实施例1如图1-3所示,本发明实施例中,一种用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,包括壳体1和底座11,壳体1的底部固定在底座11上,且底座11的底部固定安装有多个用于支撑底座11的支撑腿12,底座11的中心位置处设置有限位槽,限位槽内设置有上浮组件,壳体1内设置有安装座15,安装座15和上浮组件连接;安装座15的两侧对称设置有滚轮,壳体1的内壁对称设置有两个竖直滑轨,滚轮安装在竖直滑轨内,且滚轮和竖直滑轨转动连接;上浮组件包括升降块22、导向套23和气囊24,导向套23固定安装在底座11的下表面上,且导向套23内安装有升降块22,升降块22和导向套23滑动连接,升降块22的下方设置有气囊24,气囊24和升降块22固定连接,升降块22的上部对称铰接有两个推杆21,两个推杆21远离导向套23的一端分别铰接有安装座15;如图4所示,壳体1的底部还对称设置有用于对安装座15限位的限位组件,限位组件包括铰接座16、第二缓冲弹簧17和第二立柱20,铰接座16的上部通过螺栓与安装座15固定连接,铰接座16套设在第二立柱20上,且第二立柱20的底部固定在壳体1的下表面上,第二立柱20和铰接座16滑动连接,铰接座16内固定安装有用于保护安装座15和铰接座16的第二缓冲弹簧17,第二缓冲弹簧17的底部与第二立柱20固定连接;铰接座16的两侧对称设置有铰接杆18,铰接座16和铰接杆18铰接,铰接杆18远离铰接座16的一端铰接有滑块19,滑块19安装在壳体1的底表面上,且滑块19和壳体1滑动连接。
限位组件的设置实现了对安装座15的限位,避免了安装座15的晃动,从而保证了设备的正常工作,避免了设备的损坏,延长了设备的使用年限。
当气囊24底部有积水时,积水带动气囊24向上移动,同时气囊24推动升降块22和推杆21移动,进而使得升降块22推动安装座15向上移动,实现了带动设备上升的目的,避免了设备被水浸泡,充分的对设备进行保护。
如图5所示,壳体1的顶部固定安装有上防水罩13,上防水罩13通过螺栓与壳体1固定连接,且上防水罩13内均布有多个竖直通槽14,竖直通槽14内放置有吸水材料,上防水罩13的设置对设备起到了限位的作用,避免了设备进水。
实施例2 如图1-3所示,本发明实施例中,一种用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,包括壳体1和底座11,壳体1的底部固定在底座11上,且底座11的底部固定安装有多个用于支撑底座11的支撑腿12,底座11的中心位置处设置有限位槽,限位槽内设置有上浮组件,壳体1内设置有安装座15,安装座15和上浮组件连接;安装座15的两侧对称设置有滚轮,壳体1的内壁对称设置有两个竖直滑轨,滚轮安装在竖直滑轨内,且滚轮和竖直滑轨转动连接;上浮组件包括升降块22、导向套23和气囊24,导向套23固定安装在底座11的下表面上,且导向套23内安装有升降块22,升降块22和导向套23滑动连接,升降块22的下方设置有气囊24,气囊24和升降块22固定连接,升降块22的上部对称铰接有两个推杆21,两个推杆21远离导向套23的一端分别铰接有安装座15;如图4所示,壳体1的底部还对称设置有用于对安装座15限位的限位组件,限位组件包括铰接座16、第二缓冲弹簧17和第二立柱20,铰接座16的上部通过螺栓与安装座15固定连接,铰接座16套设在第二立柱20上,且第二立柱20的底部固定在壳体1的下表面上,第二立柱20和铰接座16滑动连接,铰接座16内固定安装有用于保护安装座15和铰接座16的第二缓冲弹簧17,第二缓冲弹簧17的底部与第二立柱20固定连接;铰接座16的两侧对称设置有铰接杆18,铰接座16和铰接杆18铰接,铰接杆18远离铰接座16的一端铰接有滑块19,滑块19安装在壳体1的底表面上,且滑块19和壳体1滑动连接。
限位组件的设置实现了对安装座15的限位,避免了安装座15的晃动,从而保证了设备的正常工作,避免了设备的损坏,延长了设备的使用年限。
当气囊24底部有积水时,积水带动气囊24向上移动,同时气囊24推动升降块22和推杆21移动,进而使得升降块22推动安装座15向上移动,实现了带动设备上升的目的,避免了设备被水浸泡,充分的对设备进行保护。
如图5所示,壳体1的顶部固定安装有上防水罩13,上防水罩13通过螺栓与壳体1固定连接,且上防水罩13内均布有多个竖直通槽14,竖直通槽14内放置有吸水材料,上防水罩13的设置对设备起到了限位的作用,避免了设备进水。
壳体1的侧壁纵向均布有多个减震槽2,减震槽2内设置有减震块,减震块采用橡胶材质。
如图6-7所示,壳体1上对称设置有两个防水组件,防水组件的安装在壳体1侧壁的顶部,防水组件包括隔水罩3和防水板4,隔水罩3上固定安装有防水板4,防水板4的侧壁纵向均布有多个防水垫5,防水垫5的设置能够起到防水的作用,防水垫5采用弹性体材质;壳体1上固定安装有水平定位杆6,隔水罩3套设在水平定位杆6上,且水平定位杆6和隔水罩3之间滑动连接,水平定位杆6的外部套设有第一缓冲弹簧7,第一缓冲弹簧7的一端与隔水罩3固定连接,第一缓冲弹簧7的设置实现了对隔水罩3的缓冲保护;隔水罩3内固定安装有第一立柱10,第一立柱10上固定安装有防潮腔9,防潮腔9内填充有防潮材料,第一立柱10的顶部固定安装有减震罩8,减震罩8采用减震材料制得。
综上所述,本发明的工作原理是:当气囊24底部有积水时,积水带动气囊24向上移动,同时气囊24推动升降块22和推杆21移动,进而使得升降块22推动安装座15向上移动,实现了带动设备上升的目的,避免了设备被水浸泡,充分的对设备进行保护;本发明实施例设置了上浮组件,上浮组件的设置避免了设备被水浸泡,充分的对设备进行保护,限位组件的设置实现了对安装座15的限位,避免了安装座15的晃动,从而保证了设备的正常工作,避免了设备的损坏,延长了设备的使用年限。
对于本领域技术人员而言,虽然说明了本发明的几个实施方式以及实施例,但这些实施方式以及实施例是作为例子而提出的,并不意图限定发明的范围。这些新的实施方式能够以其他各种方式实施,在不脱离发明的主旨的范围内能够进行各种省略、替换、变更。这些实施方式及其变形包含在发明的范围及主旨中,并且包含在权利要求书所记载的发明和其等效的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,包括壳体(1)和底座(11),壳体(1)的底部固定在底座(11)上,其特征在于,底座(11)的底部固定安装有多个用于支撑底座(11)的支撑腿(12),底座(11)的中心位置处设置有限位槽,限位槽内设置有上浮组件,壳体(1)内设置有安装座(15),安装座(15)和上浮组件连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,其特征在于,安装座(15)的两侧对称设置有滚轮,壳体(1)的内壁对称设置有两个竖直滑轨,滚轮安装在竖直滑轨内,且滚轮和竖直滑轨转动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,其特征在于,上浮组件包括升降块(22)、导向套(23)和气囊(24),导向套(23)固定安装在底座(11)的下表面上,且导向套(23)内安装有升降块(22),升降块(22)和导向套(23)滑动连接,升降块(22)的下方设置有气囊(24),气囊(24)和升降块(22)固定连接,升降块(22)的上部对称铰接有两个推杆(21),两个推杆(21)远离导向套(23)的一端分别铰接有安装座(15)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,其特征在于,壳体(1)的底部还对称设置有用于对安装座(15)限位的限位组件,限位组件包括铰接座(16)、第二缓冲弹簧(17)和第二立柱(20),铰接座(16)的上部通过螺栓与安装座(15)固定连接,铰接座(16)套设在第二立柱(20)上,且第二立柱(20)的底部固定在壳体(1)的下表面上,第二立柱(20)和铰接座(16)滑动连接,铰接座(16)内固定安装有用于保护安装座(15)和铰接座(16)的第二缓冲弹簧(17),第二缓冲弹簧(17)的底部与第二立柱(20)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,其特征在于,铰接座(16)的两侧对称设置有铰接杆(18),铰接座(16)和铰接杆(18)铰接,铰接杆(18)远离铰接座(16)的一端铰接有滑块(19),滑块(19)安装在壳体(1)的底表面上,且滑块(19)和壳体(1)滑动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,其特征在于,壳体(1)的顶部固定安装有上防水罩(13),上防水罩(13)通过螺栓与壳体(1)固定连接,且上防水罩(13)内均布有多个竖直通槽(14),竖直通槽(14)内放置有吸水材料。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,其特征在于,壳体(1)的侧壁纵向均布有多个减震槽(2),减震槽(2)内设置有减震块,减震块采用橡胶材质。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,其特征在于,壳体(1)上对称设置有两个防水组件,防水组件的安装在壳体(1)侧壁的顶部,防水组件包括隔水罩(3)和防水板(4),隔水罩(3)上固定安装有防水板(4),防水板(4)的侧壁纵向均布有多个防水垫(5),防水垫(5)的设置能够起到防水的作用,防水垫(5)采用弹性体材质。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,其特征在于,壳体(1)上固定安装有水平定位杆(6),隔水罩(3)套设在水平定位杆(6)上,且水平定位杆(6)和隔水罩(3)之间滑动连接,水平定位杆(6)的外部套设有第一缓冲弹簧(7),第一缓冲弹簧(7)的一端与隔水罩(3)固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于互联网大数据设备的防泡水装置,其特征在于,隔水罩(3)内固定安装有第一立柱(10),第一立柱(10)上固定安装有防潮腔(9),防潮腔(9)内填充有防潮材料,第一立柱(10)的顶部固定安装有减震罩(8),减震罩(8)采用减震材料制得。
