滤网在抵顶作用下仍不能安装到位的情况下,门体受到来自过滤网的抵顶作用力的反作用力,导致门体不能正常闭合,使用户可以更加容易的发现过滤网没有安装到位。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例提供的洗涤设备进行详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例提供的洗涤设备包括壳体100以及设置在壳体100内的热泵系统和工作腔。
工作腔为用于容置待烘干衣物的腔体。以洗涤设备为洗干一体机为例,洗涤设备的壳体100内安装有轴线大体呈水平方向的圆筒状外筒,外筒围设形成的内部空间为工作腔,外筒内同轴设置有圆筒状的内筒,且内筒可沿自身轴线转动,外筒和内筒的同侧设有取放口,用于取放衣物,壳体100上对应取放口的位置可开闭地设置门总成,用于封堵取放口,使工作腔封闭。需要烘干衣物时,打开门总成,通过取放口将待烘干衣物放置到内筒里,然后关闭门总成开始烘干。其中,烘干过程中,内筒可带动待烘干衣物转动,以抖散待烘干衣物,提高烘干效果。
当然,本发明实施例对工作腔的形状和形成方式不作限定。工作腔也可以为球形、多棱柱等其他形状;工作腔也可以仅由外筒围设形成,内部不设置内筒。总之,能形成一个用于容置待烘干衣物的腔体即可。
热泵系统包括外壳210和冷媒循环系统220。外壳210围设形成进风口、出风口、以及连通进风口和出风口的风道,进风口和出风口均与工作腔连通。冷媒循环系统220包括蒸发器和冷凝器,以及将蒸发器和冷凝器串联成一个冷媒循环回路的压缩机、冷媒管路、膨胀阀。蒸发器和冷凝器均安装在风道内,且蒸发器靠近进风口设置,冷凝器靠近出风口设置。烘干时,工作腔内的高湿度空气通过进风口进入风道内与蒸发器热交换,高 湿度空气的热量被蒸发器吸收后温度降低,空气中的水分在蒸发器上冷凝析出,高湿度空气变为低温干燥空气,低温干燥空气沿风道继续朝冷凝器流动,并与冷凝器热交换,低温干燥空气吸收冷凝器的热量变为高温干燥空气,并通过出风口排出到工作腔内,以烘干待烘干衣物。
其中,关于冷媒循环系统220的工作原理可以参照现有空调、冰箱等制冷设备,在此不再赘述。
热泵系统还包括过滤网230,过滤网230伸入风道内,用于过滤风道内空气中的毛屑等杂质,防止杂质粘附在换热器表面影响换热效率。可选地,过滤网230设置在进风口和蒸发器之间。由进风口进入的空气先经过滤网230过滤后再与蒸发器和冷凝器热交换,防止毛屑等杂质粘附在蒸发器、冷凝器、以及蒸发器和冷凝器之间的风道内壁上。
当然,过滤网230的设置位置不限于此,过滤网230还可以设置在进风口处。另外,过滤网230还可以设置在蒸发器和冷凝器之间,例如,蒸发器靠近进风口设置,方便清洁,因此可以主要针对进入冷凝器的空气进行过滤,将过滤网230设置在蒸发器和冷凝器之间,可以过滤进入冷凝器的空气。
可选地,外壳210的侧壁上设置有向风道内延伸的插接通道,过滤网230插设在插接通道内。示例性地,外壳210上设置有贯穿外壳210侧壁的插接口,与插接口相对的外壳210内壁上设有限位槽,插接口和限位槽之间形成插接通道,过滤网230的一端通过插接口插入外壳210内,并嵌入限位槽内,以限制过滤网230的位移。相对与过滤网230固定设置在外壳210上,过滤网230插设在插接通道内,使过滤网230可以从外壳210上拆卸,方便过滤网230的清洗。
当然,本发明实施例对过滤网230的安装方式不作限制。例如,插接口可以贯穿外壳210相对两侧的侧壁,过滤网230插设在外壳210后,过滤网230的两端均通过插接口凸出外壳210。
壳体100上设置有正对插接通道的窗口。示例性地,窗口为开设在壳体100上的圆形开口。这样,过滤网230可以通过窗口从洗涤设备上取下,进而对其进行清洗。
当然,本发明实施例对窗口的形状不作限定,例如,窗口还可以是矩 形开口、多边形开口等。
壳体100上可开合的设置有门体110,门体110用于封堵窗口。示例性地,门体110铰接在壳体100上,可绕铰接点转动,通过门体110绕铰接点的转动实现窗口的封堵和开放。例如,门体110和壳体100通过铰链连接,门体110可绕铰链的轴转动。
当然,本发明实施例对门体110的安装方式不作限定,门体110还可以可滑动地安装在壳体100上。例如,壳体100上设有滑道,门体110可滑动地安装在滑道上,通过门体110的滑动实现对窗口的封堵和开放。
门体110朝向插接通道的一侧设置有抵顶块111,抵顶块111抵顶在过滤网230上。示例性地,当门体110铰接在壳体100上时,抵顶块111朝向过滤网230的一侧设有与过滤网230端部形状匹配的抵顶面,门体110闭合时抵顶面抵顶在过滤网230上。例如,过滤网230的端部为平面结构,抵顶块111为一侧贴合在门体110上的板状结构,板状结构的另一侧抵顶在过滤网230上。
当然,本发明实施例对过滤网230的端部的结构和抵顶块111的结构不作限定,只要能实现门体110闭合时抵顶块111对过滤网230的抵顶作用即可。例如,抵顶块111可以为端部设有凹槽的柱状结构,门体110闭合时过滤网230的端部嵌入凹槽中,凹槽的底部抵顶在过滤网230的端部上,且凹槽还能实现对过滤网230的定位。
另外,当门体110可滑动地安装在壳体100上时,抵顶块111上的抵顶面可以为斜面,使抵顶块111整体呈楔形,随着门体110的滑动,抵顶块111对过滤网230的抵顶作用逐渐增强。
本发明实施例提供的洗涤设备,热泵系统的外壳210的侧壁上设置有向内延伸的插接通道,过滤网230插设在插接通道内,壳体100上设置有正对插接通道的窗口,壳体100上可开合的设置有门体110,门体110用于封堵窗口,并且门体110朝向插接通道的一侧设置有抵顶块111,抵顶块111抵顶在过滤网230上。这样,当门体110闭合时门体110上的抵顶块111抵顶在过滤网230上,当过滤网230安装不到位时,抵顶块111的抵顶作用能够促使过滤网230朝预定位置移动。
另外,当过滤网230在抵顶作用下仍不能安装到位时,过滤网230通 过抵顶块111对门体110施加的反作用力使门体110不能完全闭合,从而使用户可以更加容易的发现过滤网230的安装不到位,防止出现洗涤设备在过滤网230安装不到位的状态下运行。
可选地,抵顶块111可以为弹性块。弹性块可以整体由弹性材质制成,也可以包含具有弹性的元件。例如,弹性块可以包括弹簧和抵顶板,弹簧的一端固定连接在门体110上,另一端固定连接在抵顶板上,门体110闭合时抵顶板抵顶在过滤网230上,并压缩弹簧,弹簧被压缩产生的弹性力反过来施加给抵顶板,从而使抵顶板抵顶过滤网230,进而使过滤网230安装到位。这样,过滤网230出现卡滞时,弹性块的弹性力可以起缓冲作用,防止门体110过度挤压过滤网230造成过滤网230或门体110损坏。
当然,弹性块还可以为其他结构。例如,弹性块是由弹簧钢制成的V形簧片,V形簧片的一端固定连接在门体110上,另一端用于与过滤网230抵接。
进一步地,抵顶块111为橡胶块。橡胶材质自身具有弹性,缓冲效果较好。示例性地,利用橡胶材质制成圆柱状的橡胶块,橡胶块的一端通过粘接或螺纹连接的方式连接在门体110上,另一端用于与过滤网230抵接。
当然,本发明实施例对橡胶块的形状不作限定,橡胶块还可以为长方体、正方体、多棱柱等形状。
可选地,洗涤设备还包括锁闭装置300,锁闭装置300用于在门体110封堵窗口时与门体110连接,以阻止门体110转动。这样,通过锁闭装置300阻止门体110转动,可以使抵顶块111保持对过滤网230的抵顶作用,防止抵顶块111的抵顶作用消除后过滤网230从预设位置弹出。
锁闭装置300可以为球形门锁,球形门锁安装在壳体100上,当按压门体110使门体110闭合时球形门锁与门体110配合,以阻止门体110转动,当再次按压门体110时,球形门锁与门体110的配合消除。
可选地,锁闭装置300可以包括设置在壳体100上的驱动设备330,驱动设备330上设置有锁臂320,门体110上设置有锁槽310,驱动设备330用于驱动锁臂320卡设在锁槽310内。这样,可以通过控制驱动设备330的动作实现门体110的锁闭,使门体110的动作更加可控。
进一步地,驱动设备330包括电机,锁臂320的一端与电机的主轴331 连接。示例性地,电机的主轴331垂直于门体110朝向过滤网230的平面,锁臂320为杆件,锁臂320的一端垂直连接在电机的主轴331上,另一端用于与锁槽310配合。门体110闭合时电机的主轴331转动,带动锁臂320沿主轴331摆动,从而使锁臂320的另一端嵌入锁槽310内。这样,可以通过控制电机的电源通断以及电流、电压值的大小实现电机的控制,控制更加方便。
当然,驱动设备330不限于电机,还可以为电磁继电器,电磁继电器的动作部件与锁臂320连接,通过电磁继电器的通电或断电来控制锁臂320的动作。
进一步地,洗涤设备还包括检测设备以及控制设备,控制设备分别与检测设备和锁闭装置300电连接,控制设备用于在检测设备检测到过滤网230安装到位时,控制锁闭装置300与门体110连接。这样,过滤网230安装到位后,锁闭装置300与门体110连接限制门体110的转动,使抵顶块111保持对过滤网230的抵顶作用,可以防止过滤网230在设备振动等影响下脱离原位置。并且,通过控制设备和检测设备的配合,可以实现锁闭装置300的自动控制,使用户使用更加方便。示例性地,控制设备可以为安装在洗涤设备上的主控板,主控板为洗涤设备的大脑,用于控制洗涤设备的运行,主控板除用于控制锁闭装置300外,还可以用于控制洗涤设备中其他部件(例如,热泵系统)的运行。当然,控制设备还可以为独立于主控板设置的控制设备,单独用于控制锁闭装置300的动作,本发明实施例对控制设备的形式不作限定。
可选地,检测设备包括磁体和与控制设备电连接的干簧管,干簧管设置在外壳210上,磁体设置在过滤网230上;或,干簧管设置在过滤网230上,磁体设置在外壳210上。当过滤网230安装到位时,磁体靠近干簧管,使干簧管导通,控制设备检测到干簧管的导通信号号,推定过滤网230已经安装到位,控制锁闭装置300将门体110锁闭。示例性地,干簧管设置在插接通道的底部,磁体设置在过滤网230的端部且与干簧管的位置对应,当过滤网230安装到位时磁体位于干簧管的导通范围内。磁体和干簧管技术比较成熟,检测可靠性高,可以更加稳定地实现过滤网230的安装位置检测。
当然,本发明实施例对磁体和干簧管的安装位置不作限定。干簧管还可以设置在插接通道的侧壁上,磁体设置在过滤网230的侧面上,并与干簧管的位置对应。另外,本发明实施例对检测设备的组成不作限定,检测设备还可以包括行程开关,行程开关安装在插接通道的底部,过滤网230安装到位后,过滤网230挤压行程开关,使行程开关导通,同样能实现过滤网230安装位置的检测。
可选地,门体110与壳体100之间通过弹性件120连接,弹性件120用于驱动门体110向窗口开启的方向转动。这样,当锁闭装置300与门体110不连接时,门体110在弹性件120的作用下自动旋转,以开启窗口,更加方便过滤网230的拆卸。并且,门体110上不需要设置把手,使门体110的结构更加简单。
进一步地,当门体110铰接在壳体100上时,弹性件120包括扭簧,扭簧套设在门体110的铰接轴上,扭簧的第一驱动端抵顶在门体110上,扭簧的第二驱动端抵顶在壳体100上。这样,在扭簧的作用下可以实现门体110的自动开启,更加方便用户的操作。并且,门体110上不需要额外设置把手,使门体110的结构更加简单。
当然,本发明实施例对弹性件120的结构及安装不作限定。例如,弹性件120也可以为橡胶件,弹性件120设置在门体110和壳体100的间隙中,当按压门体110使门体110闭合时,门体110和壳体100共同挤压弹性件120,使弹性件120变形并产生弹性力;当松开对门体110的按压时,门体110在弹性件120的弹性力作用下转动,使窗口开启。
综上所述,本发明实施例的洗涤设备包括热泵系统,热泵系统的外壳210的侧壁上设置有向内延伸的插接通道,过滤网230插设在插接通道内,壳体100上设置有正对插接通道的窗口,壳体100上可开合的设置有门体110,门体110用于封堵窗口,并且门体110朝向插接通道的一侧设置有抵顶块111,抵顶块111抵顶在过滤网230上。这样,当门体110闭合时门体110上的抵顶块111抵顶在过滤网230上,当过滤网230安装不到位时,抵顶块111的抵顶作用能够促使过滤网230朝预定位置移动。另外,当过滤网230在抵顶作用下仍不能安装到位时,过滤网230通过抵顶块111对门体110施加的反作用力使门体110不能完全闭合,从而使用户可以更 加容易的发现过滤网230的安装不到位,防止出现洗涤设备在过滤网230安装不到位的状态下运行。

  1. 一种洗涤设备,其特征在于,包括壳体以及设置在所述壳体内的热泵系统,
    所述热泵系统包括外壳以及过滤网,所述外壳的侧壁上设置有向内延伸的插接通道,所述过滤网插设在所述插接通道内;
    所述壳体上设置有正对所述插接通道的窗口,所述壳体上可开合的设置有门体,所述门体用于封堵所述窗口,所述门体朝向所述插接通道的一侧设置有抵顶块,所述抵顶块抵顶在所述过滤网上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述抵顶块为弹性块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述抵顶块为橡胶块。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,还包括锁闭装置;所述门体与所述壳体之间铰接,所述锁闭装置用于在所述门体封堵所述窗口时与所述门体连接,以阻止所述门体转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述锁闭装置包括设置在所述壳体上的驱动设备,所述驱动设备上设置有锁臂,所述门体上设置有锁槽;所述驱动设备用于驱动所述锁臂卡设在所述锁槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述驱动设备包括电机,所述锁臂的一端与所述电机的主轴连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4至6任一项所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述洗涤设备还包括检测设备以及控制设备,所述控制设备分别与所述检测设备和所述锁闭装置电连接;所述控制设备用于在所述检测设备检测到所述过滤网安装到位时,控制所述锁闭装置与所述门体连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述检测设备包括磁体和与所述控制设备电连接的干簧管,所述干簧管设置在所述外壳上,所述磁体设置在所述过滤网上;或,所述干簧管设置在所述过滤网上,所述磁体设置在所述外壳上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述门体与所述壳体之间通过弹性件连接,所述弹性件用于驱动所述门体向 所述窗口开启的方向转动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗涤设备,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括扭簧,所述扭簧套设在所述门体的铰接轴上,所述扭簧的第一驱动端抵顶在所述门体上,所述扭簧的第二驱动端抵顶在所述壳体上。
