Abstract
本发明公开了一种同轴式异步电驱系统,包括:减速机、电机和主壳体,还包括电机控制器,电机和减速机连接后成为电机减速器总成并安装在主壳体内,电机控制器固定在主壳体上且与电机减速器总成连接,本发明的系统降低了纯电动四驱汽车辅助电驱动系统的寄生损耗,提升整车续航,并且尺寸紧凑,浑然一体的同轴电驱系统,利于实现整车可用空间最大化利用。
Description
本发明涉及电动汽车领域,具体是一种同轴式异步电驱系统。
气候变化、能源和环境问题是人类社会共同面对的长期问题。随着美国表示回归COP15(《联合国气候变化框架公约》缔约方第15次会议)和以中国、印度为代表的新兴国家被纳入到其中,以及主要国家积极实施能源和环境保护战略,全球进入了真正解决人类社会共同问题的时代。交通运输领域的温室气体排放、能源消耗和尾气排放三大问题是否有效解决直接影响人类共同问题能够有效解决,为此,全球主要国家政府、组织、汽车生产商、能源供应商、风险投资企业共同行动起来,推动全球汽车工业产业结构升级和动力系统电动化战略转型,促进具有多层次结构的电动汽车社会基础产业形成和相应的政策、组织保障体系建设,助推可持续发展电动汽车社会的形成。
作为世界能源消耗大国和环境保护的重要力量,中国积极实施电动汽车科技战略,促进汽车工业产业结构升级和动力系统电动化转型,培育和发展电动汽车社会,并取得了一定效果,降低交通领域温室气体排放是解决全球气候变化重要手段,是建设可持续发展电动汽车社会前提条件。电动汽车无内燃机汽车工作时产生的废气,不产生排气污染,对环境保护和空气的洁净是十分有益的,几乎是“零污染”。另一方面,电动汽车的应用可有效地减少对石油资源的依赖,可将有限的石油用于更重要的方面。
目前,纯电动四驱汽车、P4型电桥四驱混合动力汽车等大多采用永磁同步电机然而在大部分情况下,特别是高速巡航时,永磁辅助驱动系统不输出扭矩但需要消耗能量实现零扭矩控制,这样会降低整车续航里程。目前大部分电驱系统采用平行轴减速器,这种减速器虽结构简单,但具有较大的尺寸,特别是沿车长方向,不利于整车可用空间最大化利用。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可以提升整车续航,并且结构紧凑的同轴式异步电驱系统。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明提供的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,包括:减速机、电机和主壳体,还包括电机控制器,电机和减速机连接后成为电机减速器总成并安装在主壳体内,电机控制器固定在主壳体上且与电机减速器总成连接;
减速器的输入轴与输出轴在同一条直线上,电机的中空电机轴上有减速器输入齿轮;
电机控制器控制驱动电机的中空电机轴上齿轮与中间轴总成啮合后将扭矩传递至整体式差速器,经整体式差速器向两侧输出,其一侧差速器半轴齿轮花键与整车半轴连接,另一侧差速器半轴齿轮花键与一根短半轴连接,且短半轴穿过电机转子并在电机露出端有花键与挡圈用来与整车半轴内花键连接。
作为本发明的进一步优选,中间轴总成通过第一中间轴锥轴承与第二中间轴锥轴承分别支撑在齿轮箱壳盖与主壳体总成上。
作为本发明的进一步优选,差速器半轴齿轮花键与电机侧短半轴连接。
作为本发明的进一步优选,电机侧短半轴和高速油封旋转密封,高速油封外圈与中空电机轴过盈密封,油封随电机轴一起旋转,油封内侧与电机侧短半轴旋转密封。

作为本发明的进一步优选,电机控制器的顶部和齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处之间的距离不大于210mm,该尺寸直接影响整车EDS上方可用空间。
作为本发明的进一步优选,齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和主壳体底部之间的距离不大于143mm,该尺寸影响整车离地间隙。
作为本发明的进一步优选,齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和主壳体上车头方向的端部之间的距离不大于188mm,该尺寸占据车辆前悬空间尺寸,较小的L31更有利于整车集成较大的前备箱。
作为本发明的进一步优选,齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和主壳体上车头反方向的端部之间的距离不大于143mm,该尺寸占据车辆两轴间的长度尺寸,该尺寸直接影响电池包长度尺寸布置。
作为本发明的进一步优选,齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和电机侧输出端之间的距离不大于520mm,该尺寸占据车辆驱动轮的两轮间有限尺寸,直接影响两侧半轴长度,该尺寸长则导致半轴短,半轴过短直接影响万向节的寿命,NVH性能甚至超出极限运动范围。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、降低了纯电动四驱汽车辅助电驱动系统寄生损耗,提升整车续航;
2、尺寸紧凑,浑然一体的同轴电驱系统,利于实现整车可用空间最大化利用。

下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
本发明的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,如图1所示,电机200和减速机300连接后成为电机减速器总成并安装在主壳体2内,电机控制器20通过螺栓固定在主壳体2上且与电机减速器总成连接。
如图2、图3所示,主壳体上设有后悬置用螺纹组AM1、前悬置用螺纹组BM2、电机侧前悬置用螺纹组CM3和电机侧后悬置用螺纹组DM4,后悬置用螺纹组AM1用于安装系统齿轮箱侧的近差速器悬置支架,前悬置用螺纹组BM2用于安装系统齿轮箱侧的远差速器悬置支架,侧前悬置用螺纹组CM3用于安装系统电机侧的前悬置支架,电机侧后悬置用螺纹组DM4用于安装系统电机侧的后悬置支架。
如图2、图3、图4所示,电机控制器的顶部和齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处之间的距离不大于210mm,该尺寸直接影响整车EDS上方可用空间;齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和主壳体底部之间的距离不大于143mm,该尺寸影响整车离地间隙;齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和主壳体上车头方向的端部之间的距离不大于188mm,该尺寸占据车辆前悬空间尺寸,较小的L31更有利于整车集成较大的前备箱;齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和主壳体上车头反方向的端部之间的距离不大于143mm,该尺寸占据车辆两轴间的长度尺寸,该尺寸直接影响电池包长度尺寸布置;齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和电机侧输出端之间的距离不大于520mm,该尺寸占据车辆驱动轮的两轮间有限尺寸,直接影响两侧半轴长度,该尺寸长则导致半轴短,半轴过短直接影响万向节的寿命,NVH性能甚至超出极限运动范围。
如图5所示,位于主壳体2上的电机控制器20的进水口水嘴Y1与电机出水口水嘴Y2在同侧。
如图6所示,电机控制器20从自身密封的壳体中露出电机控制器侧三相铜排2011与电机控制器侧温度与旋变信号及接口2012,电机控制器20通过电机后端盖2018,即通过螺栓AB1、螺栓BB2、螺栓CB3和螺栓DB4这4个固定螺栓 安装在电机减速器总成上,实现无露出连接。电机控制器侧三相铜排2011与电机的三相铜排2015,电机控制器侧温度与旋变信号及接口2012均通过电机后端盖内实现无露出连接。
如图7所示,本发明提供的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,包括:电机后端盖1、主壳体2、电机水道外壳3、定子总成4、铸铝转子5、中空电机轴6、中空电机轴上齿轮61、高速油封A7、高速轴承8、差速器支撑座9、高速油封B10、差速器锥轴承A11、整体式差速器12、齿轮箱壳盖13、差速器锥轴承B14、齿轮箱侧输出油封15、第一中间轴锥轴承A16、中间轴总成17、中间轴总成一级被动齿轮171、中间轴总成二级主动齿轮172、第二中间轴锥轴承B18、电机控制器进水口19、电机控制器20、电机侧短半轴21、电机侧短半轴露出端外花键与挡圈211、电机侧输出油封22、电机侧短半轴支撑轴承23、电机侧短半轴轴承座24、旋变总成25、电机后端高速轴承26、端面搅拌摩擦焊缝W1和环形搅拌摩擦焊W2。
电机后端盖1与主壳体2总成采用螺栓连接在一起,主壳体2与电机水道外壳3间采用端面搅拌摩擦焊缝W1与环形搅拌摩擦焊W2,形成主壳体2,定子总成4过盈压入主壳体2。
中空电机轴6过盈压入铸铝转子5,高速油封A7的外圈与主壳体2过盈密封并与中空电机轴6旋转密封,差速器支撑座9通过螺栓固定在主壳体2上,其一侧压紧高速轴承8的外圈实现该轴承限位,高速油封2的外圈与中空电机轴6过盈密封,油封随中空电机轴6一起旋转,油封内侧与电机侧短半轴21旋转密封;差速器锥轴承A11的外圈安装在差速器支撑座9的轴承座孔内,支撑差速器一侧;整体式差速器12的第二级被动齿轮直接与差速器一侧壳体整体加工,待差速齿轮系统装配后与另一侧差速器壳体激光焊接,差速器锥轴承B14的外圈安装在齿轮箱壳盖13轴承座孔内,支撑差速器一侧;齿轮箱侧输出油封15与整车半轴内节旋转密封,中间轴总成17通过第一中间轴锥轴承A16与第二中间轴锥轴承B18分别支撑在齿轮箱壳盖13与主壳体2上;电机侧短半轴21与差速器半轴齿轮花键连接且与高速油封B10旋转密封,通过电机侧短半轴支撑轴承23支撑在电机侧短半轴轴承座24上;电机侧输出油封22安装在电机侧短半轴轴承座24上,其内侧与电机侧短半轴21旋转密封;旋变总成25的定子固定安装在电机侧短半轴轴承座24上,其转子安装在中空电机轴6上。
实施例
电机控制器20将直流电电流转变为异步电机100所需的三相交变电流驱动电机转子,进而从中空电机轴上齿轮61输出扭矩,传递至与中空电机轴上齿轮 61啮合的中间轴总成一级被动齿轮171,扭矩经第一级齿轮副完成第一次增扭;扭矩经中间轴总成17的中间轴总成二级主动齿轮172传递至与啮合的整体式差速器12,扭矩经第二级齿轮副完成第二次增扭;再经整体式差速器12向两侧输出;由于本发明的整体式差速器12与异步电机100在同一轴线上,因此采用电机侧短半轴21,其一侧与差速器半轴齿轮花键连接,另一侧穿过电机转子并在其露出端设有电机侧短半轴露出端外花键与挡圈211,用于与整车电机侧半轴内节的内花键连接与轴向限位;整车齿轮箱侧半轴内节采用常规外花键,直接插入整体式差速器12内与半轴齿轮连接并限位。

Claims (17)
- 一种同轴式异步电驱系统,包括:减速机、电机和主壳体,其特征在于:还包括电机控制器,所述电机和所述减速机连接后成为电机减速器总成并安装在所述主壳体内,所述电机控制器固定在所述主壳体上且与所述电机减速器总成连接;所述减速器的输入轴与输出轴在同一条直线上,所述电机的中空电机轴上有减速器输入齿轮;所述电机控制器控制驱动所述电机的中空电机轴上齿轮与中间轴总成啮合后将扭矩传递至整体式差速器,经所述整体式差速器向两侧输出,其一侧差速器半轴齿轮花键与整车半轴连接,另一侧差速器半轴齿轮花键与一根短半轴连接,且短半轴穿过电机转子并在电机露出端有花键与挡圈用来与整车半轴内花键连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述的中间轴总成通过第一中间轴锥轴承与第二中间轴锥轴承分别支撑在齿轮箱壳盖与主壳体总成上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述差速器半轴齿轮花键与电机侧短半轴连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述电机侧短半轴和高速油封旋转密封。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述电机侧短半轴通过电机侧短半轴支撑轴承支撑在电机侧短半轴轴承座上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述主壳体上设有后悬置用螺纹组、前悬置用螺纹组、电机侧前悬置用螺纹组和电机侧后悬置用螺纹组。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述后悬置用螺纹组用于安装系统齿轮箱侧的近差速器悬置支架。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述前悬置用螺纹组用于安装系统齿轮箱侧的远差速器悬置支架。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述侧前悬置用螺纹组用于安装系统电机侧的前悬置支架。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述电 机侧后悬置用螺纹组用于安装系统电机侧的后悬置支架。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:位于主壳体上的电机控制器的进水口水嘴与电机出水口水嘴在同侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述电机控制器从自身密封的壳体中露出电机控制器侧三相铜排与电机控制器侧温度与旋变信号及接口,电机控制器通过电机后端盖的四个固定螺栓安装在电机减速器总成上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述电机控制器的顶部和齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处之间的距离不大于210mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和主壳体底部之间的距离不大于143mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和主壳体上车头方向的端部之间的距离不大于188mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和主壳体上车头反方向的端部之间的距离不大于143mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种同轴式异步电驱系统,其特征在于:所述齿轮箱侧输出端圆心处和电机侧输出端之间的距离不大于520mm。
